2. Inhalation and air bubble removal

Burying is the process of making gypsum molds for casting.

Casting is the process of melting gold into the gypsum frame that is made.

This equipment eliminates air bubbles from the burial process.

And it Makes vacuum for casting

3. Casting

Make the empty space inside the gypsum frame vacuum and put the dissolved gold in it

4. Gypsum crusher

Cool the casting mold(gypsum) in cold water.

And remove gypsum frame and gypsum residues.

5. Handwork

Refine the casting products, resize the ring, and attach the assembly parts with laser equipment.

6. Polishing

Polishing is the most important skill.

Shave the outer wall of the ring, light up, and Make angles in the parts.
