Ranked guide, Consulate.

Congratulations to Redlight that has won again the quiz with 42 out of 50 points!

There are English subtitles in the bottom!

Consulate is a defended side map on ranked as,

for attacking you are heavily based on strat-oriented attacks.

The map is huge if attackers do not have plan nor idea how to push roamers

and even if they do, anchors can easily rotate to the top floor for a flank.

For the ranked play, it's usually better off to go for a garage defend,

as your roamers can do a bigger role in defending the objectives,

whereas going on the top - you can rely mostly on C4s.

Also, on any objective, you pretty much can roam on any of the floor

and still be very useful to your team, like Pulse can from Archives

scan anyone that is rappeling by the Admin windows we will get onto that in a bit later.

Make sure to, as an anchor to open up all the hatches that are not essential to be reinforced,

so your roamers can roam more fluent as well as deny some of the rush pushes, i.e.

Archives push from Admin.

Let's start with objectives, the best one for ranked play is a good fight between Consul/Meeting

vs Garage/Cafeteria, but I'd choose Garage&Cafeteria (some people will say it is Kitchen).

The usual go-to thing for attackers is push through Garage

whilst having a Piano, Hallway, Lobby and Toilet control.

From Piano and the Hallway, they can ruin your every anchor spot as well as

destroy Bandit/Kaid charges by the reinforcements.

If they're doing a Visa push, dropping down the hatch, you can expect a Dokkaebi+Lion+Ying+Glaz rush push.

Mira is not an essential pick,

however you can use her with these 2 mira windows,

one denying Garage&Yellow stairs

and the other one in Garage denying Cafeteria & its hallway.

However, go for an Echo or Smoke and the other recommended operator Mute.

Echo/Smoke or even both of them are there to deny the Garage push.

As previously stated, once attackers have the Piano control, you won't be able to deny

the plant from the Garage itself but with the help of smoke babes or Yokai drones.

Mute jammers are mostly there for vertical play and NOT for horizontal or especially

not to jam reinforcements.

Place one by this desk to deny Yellow stairs drones,

one by the Service to deny the double door between Lobby and Statue,

on this fridge to deny the entrance of the Lobby

and the final one is in the Archives, to deny the Archives drones going to the its stairs.

You can see even more mute spots in the series of Tips & Tricks Mute, on the episode 3

where I cover up Club House and Consulate.

Reinforcements, you will need three by the Garage and four by the Service.

1, 2, 3, 4

These two to secure your Mira play.

The forth one is there to secure, once again, your mira play but against the vertical play from the Hallway.

Two hatches should be reinforced, by Toilet

& Piano.

Place at least 2 barbs by the Yellow stairs,

one by the double door

& one by the Cafeteria door.

The two on the Yellow stairs are there to deny the Garage push as much as possible.

You will need a rotation between sites and a rotation between Cafeteria-Security.

Anchor spots can be found behind the white van,

by the side of white van which has a beautiful LOS towards Yellow stairs

or by the pipes.

You can play on the pipes with the shield on as Smoke,

then you can deny any plant that can happen in the Garage whilst you being safe from vertical play.

One anchor spot can be found in Cafeteria which is proning here.

Some nasty angle can be found from the top by the hatch.

An advanced hold would be a heavy hold on Piano with a preferrably mira window

from Toilet towards Piano.

Second objective is Consul&Meeting which is usually attacked (by coordinated teams)

from Admin with a Hibana destroying Meeting room's wall whilst having a person on the S balcony

cutting the LOS from Meeting to Connector

and probably all way to do the Yellow stairs.

The other way of pushing Consul is through Yellow stairs with a frag grenade that will

eventually land (or capitao's fire bolt)

on the top of the Yellow stairs clear the path of Yellow stairs top.

Recommended operator are Echo and Valkyrie, Echo to deny the plant

and Valkyrie for juicy outside cameras, to see what is going on.

For the reinforcements, you will need 1, 2, 3,

4,

5, 6, 7,

8 & 9.

So, usually people tend to reinforce all three walls, in the Consul, but that is simply

not useful at all and if not, it might impact negative on your round.

With the soft walls, you can deny the Consul push from Yellow stairs,

whereas attackers do not have anything with that LOS.

The wall a bit further is there to add you up

with an additional anchor spot, preferrably with an ADS.

The one wall in the middle of the Connector to block every LOS from the Consul windows on Meeting

& its doorway towards Connector.

