Wondering how to dress for an interview? From startups to corporates, here's the complete guide to interview dressing for

all age groups and body types.

Hey gorgeous! If you're looking for

a new job, you're probably in a bit of a stressed place. There's so many

things to worry about without even thinking about what you're gonna wear.

There's so many questions in your mind. Will you do well? Will you like the

workplace? Will they like you? Will they offer you good enough salary? Aargh! So

many questions! If you are well prepared it can all go well. But no matter how

good your resume is, or no matter how many times you've rehearsed the answers to the common

interview questions in the mirror, you still can't ignore the power of being well

dressed for the interview. Why you need to be well dressed? Well, if you're well

dressed and groomed, it creates a powerful executive presence. And if you

exude a sense of style, your interviewer can visualize you as the future face of

the company. And so your chances of getting selected increase many-fold. Your

appearance is the first thing they notice about you. It is what starts to

make that first impression. It starts giving your interview, speaking on your

behalf, before you even exchange greetings. Interview dressing: your goal. Your goal

is to create an impressionable executive presence. So you should wear something

that lets you be your most professional, confident self. If that means wearing

heels, wear heels, if that means wearing flats, wear flats.

The point is, you should wear something that showcases the best of your attitude

and abilities. Preparation: If you really want that job, show them how well you can

fit in. Do a little bit of research about the company before you decide how to

dress for an interview. You can look up their staff pictures on their Facebook

page or on their website to see how formally or informally they dress.

Similarly, also look up your prospective employer on Google or LinkedIn to

understand how they usually dress. Formal, semi-formal or informal: With more casual

work cultures becoming so common these days, it can get really tricky to

understand whether you should dress formally or informally.

It's better to always be a little bit more formally dressed than to look

under-dressed. Even if you are applying for a job at a start-up or a small firm,

you really can't assume that it's okay to wear ripped jeans for the interview.

You can still wear them once you're hired, if the work culture is okay with

it. But for the interview, it's always a good idea to be a little bit more

polished. If you arrive and find yourself more formally dressed than your

employer, that's perfectly okay but not the other way round. How to dress for an

interview: Dress according to the position you're applying for. If you're

applying for a senior management position, dress a little bit more

conservatively to show that you can lead. Business suits, full-sleeved shirts and

trousers are great ideas. If you are applying for an internship position,

try half-sleeved blouses with knee-length skirts or trousers to show that you're a

young professional, full of new ideas. You need to look fit for the role. Avoid

clothing that shows too much skin when choosing your interview dress. I read

this rule somewhere, "A woman should never show three things at her workplace - her

toes, her cleavage and the back of her neck." And while most workplaces are okay

with peep-toe shoes or t-shirts these days, conservative is always the better

choice for interviews. Avoid anything too shiny, like shiny fabrics or tacky

jewelry. Go for a subtle look. Avoid neons or colors are too bright,

unless a job calls for it. Neutrals and deep colors work well, paired with black

or white. And lastly, don't let these tips make you dress in a boring way.

Your look should be elegant yet confident. Let the focus be on your

talent and not on your dress. What to wear to an interview: Here are some

great ideas. 1. Shirt with trousers: This is the most basic and easy-to-wear

interview attire, especially for summers. Go for a white or light-colored shirt

and wear it with dark-colored pants in a neutral color that fit well, but are not too

tight. Accessorize with a skinny belt pearl studs and pumps. 2. Business suit or

skirt suit: This is the perfect interview attire if you are applying at a

corporate workplace or for a senior position. Go for a well-fitted, neutral

colored plain or pin-striped suit. Pair it with a shell top or a full-sleeved

shirt. And add a pendant necklace and flats or pumps. If you are plus-sized or pear

shaped, go for a pant-suit that almost covers your hips. 3. Sleeved

blouse with trousers: Whether it's buttoned or button-less, a sleeved blouse would

look professional if it has a simple cut and a neutral color. Pair it with pants

and you have the perfect attire for casual work environments, startups and

small firms. 4. Midi skirt with shirt: If you're plus-sized or pear-shaped, a

flared midi-skirt is a great idea. This is the more conservative attire, so

you can rock this at any age. Wear with a buttoned shirt for that classic work

look. 5. Formal jacket with trousers and

a basic shell top: If you want something more stylish than a business suit, go

for a formal jacket paired over contrasting trousers. Accessorize with

drop earrings and a slim bracelet. 6. Formal collared dress: If you're looking

for a fashionable business look, then go for a collared dress. A knee-length sleeved dress

is the best bet. Accessorize with matching pumps, a skinny belt, if needed,

and a pendant chain. Works well for pear shaped women, too. 7. Tunic and skinny

pants: If you want something different yet modern, prior tunic it can be sleeved

and or colored if you are heavy wealth or pear-shaped go for a knee length or

longer tunic rectangle or hourglass shaped women will go for shorter ones

pair with skinny pants or belt fitted trousers accessories for formal outfits

now that you've selected one to wear for an interview choose for new accessories

to go with it with accessories to complete your outfit with our structured

leather handbag neutral colored or black pumps or flats a pink pearl necklace or

small start earrings if you have too many stray hair you can payment with a

plain headband keep a pen handy for anything that you

we asked to write or chart down at the interview make sure you have a

professional-looking laptops Lee or resume file it should be easy enough to

take out your portfolio or resume if the interviewer asks to see it grooming how

to look polished you can't have a guide on how to dress for an interview without

focusing on these finishing touches make sure your outfit is well ironed

clean and fits well avoid too tight or loose clothing keep your nails neatly

filed or cut and go for a nude or neutral colored nail polish avoid red or

other bright colors for professional work environments your hair should be

tied into a ponytail bun or be combed away from your face

avoid stray hair and sideways keep the hair neatly in place keep your makeup

light and simple the no makeup makeup look works well for most interviews

though 14 eyeliner a light layer of mascara and light pink or nude lipstick

our natural BB cream or really light coverage foundation oh hi Kiki you're

distracting makeup at all costs it's better to have no makeup on that too

much oh why too much perfume a light wave of fresh think is more than enough

grab a minute before you walk into the interview and head to the restroom to

check your appearance make sure your teeth are clean and that your hair looks

Delegated Legislation Part Two: Essay Guide, A Level Law Step-by-step Video Guide #3 - Duration: 13:25.

Hi, there.

Welcome back to the step-by-step guide on how to write an A Level Law essay.

If you haven't seen my first video on Statutory Interpretation, I would recommend that you

do so as it is an introductory video to my channel and how my video guides work.

Before we begin, please note that this video guide will be most effective for you if you

already have some basic knowledge of the relevant chapters that I will be discussing.

As this is the second part of the video guide, I will be going through the whole written

essay with you and then explain the workings as I go along.

In case you haven't seen the first part of this video guide, I would like to encourage

you to do so first so as to prepare you for the actual essay itself.

I have inserted the link to the first part of the video guide in the description below.

If you find this video guide useful, please like, share and subscribe to my channel and

don't forget to click on the bell button to get notifications of new videos as I will

be making video guides every week.

With that said, let's get started with Part Two of video guide #3.

The question of the day reads: Consider how delegated legislation has played an important

role in the development of the law and critically assess the possibility of the practice also

being a threat to democratic law-making in Parliament.

To answer an examination question we must first take note of two things.

Which chapter is the question covering, and what is the focus of the question.

By first considering these two aspects of the question we will know how to address the

question appropriately.

From the question we can infer that this question covers the chapter Delegated Legislation

And the focus of the question concerns the importance of DL and the possibility of it

being a threat to democratic law-making.

As per usual, a complete essay needs to be structured properly.

Therefore, our essay should include an introduction, relevant points, and finally a good conclusion

which addresses the question.

Before I begin going through the essay I would like you to note that my answer is not the

perfect essay answer, but it only serves as a guide for you so that you get an idea on

how to write your essay and score the highest mark possible for your effort.

Incidentally, I may have also left out certain minor details from my content video as whatever

points that have been discussed earlier only serves as a guide for us to reach our end-product,

the essay.

One more important thing to note is that since, for examination purposes, the time limit for

one essay answer is exactly 30 minutes, I will not have a lot of time to cover every

single relevant detail and the ideal word count for an excellent essay answer is between

800-1000 words per essay.

Introduction Man-made laws exist to regulate human activity,

and these laws come from different sources including laws made by way of delegated legislation.

As delegated legislation is sanctioned by Parliament, it can be considered as written

sources of laws.

However, there is an argument that delegated legislation threatens democracy and democratic

law-making.

To consider the validity of this argument, we need to first discuss the purpose and practice

of delegated legislation and how it actually affects the concept of democracy.

It is very important for us to first define laws and sources of laws, especially written

sources of laws such as Acts of Parliaments which are very much related to delegated legislation.

Though delegated legislation has been mentioned here, it is only mentioned briefly because

in the introductory stage of an essay, a quick preview of what is to come should suffice.

As law-making and democracy are very controversial things, we should definitely discuss the workings

of delegated legislation before we can actually make an informed decision on whether or not

delegated legislation threatens democracy.

Point One: Body Paragraph One As the name implies, delegation legislation

simply means that someone has delegated the authority of legislating laws to another.

That someone is none other than Parliament, a collective body with the highest law-making

authority in England.

Delegated legislation is derived from its parent Act, or enabling Act, which proscribes

its parameters and procedures for law-making.

It is a canvas for which detailed laws can be inscribed upon by the people who have been

charged by Parliament to do so in Parliament's stead.

Some of the most common delegated legislation are Orders in Council made by the Queen and

the Privy Council, Statutory Instruments made by government ministers and government departments,

and By-laws made by local authorities and public corporations.

An important statutory instrument is the Police Codes of Practice that were made by the Lord

Chancellor and the Secretary of State for Justice under the authority given by the Police

and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.

To develop the essay, the origins of a particular subject of a topic should first be addressed,

and therefore as according to the thesis statement in the introduction we should now highlight

the definition of delegated legislation and how it relates to Parliament.

As part of the workings of delegated legislation, it is crucial that the types of delegated

legislation should be discussed briefly, with at least one of the types explained further

to illustrate how delegated legislation generally works.

Point One: Body Paragraph Two There are many reasons for which delegated

legislation is important in the development of laws.

As Parliament is a collective body, it cannot deal with every specific detail of a particular

law and so therefore Parliament usually decides on the main provisions of a statute and then

leave the specifics to someone else with more expertise on the matter to deal with it.

This leaves Parliament with more time and resources to deal with other laws requiring

more collective attention.

Government ministers who have been delegated the power to legislate will be able to consult

others who are either experts or have vested interest in the matter that is about to be

made into law.

Apart from that, the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 has provided that government

ministers with delegated powers are able to make or change any provision for laws if it

so reduces the burden of Parliament's function as a legislative body.

After discussing how it works, we should move to the reasons for delegated legislation and

highlight some of the good points about its practice.

This should definitely be directed at addressing the question on how Delegated Legislation

plays an important role in the development of the law since that is the first part of

what the question requires us to focus on.

It is from this paragraph onwards that we are actually addressing the question properly

and going into the crux of the essay.

It should be noted that this is only done after giving the essay a proper development,

or an origin story.

Point Two: Body Paragraph Three Although the enabling Act is the primary control

utilised by Parliament over delegated legislation, there are other ways for Parliament to make

sure that delegated powers are regulated.

One example would be the Affirmative Resolution, where Parliament will have the last say before

it is officiated as an actual statute law.

This method ensures that Parliament has control over the details of the law that has been

made through delegated legislation.

Other than Parliament, the judiciary also has authority over delegated legislation.

This is only so if there is evidence to prove that, for example, a government minister has

not followed the correct procedures provided for by the enabling Act such as seen in Aylesbury

Mushroom case (1972) where the courts held that the delegated legislation is ultra vires,

i.e. that the minister has overstepped the powers granted by Parliament when he failed

to follow proper procedure while developing the law.

After addressing the important role of delegated legislation in the development of the law,

we should move to discuss its regulation as this is not just part of the workings of delegated

legislation, but it is an important point to highlight so that we can critically evaluate

the question on whether delegated legislation still pose a threat to democracy after knowing

the fact that there are some controls over the practice of delegated legislation.

And of course, with one example to illustrate each type of control would suffice for this

essay answer.

