Auto news on Youtube Dec 1 2018

look at all these layers

it's crazy

hey Jenny here the unprofessional reviewer of all things food and drinks

and we're in Vancouver Canada today

it's a great sunny day we just went on a bike ride

and we're gonna go get a coffee let's check it out

there's a growing cycling community in Vancouver right now

there are bike lanes everywhere

Musette cafe is located right off the burrard bridge one of the major cycling group but also

a major road for commuters

so they actually have actual breakfast lunch and dinner menus

so it looks quite interesting

they have eggs in purgatory it's pretty funny

chickpeas potatoes that looks good

la tour, housemade biscuit, sounds like that's all for cycling

so we have decided to order a cappuccino and a latte

two of the most popular coffes here

and a roast beef panini and for dessert they're fresh apple pie

let's start off with the latte right now wow the great balance of espresso and

the milk and it's a really good honey aftertaste actually so they use pallet

coffee from it's a restraint here and located and then converse so it's kind

of creep Alice of nutty Cocco flavors

very good laughing let's try the cappuccino now so the difference between

cappuccino a lot is that cappuccino is one third espresso one third milk and

then one third foam with a latte it's more milk and it's a little bit of foam

on top and the microphone and that's that's what I like to get that's the

difference hence the smaller Cup

yeah with the cappuccino you can really taste the coffee it's much stronger the

dark coffee really explodes in your mouth the dark and richness of it very

good coffee on all do you want to try these are the house

roast beef panini it's got kale pesto parmesan marinated

vegetables mustard pickles all right let's dig in

it's filled with me there's no vegetables inside which is great

even the be throw spell it out there's so much it's so packed it can really

taste a mustard and the pickles coming through after but it's really good it's

a good compliment the pickle kind of asked to the beef roast the bread is

very crispy the penne nybridge super crispy so it's great combination of

crisp and flavors like if you're after bike ride and it's looking for something

like to eat because you got to back bike back home so you don't to get too full

but you get enough protein and your energy to keep you going the thing is is

good next up echo pipe we're having layers what's crazy

look at that you really put some effort into making these time hopefully it'll

taste as good as it looks

that is so good you can really taste the cinnamon and the slices of apples really

adds texture so it's not one of those like soggy apples that they like it's

been a lot of sauce but it's a really crisp Apple but it's but still got

flavor the cinnamon really really stands out and the pie crust it's nice and

crispy it's flaky this is a great pie

I believe it's $5

the unique biker theme with a shop here with good food and friendly people make

this one of their local favorite cafe destinations so make sure you come check

out music cafe if you ever come visit Vancouver I'll put the info for the cafe

in the description below thanks for watching if you like our video please

like subscribe and turn on the bell see you guys next time

how do you like the pie I like McDonald's either

6 reasons why coffee makes our lives better.

We love coffee not only because of the great taste.

Coffee also has some benefits for our skin, health and more ...

Time and again, studies prove that coffee is health-promoting.

Of course, it should be consumed in moderation, but against four to five cups a day is no

objection.

More specifically , a healthy person a day may take a maximum of 400 milligrams of caffeine

.

If someone tells you: coffee is not good for us, then take a coffee in your hand and drink

it with relish.

Because we know better, right?

Here are six proofs:

1.

Coffee keeps you young.

Brewing coffee releases antioxidants that counteract and rejuvenate the skin aging process

. The degree of roast of the coffee beans depends on the strength of the antioxidant

power.

Especially lighter and medium roasts have a strong antioxidant effect.

So, honestly, what better than a delicious anti-aging weapon?

2.

Coffee reduces the risk of skin cancer.

The National Cancer Institute in the US has found that coffee consumption can reduce the

risk of skin cancer by 20% . The ten-year study has shown that the subjects were mainly

protected from aggressive black skin cancer (malignant melanoma).

3.

Coffee provides more energy.

Coffee is known to stir and serve as a wake-up agent.

The reason for this is the caffeine it contains, which stimulates the brain and increases its

concentration and performance .

4.

Coffee protects the liver.

Several studies show that coffee drinkers have less liver damage . Caffeine can counteract

liver fibrosis and reduce the risk of liver cirrhosis.

On top of that , the whole thing has a good effect on our skin , because the liver is

the central detoxifying organ and therefore also connected with our skin.

5.

Coffee protects against Alzheimer's.

Two to five cups of coffee a day reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease later

on.

For example, a research team from the University of Bonn and Lille (France) found in a study

that coffee inhibits tau protein , which is deposited in the brain and is one of the main

indicators of Alzheimer's disease.

6.

Coffee promotes well-being.

Coffee provides good mood and wellbeing, as caffeine stimulates the production of endorphins,

which provide good mood.

The National Institue of Heath has also found in a study that regular coffee consumption

(in moderation, of course) reduces the risk of depression by 10%.

Amanda Bynes Grabs a Coffee in L.A. After Opening Up About Her Drug-Induced Public Breakdown - 247 n - Duration: 4:31.

Amanda Bynes means business.  The 32-year-old actress stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday in gray slacks, a black button-down shirt, a black jacket and a leather messenger bag

Stopping to grab a coffee from Starbucks, Bynes looked relaxed just days after her revealing interview in Paper Magazine's third Break the Internet special

In the issue, the former She's the Man actress detailed how her drug use led to her very public spiral, explaining she began using drugs at 16 and smoked marijuana for the first time

"Later on it progressed to doing molly and ecstasy," she admitted. "[I tried] cocaine three times but I never got high from cocaine

I never liked it. It was never my drug of choice."  While she didn't use cocaine, Bynes did say she regularly got high on another drug: "I definitely abused Adderall

"  Her Adderall use led to her dropping out of the movie Hall Pass, where she remembered being "scatterbrained" from taking the pills

But the real breaking point came after seeing herself in the Emma Stone film Easy A

Bynes recalled being so alarmed by her appearance in the film, which she viewed negatively, that it convinced her to quit acting on the spot

"I literally couldn't stand my appearance in that movie and I didn't like my performance

I was absolutely convinced I needed to stop acting after seeing it," Bynes explained

"I was high on marijuana when I saw that but for some reason, it really started to affect me

I don't know if it was a drug-induced psychosis or what, but it affected my brain in a different way than it affects other people

It absolutely changed my perception of things."  She went on to have several brushes with the law — including two hit and run charges in 2012 and a DUI arrest (though all three charges were ultimately dropped) — she retreated from the spotlight completely and her mom Lynn was named conservator over her "person", which includes health and medical decision-making, in 2014

Now four years sober, Bynes is thriving at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and is looking forward to continuing on with her Bachelor's degree next year

She's also ready to get back into her first love: acting.  As for what made her spiral, Bynes is no longer interested in any substances

"Those days of experimenting [with substances] are long over. I'm not sad about it and I don't miss it because I really feel ashamed of how those substances made me act," she says

"When I was off of them, I was completely back to normal and immediately realized what I had done — it was like an alien had literally invaded my body

That is such a strange feeling…Truly, for me, [my behavior] was drug-induced, and whenever I got off of [drugs], I was always back to normal

"
