Ranked guide, Consulate.

Congratulations to Redlight that has won again the quiz with 42 out of 50 points!

There are English subtitles in the bottom!

Consulate is a defended side map on ranked as,

for attacking you are heavily based on strat-oriented attacks.

The map is huge if attackers do not have plan nor idea how to push roamers

and even if they do, anchors can easily rotate to the top floor for a flank.

For the ranked play, it's usually better off to go for a garage defend,

as your roamers can do a bigger role in defending the objectives,

whereas going on the top - you can rely mostly on C4s.

Also, on any objective, you pretty much can roam on any of the floor

and still be very useful to your team, like Pulse can from Archives

scan anyone that is rappeling by the Admin windows we will get onto that in a bit later.

Make sure to, as an anchor to open up all the hatches that are not essential to be reinforced,

so your roamers can roam more fluent as well as deny some of the rush pushes, i.e.

Archives push from Admin.

Let's start with objectives, the best one for ranked play is a good fight between Consul/Meeting

vs Garage/Cafeteria, but I'd choose Garage&Cafeteria (some people will say it is Kitchen).

The usual go-to thing for attackers is push through Garage

whilst having a Piano, Hallway, Lobby and Toilet control.

From Piano and the Hallway, they can ruin your every anchor spot as well as

destroy Bandit/Kaid charges by the reinforcements.

If they're doing a Visa push, dropping down the hatch, you can expect a Dokkaebi+Lion+Ying+Glaz rush push.

Mira is not an essential pick,

however you can use her with these 2 mira windows,

one denying Garage&Yellow stairs

and the other one in Garage denying Cafeteria & its hallway.

However, go for an Echo or Smoke and the other recommended operator Mute.

Echo/Smoke or even both of them are there to deny the Garage push.

As previously stated, once attackers have the Piano control, you won't be able to deny

the plant from the Garage itself but with the help of smoke babes or Yokai drones.

Mute jammers are mostly there for vertical play and NOT for horizontal or especially

not to jam reinforcements.

Place one by this desk to deny Yellow stairs drones,

one by the Service to deny the double door between Lobby and Statue,

on this fridge to deny the entrance of the Lobby

and the final one is in the Archives, to deny the Archives drones going to the its stairs.

You can see even more mute spots in the series of Tips & Tricks Mute, on the episode 3

where I cover up Club House and Consulate.

Reinforcements, you will need three by the Garage and four by the Service.

1, 2, 3, 4

These two to secure your Mira play.

The forth one is there to secure, once again, your mira play but against the vertical play from the Hallway.

Two hatches should be reinforced, by Toilet

& Piano.

Place at least 2 barbs by the Yellow stairs,

one by the double door

& one by the Cafeteria door.

The two on the Yellow stairs are there to deny the Garage push as much as possible.

You will need a rotation between sites and a rotation between Cafeteria-Security.

Anchor spots can be found behind the white van,

by the side of white van which has a beautiful LOS towards Yellow stairs

or by the pipes.

You can play on the pipes with the shield on as Smoke,

then you can deny any plant that can happen in the Garage whilst you being safe from vertical play.

One anchor spot can be found in Cafeteria which is proning here.

Some nasty angle can be found from the top by the hatch.

An advanced hold would be a heavy hold on Piano with a preferrably mira window

from Toilet towards Piano.

Second objective is Consul&Meeting which is usually attacked (by coordinated teams)

from Admin with a Hibana destroying Meeting room's wall whilst having a person on the S balcony

cutting the LOS from Meeting to Connector

and probably all way to do the Yellow stairs.

The other way of pushing Consul is through Yellow stairs with a frag grenade that will

eventually land (or capitao's fire bolt)

on the top of the Yellow stairs clear the path of Yellow stairs top.

Recommended operator are Echo and Valkyrie, Echo to deny the plant

and Valkyrie for juicy outside cameras, to see what is going on.

For the reinforcements, you will need 1, 2, 3,

4,

5, 6, 7,

8 & 9.

So, usually people tend to reinforce all three walls, in the Consul, but that is simply

not useful at all and if not, it might impact negative on your round.

With the soft walls, you can deny the Consul push from Yellow stairs,

whereas attackers do not have anything with that LOS.

The wall a bit further is there to add you up

with an additional anchor spot, preferrably with an ADS.

The one wall in the middle of the Connector to block every LOS from the Consul windows on Meeting

& its doorway towards Connector.

This one denies a simple LOS from connector window towards the Front Desk.

Two of the meeting walls are there to allow your smoke/player play in the Meeting behind the bomb

against the Admin push

and the final wall is there so you can deny the Copy window,

in case your strat is based of heavily holding admin.

You have a spare reinforcement to place.

For the barbs, most needing are on the top of Visa stairs,

spiral stairs,

Yellow stairs (preferrably two)

and one by the Consul windows.

Pretty much all of them are to deny pushes through according directions.

Make loads of melee holes on the Connector walls so when needed,

peek through some of them or actually be even more cheeky and make several bullet holes,

so an ACOG player can shut down a push on Consul

or from Visa stairs.

You are making several holes so they cannot just prefire one and get a lucky headshot.

Make a rotation between Meeting and Recepcion.

Before anchor spots, usually you'll want to have a C4 or two underneath as previously stated.

You can play behind the bomb in the Meeting,

Connector (ACOG)

in the Consul by the reinforcement.

You can have an additional nice angle from Toilet towards Visa top stairs.

Another 2 angles can be found that you can use against the S balcony,

by the Connector window and by the Piano window.

One more thing about top floor defend is, if you wish to play heavily in Admin,

you can vault over this and whilst proning you are safe and once you crouch

you'll be able to deny two of the windows.

Additionally you can vault over the reinforced walls.

Advanced hold could be holding with Mira window Yellow stairs push

or Admin push.

Third best objective is hands down Lobby and Piano, where attackers usually rush with smoke through Piano

and plant or take a systematically control of the top floor,

similar of how would I describe on the previous paragraph, Admin or Consul.

However, when they're pushing through Admin, play from Connector/Toilet or even Consul

and reverse, don't play in Consul, if you're being pushed there.

You will definitely need Maestro or Echo to deny the plant

and to see through Smokes;

a BPC would be nice as well instead of Maestro and place it here.

Valkyrie, as an intel operator would be great, to see if they're doing an

an Admin or Consul or a rush push, so you can act accordingly.

For the reinforcement, I will be talking only about anchor ones, as the top ones relies

on the attackers, this site and the last one

is hard to defend in solo or duoQ.

You will need 5 reinforcements in the Toilet, 1, 2, 3,

4, 5 - to allow you play in Toilet.

For the barbs, place two of them by the entrance,

one by the Statue

and one by the entrance of Piano from Yellow, all for obvious reasons.

Make a rotation between toilet and Piano & one more unusual which is between Piano and Hallway,

so you can play aggro on all three windows,

if the wall is soft, you won't be to rotate between rooms if there is a rappelled person on any of the window.

If you wish to play from below with a C4, open up both Lobby hatches, a C4 can reach most of the room.

Make loads of LOS on the top, so you can deny the plant from above, usually with smoke.

With this LOS, you can see even outside,

you can use this LOS as roamers when playing in Garage to deny the Lobby doors.