Point Three: Body Paragraph Four To address the question on the threat to democracy,

we should first understand the importance of democracy before we can decide if delegated

legislation has threatened the concept of democratic law-making.

Democracy is based off the idea that the development of laws should be influenced by the masses.

Therefore, to allow an individual or a body of individuals who possibly is not even democratically

elected to do the job of law-making by way of delegated legislation can be considered

as an affront to the basic concept of democracy.

This can be made worse if sub-delegation is also practiced within government departments

responsible for developing specific laws.

Despite these issues, it should be emphasised that there are at least controlling bodies

to regulate delegated legislation.

However, both Parliamentary and Judicial control are quite limited and that control will only

be properly exerted when an abuse of power occurs and reported.

With delegated legislation not being a frequently public affair like the laws that are rigorously

made in Parliament, abuse of power and misapplication of power is rife.

In this paragraph we are addressing the second part of the question, and before we can do

so, we should briefly discuss the concept of democracy and its importance first otherwise

we cannot emphasise how important it is.

After explaining how delegated legislation can actually threaten democracy and democratic

law-making because of the flaws of its practice, it would be good for us to at least make a

brief contrasting point on how there are also controls to mitigate the threat to democracy.

This is why it is important for us to introduce the fact that there are some controls over

delegated legislation in Point Two so that now we can make a more informed and critical

evaluation on the focus of the question regarding delegated legislation and its possible threat

to democracy

Conclusion As much as we need to delegate powers of legislation

so that we can ease the burden of Parliament, such practices do not come without the problems

of abuse which would ultimately lead to the idea that democracy is threatened.

Therefore, I feel that there should be a more stringent check on delegated powers so that

the practice can meaningfully supplement Parliament's role in law-making without the concern that

democracy is being threatened.

Instead, the practice of delegated legislation can be seen as an extension of Parliament's

democratic will.

The summary should briefly highlight some of the most important points of the essay

which addresses the question properly.

After much critical thought and discussion, a conclusion can be made and must coincide

with our general view throughout the discussion.

That is the end of the video guide.

I hope it has helped you in your legal studies.

Do check out part one of this video where I'll go through with you the contents of

Top 5 things to do in Takayama | japan-guide.com - Duration: 7:56.

Takayama is a pleasant mountain town in the northern Japan Alps famous for its well preserved

old district, woodworking, and its festival.

Located in the mountainous Hida Region in the northern part of Gifu Prefecture, Takayama

(which is often called Hida Takayama to distinguish it from other places of the same name) can

be reached in just under two and a half hours from Nagoya via the JR Hida Limited Express

train and in about 5 and half hours from Tokyo by direct highway bus.

Here are a few other options to access Takayama, which may be helpful depending on your location.

Takayama has been renowned for many centuries for its high-quality timber and the skill

of its carpenters; aspects that are still prominently displayed through the town's architecture.

In the feudal days of the Edo period, when Japan was ruled by dozens of regional lords

(called daimyo), the shogun in Edo had direct control over a few strategically important

locations (such as Sado Island for its gold & silver mines, and Nagasaki for its port).

Takayama used to be one such location due to its excellent wood and talented craftsmen,

which were highly valuable commodities in those days.

This brought significant wealth to the town and its merchants.

Even today Hida lumber, wood crafts, and furniture remain famous nation-wide.

Takayama is also an excellent base from which you can reach many nearby worthwhile locations

such as the beautiful nature of Okuhida as well as Shirakawago's massive farmhouses.

With this in mind, here are our Top 5 Recommendations for Takayama and the nearby areas.

Number Five: Takayama Jinya

As mentioned earlier, because of its valuable timber resources, in the late 1600s

Takayama was put under direct control of the Tokugawa Shogunate.

Staffed by officials sent from Edo (or Tokyo), the Takayama Jinya building complex in the

middle of town served as the local government office until the Meiji Restoration in 1868.

Today the buildings still stand and have been turned into a well-maintained museum where

visitors can walk through the large tatami rooms which were once offices, conference

rooms, and there is even an interesting "interrogation room".

Also, next to the main building is the largest traditional rice storehouse in Japan which

now showcases many historical items and documents.

Number Four: Takayama Festival

Alongside the Kyoto Gion Matsuri and also Chichibu Night Festival, the Takayama Festival

is ranked as one of Japan's three most beautiful festivals.

Occurring twice each year this is not only a fun event to witness but also showcases

the town's incredible woodworking abilities.

The main attractions of the event are the parade of heavily decorated yatai, or festival floats,

performances with highly sophisticated wooden karakuri dolls decorating the floats,

and the procession of the ornate mikoshi through the town's streets which contain the shinto

deities of the main shrine.

Perhaps the highlight of the whole festival is on the evening of the first day when the

floats are pulled through the streets of Takayama's old town for several hours.

These two festivals which take place each Spring on April 14th and 15th as well as in

Autumn on October 9th and 10th.

During these dates, Takayama becomes extremely crowded with visitors.

If you hope to see one of the festivals, we highly recommend arranging accommodations

well in advance since lodging throughout the city gets booked many months beforehand.

Number Three: Okuhida Onsen

In our opinion, the Okuhida Region is one of the best places in Japan for experiencing

large outdoor hot spring baths in beautiful natural surroundings.

From central Takayama it's an easy side trip to any of the five onsen towns in the

Okuhida Region.

Each town has its own character and offers public bathhouses or ryokan with luxurious

open-air baths (called rotemburo) from which bathers can admire the surrounding Northern

Japan Alps while they soak.

We highly recommend staying overnight at one of the many onsen ryokan in the Okuhida region,

especially one with a rustic, local atmosphere and includes meals around a fireplace.

Guests of these Japanese style inns are given unlimited access to the pools at the inn where

they are staying.

Most ryokan will also welcome daytime visitors, but will charge an admission fee.

A prime example being the Suimeikan Karukaya.

If you end up the Shin-Hotaka onsen town, also be sure to ride the Shin-Hotaka ropeway

which features Japan's first double decker gondola and also has incredible views of the

Northern Japan Alps from the top.

Number Two: Shirakawago

Shirakawago is a formerly remote area where unique, massive gassho-zukuri farmhouses have

survived and can be viewed.

It can be reached in an hour by bus from the Takayama bus center located

just next to the JR Takayama train station.

Although only a few decades ago this farming village was relatively unknown, in 1995 the

area achieved UNESCO Cultural Heritage Status, only the fourth location to do so in Japan,

and has since become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the entire country.

The main attraction of Shirakawago is Ogimachi, which is the section of town with the highest

concentration of gassho-zukuri farmhouses, some of which are more than 250 years old.

"Gassho-zukuri" means "constructed like hands in prayer" because it's said the

steep thatched-roofs look like the praying hands of a Buddhist monk.

Impressively, these extremely solid houses are constructed without using any nails

yet have withstood the large amounts of snow the valley receives each winter for centuries.

Several of these farmhouses, such as the Wada house, are open to the public and many also

offer overnight stays which (in our opinion) is the best way to experience Shirakawago.

Usually these stays are fully booked several months in advance, so we recommend making

reservations well ahead of time if you are hoping to spend a night in a farmhouse.

Shirakawago is extremely picturesque in any season.

In spring there are cherry blossoms, in summer the town is green and lush, fall brings beautiful

colors, and in winter the areas is covered in a blanket of snow and there are night illuminations.

If you are unable to make it all the way to Shirakawa-go from Takayama, an excellent alternative

is Hida no Sato.

This well-done open air museum features over 30 traditional buildings from the Hida region

and is located right in Takayama.

Number One: Takayama Old Town

Featuring buildings dating back as far the 1600s, Takayama's Old Town district is one

of the best preserved historic districts in the entire country and definitely a must-see destination.

Walking these atmospheric streets, visitors experience a first-hand glimpse of what it

was like to visit Takayama during the Edo period.

The Old Town can be reached in an easy ten minute walk from Takayama Station.

There are also local buses which can be boarded at the station as well.

The Old Town area of Takayama is made up primarily of three streets,

IchinoMachi, Ninomachi, and Sannomachi.

Particularly worthwhile is Sannomachi Street which has many old homes, shops, cafes, and

sake breweries, some of which have been in business since the 17th century.

Also nearby is the Hachiman Shrine to which the autumn Takayama Festival is dedicated,

and several historic houses of local merchant families that have been opened to the public.

In the Northern part of the Old Town is where one of Takayama's two daily morning markets is held.

Here vendors sell local produce and crafts.

We hope this top five list gives you a good place to start when planning your trip to Takayama.

Crisis Management: A guide to ¨cut the cancer¨ out of business - Duration: 8:39.

Hello hello, Pileros! How are you? Today I am so happy with a new YouTuber

He didn't know that he is a new YouTuber but now he is YouTuber!

Sometimes, when we're trying to get some success in something or you want to reach some

objective sometimes you have barriers and these barriers could be a real crisis

it happened to me many times and sometimes I just called my hero- he is my hero. He doesn't know he is my hero.

And sometimes need someone that they just say to you ¨Hey with this crisis you have to do this, do this, do this.¨

He's my personal advisor and I convinced him, Baggy, can you share with Pileros and

all our audience how to manage a crisis because the first thing you always say

to me ¨Pilar, please keep your emotions out.¨ This is terrible, I am so emotional.

Why do you say to me keep my emotions out always?

Emotions can interrupt your thinking, get the optimal level of your decision-making. Emotions can lead

you down the path where because you are so emotionally involved with a

particular business that you cannot see what is good for the business and what

is bad for the business so emotion should be set aside and you need to

think about the crisis that is there and how to deal with it without having the

emotion cloud everything.

But sometimes the emotions that are so strong and really destructive,

because in my case to move out the emotion, it's not that easy

that you say just remove the emotion- it's something more deep

and if you are in a business how exactly you can move out of the emotions?

Give a little more clues about that because a person

that is emotional, it is not so easy to do that.

You need to be very task-driven. Emotions may make you not be task-driven so if

you're task-driven, you see what is ahead of you you understand the decisions that

you have to make, then you can set aside the emotions. If you start with an

emotional response you will not be able to identify what you have to do.

Okay I think he's showing how to process the emotions because he said ¨I will not do

with you any YouTube videos¨ there but look! He was so serious and now you can do,

you can show your emotions in from the camera. You could show us!

He was in crisis, he did not want to be shown in YouTube. Now you throw the emotions, yes?

Well this is the first time I've ever done this so it's not the easiest task to do.

Okay, Baggy, for me all these years, crossing together many things

Best thing: we are good at advising each other and really you helped me a lot

to manage the crisis and you say to me ¨Pili, when you have a crisis please get help¨

you think it's possible also to advise the people that are managing crises to get help.

It's not... you don't always get into a situation where there's a crisis in the business

Generally this kind of crisis leads to a financial meltdown in the business so unless you have previous

experience of how to deal with the situation it is always good to get

professional help because professional advisors they know what they're doing

they've done this many times they've helped many different types of

businesses they have experience in different fields so I would always advise get some help.

But I will be very confidant with you and you and you: he never asks for help!

How you can advise that if you never ask help from nobody

I have been through many financial crises in my life. I have experience and yes, when things really

turn into a major major financial crisis I do go and get help from people.

People I know and I trust.

Who is the right people to ask help because maybe if you ask help to the wrong people it will be worse.

What do you think?

How can you pick the right person to ask for help?

Well there are institutions throughout the financial world that specialize in these kind of

things you can look at the web and look to see who they are you'll find there

many many many advisors in this particular area, you can ask your friends

if they ever had a similar situation and if somebody helped them but you have to

go and find out and you may have your own legal advisors, your auditors who may

have contact with people in this area who can also show you who to go to.

Okay. We kill the emotions, we get help and what next?

The next thing is to me is to make a plan you have to make a turnaround

plan you have to identify areas of operations which are not profitable.

You have to see how you will get out of this financial crisis to come out with

something at the other end, so it is it is important first of all to be very

truthful with yourself, to understand what is in your business how you've got there,

where do you want to get to and the crisis managers if you do get

professional help will help you identify these areas and help prepare a plan.

Okay Pileros you have to do a plan for how to manage in the crisis so that even

you know, you always have to plan to plan to plan to plan. We have a video about

organization you can see in this channel and this is related with that.