This one denies a simple LOS from connector window towards the Front Desk.

Two of the meeting walls are there to allow your smoke/player play in the Meeting behind the bomb

against the Admin push

and the final wall is there so you can deny the Copy window,

in case your strat is based of heavily holding admin.

You have a spare reinforcement to place.

For the barbs, most needing are on the top of Visa stairs,

spiral stairs,

Yellow stairs (preferrably two)

and one by the Consul windows.

Pretty much all of them are to deny pushes through according directions.

Make loads of melee holes on the Connector walls so when needed,

peek through some of them or actually be even more cheeky and make several bullet holes,

so an ACOG player can shut down a push on Consul

or from Visa stairs.

You are making several holes so they cannot just prefire one and get a lucky headshot.

Make a rotation between Meeting and Recepcion.

Before anchor spots, usually you'll want to have a C4 or two underneath as previously stated.

You can play behind the bomb in the Meeting,

Connector (ACOG)

in the Consul by the reinforcement.

You can have an additional nice angle from Toilet towards Visa top stairs.

Another 2 angles can be found that you can use against the S balcony,

by the Connector window and by the Piano window.

One more thing about top floor defend is, if you wish to play heavily in Admin,

you can vault over this and whilst proning you are safe and once you crouch

you'll be able to deny two of the windows.

Additionally you can vault over the reinforced walls.

Advanced hold could be holding with Mira window Yellow stairs push

or Admin push.

Third best objective is hands down Lobby and Piano, where attackers usually rush with smoke through Piano

and plant or take a systematically control of the top floor,

similar of how would I describe on the previous paragraph, Admin or Consul.

However, when they're pushing through Admin, play from Connector/Toilet or even Consul

and reverse, don't play in Consul, if you're being pushed there.

You will definitely need Maestro or Echo to deny the plant

and to see through Smokes;

a BPC would be nice as well instead of Maestro and place it here.

Valkyrie, as an intel operator would be great, to see if they're doing an

an Admin or Consul or a rush push, so you can act accordingly.

For the reinforcement, I will be talking only about anchor ones, as the top ones relies

on the attackers, this site and the last one

is hard to defend in solo or duoQ.

You will need 5 reinforcements in the Toilet, 1, 2, 3,

4, 5 - to allow you play in Toilet.

For the barbs, place two of them by the entrance,

one by the Statue

and one by the entrance of Piano from Yellow, all for obvious reasons.

Make a rotation between toilet and Piano & one more unusual which is between Piano and Hallway,

so you can play aggro on all three windows,

if the wall is soft, you won't be to rotate between rooms if there is a rappelled person on any of the window.

If you wish to play from below with a C4, open up both Lobby hatches, a C4 can reach most of the room.

Make loads of LOS on the top, so you can deny the plant from above, usually with smoke.

With this LOS, you can see even outside,

you can use this LOS as roamers when playing in Garage to deny the Lobby doors.

Anchor spots can be found in the middle of Lobby,

preferrably with a soft hatch and shotgun with you so you can drop if problems.

Destroy this vase to be a bit sneaky

or play in the Toilet.

For our final site, for this objective you NEED at least 4 people with you, if not 5

to have at least semi-hope to win the round.

Basic strat would be defending basement with at least 2 C4s

and a Yokai drone in Tellers so your C4 players can know where to throw.

Attackers usually will try to either enter in Admin, play vertically, deny the rotation

from the visa bottom to the Tellers and try to plant on any of the table in the Tellers,

leaving you with flank options only from Spiral or Yellow.

They could go from Garage as well.

Definitely Echo and Pulse/Valkyrie are recommended operators, Echo for already said reason - Tellers

whereas Valkyrie to see the push where are they coming from.

For the reinforcements, you will need 3 in the Tellers,

one hatch in the Visa,

and rest 6 are in the Cafeteria.

Visa hatch is reinforced against a rush push with Zofia/Ash/Buck.

For the barbs, you will need 1 by the long hallway, 1 by the cafeteria,

1 by the Spiral,

1 by the Visa middle

and one by the Tellers entrance from Statue.

You will need a rotation between Visa stairs and Tellers

as well as between Archive's hallway and Archives.

Open some of the holes so you can deny the plant on the tables as well.

The ideas behind this whole setup is to ignore middle & top floor

and have a heavy hold in the basement with AT LEAST 2 C4s and a Yokai drone.

