An Amateur's Guide to Mulled Wine | 香料熱紅酒 - Duration: 2:51.
Despite it being well past Christmas, I had a list of holiday cocktails I wanted to do,
and god damn it I'm still gonna do them all.
Today, we're making the casserole of cocktails--mulled wine, where you just dump in all the fruits
you didn't use during cooking.
A bit of an exaggeration, I know, but mulled wine is something delicious you can easily
make with spices you already have in the house.
I'm gonna grab myself an orange, a lemon, and a lime.
Start by peeling the lime, I just want the skin and not the juice cause otherwise this
is gonna be too sour (for me).
Struggle with it cause you suck, and that's when you switch to your trusty old zester.
Not sponsored by Microplane obviously but holy shit if you're getting a zester, get
a Microplane cause if you zest often, at the end of the day, you're gonna have to end
up buying one of these anyway.
Also gonna zest a lemon.
I know it's not the most beautiful lemon out there but it's so darn hard to find
good lemons in Taiwan.
All they got are limes for some reason.
Orange peel.
For this I'm gonna switch back to a knife cause the skin was too tender.
We'll also cut the orange into slices and squeeze out all its juice.
Spices!
In the same pot, that was one whole cinnamon stick.
4 cloves cause cloves are wonderful.
1 and a half star anise, you can definitely put more, but for some reason I always taste
the star anise more than I can taste other spices.
One bay leaf because let's face it, you're always gonna forget to use it when you're
cooking anyway.
And a few gratings of nutmeg.
80 grams of sugar which is a little more than a third of a cup if you're not using a scale.
Uncork your wine.
Now the inside of your pot probably looks something like this.
Pour in enough wine to at least cover the sugar.
Cook on low to medium heat until the sugar completely dissolves.
There's usually 2 methods I've seen with this, 1 is to cook this into a syrup.
The second method is to cook everything without bringing it to a boil, then let it sit in
the fridge overnight so it has time to infuse.
What we're trying to achieve is the same though, which is bring out as much flavor
as we can from the spices and citrus without compromising the wine too much.
I want to drink it right away, so I'm gonna let this cook for a while then pour in the
rest of the wine and let that heat through.
Taste to see if there's anything you need to adjust.
I'm gonna add a splash of brandy.
Now it's ready to serve.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick, and that's pretty much it.
Enjoy your homemade mulled wine.
Everyone and their mother has their own version of this drink, so whatever gets you happy
and drunk is good mulled wine in my book.
And since I only used one bottle of wine, that means this recipe serves...I don't
know, one?
Anyway, have a great 2019 guys.
I'm gonna go get drunk now, bye.

How to Bring Girls Home | The Pulling Guide Part 2 - Duration: 15:30.
Yo guys, welcome to the pulling guide!
[Girl] Give me your fucking number man
[Austen] All right, just get on my back, we'll go
[Austen] We're going this way
[Austen] Have you lied to me yet again?
You develop these qualities, these skills, these mindsets, this knowledge about pulling over time
So don't stress out if you're not immediately pulling cuties overnight
If you're a beginner this video is probably not for you
But if you're more intermediate/advanced, start applying some of the concepts that I'm going to outline here and you'll see your game
skyrocket
Make sure you subscribe to get more videos like this and hit the bell button to be a part of the notification squad
So you've found a girl who's right for that night and you also have some plans, but how do you use those plans?
For that girl
And
What you have to do is, throughout the interaction
You'll figure out what type of girl you're dealing with
If it's a German flight attendant who's partying in Vegas and just wants an extension of the fun
You can just say yeah, there's more fun in my hotel room and lead for that
If she for example is a pothead you could just say yeah, I've got a joint in my place, if she's more health-conscious
Oh my god, this fucking juicer is amazing. And then Universal ones that you can use on almost any girl
Especially if you have those shorter pulls towards the end the night
Are, after party, I have an amazing view from my place of the entire city, and I have food
And whatever the girl likes for food, you can just lead to that
Barbecue. Oh my god. This most succulent pork rib. Oh, it's just so amazing
What if I was just to like
You know, dangle this in front of you, would you would you want that? And she,
She may say like man, I'll follow you to the end of the earth for something like that. There you go
So you have the plan. Now, how do you seed for this plan?