But, Baggy, okay what about... if the problem is inside

and you said to me once that I'll never forget. When you say to me

¨Pili, please cut the cancer¨ cut the cancer that is.. cut the head of the problem.

because you cannot be with the problem, living with the problem and stay with the problem all the time.

What is what is this ¨cut off the cancer¨that you teach me during all these years?

Cut out the cancer is a very important concept in crisis management especially in business.

The crisis normally occurs because of a number of reasons, if you can identify that particular

reason and cut it out, cut out the loss making business, cut out the loss making products,

you can then at least stop the losses happening, stop the crash train happening

you can may be able to preserve some part of the business which

is not affected by these things so cutting out the cancer means cutting out

the bad bits in your business, that's what it basically is.

Okay, sometimes it's very difficult to cut the cancer but you have to upfront you have to upfront the problem

you have to cut the head of the problem. No worries, I know it's difficult

but if you kill the emotions, ask for the right help to people that can really help you

with experience, with expertise and also because they are good people

and you do the right plan you certainly will cut the cancer and...

Baggy, how was your experience on YouTube? It's okay? You can...

Well...

I'll get used to it.

Do you want to cheers on Coca-Cola?

Delegated Legislation Part One: Content Guide, A Level Law Step-by-step Video Guide #3 - Duration: 9:53.

In addition to that I will not go through every single detail of the content of the

essay in the first video as it is meant to be a quick tutorial.

As this is Part One of the video, detailed explanation and discussion of the contents

of the essay will only be done in Part Two of this video guide where I will go through

the essay with you in detail.

If you find this video guide useful, please like, share and subscribe to my channel and

don't forget to click on the bell button to get notifications of new videos as I will

be making video guides every week.

With that said, let's get started with Part One of video guide #3.

Introduction Before we address the question on delegated

legislation, we should first briefly define laws and sources of laws, especially written

sources of laws made by Parliament as Acts of Parliament.

The reason for a quick introduction on sources of laws and Parliament is because delegated

legislation is very much a part of what written sources of laws are.

After that we should briefly define delegated legislation and mention its relation to Parliament.

It should be noted that this is only a quick preview of the more detailed explanation that

is to come once we go into the contents of the answer, therefore a very brief mention

as to its relation to Parliament will suffice.

For the thesis statement.

In order to determine if delegated legislation threatens democracy, we should first discuss

the workings of delegated legislation and its regulation.

As law-making and democracy are very controversial things, it is best that we develop our answer

properly by going through the workings and its purposes before we can actually make an

informed decision on whether or not delegated legislation threatens democracy.

This is a very good type of essay where we can flex our knowledge and opinions on constitutional

and civic matters with critical thoughts about the subject.

Point One As an extension to what has been teased in

the introduction regarding delegated legislation's relation with Parliament, we can now discuss

the workings of delegated legislation by highlighting the concept of an enabling Act.

Delegated legislation is derived from its parent Act, or enabling Act which proscribes

its parameters and procedures for law-making.

It can generally be seen as a canvas for which detailed laws can be inscribed upon by the

people who have been delegated the power by Parliament to make in Parliament's stead.

Of the many forms of delegated legislation, at least the three main types of delegated

legislation should be highlighted with its workings and methods for law-making briefly

illustrated and explained.

These are Orders in the Council made by the Queen and the Privy Council, Statutory Instruments

made by government ministers and government departments, and By-laws made by local authorities

and public corporations.

After that we can briefly explain some of the reasons for the need for Delegated Legislation

and highlight some of the good points of Delegated Legislation in the whole law-making process.

The discussion of some of the most important reasons should be directed at addressing the

question on how Delegated Legislation plays an important role in the development of the

law.

An example to highlight can be the fact that Delegated Legislation allows people or bodies

of people with more specific skills, knowledge and responsibilities to make or change laws

for specific purposes, especially in an emergency situations.

Point Two Because the question concerns with how Delegated

Legislation may have threatened democracy, we should now briefly introduce the fact that

there are controls for which to regulate it.

In this point we are actually still discussing about the workings of Delegated Legislation

and so we should not properly address the issue with how it threatens democracy yet.

This should be done after the facts about the controls are considered.

Explain Parliamentary controls in detail by going through some of the methods for which

it uses to regulate DL.

Other than the enabling Act, we should also briefly discuss about the other ways in which

Parliament can actually regulate Delegated Legislation.

This would include the Scrutiny Committees, Affirmative Resolution, and Negative Resolution.

Explain Judicial controls in detail by going through some of the methods for which it uses

to regulate DL.

The emphasis here should be on the explanation of how judicial review works and the concept

of ultra vires with some case examples to illustrate its regulation on abuse of power

or powers that were not executed according to procedures.

Point Three Re-evaluate the workings of Delegated Legislation

and the controls available to regulate law-making by way of Delegated Legislation.

We will now have to bring together everything that we have discussed about the workings

of Delegated Legislation and consider if, overall, it has threaten the concept of democratic

law-making.

A brief introduction and discussion on democracy and democratic law-making should also be done.

This is to highlight the importance of democracy and how the development of laws should be

influenced by the masses rather than an individual who possibly is not even democratically elected

to do the job of law-making.

The highlight of this point is important before we can critically evaluate the question on

Delegated Legislation's threat to democracy.

With that in mind, we can now link the discussion back to the focus of the question.

To do this, it is important to include our own views, comments and opinions on whether

or not Delegated Legislation actually threatens democracy.

One of the things that candidates can highlight is the criticism that Delegated Legislation

has taken law-making away from the democratically elected and allows non-elected people such

as political appointees from certain government departments to make laws.

This can be made worse if sub-delegation is also practiced within that department.

However, this can be contrasted by highlighting the basic aspect of Parliamentary control

over Delegated Legislation.

For example, Parliament has the final say on what becomes law by way of an Affirmative

Resolution.

Conclusion To conclude, we should briefly summarise what

we have discussed throughout the essay.

The summary should briefly highlight some of the most important points of the essay

which addresses the question properly.

Lastly, we should address the question by stating our stand on whether or not Delegated

Legislation actually threatens democracy by briefly highlighting some of the most important

points to support our view.

After much critical thought and discussion, a conclusion can be made and must coincide

with our general view throughout the discussion.

Before I end the video, let us just review the whole answer one more time so that we

can prepare ourselves to write the full essay.

Since the question concerns the importance of Delegated Legislation and the possibility

of it being a threat to democratic law-making, we have endeavoured to introduce our approach

to the essay by stating that we will develop our essay by first going through the definition

and the workings of Delegated Legislation and its types where we have also stressed

its importance in the process of law-making.

After that we have explained how the making of laws by way of Delegated Legislation is

also regulated by both Parliament and the Judiciary.

Finally, to address the second part of the question, we have endeavoured to re-evaluate

the practice of Delegated Legislation and related it to the question on whether or not

it is a threat to democracy by first highlighting the importance of democracy and democratic

law-making.

That is the end of the video guide.

I hope it has helped you in your legal studies.

Do check out part two of this video where I'll go through with you the full essay

answer of this question.

I will link the video in the description below.

If you have any questions, comments or any suggestions on what other topics you would

like me to cover, please leave a comment on this video.

And again, if you find this video guide useful, please like, share and subscribe to my channel

Archaelogy Lab Henry's Rock [Guide] [Payday 2] - Duration: 3:58.

I know Henry's Rock has been played to death

by most of us here

but there will always be new players

playing this for the first time.

In fact,

one of you might even be watching this video

through the Steam overlay right now,

so let's get to it!

So when Locke (that voice in the background)

constantly bugs us to look for clues or symbols,

he means to search through these stacks of documents

scattered around the lab.

And after searching them,

we'll either see blank ones (which we can ignore),

or ones with a photograph.

Each clue like this actually has two parts;

the symbol,

and the order.

So here's a quick example from the game I just did;

Waves symbol (number 2),

feather (number 1)

and the scarab beetle (number 3),

which when rearranged becomes

"Feather, Waves, Beetle".

Enter that into the ark-like thing

and after a short bit it should open,

leaving us a box to grab for our next objective.

And in an online game,

it will be helpful to inform our team

by typing it out in the chat

like "Waves 2" or "Feather 1",

to help things move along faster.

And then before you go,

be sure to grab this achievement if you haven't already.

After picking up the box from the ark,

we can press the symbols at the bottom in this order;

centre, right and then left.

I won't spoil what's in the box

so check it out for yourselves!

As usual, a gameplay is coming right up

if watching some live action helps you to understand better.

Also, you can check out my other video

on how to get all the Henry's Rock achievements.

Thanks again for watching,

I'll catch you guys in the next video.

Trader Legacy Guide - State of Decay 101 // MrStainless001 - Duration: 3:59.

Hey everyone, Sam here also known as MrStainless and we're back with another State of Decay

101, a series dedicated to helping you learn everything there is to know about State of

Decay 2 and today we're looking at the legacy missions for the Trader leader type in game

and what you get for completing them but before we do if you want to join the community of

survivors here on the channel hit the subscribe button down below.

Now if you didn't know, when you choose a leader in State of Decay 2 they have one

of four legacy personality types; Sheriff, Builder, Warlord and Trader. Each one will

require you to complete different missions and objectives in order to complete the Legacy

Boon, and each equally provides a different bonus for doing so. Once you have completed

the final mission for your Legacy Leader, you will be rewarded with whats called a Legacy

Boon, basically this is an incredibly valuable reward that you can take into a new game with

you, equally it should be noted that you can take two of these Legacy Boons with you at

a time. Now in our last video we looked at the Warlord Legacy boon, if you want to check

that out I'll leave an annotation up in the top right of your screen.

So today we're looking at the Trader Legacy so lets take a look at what the reward is

for completing this legacy and then we'll go through the missions you'll have to complete

in order to unlock it. Finally for the Trader legacy boon, it's Favours and you'll have

a visit from a friendly trader as well as a gift of 4000 influence when you settle your

first home which is pretty substantial.

Now in order to unlock these legacy boons you'll need to complete about 4 to 5 missions

with your leader each one ranging in difficulty. The Trader legacy missions are actually the

shortest, there's only about three missions to complete but in order to start the legacy

you've got to destroy all of the Plague hearts in your community. Once you do you'll

start 'The Broker,' so in this mission an enclave will ask you for some materials,

once you travel over to their location they'll ask you for some personal hygiene luxury items

and in return they have a ton of tobacco they can trade.

You let them know that you can find someone who wants their tobacco so they give you a

pack of menthols and you'll travel to another enclave who have a similar story only they

have a lot of games and want tobacco, this enclave will give you a horseshoe game set

and then you'll be off to talk to the final enclave who want some games and have a lot

of personal hygiene products. All you've got to do is talk to them, they'll give

you a pack of razors and the mission is complete.

Once that mission is over you'll start 'The Broker,' an enclave will contact you saying

they have some concerns about another enclave trying to ambush a trade summit, so you'll

need to go talk to them to see whats up. After you talk to the suspected enclave, you can

either make them hostile or ask them what they were trying to take from the summit.

Usually it's just a rucksack of a specific resource so it's nothing too complicated,

just bring the rucksack of resources back to them and they'll be happy with it and you'll

be on to the last mission.

Now just to give you all a heads up, The Summit is the final mission for the Trader questline

and the moment you finish it, the game will be over and you'll begin a new community

with 3 of the current members, essentially starting a new game. So just be sure you're

ready to finish the game before you start this mission.

So in this mission, which is pretty cool, you and the other enclaves will be going to

the trade summit that was mentioned in the previous mission. Head to the location on

the map and just talk to the other enclave leaders there. After you do that, there will

be a few hostile survivors who attack and ambush the summit. After you kill them, go

talk to one of the enclave leaders that the game wants you to, and you'll have to defend

the summit from zombies for 3 minutes which isn't too difficult. Once they've all

been cleared you've just got to go back and talk to one of the enclave leaders and

the mission is complete.

And folks that is it, that is the Trader Legacy in State of Decay 2 and the missions you'll

need to finish in order to complete it, if you've found this video helpful why not

leave a like and comment down below what leader type you have in your community. In the meantime

though if you want to be kept up to date with when my new State of Decay 101 videos go live

hit that subscribe button down below but until next time have a great week and I'll speak

to you all soon.