Anchor spots can be found in the middle of Lobby,

preferrably with a soft hatch and shotgun with you so you can drop if problems.

Destroy this vase to be a bit sneaky

or play in the Toilet.

For our final site, for this objective you NEED at least 4 people with you, if not 5

to have at least semi-hope to win the round.

Basic strat would be defending basement with at least 2 C4s

and a Yokai drone in Tellers so your C4 players can know where to throw.

Attackers usually will try to either enter in Admin, play vertically, deny the rotation

from the visa bottom to the Tellers and try to plant on any of the table in the Tellers,

leaving you with flank options only from Spiral or Yellow.

They could go from Garage as well.

Definitely Echo and Pulse/Valkyrie are recommended operators, Echo for already said reason - Tellers

whereas Valkyrie to see the push where are they coming from.

For the reinforcements, you will need 3 in the Tellers,

one hatch in the Visa,

and rest 6 are in the Cafeteria.

Visa hatch is reinforced against a rush push with Zofia/Ash/Buck.

For the barbs, you will need 1 by the long hallway, 1 by the cafeteria,

1 by the Spiral,

1 by the Visa middle

and one by the Tellers entrance from Statue.

You will need a rotation between Visa stairs and Tellers

as well as between Archive's hallway and Archives.

Open some of the holes so you can deny the plant on the tables as well.

The ideas behind this whole setup is to ignore middle & top floor

and have a heavy hold in the basement with AT LEAST 2 C4s and a Yokai drone.

You should be fine (theoretically) as long as you have Archives control,

as then, they won't be able to plant in the Tellers.

For the Anchor spots, you can play around Cafeteria or the hallway between Cafe/Archives,

the barbs on Spiral and Visa stairs are allowing that kind of play.

The barb on the Long hallway is there to force attackers

destroying it or they'll get prefired very easily,

the two walls in Cafeteria facing Security are simply tunneling attackers onto that hallway.

You can play with this beautiful angle from Archives all way to the Long Hallway.

A less known angle is with actually a LOS from this dronehole towards close of the outside Lobby stairs.

That's it!

How to Fix 3rd Brake Light (Full DIY Guide) - Duration: 7:21.

welcome back guys in a new video on break it fix it. today we're gonna show you how to fix your third brake light. we're working on a 2003 renault megane, but the procedure is almost the same in most cars. let's get started !!!! open the trunk, you will find 4 screws that you need to unscrew in order to remove the plastic panel. then gently pull the pannel from the edges and be carefull not to break the plastic clips. after that, remove the side panels. and finally remove the top one. the third brake light has 2 clips holding it in place. push these clips outward to release the light. remove the electric plug using a small screw driver then remove the rear windshield washer spray nozzle. now you need to check that you have 12 volts when you press the brake pedal. to do that we're using a multimeter. put the arrow on 20dc ,then connect the multimeter terminals to the brake light plug and go press the brakes to check for 12 volts. you can see when we press the brakes we get around 12 volts. so now let's go and check the brake light. there is two clips holding the circuit board to the frame, remove it gently. now you can take the circuit board out. remove the plug. as you can see there is some corrosion on the plug which is causing the problem. we're using sand paper to clean the electric terminals. after cleaning, replug the connector in its place and reinstall it back into the frame using the two clips. now back to the car, before reinstalling the light back in its place try pluging the electric connector and test the light. as you can see the light is working ! so we can finish installing the light. install the rear windshield washer spray nozzle back in its place and push the light back. finally put back all the plastic panels of the trunk. and there you go, that's how you fix you third brake light. thanks for watching ! please like the video and consider subscribing to our channel for more videos.

Slovenia Travel Guide + Travel Tips from a Slovenian - Duration: 50:51.

hi if you're visiting Slovenia and trying to figure out what you need to do

where you need to go things you don't want to miss this is the video for you

welcome back if you're coming back. I don't know if you're a subscriber but

please do subscribe if you're not and you like this video. So I haven't

made videos in a while but I'll talk more about that at the end of this video

this one is the start of a new series that I'm doing on interviewing people

from certain countries or places that I have been to who are also from that

place and just trying to provide helpful tips for anyone that's visiting the

place so you don't have to make the same mistakes that I did

and you can actually learn about the place from a local. (Doris: like what?) we'll talk more

about that in a second Doris. She just laughs a lot. I don't I don't understand

why. Drink some coffee

hi hi say hi - hi

it's gonna be funny I'm gonna include that part. what uh tell us about you

I'm a freshman at USC ok as you already said yeah I am almost 20 so getting

there 21. and and she plays the guitar. ok. today we're gonna talk about

about if you're visiting Slovenia what you need to do where you need to go all

that good stuff thankfully I have a local from Slovenia

with me who can correct me on my pronunciations if nothing else about

Slovenia. that's one of the reasons she's here for. you're not supposed to look

at this like. I am NOT. yeah. so it's like this will kinda be like a conversation but

also an interview so she's not allowed to see the questions. first thing when

you go to Slovenia I think everyone visits lake bled. bled. oh wait is it

bled lake bled lake bled that's what I'm talking about

that's that's your camera stop trying steal my spotlight. you're

not gonna get it. okay have you ever been to lake bled. yes. how do you feel about it? I

think it's gorgeous I think it's one of the top places. In Slovenia? it's

very like touristy like but it's so beautiful

I don't think it's that crowded it's no that's exactly what I thought it's cuz

everyone that goes to Lake Bled says that like you should go, or sorry,

Slovenia says you should go to Lake Bled and I was expecting it to be like a shit

show like Italy for the most part: crowded people and tourists and people selling

selfie sticks. okay have you ever been to Lake Bohinj? no

okay I didn't say that right so if you read it in English you're gonna say

bohinj one thing you need to know about everything in the Balkans is the Js

like are not pronounced. just pretend like they don't. It's ya. ya? like how is

there a few Jays driving with a why maybe maybe like Daniella has like five

days in there or something like that yeah even it your name doesn't have a J

right okay but yeah yeah Liliana I was like we'll go to Ljubljana later okay

you've been double hint or no okay that's like actually my one of my

favorite places as anyone that follows my Instagram would know by now a quick

update I have an Instagram I'm gonna link that in the bio and talk more about

that later because I've made that last nine months because I'm a basic bitch

down but yeah boy it was really like one of the coolest things I've ever seen and

you know in blood there's not a lot of tourists in boyens there was no one

it was just like literally me and like three other people on the bridge there

so boys a lot prettier because I think if my friend is right here it is near

the Slovenian Alps and it's just gorgeous and at one point when I went

there there was this bridge that I just went up and sat down on with my ice

cream and I was the only one there and I was just chillin by myself to have my

ice cream and these two Israeli people came in and they're like they saw me

taking pictures of everything and they're like do you want us to take a

picture of you and I'm like yeah sure like that like saw and then they took

like a terrible picture of me but that's how cool it was like that's how awesome

it was it's like a really beautiful place I definitely recommend going to

Bohan Bohan by Bowen but spelled bohinj for a couple of days if you can when I

was on the bus to Bohan there were two German women who are going staying at a

cabin or something like that for a couple of days I think they'll be

amazing because it's like it's not like it's not crazy expensive like the

Switzerland's or anything like that and you can actually have a great time there

he'll be one with nature there your Zen shit whatever you want to do and it's

it's really awesome place I do want to go back to Slovenia at some point soon

and if I do I'm definitely gonna spend like at least a couple of days and going

because I was just awesome thinking about getting to blood and Bohan so if

you look at the map in Google Maps it looks like balloons on the other side of

the country from Ljubljana which is probably we're going to be staying

because that's the capital I think the only real city over there but the thing

is Lavinia is a tiny ass country and and the other side of Slovenia is like two

hours away so it is possible to actually it is possible to do both bled and Bohan