I drop these little statements in, over time. So let's say this interactions 60 minutes long, you know from the beginning
I'm saying like: oh my god, there's this fucking epic rooftop barbecue nearby. It's amazing. You got to check it out. Oh, really?
Where is it? Dadada, she asks, and then I just drop it for a while. She's aware of it and
Yeah, man. I'm just I'm kind of excited to get out of here because
You know, my friends after party just gonna be so epic
That's 20 minutes in, maybe 40 minutes in you talk about it more, you get the friends the friends know about it
And then later on you say yeah, we're going in five minutes. You guys should come boom
They're like, okay and then toward the end of that 60 minutes that 90 minutes. Yo guys
Let's go, boom, and just lead the group
With the seeding you're mentioning things that you can do at your place
Or at her place or somewhere that's an intermediate venue
So for example, if you're intermediate venue is a taco place, the best tacos you will ever have in your life
Oh my god, this carnitas is just mind-blowing
Maybe show pictures, I often pull it up on Google Maps and just show pictures of the place and they're like
Oh my god
That looks so good right now. The contrast of seeding is that if I was just like, guys we're going to a rooftop barbecue right now
They don't even hear what I'm saying. They don't know what's going on
And it's harder to pull because in their mind they've never heard of this before
So I paint the picture in their mind over the course of the interaction to who, what, when, where, why
Of where we're going, what we're doing, all of that so that when I lead for it, it makes sense
So she's having an emotionally
Amazing time with you. She's enjoying your company. You're making her laugh
You know, you're just going through all this range of emotions with her, but you do need to fulfill some logical requirements
So you need to tell her reasons why she should come with you and also reasons why she doesn't need to stay there
So an example of this could be, oh check out the view from my place
Okay? This is one of the best views you could ever see
It's just like amazing and then on top of that, you know
There's no reason you need to stay, because you can always just come back in
Right?
Or why don't you just shoot your friends the message of where we're at, the address, and then they'll come
So you tell her why she should come and the reasons why she shouldn't stay. Maybe the music sucks
Like this place is gonna close anyway, things like that. So when she has these logical reasons, she knows where you're going
You've see the idea, you've picked the right girl. You basically need to lead
Okay? You need to lead and how are you leading? Are you leading with logic? Oh, we're going there. It's right over there
It's five minutes. I don't know. No, you're leading with fun and emotion
They see me rollin
They hatin
Control and when they try to catch me ride
So it's like this light chatting as you go home, this cascade of positive emotions. If she feels like
Like this
Without you. And then she feels like, oh my god, when you're around, she wants that and she craves that
Second thing with leading, is that you have to have the 100% belief that it will happen
If you're unwavering in your belief, right?
If you're certain that it will happen. It is more likely to happen. So example was, in Vegas
So much randomness happened. We lost these girls at a certain point. This is what I was on bootcamp with a student
We lost these two girls at a certain point
I found them outside of the venue
They had been with some other guys for two hours and they were gonna go up to their penthouse to, you know,
Hang out with them, right?
So they had, they were dead set on going there and we had to kind of change that plan
We had to distract, we had to persist, we had to lead we had to speak with certainty
We had to build up their emotions, one girl, like, she she cut her finger on her phone
So she was bleeding, we had to deal with that
We had to deal with her sore feet, we had to deal with everything, but we had the 100% belief that would happen
There's so much chaos
Pulled to the hotel room, boom, done
Okay? So, have the belief that it will happen
Thirdly, you need to lead physically, whether it's arm and arm, hand in hand
You have to lead her physically. Bring her to where you're going, right?
