Paint a COFFEE Coffee Table - Duration: 3:22.

Making a coffee themed coffee table.

I luv coffee.

I like tea.

I luv the java jive and he luvs me.

Coffee and tea and the java and me.

A cuppa cuppa cuppa cuppa cup.

Boy!

That is the table that I started out with.

I put on a light tan overcoat to hide the reddish tone of the wood.

There it is with a blonde shade.

That is the coffee cup template that I used.

I cut out the template.

I measured where the cups needed to be separated out on the table.

I have three different types of coffee cups there.

I centered them in both directions.

I outlined them where I wanted them to be.

I used the wood correcting markers to outline the coffee cups first then I used latex paint

to fill them in.

I used that same tan blonde paint to make two of the coffee cups.

The lighter shades of the coffee cups.

I had to use quite a few layers of this paint.

You see I used an angled brush to really get those sharp lines.

To make it look graphic and not too homemade.

I used a dark brown.

I only used two colors just the tan and the dark brown.

So it reminds people of coffee.

Have coffee and coffee with cream colors.

I drew out all three of the coffee cups.

Each were unique.

I outlined with stencils the wording that I wanted to put on the coffee table.

I wanted it to say something cute like Coffee Time to make people happy when they looked

at it.

That is one of the best times of the day is coffee time.

I used a very thin paint brush to fill in those letters.

I used that same dark brown color that I used to make the coffee.

There it is!

Perfect {Keto} Coffee For Weight Loss!! - Duration: 8:50.

hey everybody. Hannibal Bray with Perfect Day Lifestyle and doing a little

coffee prep here this afternoon we got a late start today we're gonna settle in

do a little Netflix and chill with the little guy but coffee... coffee can be

great to help boost your energy and I want to give you a couple variations

that I do with coffee the first one here just you know making a little frothed milk

this isn't for me so if you've read my free report I'm currently not

having any dairy right now so I just I've just eliminated it cuz it's not

helping with my my goal of losing weight I've lost 63 pounds as of today 63

pounds in the last 90 days but dairy just isn't a part of that

right now but Nicole my wife is breastfeeding so she very much is

trying to keep all her energy up and we've got she's gonna have a nice little

latte here so I'm gonna show you how to make just that simple latte no big deal

and then I'm gonna show you everything I put into my keto coffee and I got this

recipe from this guy Thomas Delauer if you've if you've looked into keto diets

you've seen that and the program that I'm following here it's not ketogenic

per se but there's elements and bits of that program that I really like and I

think make a lot of sense and are sustainable so I've incorporated bits of

that and today I'm going to show you my keto coffee recipe and everything that

goes into that but first start off good water good water filtered water we've

got a filter system here at the house so that definitely helps got that all

boiled up here and it's been brewing here I like to do it in a French press I

don't do that every day because it takes it takes some time and cleanup to get

the grounds out of there so we've got the machine over here with the pods that

we'll use sometimes but we're out of pods so today it's French press and I

always start with you know whatever coffee you want to use this is it's a

organic breakfast blend that I like but you want to brew it for at least a good

three four minutes this is a couple minutes longer than that and

I'm gonna go ahead and make Nicole's first right look at me making a mess so

you know I'm no professional barista here but I get the job done so we've got

coffee in memory of when mom could sleep and we're just gonna go ahead and add in

the foam the frothed milk

all set for her and she likes a little cinnamon too so this is this is Saigon

cinnamon you can use whatever cinnamon right and there you go

Mama's latte she's gonna be happy with that so now for me a little

bit different I'm gonna use this this is the only blender I have this Vitamix if

you've got a smaller blender like one of those little ninja or bullet blenders

that's actually a lot better this is completely overkill for making my cup of

coffee but I'll show you how we do this go ahead and take the lid off of here and

how you guys doing out there?

there we go much better so I don't use the French press every

day apparently there's little slots that make it pour through a lot easier

alright and I just I just fill this thing up with uh I just filled it up in

the water I don't know exactly how much is in there the yield on this is how

many ounces do we have fifteen sixteen ounces I got some grounds in there it's

not a big deal it's all gonna get blended up what's going in here is the

first thing oh I forgot something forgot the MCT oil first thing is biggie

okay so this is just clarified butter I love this ghee this is my go-to if I'm

cooking steaks if I'm cooking meat I'll use this ghee but it's also really good

to put in your coffee because it's it's what they call those good healthy fats

okay the good healthy fats are gonna go in here now i dip that spoon in here to get it all off you don't have to measure it

as precisely as I do but we've got these nice stiff measuring cups I like it

holds exactly two tablespoons and if you've never added ghee to your coffee

before you may want to just work your way up and use like one tablespoon

and then kind of work your way up and then the other thing I use is this brain

octane oil I get this at Whole Foods you can order it online I think it's about the

same price you may be able to get it cheaper but it's from this bulletproof

company and they started this whole idea of like bulletproof coffee and

bulletproof coffee is basically just you take your coffee you add the ghee or you

can use grass-fed butter and then you add brain octane oil or you can use you

can use coconut oil but the brain octane oil is better it's got these multi chain

triglycerides in there but again those good healthy fats they're gonna help you

with weight loss and I put two tablespoons of this in there as well

okay now if you've never done this before this is gonna give you a kick

okay this is gonna give you it's gonna give you your energy little bit of a

boost so if you're doing this in the morning first thing in the morning you

may find you don't you're not real hungry for breakfast so you may even

feel like skipping lunch so this is this is something you can employ as a

strategy if you are trying to do a little bit of fasting if you're

trying if you are trying to reduce your caloric intake this can help with it so

that right there if we just stop right here mix it up that would be bulletproof

coffee but what I add to it is a little bit of

organic cacao powder and I'll list all the ingredients here in in the

description or the comments afterwards real simple stuff organic cacao powder

and I don't put that this is this is actually kind of a lot for you know just

like I make like a duck is like a double serving your coffee I'm making a big cup

of coffee right well put that in also add the pink Himalayan sea salt so this

is you know minerals in there it's gonna help you because if you're if you're

trying to lose weight you're drinking lots of water that's gonna kind of help

you keep your your minerals up so I'm not putting that much in and again just

the taste if you're like ahh, it tastes salty don't put this much in but I kind of

like the flavor that pink Himalayan sea salt just kicks it up a little bit and

then the Saigon cinnamon right and you can go nuts with this you can put as

much in as you want that's all I'm putting in I don't

measure it I just put it out here in the bowl to show you guys right and now

blend away bring that on break it up

and you can see it's real frothy like a latte

all right and that's it so feel the steam we've got there

it's frothing off I love that and pour that my cup and you're gonna taste

delicious good stuff so those are my two healthy coffee options for you if you
