How to Get Rid of Plantar Warts fast with Natural home remedies?

Plantar warts are common warts that mostly occur on the soles or toes of the feet.

Medically known as verrucae warts, these are caused by the human papillomavirus.

The virus mostly thrives in warm, moist places like locker room floors and swimming pools,

where it attacks the skin at the bottom of the feet through direct contact.

Those who have an opening or crack in their skin are more prone to contract the virus.

Anyone can develop plantar warts.

However, children, people with weakened immune systems and people who have had plantar warts

before are more prone to this problem.

Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar works as a great plantar

wart treatment.

The acetic acid in it helps deal with the abnormal growth of skin tissue.

It also has antiviral properties, which means it can fight off the root cause of the problem.

Dilute raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of water.

Soak a cotton ball in it and apply it on the affected area.

Then, cover the area with duct tape.

Replace it once every few days until the plantar wart heals completely.

Also, add 2 teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink

it twice daily to help combat the virus from within.

Banana Peel The enzymes in the banana peel helps soften

the wart.

When it's softened, you can easily get rid of the wart by simply scrubbing it off with

a pumice stone.

Cut a piece of banana peel and tape it over the affected area.

Leave it on overnight.

The next morning, remove the peel and soak the affected area in warm water for 10 minutes.

Then, scrub the area gently with a pumice stone.

Wash the area and pat it dry.

Apply some moisturizer.

Do this daily until the wart is gone.

Instead of using the actual peel, you can scrape off the white interior of the banana

peel and apply it on the affected area.

Garlic he antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties

of garlic help in getting rid of plantar warts.

Additionally, the caustic effect of the garlic restricts the breeding ground for warts, thus

causing them to blister and fall off gradually.

Garlic also boosts your immunity, which is a good preventive measure for plantar warts.

Crush some fresh garlic cloves and apply directly to the affected area.

Use tape or a bandage to keep the garlic in place and leave it on overnight.

The next morning, remove the bandage and clean the area with water.

Pat dry and apply some moisturizer.

Repeat this treatment once daily until the wart is gone.

You can also take garlic by using it in your cooking or as a supplement.

Always consult your doctor before taking any supplements.

Tea Tree Oil Tea tree oil is another good home remedy for

plantar warts on your feet.

Its antiviral and antiseptic properties help fight the virus that causes the warts.

Mix 5 or 6 drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of olive or coconut oil.

Soak a cotton ball in the oil mixture.

Put the cotton ball on the plantar wart and cover it with an adhesive bandage.

Leave it on for a couple of hours.

When you remove the oil-soaked cotton ball, rinse off your foot with warm water.

Repeat twice daily for a few weeks.

Caution: Do not apply tea tree oil in its pure form, as it may cause skin irritation.

How to get a refund for those unwanted Christmas gifts on 'Takeback Wednesday' - Duration: 13:50.

Stores are braced for a Takeback Wednesday rush as unwanted presents are swapped or refunded

Returns on the first full working day back for most after Christmas will rocket by 80% compared to an average day in December

So if Santa did not bring you what you asked for, or even if a gift wasn't quite right, know what your rights are with our expert guide for every situation

What do I need for a return?  All shops usually require a few key things

It might seem obvious, but always keep your receipt

Nearly 90% of paper receipts end up lost, in the bin, or too faded to be read – so keep them in a safe place

It may be too late now, but when buying a gift for someone else, ask for a gift receipt so they can change it themselves

If you paid for an item on a debit or credit card, take it with you when you return it

Also take the original packaging with you

Depending on a retailer's returns policy some will only exchange or give you a credit note, while others will give you a full refund

Camberwell 'murder': Woman stabbed to death in home on New Year's Day I want to return a gift bought in-store

What are my rights?  Consumer group Which? says: "The good news is most retailers provide a 'goodwill' returns policy, offering an exchange, refund or credit note for most returns

"You can only return store-bought non-faulty goods for an exchange or refund if the retailer has a returns policy

"Shops are not required by law to have a returns policy but if they have one they must stick to it

"Returns policies are usually displayed on receipts, on signs in-store and online

You can also ring the shop's customer services line to find out its returns policy

" And if the gift was bought online?  When you buy online you have additional rights as your decision to buy the item may be based on a brief description or a photograph – so what you receive is not always quite what you had expected

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can return an item if you simply change your mind

The rules give you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods

You have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer that you would like to cancel your order to return the goods to them

Check the retailer's policy as they may have an extended Christmas returns policy

Amazon has specially extended its returns period during the period from November 1 to December 31 2018 inclusive, so items may be returned at any time before midnight on January 31, 2019

What happens if the item is faulty?  The Consumer Rights Act gives you the statutory right to return something and get your money back if it is faulty

Which? says: "You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty goods within 30 days of receiving it, regardless of what the store's return policy says

"If you don't reject the goods within the first 30 days, and find a fault within the first six months of possessing your goods, you'll need to give the retailer a chance to make a repair or replacement

"If that's unsuccessful, you can then ask for a refund

"After the first six months the burden of proof switches to you to prove the fault you've found was present at the time you purchased the goods in-store, or first took ownership if you bought it online

" Little Mix star Jesy Nelson shocks fans with n-word video Can I return an item if I don't have a receipt?  If you simply change your mind, retailers have no legal obligation to give you your money back on an item without a receipt

But many stores will offer an exchange or credit note so it is worth asking

If your goods are faulty and you do not have the receipt, you still have the right to a repair, refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act

You need to show proof of payment, such as a bank statement with the transaction on it

Do I have to accept a credit note?  The retailer's returns policy may state that customers will only receive a credit note or vouchers, but this should only apply where the item is unwanted

The seller's returns policy cannot require customers to take vouchers where an item is faulty

The Consumer Rights Act specifies the rights that consumers have if products develop a fault and the seller cannot remove or reduce these

I was given a gift receipt. Is it different to a normal receipt?  James Walker, from consumer complaints site Resolver

co.uk, says: "Gift receipts allow you to take something back up to the date on the receipt

This can often be longer than your usual statutory rights

"But as times get tougher on the high street the timescales are reducing

The shop is allowed to set the rules and time frames for returning items that you don't want but they can insist on you providing the receipt

"If an item is now on sale, some retailers may only refund you its current price – and not the same amount of money that the person who bought it paid

"However, this is at the discretion of the retailer, and does not apply to every store

" What items cannot be returned?  According to Which?, most retailers have policies which stipulate that they will accept non-faulty returns as long as the items are unused and they are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging

But there are some returns exceptions worth knowing about

It will be tricky returning DVDs, music and computer software if the seal or packaging has been broken

You usually will not be able to return perishable items such as food and flowers, as well as any items made to order or that have been personalised

What happens if the retailer goes into administration?  Alex Neill, Which? managing director of home products and services, says: "It's a worrying time for everyone when a company goes into administration

"For customers, it's important to remember that your consumer rights may be affected

"If you have recently bought anything from HMV you may not be able to claim a refund or exchange the item if the company ceases trading

"If you have gift vouchers you should try to spend these in-store as soon as possible

"If you are planning to shop in HMV and intend to buy something worth more than £100, make sure you use a credit card as you'll be able to make a claim against your credit card company under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act if anything goes wrong