No Man's Sky Next: Starter's Guide - Duration: 3:38.

Whether you're a returning "No Man's Sky" player or venturing off to explore the vastness

of space for the first time, here's your a helpful guide to the galaxy to get you started.

The Next update's main new feature is the ability to play alongside three friends to

explore together.

But if you prefer to go it alone, you can do just that.

The new update doesn't let players join your game as an avatar unless you grant them

permission but they're still able to join in as a talking glowing orb.

But you can turn that off too if you want.

Just go to the options menu and select "Network and Voice."

Turn off off Network Play and now you can be the anti-social astronaut you always wanted to be.

If you're jumping back into a previous save, you'll find a bunch of junk in your inventory.

You can go ahead and sell these at the nearest space station and rack up tons of credits

to use on… a new ride perhaps?

Some older items can be transformed into "technology modules."

You might wanna hang on to a few of these.

They'll come in handy later.

A lot of recipes have been switched up now.

For example, your Launch Thrusters, Pulse Jump, and Hyperdrive all require different

things now to be refueled.

Keep a lookout for Di-hydrogen, Tritium, Ferrite Dust and rare metals like Copper.

Di-hydrogen are the blue crystals jutting out of the ground on planets.

You can combine Di-hydrogen with metal sheeting, which you can make lots of using Ferrite Dust,

to help to fuel your launch thrusters.

Tritium can be mined from asteroids with your photon cannon and it's used to fuel your

Pulse Jump.

Copper is used in the process of making Antimatter which is essential for your Hyperdrive.

Scan planets from space to see if they have copper prior to landing.

And if you ever need a helping hand, you can pin recipes to your Log for reference.

Some recipes will require that certain ingredients be refined before they can be used.

This is where the handy Portable Refiner comes into play.

Pressing up on your d-pad will bring up your build menu on console or by pressing the Z

key on PC.

Once that's built, you'll need to find some Carbon to fuel the refiner which you

can usually find from any nearby flora or trees.

Load metals like Copper to create Chromatic Metal.

It's a good idea to stock up on Chromatic Metal since you'll probably be using that a lot.

Also, keep in mind that the Portable Refiner is indeed portable.

So pick it up before you leave and place it down wherever your journey takes you.

Your Mining Beam, Terrain Manipulator and even shields for your ship are gonna need

juice along the way.

Hitting down on the d-pad for console or X on PC brings up a quick menu for you to refuel

on the fly.

Select the battery icon and refuel whatever's been depleted.

This is really handy if you're in the middle of a fight and need to bring your shields

back online pretty quickly.

If you need to rack up some Nanites for upgrades to your Suit or Multi-Tool, remember to scan

and upload your findings.

You used to get credits for uploading discoveries but now you get Nanites instead.

These are crucial for obtaining new blueprints for upgrades.

Scroll over to the Discoveries tab and upload everything you found from the flora, fauna,

and waypoint menus.

Some planets along the way seem like they're doing everything

they can to kill you.

Whether it's boiling rain or freezing temperatures, sometimes you'll find yourself far from

your ship with no launch fuel to call your ship back to you.

The latest update gives you the option to build a simple base anywhere by using Carbon

which can pretty much be found all over the place.

Build a humble little shack to ride out the storm

or catch your breath for a bit.

Claiming a base is a little different now too.

Instead of finding an abandoned base on a planet and claiming it, you'll need to build

a Base Computer.

That's in the same menu as the Portable Refiner and you'll need those Chromatic

Metals you've been stockpiling to make one.

Use the computer to make a base on whatever planet your Heart of Gold takes you.

Good luck. Godspeed.

And practice that melee jump.

Phantom dApp Quickstart Guide | Shift Project - Duration: 3:10.

During this video tutorial, you will learn how to quickly and easily deploy a

website using Shift's Phantom dApp.

Your first step is the generation of a Shift passphrase and account, with which

you will be able to interact with Phantom using the online testnet wallet.

Keep this passphrase safe and secure. It is your personally held private key

and necessary for maintaining access to your Shift stored resources.

Once you're within the wallet's user interface, navigate to the applications tab,

and, after reading the security warning, open the Phantom dApp.

Now that it's open, all you need to do is drop your compatible website assets into the file manager,

and click upload in order to copy them onto Shift's IPFS storage cluster.

As you can see, your files and folders are now safely stored on Shift's decentralized network,

with each assigned a content based hash that allows for their

retrieval using a fast, efficient and censorship resistant peer-to-peer

infrastructure. Using the pin function informs the clusters nodes that data

must not be removed by their automated garbage collectors,

ensuring that it remains accessible as long as you, the user, desire.

If you're working with website resources, you can then publish them, which saves a connecting record

between the IPFS and IPNS hashes. Now that you've pinned and published your data,

you can use the peer gateway to check your website is accessible

and being displayed correctly. The URL here contains the published hash and is

all that is necessary for users to access your new, censorship resistant website.

However, using Phantoms DNS tool, it is possible to point a DNS record to your

IPNS hash, granting it a more user-friendly URL.

All you need to do is input your pre-registered domain or subdomain, and the information necessary

to create the required DNS records with your third-party domain manager will be

automatically generated. In order to complete this process, you'll need to

create a CNAME record, if mapping to a subdomain,

as well as a TXT record.

Once you're done, you can navigate to your brand new, Shift hosted decentralized website.

Congratulations, you too are now part of the new web revolution.

Hey youtube, this is your friend simple tech man and in this video

I'll show you how to make a bootable Mac OS Sierra flash drive. So stay tuned

The things you will need for this are a

flash drive with at least 8 gigabytes of space I

Recommend formatting the flash drive and here is how you do it plug your flash drive into your macbook

Go to finder then application

Then utilities and

Then Disk Utility

You'll find your flash drive in the external column

And then click erase choose Mac OS extended journaled

And rename it something that ELLs you that this is an installer flash drive. I'm going to name mine MACINSTALL

The next step is to download mac OS Sierra go to the App Store

and type Sierra

We need to download this file after this is installed just minimize that and quit it

Press the command key then space and type terminal

and

Don't worry, if this looks like a lot you just have to copy paste a code, which I will provide in the description below now

You have to put in your MacBook password and press ENTER

and

As you see over here it erased my desk and is copying everything on my flash drive

This step is going to take about 15 to 20 minutes depending upon how fast your flash drive is

But this is the process guys. You see it over here. It's copying the installer file. I

Have to tell you guys why I am doing this. I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro

I'm going to upgrade the RAM to 16 gigabytes and I'll upgrade my hard disk to a new 500

gigabytes SSD

I will post a video about how I did that within this week

The Gentleman's Guide to Vampires: V5 Episode Two - The Second Inquisition - Duration: 25:33.

So you've come back. Well that's good, because it means you were listening to

me when we last spoke. Now it means you've learned something.

Vampires burn so easily these nights, like dry kindling they just go up in

flames, because they're not listening to their elders, not listening to vampires

that know a little more. I do enjoy coming out of twilight such

as this .The sun has only just gone down, there's still enough light to navigate

the countryside, and I heard what you were saying to your companions in your

coterie: That surely a Cainite or Kindred wandering in the countryside is

insanity. You've all heard the tales of werewolves hunting down vampires in the

countryside. Well as luck would have it, I am quite close companions with another

vampire who's fairly highly ranked in an organisation, that, well, has seized this

territory from werewolves. Don't you worry, we are quite safe quite safe here.

We should talk a little about other threats, but as for the werewolves, yes if you

were traveling between cities I would be concerned. If I was in the middle of the

suburbs I might be concerned. But the organisation, the creatures that pose us

the greatest threat tonight, are the mortals, and there is nothing so

undignifying as being hunted by your own food source. But such is life, that is the

way we are now. This Second Inquisition that you so often hear about, the

boogeyman to our kind, existed for little more than a decade, and yet they have

already purged a number of us from existence. Some of our greatest some of our

greatest domains put to the torch, sometimes literally, by kine... Does it not

just make the blood rise up? But the Second Inquisition is not some

monolithic entity that acts as one, that shares information from point A to point

Z. That's not how they work. I am no expert, but I do know that the Second

Inquisition is a name we have given them because they are all kinds of bodies:

Governmental bodies, they have bureaucratic bodies, they are private

organisations, in some case private paramilitary companies... These groups that

we call Second Inquisition do not share information because just like anyone who

has tasted a little bit of power they want to keep it to themselves, because

they think they're right. So you have fundamentally fanatically religious

inquisitors, you also have inquisitors that are doing this for science, and you

also have inquisitors that wish to seize us alive, such as we are, and find out a

little more about us. What makes us tick. Do we tick?

I suppose you would have to ask an inquisitor that's delved within a chest

cavity. I don't intend to do that. But let us as we often do go to the start of

the Inquisition journey... At least this one... No, we could go back further. You

might recall that I mentioned to you the the reason the Inquisition came

after us so fanatically in the Dark Ages was because we pushed them to do so.

It was our action, our pride, our foolhardiness that resulted in them being

manipulated to turn on us. When an overreaching Brujah commands an

Inquisitor to take out my Gangrel rivals in this territory: "They're impure, they're

unholy." Inquisitor nods. She takes all of the information given to her quite

readily by the Brujah. She goes to the Gangrel haven, she burns that little

coterie out, but then she has a decision to make. "If those things were unholy, if

those things were unnatural, what was the monster that commanded me to come here? They

certainly showed the same telltale signs of being a creature of darkness." And so

that Inquisitor gathers some friends goes back to the Brujah and burns the

Brujah out of their haven. This happened for centuries and the Inquisition — the

first Inquisition — only really died down when the Camarilla was brought into force,

and some hubris taught us "well if we've got the Masquerade, we will never be caught

again." It is perhaps an irony that it was the Camarilla that caused the Second

Inquisition to really gain its feet. Yes, books like the Jyhad Diary if it fell

into the hands of the CIA or some great intelligence organisation, it may have

spurred them into looking into our existence, but a piece of what could

ultimately be fictional, the ravings of a madman, isn't going to set an entire

government on our trail. No, that took the concerted effort of the

Camarilla. The founders of the Masquerade, they led to the Masquerade's downfall, at

least in some domains, and perhaps I should give you the example of one such

domain. I'll tell you the story of London. The Camarilla realised that rather than

going to war with the Sabbat using their own blood they would start using their

mortal assets to do so instead. They had grown so deeply embedded into

surveillance organisations, into intelligence organisations, they started

feeding them information about Sabbat, calling them terrorists, saying they were

harbuoring terrorists, and other fundamentalist groups, and so they would

use the Inquisition to move in, purge — you can see the trend here, this happened 800

years prior. Well, the Second Inquisition — as I call them that as a larger body

although as we have ascertained they do not work in a synchronised fashion — they

started learning, and London was where it all came to a head because... there was a

Cainite of London, I knew him as Mithras, the God-Emperor, the

Unconquered Sun, very much a god of war, came over with a roman invasion but

existed for many millennia before that. One of the eldest Ventrue to exist. A

grand and noble and righteous vampire who I would lay down my existence for again

and again. He was Prince of London for a long time and was believed fallen in the

late 1990s after destroying an entire sept of werewolves.

He fell to the unworthy fangs or a Banu Haqim of the Sabbat by the name of Monty... The

ignominy of falling to diablerie, to Monty Coven. But Monty Coven drank

Mithras, his broken form. Drank the blood, drank the soul, Mithras was no more.