Don't just assume that she's just gonna like, you know be there if you just say hey
Let's meet at this place, no. Just lead physically and lead with her in your arm
Right here, nose
We're going this way
And you should be moving her around throughout the night, so that she gets comfortable with you leading
If you haven't done that, that's gonna be an issue
So, you need to bounce her from, let's say where you're meeting herm to the bar then
Downstairs maybe to some outside fire area, then to the front, then outside
Then walking with her down the street, then to a cab, then to your place, then inside
Then in your apartment, then in your room. So it has to be step by step like that. Okay?
It's easier for her to follow you and trust you if she's seen like
Okay, I went with him here, had a great time, went with him here, had an even better time
So logically, it makes sense to her and emotionally that she should feel good going farther with you
Also the no big deal mentality. If you think it's normal to bring a girl back, she will think it's normal
If as you're bringing a girl back, you're like, oh my god. This has never happened before
Let me check to make sure she's following. Let me check about this. Uh, I don't know. That shows that, you know
It's kind of out of the ordinary for you. As opposed to yeah, you know we can just go check out my rooftop
It should be fun. She's gonna feel comfortable because you're comfortable with it
And lastly
Even though you're persisting, you're giving time and space for her to, one talk to her friend
And also, if you're kind of persisting for it and she feels uncomfortable, you have to empathise with her situation
It's like oh, you know, you know, yeah, take your time. Take your time
You two have your girl talk. Or if you're you're pulling and it's just like ah
There's some, it's too early then give more time, empathise with her and then go for it again, and it's again
It's easier to do baby steps along the way, then get this giant investment to come all the way back
Toward the end of the night, toward when you're leading her
It has to have an element of urgency, you know? If it's just, oh you can come whenever you want
You know? Whenever
Then there's no sense that she actually needs to act. But if you say as I did on bootcamp the other night, I said, oh shit
The promoter just texted me. He says if we don't get in by 2:30, we're not gonna be allowed in
So boom, we have to go now. And that, boom, spontaneously brought them into action, right? They're like, oh shit
We should go, cool
And another component is time
So, if you are leading somewhere, always make it seem like it's easy to get there, right?
Oh, it's five minutes walk this way, you know if it's five minutes walking then, boom, it's easy
Or by car, it's five minutes by car
Also take away the downside with these things
So for example, one thing could be, if she comes out to where we are now, which is 30 minutes away from Santa Monica
How is she going to get home? Oh, you know what? Worst-case scenario, I'll drive you back or I'll get you an Uber
Then she doesn't have to think about it. Cool. I can go have fun
And then, my way home is already dealt with. And the last component I want to talk about is certainty
And authority
So you're speaking with certainty, right?
That belief that, this is what it is
That's that
And also authority, which is the right to give orders and enforce obedience
Right? So if you speak from that place of, I'm certain about this and I have the right to, you know
Deliver this and to lead us there, then people are going to follow you
If there's indecisiveness
If there's this, I don't know quality
The "Je ne sais quoi"
Then people won't follow you
Even if you don't know where you're going and you're figuring it or out on the way
Let's say you're pulling up Google Maps. You know where you're going, right? Yeah, it's just, it's literally just two minutes this way
I'm figuring it out. Yeah, it's called Joe's Pizzeria
Boom
Yeah, it's just right over here. Yeah, I got it, don't worry
Boom, you're certain about this and your authoritative about it. Yeah, we're going let's go
And so these qualities, certainty, authority, urgency, time, constraints
And taking away the downside, are elements that will help you as well. How do you learn to pull?
What is the fastest way to learn to pull?
The best thing to do is to get around people who are pulling themselves, right?
