✅ Report: Kawhi Leonard was jealous of star treatment received by other 2016 NBA All-Stars - Duration: 2:07.

What soured Kawhi Leonard on the Spurs?Their handling of his injury? Their reluctance to offer a super-max extension this summer? Their delaying of his first big contract? With Leonard heading to the Raptors, answers still remain elusive

Not long ago, Leonard looked like a perfect fit in San Antonio – a seemingly low-maintenance superstar committed to winning

It was hard to imagine a better player to carry the torch from Tim Duncan.Where did it all go wrong? There's probably no single answer

The injury issues are impossible to dismiss, but they clearly don't stand alone.Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News:So the Spurs didn't arrange for Leonard to have a private luxury car during All-Star weekend? That doesn't mean they didn't take care of their stars

That's not the only way for them to give preferential treatment. In particular, they're known for letting family on some team flights, and you can bet a player of Leonard's caliber would get more leeway

That said, Leonard is an elite producer even among stars. I wouldn't blame him for seeking every amenity he can get.Of course, the question with the notoriously quiet Leonard: Did he ask for more? Did San Antonio even realize Leonard felt unfulfilled in this way? Maybe the Spurs would have accommodated him if he were more vocal

Leonard's elite basketball play positions him as a potential global brand, but that alone isn't enough. He must build a more marketable image

For now, though, Leonard's strategy appears to be:1. Alienate everyone – David Robinson, Spurs, potential suitors, media, shoe companies2

???3. Profit

Treatment for Wet AMD and DME - Duration: 6:03.

>>NARRATOR: Hi, my name is Lea.

I'm here to connect with people who care about managing your condition and to

talk to you about treatment with EYLEA.

EYLEA is an FDA-approved prescription treatment to treat the following retinal conditions:

Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration, or Wet AMD.

Diabetic Macular Edema, or DME.

Diabetic Retinopathy, or DR in DME.

And Macular Edema following Retinal Vein Occlusion, or MEfRVO.

EYLEA® (aflibercept) Injection is a prescription medicine administered by injection into the

eye.

You should not use EYLEA if you have an infection in or around the eye, eye pain or redness,

or known allergies to any of the ingredients in EYLEA, including aflibercept.

The safety and efficacy of EYLEA have been studied in over 3000 patients in clinical

trials.

So whether you're about to receive your first treatment with EYLEA, or if you may receive

EYLEA in the future, or you're a loved one or caregiver who wants to help, it's great

that you are here to learn more.

Now I'd like to share some general tips that can apply to everyone: Keep every eye

care appointment so you can do your best to help protect your vision.

If you miss an appointment, reschedule it as soon as possible.

Your vision is very important.

Your eye care team will put together a treatment plan based on your vision needs.

Be sure to follow your eye care team's instructions every step of the way.

And stay on top of your overall health.

Now I'd like to talk to you about EYLEA injections, so let's see what can happen

before, during, and after the appointment.

This will help you make the most of your treatment.

Before your scheduled appointment, there are a few things you can do to prepare.

Make a list of questions you have to bring along to ask your eye care team.

Arrange for someone to drive you to and from the appointment.

And consider taking along a pair of dark glasses, because your eyes may be sensitive to light

after your treatment.

Now, what should you expect at the appointment?

The eye care team will get you ready for the EYLEA injection by examining the eye.

Your eye care team should clean your eye and the area around it with a topical antiseptic.

To help prevent infection, antibiotic drops may be put in your eye, and your eye should

be treated with a numbing solution.

So, now we are ready.

Your eye care specialist will inject EYLEA into your eye with a very fine needle.

It takes only a few seconds.

Once injected inside the eye, your EYLEA dose is complete.

Injection into the eye with EYLEA can result in an infection in the eye and retinal detachment—separation

of retina from back of the eye.

Inflammation in the eye has been reported with the use of EYLEA.

In some patients, injections with EYLEA may cause a temporary increase in eye pressure

within one hour of the injection.

Sustained increases in eye pressure have been reported with repeated injections, and your

doctor may monitor this after each injection.

There is a potential risk of serious and sometimes fatal side effects related to blood clots,

leading to heart attack or stroke in patients receiving EYLEA.

After the EYLEA injection, your doctor should check for any side effects from the injection.

Including a temporary increase in pressure.

Here are some things for you to look out for.

You may have eye pain or redness. You may have temporary vision problems.

Do not drive or use machinery. Sustained increases in eye pressure have been reported with repeated injections of EYLEA.

If you have any side effects, including eye pain or redness, light sensitivity, or blurring of vision after an injection

cataract, moving spots in the field of vision, increased pressure in the eye

and vitreous (gel-like substance) detachment, which are the most common side effects with EYLEA.

Contact your doctor right away.

After the injection, give yourself some time to take it easy.

Make sure you follow any directions provided by your eye care team.

HEAT STROKE 🔥(Sun Stroke): Causes, symptoms, treatment 💬 NurseWeekly - Duration: 3:07.

Wooo! It is blazing outside!