in one day that's actually what I did I really rushed it I really didn't get to

see that much of blood I only got to see a small part of Bohan now if Bohan was

the closer one then bled to Lilliana I would recommend just going to behind

skipping blood even though blood is awesome

but since low head it's the furthest one if the weather is good to make sure the

weather is good like it might be pretty bad because it's probably not gonna be

as awesome if it's like pouring down there but if it is good

try to go to bled for a little bit early in the morning as early as you can then

on the same route actually blood is on the way back from behind you go another

hour and you can get to Bohan and that's honestly one of the prettiest things

I've ever seen in my life you want to talk is that waiting for questions no

you just you commentate yeah how do you how do you feel about the Slovenian

countryside I think it's probably the most amazing one I mean it's not like

I've travelled a lot like you but just as far as I heard yeah it's amazing

and as far as I see hmm as far as you've heard it's amazing

as excited about likes meaning I mean it was good other country side compared to

swing it now Slovenia is like ridiculously underrated I don't know how

people don't talk about Slovenia that's a big Wow Wow so Slovenia is actually

you know exist yes Lavinia is a country it exists you

probably know about it if you have some time you Russia also it's not it's not

it's also not Slovakia which is the other one that people confuse it with

which I am I made a video Slovakia they'll post at some point before I die

yeah Slovenia is a country you probably know this already if you're watching

this video because I'm guessing whoever's watching this video is in

Venice and they're trying to get to Budapest and they're like what is this

country in the middle oh it's Slovenia oh lewb la Llana

whatever that is but it's the most underrated country I've been to at least

in Europe and it was amazing you know the best thing about going to Slovenia

was is I was getting breakfast from like some street card there like one or one

and a half euros thingies and I'm like right after Venice where you can't like

Rickon like brush your teeth with that baby 5 euros like this was not right and

they were like stacked up on a bunch of like breakfast rolls or whatever that

was not not Burak and then I realized the whole country is that cheap and I

was like oh shit scored again but now Sylvania is awesome I would have

definitely spent less time in Venice and more time in Slovenia if I could but

that's just me I'm not an old rich person who can actually afford Venice

and go out to the forest so baby has a different story but we'll get to the

nightlife base so now we're gonna talk a little bit about the capital ljubljana

which is probably where you're at and have you been a little beyond it you

have so Doris is actually not from Ljubljana but how many times have you

been there do you have to go there to like fly anywhere basically every day I

fight from yeah we only have one area in Ljubljana that has like one gate

but that's bullshit there has to be more than one gate

are you fucking kidding me how is that possible

this is one flight leaving at a time we're late so that's more like

gate and then one terminal I mean yeah yeah one gate is literally one plane

every two hours like oh yeah I'm gonna like save this for the bloopers like

what you have like okay okay so one terminal I believe that it was pretty

small ljubljana was also like blood and behind our Bohan was awesome Luba and I

was also just ridiculously pretty like really pretty like I mean not that I had

any expectations going in but I mean why do you think it's pretty before I start

talking forever I don't know just because of the architecture I guess like

it's kind of like an old town but also nod and and just like I always go there

in December was like decorated and pretty Christmas why do you go there in

December to see the lights so she's from a part of Slovenia where they don't have

electricity yet so so it's a struggle and and in life

okay what's the I call it Preston square how do you pronounce it play with that

square pressure no Turk for the show no Turk okay

the say the square in the middle of Ljubljana downtown it's hard to miss

you'll know when you get there because there you see all the street performers

like blowing bubbles and shit and you know that's it but that's like a really

place I think that's like a really good place to just see the sunset because

like you said the architecture is really cool when the golden light reflects very

well off the pavement and all that other stuff have you ever been to the castle

Ljubljana why not he's not a tourist that's like I have so much time to

explore just okay so yeah no I was I was actually at Liliana castle and I never

tell with the phone so I got lost and then I I barely made it there like red

for the sunset type and they wouldn't let anyone in because it was like we

stopped letting people in 15 minutes ago and this so I just took some really cool

pictures though from like the bottom on take a little near that place and then

on the way down it's like actually like an uphill walk so if you're like me you

probably hate that part but then on the way down I like slipped on my ass and I

drop that camera like straight on the ground and then but it's okay because

it's still recording I but yeah but the castle was really pretty you can see the

whole city kind of from sunset and I think that's really cool because it is a

pretty city it looks like Prague almost but smaller and I honestly like we we

have a lot more than Prague I saw people kayaking inside the city in the river

what's it called the Lube Lube yeah yeah yeah sagen you blondie tuck nobody on it

sir yes Lily on it sir okay yeah I didn't do that

because you know I'm cheap but if you want to do that you can definitely do

that it look really cool actually but yeah I wouldn't do it but yeah if

you want to do it you can't do it let's see did you ever go to the pronouncing

this wrong probably metallic OVA art district did you hear about it I didn't

know there was an art district I know what MIT is this is what I get

it's spelled I'll pronounce it the way you would if you're reading English even

though I'm not a native English speaker but

metelkova is how I would say it and I've heard a lot about it cuz one of my

friends is from Lilliana and she told me about it

check it out but she wasn't there when I was there and then another good friend

of mine from Germany said that was like his favorite place to go and get coffee

I actually won there like 12 p.m. on a weekday there's not really anything

happening and then I had to rush back to get my bus and then on the way back it

was just crazy I lost my credit card I had to go back to grocery store again it

was like a nightmare almost miss my bus I've heard a lot of good things about my

talk of our district but I actually wasn't there at the right time it was

particularly hot when I was there so maybe go in the evening when it's like

quieter and people are actually chilling over there what do you have to say about

