Auto news on Youtube Oct 1 2018

Hey guys, I'm on the 5th Neptun's Cup

in Gdynia

of course it's a tournament of Modern Classical Fencing

and it was very adventurous journey

because the cup is on Saturday

and Sunday and I had a really

great idea, that I will come here,

because Gdynia is a city on

a seashore, so it's a cool place for

holiday and it's still quite

warm, because it's the end of the summer

so I had a great idea that I will come here

on Friday

it's a very long travel from my home, I live

on the...

in south Poland and

the cup is in Gdynia, so it is

the north part of Poland. So I have to

travel throuh the whole Poland, it's like

500 km...(310 miles)

600 km! ;) (372 miles)

so

we started driving

at the...

So I was driving with 2 guys and we started

our journey at 7am

and we were supposed to finish it

at 3pm so there

was supposed to be a lot of time on a beach

with drinks and stuff

and shooting another

Operation Fencing video

so plans were great and the weather was

amazing on Friday.

So we were driving and it was really cool,

we had some stops for food and you know,

like holiday travelling

and than!

We had one stop on a

highway.

And than we wanted to move on.

So we turned on the engine

and we couldn't change the gear.

At all. So...

we were stuck on a highway.

And...

well, we had to call for help

and wait for this fancy car

on which you put your own car

and than it takes you for the repair.

And it took few hours

And than they...

We went to this

place where they repair your car

and the guy said that...

Wait a second, I have to check the word!

So the car took us to the garage

and the guy in the garage said

that our clutch is

completely broken.

So imagine the situation -

I'm 600 km (372 miles) from home

and it's

Friday afternoon and

and your car is broken and it's

the most expensive repair

you can imagine.

So of course there was no beaching,

no drinking, and no fun,

because we were sitting and worrying that

we won't be able to go back home,

and on Monday

afternoon I have to

I have classes in which I'm a teacher, so

I cannot just take a day off, you know.

So it was a bit stressful, but they said

in the garage that they will try to

repair our car,

and today

today at the afternoon

thay said that our car is fine,

it's repaired, so

I have a hope that it will work

on our way back home,

so I will let you know on the Instagram

if I am home

safetly or not ;) Maybe I will be

on a highway again, stuck.

Hey guys, it's your

special reporter Miss Fencing, I am

extremely brave, because they are fighting

right behind my back, so there is a possibility

that they will kill me

and I won't see it, so

it won't be that terrible death, but

I'm doing it for you.

Nevermind.

The tournament is really cool,

we have

like 35 competitors from

the whole Poland and as always

there are 3 weapons, so a smallsword,

a saber and a rapier with a dagger.

This time we have a lot of

scorebreakers, with very high

scores,

people still have to do scorebreakers,

so I've also heard some rumors

that there will be

some changes in rules, it is really interesting

for all competitors, because

people say thet there will be more

elimination rounds, so

if you are a looser

you still have a lot of fights, so it's nice :D

but if you are good you will be more tired.

So good news and bad news, it depends

on who you are at a competition.

And of course I can't take part this year too

because my

mysterious foot injury is still a mystery,

we don't know what it is, but i have a doctor appointment at

31st of October...

October. So if I will know something

I will let you know!

We have 2 small injuries

at this competition but luckily they are not fatal,

so it's fine! One of injured people is my

cousin.

He has a really nice

crate here on a forehead,

but...

well, I'm afraid he will have to buy a new mask after this...

situation, because he got a really

strong hit with a rapier

to his mask.

But he could change the mask earlier!

Than it wouldn't happen!

Remember, always

buy a new mask when your mask is old!

Are we... are we similar? Beacause I have

2 types of opinion. Some people

are very...

(in Polish: zdziwiony?)

Surprised that we are cousins,

(he's not a very talkative guy, so

I will be talking now ;)

And the second type...

they are like "whoa, you are so similar!"

So I still don't know the answer. You see? This is

the place!

Really cute! You can go and

show it to people!

Now they are

reading who will be fighting with who

in quarterfinals in sabre.

People don't seem bothered.

As you can see, for

sabre fights you need heavier protectors,

so Tomek have protection of

his elbows, he has heavier gloves and

protection of his chest

and arms

and also

protectors of knees

are obligatory

Now you can see fitness.fencing

is fighting.

You can know him from my Instagram, we often

do a lot of stuff together.

He is fighting with Gabriel.

They are both from

Wrocław.

Gabriel is a fast bastard!

There was a parry and

the riposte from the right.

Tomasz!

