Colonias have been underrepresented and underserved for too long. And you have quality infrastructure that isn't up to par
Really what we need is community reinvestment in these areas.
We can start with a better health care system, like Medicare for all.
It can start with addressing the infrastructure problems like we see here in the Colonias.
Now, that's kind of how I'm approaching this; how to better the people's lives directly.