Says everyone in Seattle, when it's over like 65, but I ain't going to lie

I think this Summer is going to be banging

and I know some of you in Louisiana, Georgia, Bama, Texas, Oklahoma.

You guys are keeping it way more than a hundred, for way too long.

So with that, we've got high risks of heatstroke.

Which you may have heard of, but you might not quite understand.

The medical name?

Severe non-exertional or exertional hyperthermia.

So normal body temperature is around 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, or 37 degrees Celsius,

everywhere else in the f#$@! world.

So you're out shopping, and you leave grandpa in the car with the windows rolled up,

and he's got dementia and he's looking for the window pump in your 2018 "S-Class."

He's confused, he's hot, and he can't seem to get out.

Well after a while, when the environment heats up grandpa's body temperature to over 104 degrees...

We've got a problem.

Now heat stroke is a medical emergency, and can be deadly,

so it's important you know what it looks like.

Now you get back to "papa-potato," and he's feeling extra weak, he's got a headache,

he's nauseous or dizzy.

He's breathing real fast.

He's being strange or slurring his words, or even unconscious.

Maybe he's having seizures.

Get that man to a hospital!

If you call for an ambulance, while you're waiting, it's recommended

that you cool them off, and quick.

Now I used to hear about dunking people in a tub of cool water, but 1, that's not always around

and 2, that's not always safe depending on a lot of variables.

So instead...

Turn on that air conditioning.

Get him in some shade.

Put a fan on him.

Take any heavy clothing off, have him lie down, relax.

Pop some cold compresses on him.

Like those bags of Mandarin Orange Chicken, you got from Trader Joe's?

Remember.

This is grandpa.

He's worth it.

Put them on his neck, on his armpits, on his groin.

We've got a lot of blood vessels in these areas, it'll cool him down quick.

If you feel like they're safe to drink fluids, and have no swallowing issues,

get him some sports drinks, or water in his system, OK?

Once the ambulance comes, they'll take it from there.

Now, how do we prevent this from happening??

Number one: Don't leave any person or animal in the car with the windows rolled up,

you dip$#*!

Also remember, this is non-exertional or exertional.

Try to stay out of the mosh pit come summertime when you're at the Gorge Amphitheater.

OK?

Exercising heavily out in the beating sun.

I mean, I know you've got goals, but honestly.

No one cares how many steps you got in today.

But you.

Quit telling me.

I'm serious, I don't care.

Besides you could say like 4,000 or 600,000, I really don't know.

I say good job.

OK. The point is it ain't worth it.

Remember, it's not just the elderly that are vulnerable to heat stroke.

It can happen to any age, and any medications you may take, may put you at a higher risk

of this happening.

Wear light clothing that fits loose.

If I could live in boxer briefs and flip-flops, I would.

But apparently, my local bank doesn't think it's appropriate.

So follow the rules, just follow them loosely.

Drink plenty of fluids during extra hot days,

and have the common sense to not stay out in the blistering heat, all f@#*% day.

Are you with me?

Peace!

Unexplained Infertility: Causes and Treatment - Duration: 4:24.

I am Dr. Sweta Gupta, Clinical Director, Medicover Fertility

Today we are going to discuss about unexplained infertility, what are the possible causes and how to

overcome it?

What is unexplained infertility?

Unexplained infertility is idiopathic which means the cause of the disease remains unknown

even after a thorough infertility investigation.

The investigations include semen analysis in the male and the assessment of ovulation,

fallopian tubes and the uterus in the female.

What are the possible causes of unexplained infertility?

The diagnosis of unexplained infertility is given when the basic infertility workup doesn't

show any noticeable cause.

In a male the contributory factor for fertilisation is the sperm and its count, motility and morphology

all appear normal in a routine semen analysis test.

Also, there are no issues found in the female reproductive health, yet a couple cannot conceive.

Let's understand what could be the possible reasons that pregnancy couldn't be achieved.

• There might be some issues related to the sperm quality that cannot be detected

in a routine semen analysis test and a poor-quality sperm may not be able to fertilise an egg.

• There might be some issues with the egg quality.

Maternal age and the quality of egg plays a major role in pregnancy.

• There might be mild ovulation problem.

• The egg and sperm cannot interact normally as they should.

• There might be some issues in the lining of fallopian tube that is not detected in

an HSG test and due to which the passage of egg, sperm or the fertilised egg may be disturbed.

• There might be some defects which lead to implantation failure.

What are the treatment options available for unexplained infertility?

If a couple has been diagnosed with unexplained infertility, the first thing we doctors suggest

is not to stress.

If the couples are young they can try naturally for few cycle.

But is the age of the female is 35 years or above it is best to visit an infertility specialist.

The first choice of treatment is usually IUI i.e. Intrauterine Insemination with either natural cycle or with controlled ovarian

stimulation.

Clomid or hormonal injections are usually used to stimulate the ovaries to produce

and release an egg.

But if 3 cycles of IUI have failed, then it is best to move on with IVF.