Think about, how to, this is a weird example. Cheetahs, how do they..? They have no instinctual way to hunt
They don't know, you can't just birth a cheetah. It's on its own and then it just hunts. It doesn't happen that way
What happens is, the mother cheetah
Basically, it'll bring the baby cheetah dead rabbits, and then it'll show it and be like, boom, pounce
And then like the baby cheetah is like, meh
And it like, pounces on it. And then over time, she brings larger and larger animals
And then by the time the cheetah is like this big, she brings a half-dead like antelope. That's just like
And then the baby cheetah like, she's like, go attack it like this
It attacks it and then over time, and then usually the antelope gets away
So the mother cheetah just has to drag it back there. Just wow horrible for the antelope
But over time it learns how to like, attack these injured antelopes and then
After like a very, very long process, the antelopes is just like running wild and the moms like hunting with the antelope
But with her baby and then the baby finally gets to the point where just like hunting
The antelope itself and then it ends up going on its own and just
You know doing it
So get around people who are the mother cheetahs with pulling. Get around the people who are doing it a lot
Kind of get into the vibe, pull with them, allow them to lead the pull and be like, okay
I understand what's happening at these different stages, and then attempt it yourself
If everyone you're hanging out with
Doesn't game, doesn't pick up girls, thinks it's weird
That's going to infiltrate into you. The law of osmosis
You're the average of the five people you spend most time with it. Like basically you absorb who they are
If you're hanging out with people who are always pulling, you'll be pulling with them and you'll learn that way
Hey guys, hope you enjoyed part two, part three is the most critical part of all and it's only covered in Austen Summers Academy
So this is my online course that's launching soon. That will cover every part of game
It's basically my magnum opus for you guys
The truth is that most of your success with pulling, will be as a result of your pulling lines
Your objection handling and what you do when you're actually home with the girl
And on top of wisdom that's taken me years to acquire myself
You'll also see hours of hidden camera footage
Broken down of pulls from me and my students. And they're analysed in full detail
So you basically get the full value of these experiences that are downloaded into your brain. You also learn how to pick
Transportation and sex locations
Stories to tell her that will awaken every girl's inner slut
And then also what to do when you're home, which is usually just the halfway point
Let me be clear, this will only be covered in Austen Summers Academy
So if you want to get on the interest list for that to get free bonus videos, to get discounts on the program itself

Boom, boom, done

How To Start A Bullet Journal: Your Complete Guide - Duration: 5:15.
(jazzy music)
- Bullet journaling is a do-it-yourself, create-it-yourself
diary, calendar, journal, dream list, place to doodle.
An opportunity to make a tool that
works specifically for your life,
which is also an opportunity to learn about your life.
- How do you start a bullet journal?
I would say get yourself a notebook,
and it doesn't have to be anything special,
just a simple notebook, and a pen.
- Step two, write down what you want to track.
Look at it in these pieces of what are you doing in a year,
what are your goals for the month,
what are your goals for the week.
All of those things can be tracked together,
and can really help you look forward for the next month,
to figure out how to better prioritize your life.
- For folks that are scared because it's like,
it may organize your life too much,
or you like flexibility, this actually affords you that.
- A helpful thing for me is just to use the basic principles
of bullet journaling, which is an index, a future log,
a monthly calendar, and then rapid logging.
- The index goes first, you write what page something's on.
- The index basically will be kinda your table of contents.
- And then you can find it, instead
of having to flip through it forever.
Some people do really cute doodles.
I love that, I tried once, and then I got lazy.
- Here's the key, really handy.
Consistent indicators for you to kind of
process your bullet journal as you go along.
- This is a bullet.
- The dot is something you need to get done.
- Update resume, haha.
- Next to it, I might write laundry.
- Chapter four, talk to this teacher.
- Call my mother.
- Get these books from the library,
return these books from the library.
- Buy a new notebook on Amazon.
- You X it out when it's done.
- If you're doing a really good job,
you'll see all your little lines of X's in front of them,
so you're really kicking butt.
- You migrate with it a little, I don't know how to say it.
- Migrated is the symbol for failure,
which means, no, just kidding.
- This is what I would use to transfer the fact that I
didn't buy that notebook today to the next day.
- You didn't get to it that day, and you are moving it
to another week or time, or the future.