Ljubljana it's great I don't know it's just like a good City to go to you have

you can do anything basically it's the Capitals really you can do anything

I mean you can do shopping or like I mean this is where we usually go

shopping because there's no I am NOT okay that's center place pushed what is

this yeah that's like like like la Santa Monica like like

that's what it felt like right yeah that's like the fancy people with their

fancy shopping bags it cheaper version of that actually feel like the Grove

that definitely feel like the Grove um we have no idea what the Grove is unless

you're from LA it feels like a cheaper version of a shopping mall in LA which I

wouldn't know because I've never watched it anywhere except for this one shoe a

button okay three years ago did you like visiting Liliana growing up I didn't

visit honestly I certainly visiting it when you do your shopping yeah when I

had to go shopping or when I was applying for college because I thought I

was gonna study in them Jana Wow you thought you're going to university

Louetta yes and what changed okay Wow no and was the opportunity of study

studying music and like a actual big city you also pre-med no okay because

that would be like an interesting like combination it would yeah but I thought

my god the opportunity to study music yeah I should just focus on that did you

or are there a lot of street musicians in like Louisiana I didn't see a lot not

like as much as that like Italy yeah I didn't see any but they're like

definitely the bubble people which is seem like every city in Europe you know

back in the day now I'm not this much that's my secret

which you can steal cuz if this'll never materialized I just see people perform

and make money and I'd be like I wish I had talent then I saw the bubble people

and like like I got that tails I could totally make money off of that but yet

now I'm trying to make a living on youtube so please subscribe I hope

you have it okay have you ever gone out in Louisiana yes

I have okay I mean my first like concert yeah that was Green Bay oh wow but yeah

I don't know there's no performing it's been a while since wake me up when

September 1 okay but but but yeah the first time I actually like went out like

to to the bars yeah they took me to watch that how do you spell that Pub

don't make me spell it you can just write it on oh yeah okay sorry yep tell

me how to actually smell it I'll be like for stuff but I get site which is just

like the normal bar but it's very cheap for drinks so like if you're cheap

person as I am go there yes we're cheap people so if you want like

bougie drink advise you might want to fight another video for this how much is

a beer and Louie and I usually or it's I think they're it's one and a half years

one and a half years at a time what about your town the town you're

from once they call again millennia yeah like villains like

millennia millennia okay I feel like I know this

thing how much does it be over there same thing yeah it's not a beer look one

and a half year olds how much is like a mixed drink that's it

but I'm extreme it's like from three to five

yeah and euros based on 2019 january conversion rate is like five euros it's

like five dollars and seventy cents or something like that so it's not the

worst but yeah our beers are super cheap did you ever go to a parliament pub yeah

actually right after yeah oh that's where I was for like hours and hours and

hours no I loved it uh took clothes they kicked us out basically what I was

saying earlier is that you don't want to do the pub crawl because based on my

experience from like the 4050 European cities I've been to not European like

maybe 20 30 is that the way the bit their business model works is that they

get a bunch of people like me who don't know anyone only Liana and they bring

you all together and they're like okay we're gonna have an awesome time which

you probably will to be fair you will but then they take you to like the

crappiest bars in Ljubljana because no one else goes there and those bars pay

them Commission for bringing so many people to the pub crawls

so that's why we went on this place for doing flip cups and stuff but the 20 of

us were literally the only people in the first one and then the second bar was I

can't even remember so I guess that's how cool it was and then

no no not in a good way like I didn't forget it in a good way like I having a

blackout drunk I just don't remember it it's not relevant the third one was

Parliament which is where there were really two actually four really cool

people in the pub colors with and two of them I met earlier in the day and bled

and this really young British couple but except for that we just lost everyone

else and we met a bunch of slovenians and we partied there too like 3 a.m. or

something I can't remember exactly what time it was it was a Thursday though and

I was leaving on a Friday and I made a bunch of friends who kept telling me

like you should party with us tomorrow like I want to but I have to go to

Budapest with my friends that was really awesome

I met this random guy on the streets and then he was like come with me

and I went got on a taxi with him went to the outskirts the movie on that - a

Balkan club where they were playing like and it was weird as hell there's like

some Slovenian celebrity there and like it was weird like it was like old people

and very weird had to get a taxi back actually like the only place you can go

out really in weekdays yeah Thursday's like it's like actually I mean it's the

only city that actually has something going on okay yeah yeah you go out in

University area by Asians no I that sounds Spanish so probably like I

said like Thursday night and I've been to like I went to like three or four

clubs I went to a couple of them and then went that was last one we went to I

think I did I think I would not only one night and then we came back to those

clubs and it was everything was closed at 4:00 and we just I went got on that

taxi with that dude

it was a bunch of other strange people so that's the beer that you recommend

for Ljubljana is like lashka lashka wash go okay there's another one

Union which is I think pretty popular Union Union to take onion but

I think I just have there's like a thing in media we call

cool young water and just slash with a real beer Wow you week you can drink

okay so so if you were here week you drink

Ionian spell like Union if you're strong show them your biceps like because you

like that look at that if you're strong like like Doris and then you can

actually drink that shit Alaska Alaska Lashkar yeah she's a boxer

by the way that's why I like that's how I met her I was like hiring security for

my videos and on Craigslist I saw like hey from Slovenia I can protect you I

don't know I'm doing a Russian accent 47 that was not her actually but does that

another old woman named Doris though but III knew to actually say you'd do boxing

without like making fun of you Hey okay a quick thing

so Doris actually is a boxer well okay she hangs out with the boxing club I

have never heard anyone say she's any good at boxing uh I don't know like

maybe she'll knock me out by the video but I actually like honestly have no

idea she's good at boxing but like she's a few boxes may hope Faline OTT

hopefully not but so she's saying that strong people drink Alaska the beer

whatever so if you are a man who's that insecure about your masculinity you need

to drink laughs I feel like me you already know your week is shit just go

free Union well in the end or whatever that is and then and you'll be fine I

want a very important thing everyone I met in Slovenia spoke English like her

or or like somewhere around that level right if you need my college students

yeah okay I didn't meet a lot of old people

but uh it was a good thing about bars going out anywhere near a university

area which I think all of downtown in Slovenia or Ljubljana is that everyone

speaks amazing English I found that Melania Trump is not the

most it says she's a controversial figure over there people don't even know

she she's from Slovenia you know so I wouldn't like I don't know so I have no

problem to put on your trouble but like I just wouldn't bring that up yeah some

people get defensive about it and I don't know why but it just just just say

no yeah people speak English and they're really friendly because I think one of

my favorite things about like Ljubljana the same thing that I love about places

like Krakow or or Belgrade or whatever is that it's not a place that gets a lot

of tourists which is you know ridiculous for Slovenia for Belgrade yeah me I love

Belgrade but I can see why it doesn't get a lot of tourists

nobody's awesome but like I'm from Europe not from anywhere else

yeah fuck I can't hit all but again my friends will kill me oh yeah so for this

yeah so the best thing about Slovenia in general and Ljubljana especially is that

it's an awesome city that for some reason is not as touristy or overcrowded

like took like its neighbors on both sides like Budapest and Venice which is

just you would be mobbed any time of the year there's no like offseason for those

places like there's always 40 American Spring Breakers or college grads or stag

parties or whatever who made their way to Ljubljana - by the way the English

stag parties they go everywhere but the thing about Ljubljana is that because

not a lot of people go there they actually the people are not sick of

tourists foreign people if you're like yeah I feel like maybe a noob down there

like you to tourists but and any other places every night you go dude are like

very excited to meet someone so I was just like yes you're gonna be

friends I wouldn't say they were very excited to

meet me no of course they were because it's me but I can't say if it was

because I was foreign or it was just just me you know like did I tell you I

offered this woman a dollar for a cigarette just like let's share and she

didn't even take my money like that that's how charm works you know

internationally charm needs the language but I do speak English so the ablation

sorry no the cool thing about Ljubljana is that they're not sick of Tory it's

like if you go to Amsterdam or anything of an example not Paris because there

are too many people there but if you go to another city that size that's that

touristy a lot of the locals are honestly just sick of annoying arrogant

tourists showing up and doing dumb shit all the time it's not like that in

Ljubljana people are actually very open like if you go there especially when I

was there someone from Bangladesh they're like oh whoa what the fuck we've

never seen anyone from it's cool like even if you're not from Ponca they

should be from America so I'm like that they're just pretty interested in

general about meeting places meeting people from different places because

they don't get a lot of people whereas an Amsterdam if you go to the clubs and

bars like they will just treat you differently if you're not Dutch if

you're a tourist so the word for excuse me in Dutch it doesn't exist they just

say sorry but they say sorry so so I go to the club the bouncers and I was

staying with my friends but that in Amsterdam for a while so I learned the

basics of Dutch and then like all these other tourists would be like excuse me

excuse me the bouncers would not give a fuck and I would be like sorry they're

like whoa what can I do for you do you do this do that okay yeah you can go out

smoke you guys stay inside whatever you want you know Lully is pretty awesome

because they're not used to getting a lot of annoying tourists so as long as

you're not annoying tourists you're gonna be fine you're not gonna be

subject that's your type all right through my favorite topic about Slovenia

the food how do you feel about Slovenian food it's way better in ghent America

what is American food McDonald's but yeah this example is just

like I mean it is technically the Balkans rate yeah yeah we uh

so Balkan food is probably up there with Mexican and and like middle-eastern food