Tomasz!

So what... heh,

are you happy with your last attack?

Yes! I just wanted to puch! Punching your opponents is really great!

I really appreciate it!

It's Wojtek again, let's see if he will earn

another crate on his face!

He's fighting with Tomasz, so

it's a dilemma for me, because

they are my cousin and my friend and I like them both

and I don't know

for whom I should have my fingers crossed!

On the right you can see the_fencer_dude

also from my...

my friend from the Instagram and he is fighting with Filip.

Filip hates fighting with

a sabre, but

he still do it, because he want to have some chance

in the

modern classical fencing thriatlon.

Without fighting in one weapon you have no chance

to win anything, because

they add your scores from

all 3 weapons.

How to get a refund VAT? Reporting on the value-added tax. 18+ - Duration: 2:50.

Hi everyone In today's video I am going to talk about

reporting and refunds of Value Added Tax. the default tax period for VAT in Poland is

one calendar month.

However, the VAT reporting period, quarterly or monthly, can be selected by a business

owner or management board when registering to VAT .

Polish monthly or quarterly VAT returns are due on the 25th of the month following the

reporting period end.

Any Polish VAT due must be paid at the same time.

In the case where a business has opted to file quarterly returns but is required to

make monthly prepayments.

If there is more VAT incurred than charged then a Polish VAT credit arises this is due

back to the VAT registered business from the tax authorities.

This credit can be refunded or carried forward to offset any tax due in the next period.

A business applying for a VAT refund in Poland will be subject to time limits depending on

the nature of the transactions involved.

The current rules set a time limit of 60 days for the Polish authorities to pay back a VAT

refund.

This limit will be reduced to 25 days when a number of conditions are met.

Where the conditions are not met, the 60 days limit will remain applicable.

Also if there were no sales during the reporting period time limit can be prolonged to 180

days.

The Polish VAT law also allows direct refunds when input VAT (available for deduction) exceeds

output VAT.

A Polish business may also be entitled to the VAT refund owed by another country under

certain circumstances.

Likewise, a foreign business having seat or fixed place of business for VAT purposes outside

of Poland may be, in most cases, entitled to the refund of Polish VAT.

If the respective countries belong to the European Union, the procedure is substantially

simplified due to the EU Directive, which provides favourable rules for businesses based

in EU countries that are seeking VAT refunds in other EU countries - so called electronic

VAT refunds are possible.

Those are the main rules on VAT reporting and refund.

Hope you found this video useful.

See you next time.

How to Get More Views From YouTube's BIGGEST Traffic Source! - Duration: 7:40.

- All right then, let's kick this one off with a question.

For a typical YouTube channel, where do you think

most of your views come from?

When you start to understand that,

you start to understand YouTube,

and you can grow your channel much faster,

so let us know in the comments below,

and we'll give you the answer

right after this intro.

- [Man] VidIQ - [Woman] VidIQ

- [Man 2] Vidiq.com.

- If you said external links,

I'm afraid you are wrong.

If you said in notifications, you're wrong as well.

If you said interactive cards and end screens,

you're doubly wrong.

If you said browse features

on your channel page or playlist,

you're almost certainly wrong as well.

Now, if you said YouTube search,

for some channels, you might be right.

But by far and away, the most popular way

that viewers find your content

is through suggested videos.

Hello everybody, it is so good to see

all of you right now and all of you in the VidIQ community.

My name is Rob.

If this is your first time here,

we are the YouTube tool and channel

that aims to help you get more views in less time

by educating you on your YouTube journey.

Some of the tools you see in this video today

do come from our VidIQ Chrome extension.

It is free to download, and guess what?

There's a link in the description.

Let's clarify what suggested videos are first.

Down the right hand side of a desktop YouTube layout,

or underneath a video on a mobile device,

you'll find all of these videos

that are suggested to you

as you watch somebody's content.

If you watch any of these videos,

that will count as a suggested video view for that channel,

so this is prime real estate on YouTube,

and the idea is to get as many of your videos

appearing as suggested videos

to really increase the size of your channel.

So, where can you find out

all of the analytics for this?

It's pretty simple.

Go to YouTube Classic Analytics,

traffic sources, and this will list

where every single view, or indeed,

watch time comes from.

And there's something really interesting

on this channel in particular.

Most of the views come from YouTube search,

but the vast majority of watch time,

almost 50%, comes from suggested videos,

and look at the average view duration as well.

So what this tells us is that YouTube is much better

at suggesting recommended content to a viewer

already watching something

than what it can do with search.