You should be fine (theoretically) as long as you have Archives control,

as then, they won't be able to plant in the Tellers.

For the Anchor spots, you can play around Cafeteria or the hallway between Cafe/Archives,

the barbs on Spiral and Visa stairs are allowing that kind of play.

The barb on the Long hallway is there to force attackers

destroying it or they'll get prefired very easily,

the two walls in Cafeteria facing Security are simply tunneling attackers onto that hallway.

You can play with this beautiful angle from Archives all way to the Long Hallway.

A less known angle is with actually a LOS from this dronehole towards close of the outside Lobby stairs.

That's it!

How to Fix 3rd Brake Light (Full DIY Guide) - Duration: 7:21.

welcome back guys in a new video on break it fix it. today we're gonna show you how to fix your third brake light. we're working on a 2003 renault megane, but the procedure is almost the same in most cars. let's get started !!!! open the trunk, you will find 4 screws that you need to unscrew in order to remove the plastic panel. then gently pull the pannel from the edges and be carefull not to break the plastic clips. after that, remove the side panels. and finally remove the top one. the third brake light has 2 clips holding it in place. push these clips outward to release the light. remove the electric plug using a small screw driver then remove the rear windshield washer spray nozzle. now you need to check that you have 12 volts when you press the brake pedal. to do that we're using a multimeter. put the arrow on 20dc ,then connect the multimeter terminals to the brake light plug and go press the brakes to check for 12 volts. you can see when we press the brakes we get around 12 volts. so now let's go and check the brake light. there is two clips holding the circuit board to the frame, remove it gently. now you can take the circuit board out. remove the plug. as you can see there is some corrosion on the plug which is causing the problem. we're using sand paper to clean the electric terminals. after cleaning, replug the connector in its place and reinstall it back into the frame using the two clips. now back to the car, before reinstalling the light back in its place try pluging the electric connector and test the light. as you can see the light is working ! so we can finish installing the light. install the rear windshield washer spray nozzle back in its place and push the light back. finally put back all the plastic panels of the trunk. and there you go, that's how you fix you third brake light. thanks for watching ! please like the video and consider subscribing to our channel for more videos.

5 Reasons to Read: "The Lady's Guide to Petticoats and Piracy" by Mackenzi Lee - Duration: 8:18.

Bibliophiles of the internet, my name's Adriana,

and today I'm here to give you five reasons to read "The Lady's Guide to Petticoats and Piracy" by Mackenzi Lee.

This is a companion to "The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue,"

but I would definitely say it can be read as a stand-alone book.

This is queer YA historical fiction about Felicity Montague, a young woman who is explicitly aro/ace.

The only thing she wants in life is to is to acquire a medical license

and to be recognized by a medical institution or practice.

However, as a woman in the 18th century,

there are no medical boards willing to even hear Felicity make her case.

After yet another rejection, she learns that an old childhood friend is getting married to a famous doctor

she *worships*, and if she can take advantage of this connection, this could be her big chance.

In her desperation to find a way to Germany before the wedding, Felicity recruits a shady pirate

who offers to pose as her maid, but who may have her own motives.

Reason #1 to read this book is that the story offers tremendous aromantic/asexual representation on the page

and explores an f/f queerplatonic relationship with a Muslim love interest.

This is rep we need, it's rep we deserve. And I think it's truly at the forefront of this story

because of the historical era in which it's set.

In this time period, especially, there is a lot of emphasis on women being "useless" if they don't find themselves

an advantageous marriage, and how their interests are worthless and should be shoved aside

to make room for the *husband's* aspirations.

So it makes sense that Felicity feels her aro/ace-ness taking up her focus in a very profound way,

because romantic and sexual fulfillment are not at all the markers by which she navigates her life.

And when it weighs on her the most, you see that she wishes she *could* make herself fit those expectations.

Sometimes it seems like things would be "easier" if she could just feel the way everyone else feels.

But that would mean becoming someone that she's not.

This was a period of history when women's voices were drowned out by the voices of men

and the expectations of society, and it's refreshing to see a character who is pushing back against that.

Felicity is striving to find how this world and its rules can reshape themselves around *her*

and not the other way around—and I love that so much.

It's powerful to have a character who measures her self-worth and personal fulfillment

by different "barometers," so to speak, and I wish we saw that in more books.

Reason #2 is that, along her journey, Felicity is learning that just because someone has different values

does not make them less.