is my favorite food in the world warning if you're a vegan and you don't like you

don't like cheese or meat it's gonna be a struggle like like specially the milk

eggs the eggs everything's got dairy in it everything

it was like shits on the cheese I'm like even the vegetarian stuff right there if

you're a vegetarian you can find a lot of good cheese stuff but um I'm pure

vegan that might be a struggle if you're not well oh wow but not everyone else

right if you go like to crazy showers Serbia and Bosnia even if you're gonna

tell them you're vegan they're just gonna laugh at you they're like you

don't eat meat what are you yeah to to things that are not acceptable is like

asking for a vegan option and asking for a bar where people aren't smoking in

there I think Ljubljana is good about that though yeah but no meat meat is a

huge thing in Slovenia and I I actually like the meat very much and after this

we're supposed to go get some Balkan food at this place in LA which is

supposed to serve Balkan food but it doesn't say so in the description on

Google so let's hope it does but okay let's cut to the main deal

borac what is work yeah buddhic you just have to try it like it you have to

describe a little bit before I can't what is it like it's like a greasy fast

food like a wrapper I don't know how you put it like sort of a wrap it has it can

be with either meet or potatoes or cheese or

anything wow you sound more excited when we're talking about you just have to try

you don't even have to know what it's made of

yeah five in one morning I know like what yeah in Slovenia you're like

partying if you visit my town so it's hilarious it exists yes yes it's

not a farm he thinks my town has this fuckin place

place your town is a Balkan place where you talking about great cafe whatever

yeah which is open almost like all night like almost 24/7 so go there mm-hmm it's

it's gonna save your life it's gonna make everything better brick I said I'm

getting yeah okay I don't know anything except for boring Slovenia because I

think that's a lie so please educate people about the

diversity about cheese yeah oh yeah I've had that okay that's also in Serbia okay

I didn't have that Sylvania so there's a lot common between the former

Yugoslavian countries in terms of food no word what koala loopy I was surprised

it was like it was one of the random countries in the south I think like

Montenegro or like makedonia they say koala Lupe I'm saying that right

but like Serbia doesn't they say koala like that's what they say like they

don't say quite a little bit yeah I don't know but like anyway - Bob - jeez

I've actually had that in Serbia but I found that everything's a little bit

different in every country probably better to have it like in Serbia you

think so well maybe I don't I don't really know but this is like where it

comes from from which Serbia Croatia yeah living here just like adapted this

company we always good job

like a petit Sirah well I have no idea what that is what is it wall and roll

yeah it's good roll on the grass like it no it's just like pastry but it's a roll

you just you just have to try it it's good

say it again what keeps a-- is like national slovenian food that you also

need to try it's sweet I think I might have tried it for breakfast actually

because I tried a lot of bunch of stuff that I couldn't pronounce really Jim of

today I know because I tried that I was spend too much time in bugging how much

would you say a proper meal costs like a cheap place in Sylvania and Louisiana

then probably the cheapest one is like from Fort Riley rose like a full meal

like a full meal maybe 10 every time I want to see the camera I'm gonna get in

her face and then the wick is my camera just died but yeah she loved to t say

we're talking about meals yeah how much is like like a decent meal not like a

big-ass meal but like you know I want to eat it's like a good pizza is like

around 7:00 but it's usually quite basic and I I remember like having like an

ljubljana in downtown and I was out in the watching the sunset near the castle

and I didn't have a phone and I got back and this couple from from the states

they were like hey we're going to the public shit I don't have time to eat so

I run back and I was starving and the pup curl guy told me there's like pizza

over there and there was like like a slice of pizza like literally like the

size of my thigh I want to say it and that was like like one or two years or

so like that yeah I got like two slice of that less than three or four I can

deal with this as a street food is really cheap so if you like Street food

like me you can get a lot of cheap stuff it is so much cheaper than you know it

is like unbelievable that these two countries share a border like there's

anything else you want to say about food in Slovenia that people should

absolutely try except for brick chubachi and what's the national food

dangerous mission patita is again it's put it sighs all

you need to know I don't know what the rest of it was is there anything else

your emotion no I just like if you go to like a fancy restaurant it's just like

normal you can anywhere I don't know like a normal European cuisine seems

like every way so so falafel that isn't normal European cuisine for me like on a

budget like that usually are works yep fancy okay okay you think I don't

know if you do if you think you what's your favorite food miss amina probably

wick okay I get what I get this is how we became friends

I think mentioned from the other side of the room of fake boxers because I've

never seen them fight late they say their boxes see my roommates

show up with injuries all this but yeah I was like do you miss brick I think I

think this one is it she was like what like her eyes lit up

I miss brick I was just impressed that he actually knows where she is

and he actually knew some words okay you know how to say hello I guess I don't

say thank you who lit the moat Italy maybe maybe uh maybe I'll have to be

like in that state to like get my memory back I feel like because that's what I

learned most of my Slovenian no it's something it's like an awesome I get

back to who I asked to this point so moving on from food real quick questions

what's your favorite place in Savina like it doesn't have to be something

that tourists go to look to your favorite place I guess I just have like

I spent a lot of time in like my hometown there's like this place

millennia happen again okay it has like few lakes there's like at

the same spot and it's like very beautiful and also has like a beach that

you can go to you're like close to the sea rate no

you're not I am now family yeah yeah yeah I'm talking about my home okay

because they're like no okay what is it close to what what is it it's okay it's

okay but anyway so probably lakes there are

the best part of my dog which is there like too cold like 90% of the year to

swim no it's not and the water is like 20 degrees Celsius Celsius 20 degrees

Fahrenheit sound like that yeah but that was impressive but you're gonna actually