Except Mithras did of course survive. Mithras existed within Monty Coven

because what young diablarists never understand is they need to take their

fill and leave. If they keep drinking they will just find their personality

gradually replaced by the more powerful vampire they have devoured, and so this

happened to Monty Coven. I know because I was his adviser just as I was Mithras'

adviser before Monty, and Monty as Mithras wished to regain his praxis. He

was always the Prince of London but Monty was Sabbat. Mithras was nominally a

Camarilla, and there was a new prince in town: Anne Bowesley,

formerly Lady Anne, now Queen Anne. So Mithras stuck to the shadows, arranged a

shadow government one could say, and so it was, for a little while, at least. Mithras

came to me in recent years and he said: "There is a war coming. A war that I have

been anticipating for over a thousand years. The war that I have sought." Mithras

was a god of war, you understand, and so he said "this war is going to come to

London's very street,s my domain will be drenched in blood," and I said "my prince,

then we must arrange the battlements, we should arrange to fight back, we should

arm ourselves, or we should all flee. We should hide, we should hunker down, lock

ourselves in our sepulchres, and wait for this war to pass." And at the time I

thought he was talking about mortal terrorism perhaps, or the Sabbat in number

that would not care for Monty Coven as Mithras and he corrected me and

he said "the war at our door is the Inquisition. The Inquisition will attack

our city." "You," he pointed at me, "and my cult must leave,

must move the cult to a safe harbour, another domain under his control, all

take a vial of his blood his vitae, and leave the city for him to defend." I did

not ask him why he did not speak to the other Kindred of the city, the ones not

of his cult: Lady Anne, Valerius, other great Kindred, but he did not inform them

of this coming war, and so we left at our prince's order with his vitae around our

necks him, with enough to keep him fuelled for battle we could say, and so when

battle arrived, Mithras watched as havens were burned,

Kindred fell in the streets, the Second Inquisition they tore through

the London Underground, they visited all those abandoned stations the Nosferatu —

who thought they were so smart to inhabit — they went to the old places and

the new. They purged London of its Kindred. And you may be thinking, "why did

Mithras not stop this?" and I cannot speak for that. All I know is he got the war

that he had been wanting. His great bath of blood.

All those Kindred that had clearly failed him time and time again fell and

so it was just Mithras standing when the Second Inquisition came to his door. He

met them with righteous anger, great might, and bravery. He fell, but took many

of them with him. But I can be assured that he fell with a

smile on his face. Is Mithras gone? I know my lord and

prince better than that. But London was purged clean. The Inquisition are capable

of this. One could ponder if Mithras had informed all other Camarilla vampires

that this was happening, would the Second Inquisition have even gained enough wind,

enough impetus to move on to another domain. If they had been neutered there,

and then, would they have been stopped in their tracks?

Perhaps. Maybe Mithras wanted it this way, He is not the sole figure to blame for

this, not at all. It was the Camarilla who had constantly been moving mortals

around like they were playing on some great military map. Mithras was only

ever Camarilla in name. He wanted this. He enjoyed it. London suffered and burned

and bled at his pleasure. But the Inquisition were not done.

Whether it was through information gleaned in London or elsewhere, whether

it was the same part of the Inquisition that did this, I do not know. But I do

know that the next place they targeted en masse was Vienna. Vienna. What do you

know of Vienna, childe? What Kindred are known to inhabit that august city? The

Warlocks. Clan Tremere.

Yes, there are other Kindred, but it is known that the Tremere stronghold was in

Vienna, and now you notice I use the word "was." I cannot attest to how they did it, but

the Inquisition successfully decapitated Clan Tremere in their very home.

Imagine the pyramid with no peak. Is it still a pyramid if its head has been cut

off? My understanding is the entire Council of Seven, even Tremere himself in

whatever form he took — referring to that Jyhad Diary I was telling you about, he

was by that point an armless, legless, and spineless worm, quite literally — they all

burned. They all met Final Death. Tremere lost their leadership. What happens when

you are a clan defined by your leadership commands and and that leadership

suddenly disappears? Well, that's when you fracture, little neonate. That's when you

form Houses. House Tremere, House Goratrix, House Carna, and we will discuss

this a little more when we talk about clans in greater detail. But needless to

say, the rumour mill has it the Second Inquisition thought that Vienna was

the home of all vampires. After all, it is in Eastern Europe, it ties into the

mythology, and believe me, these inquisitors believe their mythology. I

have heard of these inquisitors approaching us with garlic. I have heard

them holding crosses aloft. I have heard that they believe that shooting a

stake through our heart will disintegrate us into ash. They have been watching a

little too much pop culture and interviewing too few of us. That is why

these books such as the Jyhad Diary are so dangerous, because they can learn a

little more about the truth. It is however interesting to see how quickly

they parse the truth from the lies, and we will have to see the result of that in

time.

I'm sometimes asked what is the best method of combating the Second Inquisition,

and there is no easy answer to that. After all, they are mortals they have the

sun on their side, and that is a great and powerful weapon that we have very

little defence against. One of the reasons I come out at twilight is quite

simply because they're not looking for us when the sun has only just gone down.

I ensure my ghoul wakes me as soon as she can, and I take a walk while I can still

admire the flowers in the garden. But either way, how to combat mortality? We do

not wish to destroy them. After all, they are our source of blood now, and we do

not have the numbers or weaponry to do so. We've already seen what happens when

you try to manipulate them. Eventually one vampire gets a little full of

themselves. A little too consumed with pride, and pushes those inquisitors a

little too far, only to find that doing so will get them destroyed. So what to do?

Well you sow misinformation. You play on the mythos. You play on the rumour mill.

You expect them to digest every little seed of misinformation you feed them,

because they love to learn. They love to learn about this, they love to think that they

are smarter than us, but we have centuries, millennia on our side. We know

how mortals work. They do not yet know exactly how we work, and that is why it

is a frightening prospect to consider that they take us from our crypts and

they interview us in interrogation chambers as if we were mortal terrorists,

and they were trying to pump us for information. Because I have every belief

that neonates such as you, weak blooded Kindred such as you, would give up

anything for another night of life. Well, I can tell you that another night of

life isn't so precious if it means your entire society will collapse as a result.

The Camarilla has, as a result, become infinitely more elitist. They are afraid

that the Anarchs will bring the Inquisition to their door. They do not

accept that they are in large part responsible for the condition that we

exist in tonight. So they carve out the Anarchs from Camarilla domains. They send

them away. They say "you can no longer be in this city. This is a Camarilla city."

And when they do that, they weaken their number, but they ensure their Masquerade.

The Camarilla fight them by hiding. The Anarchs fight them by wearing cloaks

woven of mortal flesh. Not a literal thing, you understand, but I

do the same thing. I surround myself with kine. They may be heavy on my

shoulders, they may make me slow my pace, because I have to maintain them, but if I

am masqueraded by mortals I am not being looked for. And you can see I don't find

it easy to hide. I look quite ill in fact. But that is something I cannot control.

Thankfully, if I choose just the right mortals to surround me, we can all look a

little ill. We can all hide me, and so wearing a coat of mortals is quite an

effective means of hiding. So while the Camarilla hides in its skyscrapers, many

floors above where the mortals walk, and the Anarchs walk among the huddled

masses, and the Sabbat... well, the Sabbat are a story for another time... We try to

survive the Inquisition. But it is not going anywhere. The only time it will

fade is when it thinks it has destroyed all of us or when one of us decides to

get to a point where we can control the heads of information in all the

countries where these inquisitors have arisen, and that is not going to happen

any time soon, if ever, although certainly Kindred like Marcus Vitel have

pretensions of achieving such an act.

One of the places where the Second Inquisition hit us hardest, one of the

reasons they knew exactly where to strike us, why elders great and powerful

often quite removed from Kindred society burned where they slept, was because of a

thing called "SchreckNET." Have you heard of SchreckNET? It no longer exists. It was a

Nosferatu online information network. It wasn't just some forum or chat server. This was a grand old database in the dark net that detailed secrets. Hundreds,

thousands of secrets tied to Kindred dead and still extant. But somehow, and I

do not know how, the Inquisition got inside SchreckNET. They discovered it. They

worked out how to get through it, and when they discovered it, it wasn't long

before the Nosferatu noticed. I understand they tried to perform a heavy purge of their

information, but how much of that was seized by the Inquisition, I cannot say.

The Nosferatu — all credit to them — they went to their masters in the Camarilla.

They grovelled and they kneeled and they wept, and they said "we did not know. We

could not have anticipated it." But let me point something out:

The Nosferatu took far fewer blows to their power bases than any other clan. Oh,

it is believable the Nosferatu purged their information before anyone else's,

but I think it is more likely the Nosferatu were using SchreckNET to

chronicle other clans' information. They were never storing theirs there,

because they always had it in their minds that someone might get in. They do

not threaten themselves in this. They led to the death of hundreds of Kindred

and they are yet to be held accountable. Perhaps because the Camarilla is in

desperate need of enforces, spies, and numbers, and Nosferatu are for the time

being loyal to the idea of the Masquerade. I suppose they have to be,

looking as they do. The Second Inquisition started because Cainites and Kindred

were foolhardy. We thought we were the gods. We have not been gods for millennia.

No matter what the Sabbat might tell you, we are weak when we're on our own.

We need our sects to hide us. Our domains and our herds to hide us. They will

continue until we convince it that we are gone, until it is destroyed, or we

come to exist in this new state of being: A permanent fear that we might burn any

day, any night. That is no way for a Cainite of my age to exist, so I have plans

and you should make plans as well.

Never make the mistake of attempting to manipulate kine

in great positions of power. It has been tried before, and every time it comes

back to bite, and despite my warning you of this I know that you and Kindred like

you will attempt it. Someone will think "the president is mighty dopey, let's try

and get in his head." As soon as you try something like that, as soon as someone

notices something is wrong, this is

when the information networks around the world are on to us.

We have very few places to hide and the one coda to this little lecture is

a question I'm often asked: "Why has the general public not reacted? Why have they

not started publishing stories in the newspapers? Why have they not started

spreading stories online ? Why have they not created their silly little vlogs

saying 'I've seen a vampire, I know a vampire, vampires exist?'" and it's because

the intelligence networks — this Second Inquisition — who can trace us with heat,

they can trace us via pulse, they can trace us by the electricity our body

should be giving off, they have their equipment in cameras, they have their

equipment in sensors, they have weapons specifically designed to take us down,

and yet they have not told the public that we exist. Why is that? Is it because

they're afraid the public will panic, so like any good intelligence service they

keep the clandestine clandestine? Or is it because they're just like us? When these

mortals get a handful of power, a handful of influence over something they don't

quite understand, but they know is powerful, they want to keep it from the

masses, the mob, the ill-educated. Because we have seen this before, haven't

we? And whether it's information, whether

it's nuclear weapons, whether it's anything when a government

gets something the public wouldn't understand, they keep it to themselves.

Because I guarantee there is a man in the CIA, and there is a man in MI5, and

there is a man in the Society of Leopold. They all think that "when I know

everything there is to know about the Kindred, when I know everything there is

to know about vampires, I can control them, I could turn them against my

enemies," and just like that, we come full circle in a weird state of affairs.

I think that's my time to go.