You really see this in Felicity's relationship with her estranged childhood friend, Johanna Hoffman,

who basically carries herself as the ideal ultra-feminine woman befitting society's standards.

And when they first reconnect, Felicity is unforgiving in her criticism of Johanna and her lifestyle choices—

—the frilly dresses she wears, her dainty mannerisms, even the tone of her voice.

To Felicity, any woman who carries herself in this way is "giving in" to what society wants,

which in turn makes them weak and flippant.

She sees ladies like Johanna and is convinced that they don't take themselves seriously,

that they don't want to be taken seriously by anyone else,

and that everything about them could never amount to anything more than frivolous.

But after spending more time with Johanna, Felicity realizes that she is intelligent, driven, passionate,

and determined to find her own way in this world on her own terms.

She is *allowed* to like dresses and heels and parties and glamour, because none of that negates

the other things that make up her personhood. She still contains multitudes.

Johanna has her own strengths, and the way she chooses to carry herself

is its own kind of armor and shield.

And just because Felicity wouldn't choose it for *herself* doesn't make it any less.

Going off of that, Reason #3 is that this entire narrative is unapologetically feminist as fuck.

I love seeing this female-centric narrative where no two women are alike, they're each seen as their own person

with their own conflicts, and even though the odds are stacked against them—socially, legally, literally—

—they are still fighting tooth and nail for their right to take up space.

That idea of "taking up space" is a really important reoccurring theme in this story,

because these women often feel the urge to apologize for occupying their space.

Or they have to fight against this instinct that tells them that they have go through pre-determined

rites of passage in order to "earn" their place and become "valid" enough.

Felicity has this piece of paper she carries around with her where she's written herself a reminder

that says "You deserve to be here." And that's something she often has to repeat to herself.

Eventually, after enduring every challenge that comes her way, she is finally realizing,

"I have to stop *saying* this to myself and start believing it."

Reason #4 is that the story shows the importance of interrogating

the things we deem to be acceptable and legitimate.

As I've touched on, Felicity wants to study medicine and become a doctor,

but because she can't get a single quote-unquote "legitimate" practice to recognize her efforts,

she doesn't feel like she's good enough.

And I think many of us struggle with this deeply-ingrained thought process.

We tell ourselves "If I want to be a *real* [insert career title here], I have to go to this school,

I have to get this degree, I have to be recognized by these organizations, I have to make this much money,

I have to have these numbers"—so on and so forth and whatnot.

But that's not actually the case.

There are so many paths to discovering what we really want—paths we don't even know exist yet—

—and playing into what we think of as "real" and "legitimate" is just making ourselves part of a system

that was really only designed to uphold itself.

After a lifetime of rejection and belittlement, and internalization *of* that rejection,

Felicity is finally asking herself why she is seeking the approval of people

who have decided that her existence is inconvenient.

What makes up the institutions we respect? Who created them and for what purpose?

Who gets to decide what is "legitimate" and what is not?

Is approval or acceptance from said institutions the only pathway to validation or respect?

Felicity is finally being confronted with these questions.

And for Felicity, it's more than just out of necessity,

but a fundamental difference in the way she learns and what she values.

Within these institutions and practices she's regarding so highly and assigning so much meaning to,

knowledge is framed as something to own, something with limited access,

something for scholars to horde as a means to distinguish themselves.

That is not Felicity's way. That's not the way of *any* of the female characters in this narrative.

And they're realizing that if no one's going to allow them to succeed within the existing framework,

well, they're just gonna tear it down and write their own damn rulebook.

And Reason #5 is that Felicity and her crew are proof that "losing" or missing a milestone

does not mean you have failed; it's merely an opportunity to readjust your sights.

As I've said before, Felicity, Johanna, and Sim have had a lot of doors shut in their face,

a lot of opportunities that were yanked out of their reach, a lot of failures to launch,

but that does not, by association, make *them* failures.

On the contrary, they are merely casualties of a system that was designed *to* fail them as humans.

There's so many times in this story where things don't go their way in the slightest,

where they were banking on a certain outcome to keep them afloat and keep their hope alive

that just never came to pass.

And yet, they don't stop.

They don't have the luxury of being complacent or content with their circumstances,

because society will happily leave them behind as cautionary tales.

They keep moving forward. They keep finding work-arounds,

and unprecedented, unsanctioned, unimagined ways to validate their own existence.

In some ways, having nothing left to lose frees them up to think differently about the shape of their lives

and all the different forms they might yet take.