swim there without like yeah you can actually so they're okay I wouldn't so

in 20 degrees but like thank you you know you know what they call a beach in

Iceland oh yeah what are you talking about who makes the waves in a lake no

the water done is it not surfing was the other thing that has like no it's like

we have like we're gonna talk about how you go surfing in a lake yes I was

saying I was saying at symbol hostel which was not the most pop in hostel but

there are good hostels in blue beyond that and my friends have say that and

they're pretty cheap they arrange somewhere between $20 to 25

in the peak season during May or June when I was there

in blood actually I heard there's a hostel that's even cheaper I think it's

like 12 euros a night or something like that so it's like less than $15 a night

so you can stay there for Bohan or boy hidden just how I pronounce it I don't

know if there are any hostels I'm not entirely sure how that would work but

I'm sure if you like post around the blogs or whatever in an Internet you can

find people there also go in there or you can find people at other hostels

ljubljana where you can like figure out how you're gonna split a cab it because

if you split a cabin it's like cheaper than hostels more secure people are your

friends and all that excuse the background noise I don't know if you're

even there gonna get this because they have mics on there hey Jordan what's up

what were you talking about

oh yeah okay so I drifted off so bad so my Hillary that I suggest this Lavinia

is I'd say spend three days in Ljubljana and three or four days in Bohan is there

any other place that's as pretty as full Hannah or bled yes we're so I was trying

this yeah yeah you have like one week I would spend maybe two days in the big

city yeah but like other spas all smaller so then I would go to Hollywood

mm-hmm Maribor yeah second-biggest city yeah okay

like what kind of like Molly poster

it's the two days that Marwood what else one Anna Monday might work and then I

would go to this Wednesday I know which is like a cave the most famous cave I

can so you know that like it's the most touristy place like it's Batman there

why would I go to a cave yes okay but don't do that it's like I'm gonna google

it and cut this out if it's yeah I'll go to a cave like unless they were swimming

in it or something okay what else yeah

I'm very skeptical about you guys

which is very old

I mean he was she's a Baroness he was

okay this is why people confuse it with Russians okay so I would say go to

Vienna for three days she says too but I say three if you have a week but then I

would definitely say go to bowhead for two days like I usually I'm not a fan of

going somewhere for just one day because that means you're not gonna I'm not

gonna sleep peacefully for a single night because someone's gonna kick me

out of the room at like 10:30 or 11:00 because I wake up late but is that like

skiing or something I like a nice gamers okay yeah I guess most of stuff I'm

saying so far is for the summer but for the winter ever it also took me place in

there I just went in the summer I didn't know

anyway they're like yeah just like like Lakes yeah nice are you good from is it

easy to get from Ljubljana to model board

yeah I just how long is that it's like

yeah it's a Marvel is apparently cool especially cool during festivals that so

there's a bunch of festivals there is like just a few or what is it

I have no again we're gonna skip tomorrow because we don't know why to go

this okay Barbara is really pretty sounds like Marlboro but it's actually a

city Maddy but it is how you say yeah what else let's see there's okay there's

a - it's like a train I want to repeat that but I feel oh wow

like a train Wow well you just had a hostel in coal pit what is that copper

is this town by the coast or something okay and then you can just like spend

one day or just like you can you can do what's your ID okay

my friends here don't know what you're talking about it neither do I give us

okay that sounds pretty so the difference between that and like French

and Spanish the little towns by the seaside you're not gonna like bleed

money when you're there probably yeah it's also like a very clean town and

just like the video is clean in general I like that yeah yeah it's not exactly

Budapest that was interesting assuming you have a

week do two to three days in Ljubljana do I'd say two days at least in Bohan

and then she really says you should go to Mathura because Maddie Buddha that's

really pretty the second-biggest city and if you have

time this is a lot sounds like a lot looks like a lot of a map but it's a

small country go down to the beach to purana is that the town you said it's

like really pretty clean town apparently the beach which shouldn't cost you

nearly as much as Venice or any of those places in Italy that our Cinque Terre

Jesus Christ I spent more money there today been slowly yet Slovenia I like

for days but yeah that's what we would recommend in terms of itinerary for a

week so if you do it in three days like the same way I did I would honestly say

do almost exactly what I did is that spend as much time as you can in

Ljubljana because there is a lot to see in Ljubljana and go to it's very hard to

do both let and bohinj in the same day Bohen in the same day coz but it is

blood is on the way to go hand and you can get like a round trip pass for 20

euros and transportation general is super cheap in Louisiana and the main

city of Ljubljana is so small I rarely took transportation you can like walk

anywhere you want to for like 20 30 minutes or something like that like you

go through the park oh you're out of the city basically that's how it is

so you can do that you can watch la Ljubljana you can actually go see parts

of bled you can go see Castle blood which is what I did and then I came down

I didn't go to the island in the middle of with the church that look really

pretty in blood but then I went to Bohan and I got to spend a couple of hours

there I wasn't there for a really long time but it was still really beautiful

it was worth seeing like if you have a date I would definitely like recommend

seeing Bohannan for a little bit rather than not seeing it and I have no idea

what muddy boots like so you have to trust Doris on that one yeah maybe just

like countries that are hiking you should just look it up

a lot of those spaces like a little dicier is an ax or just like other like

similar places like lived and walking so we good

last but not least is what are some phrases that would like help if you knew

in Slovenian going into Slovakia Slovenia koala Lupe is the first thing I

learned from this old man who's telling me Borak well Luke wait fuck thank you

very much how do you did oh my god

totally cut that out it's okay it's like okay koala okay

that's like Serbian what the fuck yes voila voila koala leper

I said Lupe I think it's like that woman are listed confuse me you know what I'm

talking about do i okay thank you very much is Thank You koala same in like

literally almost every country except for Budapest in that region how do you

say thank you very much cuz I'm not qualify you say please crossing ok

that's actually also like say louder so you can hear prosím

cross them yes please this person and how do you say sorry or excuse me

that is definitely like that is definitely Serbian like yeah I know

something like it sounded like a prostitute because that's how I remember

it

a procedure so please excuse me you're sorry is a procedure but you know that

my word is not actually as important or you can just be like sorry

yeah but you'd never need it you know it's not like freakin crowded and

slippery now like everywhere else are you like like you need to know how to

like say this school in Mexico or something like that you don't really

need that I don't they ever use that in the Balkans allows they're like excuse

me excuse that that is just not an issue ever and everyone speaks great English

especially University students yeah but yeah any other Slovenian slang the

mission them you think so okay all right so that's it for tips for visiting

Slovenia and if you have any specific questions about anything in Slovenia

comment on the video because I think that's your best bet because other

slovenians probably more knowledgeable minutes are gonna be watching yeah they

can help you out but if we know the answer we'll get back to you I'll get

back to you if I know the answer if I don't I'll message her and I don't know

if she'll get back to meet you but I'll try my best I'm trying to make this

series here about a couple of the places that I've been to in the last few years

and every video the twist is I'm gonna have someone from that place or someone

who's lived in that place so we can get like multiple perspectives on visiting a

place so I'm hoping this is gonna be helpful to you if you're visiting

Slovenia if it is do let me know yeah I think that's it thank you for watching

the video on a final note for those of you who are returning subscribers I am

actually working on real travel videos it just takes a lot of time to edit and

I'm in grad school which takes up a lot of my time so but I will definitely some

videos from Rome Slovakia Germany and a bunch of places that I'm going to upload

as soon as I'm done okay okay notice we're gonna do are you gonna do this

last thing I just don't know how to end it I had a thing I used to say I just

forgot what it was it feels like weird without it I got a suit we got it okay

okay so thank you for watching Doris is fuckin hungry so we have to go

eat right now at a Balkan restaurant in LA which is like not even close to here

but yeah like that video collected subscribe if you want to see more I'll

see you guys next time with the next video

hello my friend okay yeah so we're receiving some people actually watch my

videos and come back to watch those videos at some point this is gonna

happen okay hey subscribers I know there's not a lot

of you here but to those of you who were back sorry I've been gone for nine

months I was actually traveling for five of those months but I did shoot a lot of