Goku Black Guide - Dragon Ball FighterZ Tutorial - Duration: 31:28.

yeah Goku black won the first-ever patreon poll... well kind of, it was

actually a tie with somebody else and you'll find out who that somebody

else is next video. if I had to use one phrase to describe Goku Black it would

be that he's well-rounded. he can play any role seeing as he's not totally

dependent on assists or meter, and he always has something for whatever the

situation may be. his heavy normals are great, especially the crouching heavy and

while he lacks range on his standing medium his crouching medium isn't bad and

that's much more important. yes it's true that he doesn't have a low crouching

light attack but if you factor in all his heavies, his normals rank above

average. however his projectiles are average, and which I should remind you

that "average" isn't bad it just means that he doesn't have an advantage over

most characters. his ki blasts are a bit on the weak side however he does have a

grounded Kamehameha, and the Kamehameha is one of, if not the best projectile in

the game. his god slicer and divekick take him across the screen very quickly

and let's not forget that teleports are the ultimate form of mobility... so no

surprise here. being able to force his offense on

people with the god slicer paired with an assist, having extremely easy damage

in the corner with the bomb loops, and his teleports make Goku Black one of the

best characters in the game in terms of ease of use. and what I mean by ease of

use is that his above average normals, mobility, and damage will carry novice

players over most. however at higher skill levels Goku Black comes up a bit

short when his opponent respects his game since he lacks great pressure and

mix-ups that the other top tiers have. oh and I only realized this after making

the guide... but zamasu is the advanced version

of Goku Black. and now that everyone's mad let's get started with the guide.

quarter-circle forward and attack is Goku blacks God slicer which is his primary

tool to start his offense when used with an assist. the initial ki blasts have

the same properties as a standard ki blast so your opponent can cancel their

guard with a reflect or super dash, however it's not a big deal because it's

fairly difficult to react to the light version since it has only one shot

before the stab... and you typically use the medium or heavy versions in a combo only.

the light version has a short start up making it very easy to combo into and

you don't have too much vertical movement, making it ideal to force your

offense on your opponent with an assist. the medium version does more damage and

causes a slide knockdown however it has a longer startup making it harder to

combo into and it scales your combo by four... as opposed to the light version

which scales by one. I know this sounds bad but it's not really a big deal because

you normally use this at the end of a combo where the scaling is already at max.

the heavy version is just like the medium except that has a short startup

making it easy to combo. as mentioned before this is primarily used in combos

however the light version can be used in the neutral to force an offense went backed

up by an assist. quarter-circle back and attack while airborne will give you a

divekick. the light version comes out fast and... well... it doesn't knock your

opponent down. and if you hit a grounded opponent you're at a disadvantage

afterwards. this scales your combo by two and you'd be hard-pressed finding a

legitimate use for the light version. the medium while doing more damage is slower

making it harder to combo and scales your combo by three, but it does count as

a smash giving you a wall bounce if you're close to the corner allowing for

a follow-up. it's important to note that if it connects you're able to double

jump or air dash even if you already used it earlier in the combo. the heavy

version is the best of both having a fast start up, wall bouncing

in the corner and scales your combo by two. it also counts as a smash and does

more damage than the medium version. the primary use for this divekick is as a

smash attack towards the beginning of a corner combo. the additional hits it

gives you before going airborne makes the higher damage scaling worth it. quarter

circle back and attack on the ground is your teleport.

you'll always teleport to the same location that's relative to your

opponent... so if your opponent is airborne you're gonna teleport up there with them.

light teleports you close to your opponent while the medium version

teleports you a bit further away. heavy teleports you behind your opponent. if

used sparingly you can use it to teleport in on your opponent from the neutral.

however the main usage is to reset your block stun pressure in open space. oh and

before you go crazy with the teleports just remember that a crouching heavy

does not care which side you teleport to. next up we have your kamehameha and it

operates exactly how you'd expect. it's fast, it'll plow through smaller ki

blasts, and it scales your combo by two. there's really not much more to say

about this. and finally we have your command grab

which is a slightly slower and weaker kamehameha except zamasu is there to

grab your opponent... and of course we all know where those hands have been. this

command grab doesn't count as a smash attack and it gives you an extremely

small wall bounce, but you can't combo afterwards normally and it scales your

combo by three. seeing as you'd most likely have to use a vanishing attack

to continue you're going to be getting some pathetic damage because a vanishing

attack scales your combo by five and counts as a smash attack... so you'll

be at the maximum damage scaling with no smash extension very quickly. but then

again it is a tracking command grab that still shoots off the kamehameha on whiff.

let's take a look at what attacks you should be thinking about at their

specific ranges.

at the longest range if your opponent's getting too comfortable trying to bait a

super dash feel free to fight back with your kamehameha. granted you don't want

to spam it because that'll make you vulnerable to jump-ins and such, however

it's good to keep your opponent on their toes.

if your opponent has too much respect for your beams, mixing it up with the

command grab is a good way to score some damage and get your opponent to

overextend. in the event that you're fighting against somebody that has a

teleport or just really good reads, use your ki blast instead because you can

always cancel into a vanishing attack for safety. at worst your opponent will

just vanishing attack your vanishing attack which is a lot better than eating

a full combo. alternatively you can use your teleport to get in, but you must use

it very sparingly... basically you have to condition your opponent NOT to expect it

in order to get any mileage from it. but if your opponent can't react to your

teleport, then by all means abuse them with it. your light god slicer is

gonna be your best way to force an offense when backed by an assist. even if

your opponent knows it's coming it's still pretty hard to counter it. we'll go

over which assists provide the best protection in the synergy section. and of

course in the mid-range you have your generic overhead low mix-up... which is

done with the low air-dashing heavy mixed up with a short dashing

crouching medium. in the close range when you think speed really matters, your

crouching light is your best bet. it may not impact low but it has good

range and goes into your mediums nicely.

this time around I'm gonna make a few changes to this section in hopes to cut

down the length... so if it doesn't work out... well... you know I'll just go back to

the other format. the first change is that I'm gonna do an overview before

going into the individual timing for each column. that way for those of you

that don't want to see the individual timing for each character, you'll at

least know what the sections are all about. first up we have the command grab

extensions. under normal circumstances you'd have to immediately use a vanishing

attack even in the corner to combo off it... which murders your damage output and

also ends up costing you meter. so naturally if you can get more damage and

build meter it's definitely a good thing, especially seeing how this is a really

dirty command grab.

next up we have the ability to keep the pressure going after a light god slicer

from long range. the reason why it's "long range" only is

because at mid range you can just use your generic options of a low air dashing

heavy or a quick dashing crouching medium. Goku Black with the help of assists can

easily combo multiple bomb supers in the corner for some real easy damage. some

characters require a smash while others have to be at a specific height... and

that's what the third column is all about.

and as expected we end with the low juggle extensions and the corner dragon

rush extensions. alright this is the time to skip ahead if you don't care to see

further details. so the command grab... I'm sure you noticed that it's only two

points... and that's because the situation is... well... "situational." it's not gonna be a big

part of your game but when the opportunity presents itself it's nice to capitalize

off of it. one point if you can get a combo afterwards and two points if the

timing's easy. it's not really a big deal if you can get a standing medium

or not because the damage differential is minor. trunks gives you a standing

special cancel into a super dash. the Captain hits low enough for you to get a

jumping ki blast... if you want something easier use a slightly delayed standing

medium. call frieza out when the beam first impacts, jump after them to combo.

it's possible to use a standing special into a super dash but the timing isn't nearly

as easy. for kid Gohan call him out slightly after the impact of the beam

jump to follow-up. piccolo can get a jumping ki blast but the timing is very

strict, it's much safer just to use a standing medium or special instead. Goku

can give you a crouching medium... aka whatever you want. jump to follow-up when

using Vegito. Bardock allows a jumping ki blast,

call him when the beam impacts. zamasu's timing isn't too forgiving... make sure to

slightly delay the medium. broly's timing is a little more tight than

normal but still manageable, use a standing special to combo. same with 21,

the timing's more difficult than the others. use a standing special to follow

up or play it safe and just jump to follow up instead. beerus easily gives

you a standing special. a crouching medium is possible but the timing is strict. Goku

Blue's timing is tough and the most consistent follow-up I found was a

crouching light. Hit gives an easy standing special. call Gohan as the

beam impacts. use a super dash to combo afterwards. a standing special is

possible with Tien, but it's safer to jump instead. and of course Yamcha gives you

anything you want.

jump to combo with 16. it's also best to jump when using

Nappa. super jump with Majin buu.

moving on to the light god slicer. two points if the assist keeps your opponent

stationary, as in they can't jump out. three points if there is only one gap

before or after the assists. and four points if it's gapless as in your

opponent can't even reflect. i'll remove a point if there's some negative aspect

to it. it's hard to see because it happens real fast

but the opponent is able to jump, but trunks catches them before they can get

away. the timing is as the second hit impacts of the god slicer. the Captain

can just barely protect you and keep the opponent grounded, the timing is just

before the second impact of the god slicer. frieza's long-range assist was

made for stuff like this... easily reaches and provides gapless protection. the

timing is as a second hit impacts. Vegeta's range isn't as good, it's just

outside of a low air dash and of course your opponent can reflect. he needs to be

called out right before your god slicer. goku is great as you would expect,

totally gapless, however the timing is at the same time you push the light button

for the god slicer... which can be an issue because if you're still holding forward

the assist won't come out. so I find it easiest to input quarter circle forward

then I push back and light with the assist button at the same time. same

thing with vegito, at the same time you push the light button...

however it's not gapless but if your opponent tries to jump they're gonna get

hit. so there's a small gap where they can reflect after the assist,

however since Vegito's assist is considered a small ki blast they can

reflect anyway. Zamasu has a gap after the assist, but your opponent can't jump

out. call him right before you input the god slicer.

Broly needs to be called out right before the input of the god slicer and

there's no gap before the assist, however there's a small gap afterwards... so small

that your opponent will get hit for trying to jump out. 21 is gapless before

the assist however there's a tiny gap afterwards and

it'll punish chicken blocking. her timing is at the same time you push the light button

beerus has the same issues as vegeta... the

max range is just outside of the mid range, and since it's a small ki blast your

opponent can reflect. the timing is right before to god slicer input. Goku Blue's a

one gap lock-down which has barely enough range, but the timing is really strict;

call him out just before the second impact of the god slicer. Tien needs to be called

out right after you push the light button. there's a gap after the assist but they

can't jump. out Yamcha can provide gapless pressure when called as soon as

the second hit impacts. 16 is also gapless with good timing, call him out

when the second hit impacts. Nappa is gapless too, the timing is when the ki

blast impacts. majin buu can keep your opponent locked down with some pinpoint

timing... if your opponent tries to jump they're gonna get hit but you really

can't capitalize off of it. the timing is when a second hit impacts. gotenks

keeps them in place nicely... completely gapless too. call him out right before

your god slicer. cell's range is just outside of your generic options and

there's a gap after the assist, however it'll punish people who try to jump out.

the timing is right before the god slicer. he lost a point because of the short range.

now for the corner bomb loop extensions... it's a lot of easy damage

with the easy combos. call out an assist during the second hit of your light god slicer then

immediately cancel into your super, and mash light to continue the combo. two

points if the assist needs some specific setup like a smash or some weird height.

three points if there's no unique setup but the timing is a bit difficult. and four

points if is done at the mid or high range and the timing is easy. if there's

something negative about it a point or two can be lost. I also put a H M or L which

lets you know what height the super needs to be performed so you can tell

what order to use. you'll combo from lowest to highest. mid's can be combo'd into

other mids, and highs can be combo'd into other highs.

but lows cannot be combo'd into other lows. pretty much lows are the worst

and usually require some real specific setup. if it needs a smash I put a little

S next to it... and of course trying to link two smashes together will be

problematic. trunks is an easy mid height activation.

the Captain's an easy mid as well.

frieza's at a weird height between mid and high and needs a dive kick smash

due to the fast assist, so he's

go to have to be your first activation.

kid Gohan is a typical high activation.

Vegeta needs to be called out at the same time you push the light button for

the slicer. he can also work at a slightly higher activation but not quite

the high position. while Goku's a low activation, the best setup I found was

into a normal juggle with the medium slicer ender... and as soon as you touch

the ground call goku and activate your super. even though it's technically a low

activation the juggle can be whatever you want into a medium slicer, so he gets

four points. vegito is your typical high activation.

Bardock is a mid divekick smash activation, so he needs to be first.

zamasu ideally is between mid and high, but can connect off of a mid or

high activation... barely. so if you have another mid activation put zamasu

second and if the other activation is high put zamasu first. broly's a mid activation.

beerus is similar to goku in the sense that it's best to end with a

medium slicer, but the activation is a little bit above the ground. the timing

isn't easy, especially if the juggle ended really high. the best ender I

found with Vegeta Blue is to do a double jump combo and call him at the same time

you pushed the special button for the ki blast, then cancel into the light divekick

then super. sounds difficult but really isn't. the best I got with

Goku Blue is to end with the medium slicer, then call him out and activate as

close to the ground as possible, then perfectly time a grounded light... then

jump into another juggle. it sounds harder than it really is... which is only

mildly hard. Hit's a single jump smash activation.

the easiest activation I found with Tien is to do a single jump juggle then end

with a light divekick and call him out at the impact, then activate your super.

yamcha needs to activate after a single jump smash divekick... and for some reason

I had the most success when my combo was crouching medium, medium, then jump

straight up, light, light, special, medium divekick. no fuss for 16... it's an easy high activation.

Nappa has an easy high activation as well.

Same with majin buu, easy high activation.

and krillin is a easy high activation too.