So with all that said, I do acknowledge that this story's brand of feminism is, in some ways, fairly simplistic

or idealistic, and it's not always as intersectional as I would like.

But I think it's still very powerful and I would still recommend it.

As always, if you've read this one yourself or if you would like to read it in the future,

I would love to talk more about it in the comments below.

But that's everything I had for this recommendation and review today. Thank you so much for watching this video.

I really hope that you enjoyed it, and I will catch YOU on the flip-side of the page.

Bye!

Sao Paulo Travel & City Guide - Duration: 3:18.

The city of Sao Paulo was born in the 16th century with a very small mission in mind.

But now the scene is entirely different.

Sao Paulo is now one of the biggest and costliest cities in the world.

In Sao Paulo, you will find great things to experience from huge art

galleries to multi-cuisine restaurants, shopping malls and more.

The city is often called as carnival city and you will surely meet with

one or two public events no matter what time of the year you visit.

Popular public events of Sao Paulo include the Gay Pride

Parade, March of Jesus, Festival of economic arts etc.

The city is often considered overcrowded, but it is surely a misconception.

Sao Paulo will never disappoint you if you plan to visit.

If you prefer spending days on the sand and loves

nightlife, then there is no place better than this city.

There is a lot to do in Sao Paulo and you will never get bored.

And then there are luxury hotels to end your day the perfect way.

Best time to visit Sao Paulo

Sao Paulo has good weather all the year round.

It has a tropical and mild climate which is neither too cold not too hot.

But still, there are few things to keep in mind before you plan anything.

Summers

The summer in Sao Paulo is hot and really humid

especially in the first month of the year.

The summer season lasts from December to March and the temperature is acceptable.

However, the main problem is sweating because of high humidity.

The month of January is full of rain which can ruin the trip.

So, in my opinion, don't plan anything for this month.

Winters

The season of winter last from June to August and this

is a perfect time to plan your visits to Sao Paulo.

The temperature in winters is mild and the sky is mostly clear.

What else you want to enjoy your vacations.

If you are thinking of winters for visiting Sao

Paulo, then be sure to pack some layers with you.

Places to visit in Sao Paulo

1. Museum of Arts - The Sao Paulo Museum of

Arts locally called as MASP was opened in 1868.

It preserves a good collection of Western Arts so

you should not miss it if you are an art lover.

2. Ibirapuera park - Ibirapuera park is surely a leisure paradise in Brazil.

It's a huge green space with playgrounds, museums,

gardens, performance spaces and a beautiful lake.

3. Contemporary Art Museum - This beautiful Museum was designed by Oscar Niemeyer.

It is a great Museum with an excellent collection of contemporary arts.

The museum was completed in 1957 and attracts a large number of visitors.

4. Se (Cathedral) - This cathedral was built on the place of an earlier cathedral.

This monument took around 55 years to complete.

It is a really interesting place to visit.

The interior of this cathedral is designed

with expensive mosaics and marbles from Italy.

Top 10 Cherry Blossom Spots in Tokyo | japan-guide.com - Duration: 6:08.

Tokyo is Japan's capital, most populated metropolis, and also boasts more cherry blossom-viewing

hotspots than anywhere else in the country.

Nestled amid its giant buildings and winding expressways are a plethora of parks, gardens,

tree-lined lanes and riverbanks that offer some of the best sakura experiences in all Japan.

Visitors from around the world flock to Tokyo each spring to take in the beautiful blossoms.

In the average year, the peak of sakura season occurs during one week in early April.

However depending on temperatures in the preceding weeks, the peak can start in late March or

last into mid April.

It is also worth mentioning that due to the variety of cherry trees found throughout the

city, even if you are visiting a few weeks on either side of this zone, you should still

be able to find a few blossoms.

With so many spots to choose from, we thought we'd make planning your perfect, petal-filled

trip a little easier by giving a quick rundown of our Top 10 cherry blossom locations in Tokyo.

Number 10: Koishikawa Botanical Garden

Belonging to the prestigious Tokyo University,

Koishikawa Botanical Garden is home to thousands of varieties of trees and plants as well as

a beautiful landscape garden.

During spring it doesn't get as crowded as other popular sakura spots around the city,

making for a pleasant atmosphere for visitors to enjoy the blossoms.

Numer 9: The Meguro River

The Meguro River is an attractive canal lined

with hundreds of cherry trees and a plethora of shops and cafes in one of the capital's

hippest neighborhoods.