videos like I said I would but I don't know why I'm saying oh this is supposed

to be about Slovenia okay let's start again

give up chichi okay no cussing this is like a family-friendly video right here

it's live like I need to put some serious content in here at some point

wow you're like that's what it was he's feeling shit like it just like flew out

of you yes really thing like that I just came

figure weird she's drinking orange juice right here cuz that's what freshmen do

at USC yeah yeah let's do this again with that mentioning all right Doris

tell us about yourself Doris tell us about yourself

we're gonna have to keep doing this let's try it like a dish

I don't know how to like do this maybe I should just like to do an intro uh it's

my friend Doris she is not as old as her name sounds I promise you that okay I

can't be mean I can't it's my friend Doris she plays guitar and does cool

shit and she's from Slovenia which is one of my favorite countries which is

why she's blessed enough to be on my porch today recording this video she's

so excited that she just can't stop laughing for like the last hours though

but yeah that's enough about I don't understand why Doris wants to be on film

like in the middle of campus I think take preparation for when she's

celebrity right and we have our Slovenian expert doris here with us hi

you guys say something about her like yeah yeah yeah like a sweet girl and

like her ac/dc sure the fit is no higher

thank you for the commentary

Sao Paulo Travel & City Guide - Duration: 3:18.

The city of Sao Paulo was born in the 16th century with a very small mission in mind.

But now the scene is entirely different.

Sao Paulo is now one of the biggest and costliest cities in the world.

In Sao Paulo, you will find great things to experience from huge art

galleries to multi-cuisine restaurants, shopping malls and more.

The city is often called as carnival city and you will surely meet with

one or two public events no matter what time of the year you visit.

Popular public events of Sao Paulo include the Gay Pride

Parade, March of Jesus, Festival of economic arts etc.

The city is often considered overcrowded, but it is surely a misconception.

Sao Paulo will never disappoint you if you plan to visit.

If you prefer spending days on the sand and loves

nightlife, then there is no place better than this city.

There is a lot to do in Sao Paulo and you will never get bored.

And then there are luxury hotels to end your day the perfect way.

Best time to visit Sao Paulo

Sao Paulo has good weather all the year round.

It has a tropical and mild climate which is neither too cold not too hot.

But still, there are few things to keep in mind before you plan anything.

Summers

The summer in Sao Paulo is hot and really humid

especially in the first month of the year.

The summer season lasts from December to March and the temperature is acceptable.

However, the main problem is sweating because of high humidity.

The month of January is full of rain which can ruin the trip.

So, in my opinion, don't plan anything for this month.

Winters

The season of winter last from June to August and this

is a perfect time to plan your visits to Sao Paulo.

The temperature in winters is mild and the sky is mostly clear.

What else you want to enjoy your vacations.

If you are thinking of winters for visiting Sao

Paulo, then be sure to pack some layers with you.

Places to visit in Sao Paulo

1. Museum of Arts - The Sao Paulo Museum of

Arts locally called as MASP was opened in 1868.

It preserves a good collection of Western Arts so

you should not miss it if you are an art lover.

2. Ibirapuera park - Ibirapuera park is surely a leisure paradise in Brazil.

It's a huge green space with playgrounds, museums,

gardens, performance spaces and a beautiful lake.

3. Contemporary Art Museum - This beautiful Museum was designed by Oscar Niemeyer.

It is a great Museum with an excellent collection of contemporary arts.

The museum was completed in 1957 and attracts a large number of visitors.

4. Se (Cathedral) - This cathedral was built on the place of an earlier cathedral.

This monument took around 55 years to complete.

It is a really interesting place to visit.

The interior of this cathedral is designed

with expensive mosaics and marbles from Italy.

The Koppen-Geiger Climate Classification System - A Quick Guide - Climate Casebook Prologue - Duration: 11:39.

In pretty much every area of interest, human beings love to put things into boxes.

They love to categorise and classify.

From artistic subjects such as music and literary genres, to science including stars, chemical

elements and animals.

Our planet's climate is no exception to this.

And one at first might ask why is it necessary to put a label on weather patterns from one

part of the globe to another.

Knowing the patterns of temperature and rainfall is important mostly for understanding how

the earth can support population in that area through farming.

But general knowledge of this also impacts on other areas such as tourism and migration.

Regardless, humans will be humans, and in the absence of any perceived application to

such knowledge will still classify, for the love of science, or to improve understanding.

The primary classification of earth climate is known as the Koppen-Geiger system.

It has evolved over the past 150 years to define precisely the nature of weather patterns

on every part of our planet.

Each of these climate zones has been covered in detail in my previous series – Secrets

of World Climate, in which I show real places in each climate zone and explain why the patterns

of rainfall and temperature are the way they are.

In this new series, I'll be picking up on aspects of global and local climate that transcend

these zones, case by case, in what will be known as the Climate Casebook.

The first in this series is intended as a quick reference work, summarising each of

the Koppen Zones, so that in the episodes that follow, anyone new to the subject can

get a quick grasp of what on earth I'm talking about.

If you want to find a specific section, I've provided video bookmarks in the accompanying text.

Overall, the Koppen-Geiger system has five broad categories, which describe a general

pattern and roughly start at the equator and end at the pole.

These are always the capital first letter of the shorthand codes that every climate

zone has, and are as follows.

A. TROPICAL – the zones around the equator, which are hot all year round and either have

heavy rain all year round or during some part of the year.

B. DRY – subtropical or continental areas with very little rain year round.

C. TEMPERATE – areas which have relatively mild temperature ranges year round, and occurring

at the mid-latitudes near coasts.

D. CONTINENTAL – areas of high temperature ranges occurring usually deep within the northern

continents, experiencing cold or very cold winters.

E. POLAR – areas which are cold all year around, occurring near or at the poles of our planet.

Each of these broad categories is further subdivided, to account for more precise differences

in temperatures or rainfall, and these give us the full two or three digit Koppen-Geiger codes.

These codes at first might seem like they're just hieroglyphics, but a quick look can reveal

the logic on 80% of them.

In all the temperate and continental codes, the second letter tells us when there is a dry season.

"s" means the dry season is in summer, "w" the dry season is winter,

and "f" for no dry season at all.

The third letter tells us how warm or hot it is, with "a" being the hottest and

"d" being the coldest.

So, armed with this knowledge, lets get straight into looking at each and every one of the

Koppen zones.

Af – The Tropical Rainforest, also known as the Equatorial Climate, or Selva (which

is Spanish for "jungle").

Occurring only within the tropics at low elevations, the key defining characteristic of this climate

is rain and hot temperatures all year round.

This produces the famous rainforest that the zone is named after and the largest biodiversity

on Earth.

Am – The Tropical Monsoon.

Found also exclusively within the tropics, this climate zone experiences heavy rain during

part or most of the year, but also has a relatively short dry, or longer drier season, due to

the shifting direction of trade winds from land to sea and vice versa.

Aw – Tropical Savannah.

