Hello YouTubers and Hans Gruber's my name is Max and today I'm going to give
you two tips on how to grow your online business starting now!
My name is Max. I run a SEO digital marketing agency called 'WickedMax.com' and apart from
providing SEO services to my clients the other thing that my company wants to do
is educate small business owners on how to grow their online business through
information inspiration and actionable processes. So before I get to giving you
those two tips that I promised I want to cover something else first and it ties
into all of that. I'm currently reading a book called 'The subtle art of not giving
a expletive'. It's a really great book I've only one chapter in but I'm really
really enjoying it and there's a quote at the from the book that I just wanna
read out very quickly and it says 'Everything worthwhile in life is won
through surmounting the associated negative experience'. Now what they mean by
that is is by overcoming the negative experience that goes along with it
so take example take for example going to the gym when you initially go there
it's you know it's horrible you're surrounded by these beautiful people and
you're feeling ugly and horrible and fat and all scrawny or whatever but you, you
overcome that through the negative experience of you know going there
day-in day-out and eventually at some point that negative experience changes
and you become one of these you know become fit and you become skinny come
stronger and you, you overcome that initial negative experience. Think about
for example KFC, Kentucky Fried Chicken. Colonel
Sanders he had a thousand negative experiences before he got his positive
experience thousand people said to him no we don't want and eventually someone
said yes we'll take your recipe and take your one and no the story goes on. Thomas
Edison. Light bulb thousand light bulbs didn't work finally the one that did
work all that negative experience he could have given up you know after the
first couple that I this is people are telling him he's an idiot and whatever
else and I'll just give up but it didn't he continued with a negative experience
to eventually had the positive one and it may be the same with this YouTube
channel as of right now this is my first video zero subscribers but a thousand
videos from now I'm sure there'll be a different story
will seem 2,000 videos from now so that all ties into the the two tips I'm about
to give you go online you need to you need to get online into a online
community or forum so that can be that can be YouTube that can be Facebook
Instagram starting a blog get online into a space where you can start
engaging people and yes it's gonna be uncomfortable I get it
you know you'll have these mental gymnastics going on your head saying I
don't want to do this I don't want to do that people will think I'm crazy or
family will judge me or whatever just do it anyway who cares okay just do it
anyway positives will come from it I promise you
positives will come from it the the other side of that the tip number two is
they'll tip number one you have to go online into a space
if you're not sure which space you want to go need to go into or want to go into

we'll discuss you know what spaces might be good for for that industry the second
part of that is is be yourself is is absolutely paramount to it so many
things are over produced and whatever else and and you lose that connection
with people and that's what's going to bring in your clients you know you go to
think about going to a used car salesman you know it's over pretty good they're
over produced are over the top and you come away feeling her dirty odd I didn't
I didn't connect with that person but if you with someone that is themselves you
have this connection with them and I know this from experience I was a
salesperson computer sales person for many many years
about nine plus years and I would get clients in and I could close a sale
straightaway I could close this house right away but I would often burn those
people and they wouldn't come back to me I found quickly that my best success was
from getting when a client came in but someone came in and they wanted to buy
something you know build a relationship with him talk and find out their needs
wants and I may not close that sale straightaway but I guarantee they will
come back and see me and I would have that client for life however long I was
happy you know those computer sales for and in
the online space is exactly the same you can get a client online and you can just
sell them you know do this fantastic sales letter and whatever else and it
gets them in and you know it may burn them and they may feel sold afterwards
and you've lost them you know you get that one sound great
but you don't get them again however if you get a client in if you if
you nurture them and give them an experience and and listen to their wants
and engage with them you know actually talk to them and find out you know what
their problems are and help them I guarantee when it's their time that
they're wanting to buy something from you they'll buy from you and they'll
come back to you again and again and again year in year out because you
haven't birthed them on the front end okay haven't burnt them initially you
get them and this is a sales term online term you get them at their back end when
they come in later on okay so yeah be yourself be genuine and you'll have
