There's a downfall to having this safety equipment though. It's your flexion extension, that is lacking a little bit more
so if I were to be wearing a knee pad or an elbow elbow pad or
Impact shorts it limits my flexion extension
now flex and extension is key in any sport so when I'm extended out and
Then when I'm flexed now, if I were to be wearing something that limits my flex and extension
Maybe I can't get all the way to here. I only get to here
So if I'm trying a new trick, yeah, it's great to have this padding
But if I feel very comfortable in my Riding I'm going to have more flex and extension and be able to do more tricks or ride
more efficiently and if I were to have this extra padding, but it's always nice to have padding because if you do fall...