A close sibling of the Tropical Monsoon, and covering much larger areas in the tropics,

here the dry season is either completely dry, or is dry over a longer period.

Both the Savannah and Monsoon have a mix of woodland and grassland depending upon the

amount of rain and local topography.

Both support enormous populations and many large cities due to the combination of heat

and rainfall without the human health issues of the rainforests.

BWh – Hot Desert.

Lying on the border of the tropics, these areas experience very little rain, and searing

summer temperatures which hold the records for the highest on Earth.

Little or no vegetation exists here, with only bare rock and sand as landscape.

BSh – Hot Semi Arid.

Lying next to Hot Deserts, these areas have a little more rain to support scrub-like vegetation

but are still marginal in terms of sustainable human settlement.

BWk – Cool Desert.

Lying deep within the continents far from the ocean, or on the leeward side of mountains

sheltering them from moist winds, these areas are as parched and desolate as the hot deserts,

but experience winter temperatures that often fall below freezing point.

BSk – Cool Semi Arid.

Like the Cool Deserts only with more rain, but not enough to be classified as temperate

or continental.

Like their Hot Semi-Arid counterparts, they support shrub-like vegetation or hardy grasses.

Cfa – Humid Subtropical.

Lying at a similar latitude to the Hot Deserts, these areas on the eastern fringes of the

continents, however, are next to warm oceans that bring in plenty of moisture.

They experience tropical summers, but cool winters, and rain all year round.

They are among the most important areas for human civilisation, housing enormous populations

and many great world cities.

Typical natural vegetation ranges from forest to swamp and grassland, but much of these

areas have been given over to farming.

Cwa – Subtropical Monsoon.

A sibling of the Humid Subtropical, and found mainly in Asia at the same latitudes, this

varies only in that it has a winter dry season instead of rain year round due to the presence

of the Asian Monsoon.

Csa – Hot Summer Mediterranean.

Lying just above the Hot Deserts in latitude, and always on the western fringes of continents,

these areas experience the hot and dry conditions of deserts in summer, but significant rain

from oceanic westerly winds in winter.

Natural vegetation is limited by the desert-like conditions of summer, and is typically shrub-like.

Csb – Warm Summer Mediterranean.

Always lying above their Csa siblings on the continental western coasts, these areas have

warm dry summers instead of hot, and usually even heavier rainfall in winter.

With less harsh winters, natural vegetation is usually in the form of coniferous forest,

including the Redwoods and Sequoias of California, the tallest in the world.

Cwb – Subtropical Highland.

Occurring in tropical latitudes, the heat of the rainforest and savannah is reduced

significantly through being at high altitude.

The result is year round mild temperatures, with a pronounced dry season.

Found mainly in Latin America, East Africa and the foothills of the Himalayas.

Natural vegetation is a mix of forest and grassland.

Cwc – Cool Subtropical Highland.

At even higher altitudes in the tropics, the mild temperatures of its sibling Cwb zone

gives way to noticeably chilly weather, year round.

It is not common.

Cfb – Oceanic and Subtropical Highland.

One of the more confusing Koppen codes, due to an accident of nature creating very similar

conditions for completely different reasons.

Small upland areas near the equator, such as in Colombia and Ecuador, have this mild

year round climate which also experiences rain year round.

But over much larger areas in mid-latitudes, this climate exists next to western coasts,

where prevailing westerlies moderate temperatures year round such that warm summers and cool

winters are the norm.

In both cases, limited seasonal temperature range and year round rain are its defining hallmark.

Natural vegetation is mixed woodland, but these areas are heavily farmed.

Cfc – Subpolar Oceanic.

lying in certain areas higher in latitude or elevation to the Oceanic, these areas still

have mild winters, but cooler summers.

Dfa/Dfb – The first of the six Continental climates, occurring only within the great

land masses of the Northern Continents.

All these climates experience high temperature ranges between summer and winter, and all

have cold winters, routinely falling below freezing.

These first two experience rain year round, with Dfa experiencing hot summers, and Dfb

experiencing somewhat cooler but still warm summers, and are the most prevalent, occurring

across wide continental areas.

Natural vegetation is usually in the form of grassland, but these areas are heavily farmed.

Dwa/Dwb – The same as Dfa/Dfb except that there is little to no rain during the winter.

These occur exclusively in Eastern Asia due to the influence of the Asian Monsoon.

Dsa/Dsb – The same as the other Continental climates, except that the summer is dry instead

of winter.

These areas are not common, and usually occur inward from Mediterranean climate areas.

Dfc/Dfd – The first of the six Subarctic climates.

These areas, lying to the north of and similar to the Continental climates, except winters

are much, much colder.

These two zones have rain or snow year round.

Like all the subarctic zones, the vegetation is dominated by coniferous forest, known by

the Russian word "Taiga", and farming is almost non-existent.

Dwc/Dwd – These Subarctic zones are identical to the first two except they have dry winters

– they occur only in Eastern Siberia.

Dsc/Dsd – These very rare Subarctic zones are like the others except that the dry season

occurs in summer.

ET – Tundra.

Even further North than the Subarctic, the true Arctic has the treeless waste of the

Tundra, where summer temperatures are just too cold to support tree growth, a situation

compounded by the presence of permanently frozen soil just below the surface, known as permafrost.

Only hardy grasses and shrubs survive here.

Tundra also occurs in comparatively small alpine areas, and around the Straights of

Magellan between South America and Antarctica.

EF – Icecap.

Below freezing point all year round, these areas produce ice sheets several kilometres

thick and are confined to Greenland and Antarctica.

Nothing can grow in these harshest of conditions.

So that was your rapid-fire summary of the Koppen Climate Zones of Earth.

I hope you found it useful in introduction to this system, or to link the various zones

together into a general pattern for understanding.

Survival Guide to Authoritarianism

Episode 15.

Authoritarians eventually manipulate the electoral system.

They might say it's to make it more fair.

But they wouldn't be messing with it

if it wasn't to benefit them in some way.

Oppose any changes to electoral law

that an authoritarian regime wants to enact.

It's only to help them remain in power longer.

Gonzos Quest | Slot Game Feature Guide Video - Duration: 2:01.

Gonzo's Quest is at 5 reel, 20 pay line slot game powered by Netent software

the story follows Gonzalo Pizarro who travels to the Caribbean ruins to find

riches

the great thing about Gonzo's quest is that not only is it visually

eye-catching but the gameplay is also easy to understand all the betting

controls are at the bottom of the game with level and coin value buttons and

just below that is your balance and current bet value the main

characteristics of the slot game is its avalanche multiplier system simply

put the reels move in a cascading manner which resembles an avalanche so when you

win the winning symbols break and the above symbols drop into place and new

ones appear at the top with each new avalanche that you trigger you will win

a multiplier and this will continuously increase with every winning avalanche up

to a max of 5 times multiplier the bonus feature of Gonzo's quest is the free

fall feature the feature is triggered by landing 3 free fall symbols on reels 1, 2

& 3 the symbols must appear in succession and starting with the left

most reel

when you activate this feature you'll be awarded with essentially ten free spins

the Avalanche multiplier system that I mentioned before is still active in the

free fall bonus feature but they have been increased there is a chance of

receiving three times six times nine times or even a fifteen times multiplier

so why our head over to Gonzo's Quest and help him find his riches