Now yes, specific analytics on this

will vary from channel to channel,

but if you're doing it right,

you can expect between 40 and 60%

of your entire channel traffic

to come from suggested videos.

If you weren't aware of these general YouTube statistics,

give me a #wow and a shocked emoji

in the comments below.

Now, if this is all news to you

and you've heard it before,

let's give it the VidIQ deep dive treatment.

So, now we have an understanding of

where our views are coming from,

but can we get more specific than this?

And the answer is yes.

By simply clicking on suggested videos on traffic sources,

this will list all of the videos

that are pushing traffic to my channel.

Once more, on each of these videos,

if I hover over it, it will give me a thumbnail preview,

and super importantly, the channel name

of the video that's pushing content to my channel.

And why is it important to know

who's pushing traffic your way?

Because those are your cluster channels.

(siren wailing)

All right then, a new jargon alert.

Let's get to the bottom of what a cluster channel is.

By now, I'm sure you're aware

you're not the only person

creating content on a particular topic.

There's always going to be people competing

for that same general space on YouTube.

What this allows YouTube to do

is identify particular topics, particular niches,

and connect that content together,

because viewers don't usually want to see one opinion

or one tutorial on a video,

they want to see something that really

fits with their interests and their passions,

and it may take them a couple of videos to find it,

and that's why YouTube is recommending

this similar content.

It knows what the viewer wants,

it knows their preferences,

so it's suggesting what it thinks

the viewer wants to watch next,

and all of those videos that are appearing

as similar content are cluster channels.

Here's an exercise for you to try, then.

Go to your traffic sources, suggested videos,

and scroll over each of the videos

in the top suggested list,

and make a note of all of the channels

that are your cluster channels.

And while you go through this exercise,

keep a keen eye on the titles of these videos as well,

because they'll have very familiar titles and keywords

that no doubt you've been using as well.

Now, it could be that some of the videos in this list

are your own videos, so essentially,

YouTube is suggesting your own content

with your own content,

which creates an awesome feedback loop.

And if the same cluster channel keeps cropping up,

you've got a very strong connection with them

in the YouTube universe.

Once you have this list of cluster channels,

you'll want to keep an eye on them,

and this is where VidIQ can really help you out.

So, what you can do is go to the home page

of these cluster channels

and get the channel ID from the URL.

It'll either be the username of the channel

or some random characters.

Then you can click on the VidIQ competitors button,

and add this channel ID.

And what this list does is show you

all the videos that are currently trending

for that cluster channel.

Effectively, what's working for them

may work for you because you're already connected

in the YouTube universe.

Try and think of this as your subscribers list

for the content you produce on YouTube.

There's stuff you watch for entertainment,

but to get ideas for your own content,

you want to be following these cluster channels

as much as possible.

The next VidIQ tool you'll want to use is channel audit,

which we've recently upgraded to include

cluster channel information.

The content to double down on section

includes two panels all about your cluster channels.

First of all, we have the competitor's list.

You've just added some videos to that list.

This gives you all of the videos

that are working well for those channels now.

It's a good place to generate ideas for you.

And below that panel, we have the top suggest views section,

which we saw in great detail earlier on,

minus your own videos, because we want to see

what channels are sending views your way.

If you click on the view more section,

you can see a complete list

of either your competitors or top suggested view videos.

We've also got the most viewed tool,

which allows you to find

potential cluster channels of the future.

This shows you what videos are trending

on very specific topics from very specific channels.

For example, if we did a search for the new iPhone

and we filter it down by channel subscriber size,

less than 10000 subscribers,

it shows you which videos from channels are performing well

in a similar genre and size to you.

Now, you may not have heard of these channels yet

because they are still relatively small,

but they're being very successful

with the content they're producing,

and as we've said before, what's working for them

could work for you and create more

potential suggested video views.

So, there you have it, three super powerful VidIQ tools

to maximize suggested views,

the best and quickest way

to grow your channel on YouTube.

We have full tutorials on all of these tools

in our video cards and in the video description.

Check them out right now.

So now you know where your

biggest source of traffic comes from, suggested videos

and how they're generated, cluster channels.

Keep those two things in mind at all times

when considering what to produce next.

If you want to know more about

the inner workings of YouTube,

we've got a really interesting

secret formula video over here.

And if you want to know more about

VidIQ tools that can help educate you

on your YouTube journey,

we've got a huge playlist of

many of our tools down there.

We'll see you on either of those videos right now.

Enjoy the rest of your video-making day.