Gotenks isn't too tough, just make sure not to delay calling him out or activating

and you'll be fine. and cell is yet another easy high activation.

so I'm gonna revert back to only showing the assists that aren't easy to figure out,

such as a different juggle or a quick dash before the extension. naturally if it's not

cutting it I'll revert back to showing each clip. one point if you can continue

with the jumping attack after the assist. two points if you can get a

standing medium and three points if you can get a crouching medium. I used auto

combo links unless stated otherwise so the opponent will be closer to you after

the heavy. and here's a graph visually showing where most of the characters lie

on the assist timing. you'll notice that around each assist portrait there's a

colored border and that colored border corresponds with what rank they are on

the extension chart. so if they're green that means they get a crouching medium, if

they're teal they get a standing medium, and if it's a red border they

only get a jumping extension or super dash. okay now for the slightly unique

extensions. trunks is a good example of why it's best to use the auto combo for

these extensions, the combo randomly drops sometimes when you don't use the

auto combo links... anyway make sure to quick dash before your jump after the

assist. with kid Gohan do a single jump juggle, call him out at the same time you

push heavy, and super dash as soon as you touch the ground.

piccolo can only be done in the corner and his timing is with the heavy impact.

in open space goku can only get a super dash extension however if you're

around mid stage you can cancel into your medium divekick and ride him to the

corner. call zamasu just before you push the heavy button and make sure to

quick dash before your jump for the extension. broly needs a quick dash before

the jump also, the timing is at the same time you push heavy. beerus does have

a mid stage extension but the timing is very strict...

tap the assist button at the same time the medium impacts. in the corner however

it's much easier, just call them at the same time you push heavy. a standing

medium is possible if you call out Goku Blue just before you push the heavy

button... a delayed heavy that is. if you delay it long enough you can even get a

crouching medium if you use a quick dash. delay your heavy and call Hit

immediately after you push the heavy to get a standing medium. Gohan can combo in

the corner, call him out when the heavy impacts in a single jump combo, super dash

to follow-up to be on the safe side. 16 is another case of delaying the heavy if

you want to standing medium or crouching medium. use a single jump combo and the

timings when you push heavy. it's also easier to NOT use the auto combo links so

you'll end up closer to the ground. same with Nappa, delay the heavy in a

single jump combo if you want to get a standing

medium. the timing is at the same time you push heavy. due to the random nature kid

buu's assist brings, if you're mid stage just cancel into your medium divekick

after the heavy to continue to combo. the timing is when you push the light

button. for Gotenks the best extension I found was a single jump combo with

medium, light, heavy. the timing is when you push medium... it's safer to super dash for

to follow up because the sides might get flipped or something weird like that.

if you call out cell between the light and the medium you can get a crouching

medium, but it's really random so if you're at least mid stage just ride him

to the corner with your medium divekick, and the timing for that is at the same

time you push the medium button before the heavy.

finally we're at the corner dragon rush extensions, and you'll notice that it's only worth 2 points instead of

the normal 3... and that's because I think it's only worth 2 points instead of 3.

they get one point if you can combo with the jumping attack or super dash and 2

points if you can get a standing special. and of course here's a line graph to

show a typical timing. the general combo will be dragon rush, light, medium, heavy...

if it's different, I'll let you know. and now let's look at the unique extensions.

when using piccolo delay the heavy then use a standing light before the special.

the timing is when you push the heavy button. with Broly instead of doing light

medium heavy, use medium light heavy. call him out when you push the heavy button.

call 21 when you push the heavy button, however make sure not to delay the hits or

buffer the heavy... on the way down kick them with medium before landing and

using special. this is definitely not an easy extension. the best I found with

Goku Blue is dragon rush, medium, double jump, light medium heavy, kick them with

the medium on the way down, then jump up for the extension. the timing's when you

push the heavy button. this is really difficult just like 21. call Gohan out a

little after the heavy impact. the extension is not easy but it is possible.

if you delayed the heavy you can get a standing special with Tien. the timing is when

you push the heavy button. with kid buu call him out between the

light and the medium, and make sure to kick him on the way down with heavy to

get your standing special. if you delay the heavy using 16, kick them on the

way down with medium, then you can get a standing medium. the timing is to call him

when you push heavy.

first let's start with something I'm sure many of you tested already, but just

in case let's go over it. after your level 3 super your opponent is in a hard

knockdown state... which means they can't tech or delay their wakeup.

if you teleport immediately upon landing your opponent is forced to block or

reflect. as you can see I'm going nuts on the crouching heavy, but there's just

not enough time to get it out. so obviously the mix-up will be if Goku Black

teleports in front or behind. granted that the startup is visually

different but it happens so fast your opponent won't have an easy time

reacting to it. as far as the timing goes I start the input as soon as his hand

touches the ground and it works out pretty well. on hit you'll get another

combo and on block you apply pressure... it's a pretty nice deal.

let's say you get a corner combo on your opponent and you know it won't be enough

to kill... if you save a double jump in your juggle, you can reset your opponent

with a dragon rush that will catch back, up, and forward techs. do any corner

combo that leads to a juggle and end with a down heavy cancelled into a

whiffed ki blast... immediately dash backwards and go into your dragon rush. if you

timed it correctly it'll catch the three air techs.

if your opponent techs downward they'll avoid it...

but teching downward is really dangerous because you're not blocking by default,

and that's why most people don't use it. but... if your opponent is the type to tech

downward, instead of air dashing backwards after the whiffed ki blast, just attack and

you'll be able to impact them as soon as they become available to be hit.

if you use this in open-space, a backwards tech will get away from you,

but you'll still catch up and forward techs.

the longer your combo is the more strict the timing will be, but being able to

kill off your opponent with a single combo into a dragon rush reset makes it

worth it... or at least I think so

so I wasn't able to find a suitable open space block string for a few reasons,

however that doesn't I mean I don't have anything for you. the block string I'm

gonna show you doesn't sustain the assists indefinitely... meaning that on

the third loop you can't use an assist. any attempt to prolong the block string

will put you at risk. but just because there isn't a single sequence that loops

forever doesn't mean you don't have options. here's flow chart that shows you

what your options are. first you start off with crouching light, light light,

medium, crouching medium, heavy, then you have your first option. if you want to go

for the command grab this is your time since your opponent shouldn't jump

because of the crouching heavy threat. if you think your opponent will try to

reflect a tiny gap before your crouching heavy, cancel into your teleport for

a full combo punish. and of course if you think your opponent will play it safe

continue with the crouching heavy. after the crouching heavy is blocked you have

choices again... you can grab them, or if you think the reflect is coming go for a

teleport. if you want to continue to block string you'll choose one of the

two red options. god slicer is your best bet and works with pretty much every assist

at close range. if you have a long reaching assist like Frieza you can opt for the

kamehameha, which has the benefit of punishing people who are trying to

attack or jump out... but remember that most assists can't work with it. anyway

you can do two loops before having to choose something that does not require

an assist. this block string can push your opponent pretty far across the

stage, and if you can get them to the corner... well now you have access to a

sustainable block string. once again this is ONLY in the corner and yes it'll go

on forever. the reason why it doesn't work in open space is because you can't

immediately attack during your air dash or else you'll whiff... and that gives your

opponent an easy crouching heavy counter against you, but in the corner

you can attack immediately out of your air dash so your opponent can't anti-air

you with proper assist timing. you still have those reflect spots before the

crouching heavy and the first hit of the god slicer but remember that you can

either command grab them or teleport for an easy punish, and a nice thing

about the teleport is that if your opponent played it safe and kept

blocking... well they're right back in the block string.

and as always thanks for checking out the video. I'd like to give a special

thanks to my patrons who voted for Goku Black... which I'll be putting up another

poll shortly. and for those interested in supporting the channel so I can

eventually make this my full-time job, the patreon link is in the video

description below, as well as an actual description I should probably change... but

I thought was funny... and true.

🔴SUPERCHARGE your Android Box / Android TV guide. (Faster & Cooler) 2018 - Duration: 8:56.

hey techdoctor what's the best way I can supercharge my Android box and make

it run as fast and cool as possible well in this video today I'll be showing you

my top tips on how you can get the best possible performance from your Android

box so it all of that being said let's get

okay so I'm doing all of my tweaks on my Android box which is the Android MX 10

but you can also apply these tweaks on any other Android box but also the

official Android TV boxes like the show me me box or the Nvidia shield so let me

just say right off the bat guys I would say probably the number one reason for a

box performing slow is to do with RAM or to do with RAM management now what this

means is how many things are running in the background and how much RAM your

device has to be able to run and manage those things at the same time so one of

the first things you can do which is going to be the first tip is to

uninstall any program or app that you're not currently using so the way we do

that is if we go to your settings go into your applications and we can see

guys all of the applications that you have installed anything that you're not

using just uninstall it so for example I'm not using this habits click on that

now click on full stop click on OK and click on uninstall so the full stop just

ensures that if it is running in the background it will be terminated first

then you can uninstall it cleanly so not only have you gained some space back on

your device if that particular application had some processes running

in the background and installing that would obviously remove that as well so

this will definitely help out your device perform better let's remove this

one here click on uninstall click on OK and that's now also gone because we know

with certain applications they do receive notification so I love them do

have some background processes which they leave running to receive those

notifications but again if we uninstall them they'll prevent that happening ok

so that's the first tip ok so I mentioned RAM management so one of the

things that Apple has been doing really well for a very long time is they just

don't allow many applications to run in the background obviously the core Apple

apps you can run any third-party application you try an install on your

you know your iPhone or your iPad it just can't run in the background because

Apple just don't allow it and this is one of the key reasons why I believe

right up to i phone 6 the devices or those phones only had one gig of ram

which just sounds like solo but those devices only had one gig of ram just

because because it really heard the memory management under control whereby

we just don't allow things to run in the background now compare that to Android

they've had like you know two gig full gig I think some funds even come out now

with like 8 gig ram just because the disc on seem to manage the memory as

well as iPhones so this is one of the reasons why I interference tend to have

more RAM than iPhones just because on Android is a bit more like the Wild West

in terms of what kerning in the background or his iPhones are a lot more

strict and a lot more lock down and they limit what kind of things can run in the

background now the reason why I told you this all back story is the fact that we

can actually apply it tweak on our Android devices to limit how many things

can run in the background so the session gonna be two tips in one and the way we

do that is we have to enable the developer options so on your Android

phone or your Android box we go over to settings again and go over to about so

we need to enable the developer options because this one the hidden settings in

there and the way we do that is if we go down into build where it says your build

number and if you take care about seven or eight times or one two three

she even tells you no I see your four clicks or four steps from being in

developer so keep clicking array we're now a developer so what this basically

means is we've now unlocked those hidden developer options and the way we access

those if you back out of this so we can now see in the standard settings we have

developer options lets us open that up so there are quite a lot of cool things

in here that you can play about with but you can actually really mess up your

device so unless you know what you're doing I advise you not to play with

these settings except ones I'm going to tell you to play with so if you scroll

down so the first thing we're looking for is animation so Android to make

yourself look a bit nice and pretty it has different animation settings

which are these things here so you got the animation scale for the windows for

transitions and animation the animated duration scale so this basically means

you know how slowly to animate something so when you're transitioning between

applications when you're minimizing things when you reopen things how slowly

should I do that so it can look quite nice but if you're after maximum

performance you want to turn these three things off because basically saying is I

don't want to see the animation I want to see it go nicely up and not see down

just take me back to my application or to ever I was doing so the way we do

that is just click on this first and select off open the next one and let's

select off and open the last one and select animation of so once again which

is saying we about animations we don't have a

super-powerful box we just want to make it run as fast as possible and these

three settings here will definitely make it do that and this is the other key

thing here guys so if we scroll down we're now looking for background process

limits so this is basically saying on an operating system level

how many background processes can run at the same time in the background so as I

previously mentioned if you do have lot of applications installed and running in

the background that can definitely slow down your device especially if you only

have one or two gig ram you really are putting a lot of strain on your device

so one of the things you can do here is is limit how many of those background

processes can run at the same time so it's click on that now see what the

option of saying standard limit which is a default so you got no background

processes so I definitely recommend don't do this one because you're

basically saying nothing and running in the background and if we did this on a

cell phone you could potentially just you know crush your device I definitely

don't do that I personally think having four things running the background is is

okay it's not too much it's not too less I think with this you should be able to

run most of the things you want to do especially on an Android book so you

could be running your VPN in the background maybe one of your apks and

you know have to space with two more things so so you can try with this first

and if you really think this is too many things running in the background you can