- This is an open circle.
- Oh, and that's really handy.
I use it mostly for the future log, like oh, we're having
a meeting with very important people on the 13th.
- This is a dash, which is what I use to designate a note.
- That gets really handy when you're in a meeting
or something, where it's like oh, this is information,
and then ha, here's something that then I have to do.
- At the end of the week, as you start to think about
writing your next week of events, you can take stock
of what you've completed and what you haven't.
- When something's like, you know what, I don't really
need to do this, so you mark it off as irrelevant,
you just cross it off, and it feels so good, goodbye.
- I normally do about five times I'm allowed
to keep pushing something off, but then if I keep
pushing it off, then I know I'm either never gonna do it,
so I gotta do it right away, or I have to be like,
it's not gonna get done, I'm just done moving it.
'Cause, you know, there's only so much room on a page,
so I can't really keep things there that
aren't actually, you know, going to get done.

- Took me a while to find a system that worked for me,
and really, it's the monthly layout once a month,
and then these weekly layouts.
- My favorite layout is the six-month
future log, and the weekly layout.
- Keep it simple, like know what you're going to use it for.
There's a lot of really great ideas out there,
but if they don't resonate for you, you're not gonna use it.
- I tend to use color coding more than different layouts,
as my kind of signature style.
This is October, I used orange for October.
- My habit tracker.
I list the medications I have to take,
different healthy habits.
- I have the dates across the top in this one,
and then just the habits that I'm aiming for on the side.
And I try to group them up, so at the top,
I have spirituality, fitness, and general health stuff.
- I track how much water I drink.
- My sleep hygiene, make sure I get eight hours.
I have one for make bed, but I only filled it in once.
So then the next month, that would just be off the list.

- Having it written down takes it out of my mind
and allows me the freedom to live my life
in a way that is not just drowning in details constantly.
- This is so much more tangible, and I'm a lot more
proud of this, in a weird way,
than I would be of a computer calendar.
Sometimes batteries die, so this never dies.
- Makes me feel very productive.
- Checking off a task makes me really wanna do the task.
- Every time I fill in one of my action item boxes,
I do a little dance in my head.
- I mean, I thought I was freakin' efficient,
like I'm hella more efficient now.
(calming music)
- Bullet journaling is awesome.
It's really helped me get in touch with myself,
and I really, I love it, I think that it's
a great system that anyone can use.

Girls' Frontline - 5-2N RF Dragging Guide - Duration: 3:31.
Hello everyone, Ceia here.
Today I'll be introducing a method we've been testing out - which is 5-2N Rifle Dragging.
The rifles needed for this particular method would be - WA2000, SVD or M14.
You will also need these 4 specific handguns for this route.
If you do not have five-seven, you can replace her with PPK.
You will need 3 echelons for this route
A fodder echelon, a rifle to resupply and your main echelon.
You go along this route.
The 20,000 node that you'll see later occupying the middle captured helipad does drop green rarity equipment at a fairly decent rate.
This method nets you better equipment enhancement fodders than 3-2N RF dragging or 5-2N MG Dragging
In exchange for not having any corpses to be leveled. Only use this method to farm equipment fodder only.
The objective of this Rifle Dragging is to not allow the cannons to fire off a single shot at your handguns. Else your handguns will take too much damage for this to be cost effective
This route contains only armored units, so if you want to do your weekly armor kill quests, you can use this method as well.
This route will be much easier to manage once fairies are released. If you don't want to get cancer from 6-3N Zas Dragging or 3-2N RF Dragging, you can use this route instead.
Swap your handgun fodder echelon and main echelon around and retreat.
I hope this video has been useful to you, if so, perhaps give me a like, perhaps subscribe, share this video with your community if it has helped you.
and i will see you guys, next time

Chris Wood and Dwight McNeil guide the Clarets to their second win since September - Duration: 1:30.
Burnley won their second game since September as Chris Wood and Dwight McNeil guided the Clarets to victory over in-form West Ham
Ashley Westwood found the head of Ashley Barnes, who headed the ball down to Wood and he fired past Lukas Fabianski to open the scoring
Westwood was the architect for the second as he crossed into the box and found McNeil sliding in at the back post who fired a low shot past Fabianski
Ashley Westwood was the architecht for the second as he crossed into the box and it looked like his cross missed everyone But Dwight McNeil came sliding in at the back post to fire past Lukas Fabianski who may be should have done better This was only Wood's second league goal of the campaign and will need to score more often if Burnley are to stay up West Ham striker Andy Carroll looked frustrated as the visitors struggled to find a way through the Burnley defence

✅ Breaking News - Chris Wood and Dwight McNeil guide the Clarets to victory - Duration: 4:55.
Perhaps West Ham fans would tell you they saw this coming. If anyone else does, they are telling fibs
Only long-suffering Hammers supporters, wary of false dawns, may have expected what transpired at a delighted Turf Moor
The visitors, with five wins from six, were outfought, outplayed and at times outclassed by a Burnley side that were in apparent freefall
Maybe it was the return of Clarets' club captain Tom Heaton, who replaced Joe Hart in goal and performed superbly, or maybe it was the overconfidence a good run can bring
For whatever reason, Manuel Pellegrini's men – who could have gone seventh with victory - were brought to earth with a solid bump
First half goals from Chris Wood and Dwight McNeil were enough, but this could have been five or six
Dyche made five changes for the fixture, the most notable of which being the dropping of Hart
The former England man has struggled of late and shipped five last time out against Everton
Burnley have already conceded more goals than they did in the whole of last season and while it would be harsh to single out the ex-Manchester City stopper, there was a growing sense that the patient Heaton's time had come after a 476-day absence
He played like he had never been away. Early on, the TV cameras focussed in on Hart, sat on the Burnley bench
He had the face of a punter who has just been told it will cost a fiver to get in his local on New Year's Eve
There was a warning of what was to come in the first minute when Ashley Barnes – six yards out – sidefooted the impressive McNeil's low cross wide
Heaton saw his first work not long after, when Angelo Ogbonna rose to head Robert Snodgrass's corner right at him
His second action kickstarted the move which led to Burnley's opener, when he advanced from his line to calmly head a Felipe Anderson through ball to Ashley Westwood
Moments later, after a neat exchange between Jack Cork and McNeil, an overlapping Westwood crossed for Ashley Barnes to nod down with Wood on hand to emphatically volley past Lukasz Fabianski at his near post
On 34 minutes it was two. West Ham's ability to deal with crosses was always going to be tested here and while questions had to be asked of their defence, Fabianski appeared to take on hologram-like qualities when trying to deal with a sliding McNeil's far post shot from another Westwood centre
Seconds later it should have been three, when Barnes beat the offside trap to pull back for McNeil who shot wide from close range with the goal at his mercy
It was a stunning miss and on a par with Wood's to open the second half, when the former Leeds striker totally missed another Barnes centre from close range
Pellegrini brought on Andy Carroll at half-time, presumably in an attempt to beat Burnley at their own game
But the hosts continued to press, with Fabianski making amends when he pulled off a fine one-handed save to deny Barnes at point-blank range
Moments later, Wood was at it again. Set clear by a Barnes through ball, he shot past a Fabianski advancing in hope rather than expectation, but wide of the post
West Ham offered little until late on. A Carroll shot into the arms of Burnley's keeper led to more chants of 'Heaton, Heaton' while Anderson, with seven goals from his nine, was anonymous bar a long-range strike over the bar
Young Portuguese midfielder Xande Silva came off the bench for his first taste of Hammers action and saw his shot deflected narrowly over the bar
Carroll was then denied by a brilliant Heaton save when the Burnley man somehow contorted his body to tip the striker's goalbound header onto the bar
It prompted an ovation from the delighted home supporters – one which was repeated minutes later at the final whistle