maybe go down to three I personally wouldn't go down to two or one because I

think that's just going to mess up your device but you know if you really have

like a super cheap device maybe you could try to but I think four or three

should make a massive difference compared to like what you had before so

let me just leave for for now now one of the other key things to mention here is

on certain devices you can set this thing now but if you do actually reboot

your device this may go back to the standard limit so if so if you do reboot

your device definitely go back in here and make sure it's still set to at the

most four processes so we've turned off all the animations and we set the

background process limit to four okay let's back out of that okay so next up

we have ventilation so as with pretty much all devices once you start getting

too hot it can cause problems so but for example on a fire stake when it does get

to a certain temperature the device our she restarts and on Android box is

having the device running too hot for a long time you will also get crashes

maybe your device will readily to restore and this could also affect the

lifespan of your device so we if you want to keep our device running

as cool as possible so a small quick hack we can do is we can buy a small USB

fan from Amazon or from ebay literally for like five or ten dollars places

underneath your device and this will keep your device running cool most under

boxes at least have one or two USB ports so you can literally plug it in it

doesn't need any extra power and this will allow your device to keep cool

while you're using it okay so the last tip as we know the Google Play Store

will look at your device and then based on your device it will show you which

applications you can install and which applications you can't install so

because of that you may be limited in what you can install on your Android box

now one way to get around that is to use a different application store so the

applications that I'm going to show you in this video is called aptoide TV now

the way we get that is if you open up a browser like puffin TV or Chrome open up

a browser and just search for aptoide TV now we can see it's the first link in

the results let's click on that now this will take you to the official upload TV

web site and we can then click on the orange download button which will

download the apk to your device let's do that now I wake see that begins the

download okay let's now click on the downloaded apk and click on install okay

let's open that up and as you can just see here guys we have access to

thousands of thousands of applications all from a trusted source that we can

install on our device with one click with no limitations and that's all for

this video guys many thanks for watching so many fewer asking for tips on how to

improve your Android box performance so I do hope you like this one let me know

and I'll hopefully catch up with you guys real soon

thanks thanks again for watching guys oh and if you're interested in a VPN if you

click on that link on the bottom left you'll get a great 46 percent discount

if you are worried about your privacy and you want to say safe online I do

recommend you check our VPN thanks again guys see you on the next one

The ULTIMATE GUIDE TO BUYING JERSEYS FOR YOUR HOCKEY TEAM: Adding personality to your hockey jerseys - Duration: 6:44.

So, the first aspect of decoration that we want to talk about is the crest it's

a major part major part of the Jersey there are three or four different types

of crusts that you're gonna want to consider for your team and they range in

price so what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna just jump over here and grab the

first one this is ... What is I can that's embroidered that's an embroidered

crest really soft you can see this is a for the Nashville Fire Department and

you can see all of this I don't know if you can see but we can even get close up

here and it's got a thread through here it's very vibrant this will last a very

long time it's a really nice crest that's that's option one okay there's

more I'm gonna go here nope no I'm good here this option here

is what Keener vinyl vinyl lettering yeah yeah so this is a style known as

front lettering like putting letters on the front of your jersey and what this

team opted to do was do this in vinyl yeah yeah so if I bring this close up

again the vinyl here is really like like silk-screening a lot of people know what

that is or this is heat pressed on to the front of this Jersey so there's a

couple of different options but they're very similar effects and it's generally

a lower-priced option the embroidered crest is generally the most expensive

option isn't it yeah that's the most expensive that is the least expensive

but you can it gets more expensive as you add colors yeah so this is a one

colour one layer one colour and yeah as Keenan was saying you can add colours

colors there are layers gets more expensive and then the third kind is

something that is quite popular at Keener jerseys. This is what Keener? That's sublimated onto pro twill.

will now this is this is not a real wolf right? But it looks real.

Yeah, and that's logo you want. You want to be intimidating when you're on the

ice as much as possible to scare the other team mm-hmm but I'm gonna come in close

here because you know you you can see here this is there's no

thread here the great thing about sublimation onto twill is that there are

no colour limitations the price doesn't change as you add more and more colours

so when you have a crest a logo that has lots and lots of colours sublimation -

pro twill is a really great option yeah I know even with embroidery the more

stitch counts raises the price later. Yeah so the more complicated the logo is

you're getting to embroider than or costly it is yeah and but with this you

could have the most complex coloured logo imaginable and it's the same price as if

you just had like a two color logo yeah it's the same price yeah and so yeah

it's a strange thing so we really as you can tell I would say 95% of the team

that we actually work on yeah go with this kind of a logo and you can see it

even does like pictures like you know Team-o-Selannes so yeah right there you

shootin' the puck down iconic Winnipeg photograph yeah yeah it's great that

team's called the Team-O-Selannes. So you get it?

team tee te am yeah Oh apostrophe Selannes. Uh-huh

very clever that is our cresting options when you begin to look at the other

decoration requirements you're gonna have for your team you need to think

about are you gonna do numbers on the back of your jerseys or names or in the

sleeves yeah so those are the main ones also sponsor crest sponsor or

commemorative patches we have a lot of people who represent buddy's number on

their jersey yeah that's common yeah yeah so they're

generally speaking you just need to consider two things with decoration

you're either gonna go with Pro twill sewn on numbers or letters or vinyl yeah

I'm gonna show in that example of this is up this is a vinyl this is a pro

twill right so so on what tough font is that by the way that's the Minnesota

Wild's first 11 years font okay well that's that's that okay so you can see

here that's all sewn on it's nice eleven and a half inches looks pretty pro yeah

super Pro that's a good example yeah it's a beautiful Jersey and it's gonna

give the opponents nightmares yeah so speaking with scaring the heck out of

your opponent I remember one time you were telling me

a story about when you used to play hockey and like how when you'd skate out

there right you you're a pretty scared kid don't

maybe you know I was scared of everything but this is specifically in

terms of hockey yeah no I was fearless on the ice just off the ice bees and

stuff scary but I remember like my team didn't have a great jerseys back then

we were skating around the other team comes on the I start skating around and

they're their jerseys looks so pro all their pants and helmets matched and I

was like we're gonna get killed by these guys did you get killed well I don't

remember probably I'm saying like there's a very

high possibility that they kicked her but yeah yeah but they were already in

my head there was your head that was they've already won the second they

walked on the ice yeah yeah yeah so I think the important lesson to remember

there is it the moral is if you you know if you get your jerseys and you do it

upright with like the right type of decoration and you look great out there

it really is true and I think anybody who's played hockey probably has a

similar experience where or any sport really where you look across the other

team and they are looking sharp well you have that quote on something back there

it says wars are won before they even begin fighting yeah I think that's from

the Art of War. Yeah yeah the doors are learned yeah the battle is won

before it's begun but before the first spear is thrown right I think that's the

general gist so part of that is the intimidation factor brought about by

great jerseys yeah so you've already won like those guys won before they even

stepped on the ice I was like oh yeah so scary it does have an impact so that is

the decoration part of buying jerseys keep those things in mind and you'll be

a lot better off before you even get started so those are just some tips

there ok good tips good job good job

DIETITIAN'S GUIDE FOR CALCULATING PARENTERAL NUTRITION - Duration: 2:44.

A few months ago on my youtube channel I created one video discussing how to

calculate a continuous tube feed and ever since then my inbox has been flooded

with messages and requests to do parenteral nutrition as well as bolus

tube feeds.

do you remember this from a few months ago? My channel is your

one-stop shop where you'll find videos about life as a registered dietitian

solutions to your common dietitian intern and student problems such as

slain the RD exam finding a job TPN's, tube feedings... that point right there do

you have a hard time calculating tube feedings? Do you find the components of a

parenteral nutrition to be difficult? Well if you answered yes to any of these

questions you're not alone a few months ago I took a survey on one of my social

media platforms and a few new dietitians as well as future dietitians we're in

the same boat as you. Dietetics and my opinion is a very

fulfilling career it gives you the flexibility that you want when you're

actually in the field but before you become a dietitian you have to pass

through the clinical aspect of Dietetics which you may encounter during your

classes, your internship, the RD exam and even in the work field. A few months ago

on my YouTube channel I created one video discussing how to calculate a

continuous tube feed and ever since then my inbox has been flooded with messages

and requests to do parenteral nutrition as well as bolus tube feeds. For this

reason I've created my educational store on my website www.KimRoseDietitian. com

answering this very topic my philosophy let's make nutrition easy! Picture what

life will look like for you if you understood the basic components of a

tube feed as well as parental nutrition if you have a hard time with this

visualization let's look at some of these testimonials:

now can you fully imagine that grasping the components of a tube feed as well as

a parenteral nutrition well the videos and worksheets that I've created for you

help you do exactly that make sure you check out KimRoseDietitian.com for

The Complete Guide to PlayStation Emulation on Ubuntu - Duration: 4:59.

Hi this is Phil from Make Tech Easier and welcome to the complete guide to

Playstation emulation on Ubuntu. The original playstation was undoubtedly a

great game console. It was the first console to bring disk based games to the

mainstream and it was home to a whole host of now classic games spawning more

than a few legendary franchises. The day of the PS1 is long past but the games

are still great and the options to play them now are unfortunately limited.

However there is hope with emulators. For Linux systems like Ubuntu one of the

best emulators is PCSXR and it's available right from the default

Ubuntu repositories. PCSXR is a reboot of a classic PS1 emulator, PCSX, which was

abandoned. PCSXR is very easy to use and it has a lot of great controls to make

playing your games an enjoyable experience. Install PCSXR. Since PCSXR

is in the default repositories just install it with apt. Type "sudo apt

install pcsxr". Yes, it's really that simple. PCSXR options. Open PCSXR,

depending on your desktop environment it'll be listed under the games section

of your launcher or you can just search for it in GNOME. There's not a whole

lot going on when you first open the emulator, there really doesn't have to be

though. Click on the memory card icon first and a new window will open up with

two columns. Those columns list potential save blocks on to virtual memory cards.

Below each row there's a button to change the location of your virtual

memory card. You can keep making them so you're probably never going to run out

of space to save your games. Head back to the main window click on the monitor

icon this time, that'll open your graphical options. There's not a lot that

you need to do here but you can change the emulator screen size, which is really

nice because the default screen is really small.

There are also sound and control options here you can have a look around there

too. The controller is just a simple table so it's not hard to set up the

controller of your choosing to work with PCSXR. Getting games. You have a

couple of options when it comes to getting games. Ideally you have your own

games and you can actually just insert them into your computer's disk drive and

run them from PCSXR. The first icon in the menu is just for that. It's a kind of

pain to use physical CDs all the time though and not every computer today has

a disk drive. You can however make copies of your games for continued use. If you

have an available disk drive (USB or internal) and the physical games, you can

load the CD images onto your computer and use them whenever you choose. It's

very easy on Ubuntu. Insert a disc into the drive then copy the image to a

designated location with just enough space. Be very careful doing this and be

sure to specify an output file name. The DD utility can easily wipe a hard drive

clean if you're not paying attention. Type "sudo dd if=/dev/sr0 of=/path/to/game.iso

PCSXR can use the resulting iso file. When all else fails you can find and download roms

online. Downloading roms is a nasty legal gray area though so be sure you know the

laws in your particular area. In a lot of cases downloading a digital copy of a

game you already own is considered ok but check to be sure. Also be cautious of

your download sources - there's a lot of malware out there tied to shady download

sites that provide ROMs. Playing a game. Playing games with PCSXR

is very easy assuming you have a game image, either one you rip yourself or

from a download. You can click the second icon from the left of the top menu of

PCSXR. It looks like a little PlayStation. That'll open a window that

lets you browse your game image, when you select it the game will open and begin

playing through PCSXR. Control your game with whichever controls you set up.

Of course with PCSXR being a PC-based emulator the keyboard will always

work as a default. Okay you're all set up and ready to enjoy the glory days of the

original PlayStation on your Ubuntu desktop. It's a good idea to organize

your game images and memory card saves someplace where you can easily find them.

No one likes digging around for misplaced CDs even if it is in digital

form. Okay as always thanks for watching and please if you could take a moment to

like subscribe and add your comments below. That's all for now see you next time!