During peak season, the many bridges which span the waterway provide picturesque views

of the river crowded by pink petals so don't forget to bring your camera.

Number 8: Koishikawa Korakuen

Among Tokyo's prettiest traditional gardens,

Koishikawa Korakuen is particularly famous for its weeping cherry trees, which take center

stage in spring among the park's many other picturesque features.

Number 7: Asukayama Park

This hilltop park in the north of the city

has been popular as an atmospheric hanami spot since the Edo Period and still attracts

a large number of cherry blossom lovers of all ages even now.

Number 6: Yoyogi Park

One of the city's more well-known parks.

Yoyogi sits across the street from the stylish Harajuku neighborhood and directly next to

the famous Meiji Shrine.

This expansive park is a hotspot for hanami parties, having enough space for a lively

atmosphere to prevail here throughout the season.

Number 5: Showa Kinenkoen

With over a thousand trees, this huge, family-friendly

park is located 30 minutes west of Tokyo.

The abundant blossoms here typically bloom a few days later than those in central Tokyo,

making the park popular with those who missed hanami downtown.

Aside from the cherry blossoms, the park also boasts other beautiful flowers and a variety

of facilities and amenities.

Number 4: Sumida Park

During spring the walking paths along the

shores of this picturesque river become lined with pink petals.

Located only a short walk from the famous Sensoji Temple in Asakusa, Sumida park is

an ideal place for visitors to take in views of the iconic Tokyo Skytree framed by cherry blossoms.

Number 3: Chidorigafuchi

One of the most photogenic sakura spots in

the city, Chidorigafuchi consists of a path alongside the sakura-lined moat of former

Edo Castle just west of the Imperial Palace.

For a fee, visitors can even rent a rowboat to paddle around in the old moat.

This atmospheric area makes for a charming petal-filled stroll both during the day, and

also in the evening during nightly illuminations..

Lastly, the nearby Yasukuni Shrine is home to hundreds more cherry trees, including Tokyo's

representative tree, which the meteorological agency uses to determine the state of the

sakura season for the entire city.

Number 2: Ueno Park

Ueno Park is the most renowned party spot

in all of Tokyo during sakura season, and is a true hanami haven packed with vistiors

enjoying the festivities both in the upper section where the wide central walking path

is located and also around Shinobazu Pond in the lower section.

The park's paths are lined with hundreds of cherry trees, and it's recommended to

get here early if you intend to get a place under one.

Number1: Shinjuku Gyoen

This large, family-friendly park stands as

a natural oasis in one of Tokyo's busiest districts.

This peaceful park boasts over one thousand cherry trees which span a range of species

and bloom at different times during the season, making Shinjuku Gyoen a great place to visit

for blossom enthusiasts who are in town a little before or after peak season.

One point to be aware of is that the park doesn't allow alcohol inside and so is not

a good option for visitors intent on enjoying their hanami with some drinks.

Nevertheless, with so many beautiful scenes and sakura viewing opportunities throughout

its vast and varied grounds, Shinjuku Gyoen takes the cake as our number one sakura location

in all of Tokyo.

So there you have it, our top ten cherry blossom spots in Tokyo.

Hopefully this video helps you to plan your perfect petal-filled trip.

More in-depth information on the cherry blossoms can be found in the dedicated section of our website

Bringing Oppa Around Singapore: Best Katong Food Guide | S1 EP 1 - Duration: 12:57.

Wah, so rabs kebabs.

Hey!

Wah, now he very Singaporean sia!

Hi everyone!

Welcome to another episode of Eatbook Vlogs!

I'm Xenia.

And today there's a very special guest joining me.

And he is...

Good day mate!

I'm Stephen.

I'm from Australia.

And I've been in Singapore for about a year now.

What would you say,

you usually eat back home in Australia?

A lot of steak.

And I don't mind a kebab once in awhile.

So what would you say is your favourite food in Singapore?

Chicken rice!

Roast pig.

Roast pork!

Roast pork.

I heard from the team right,

he eats chicken rice or roast pork rice every other day eh!

And that's why today, we're going to bring you around Katong,

this food paradise,

to show you that Singapore is more than just chicken rice and roast pork rice!

Let's go!

Let's go!

Okay, we're going to start off with something light.

It's like a snack.

So just now we were talking to the lady boss,

and she actually shared with us that she started baking 25 years ago.

That's a really long time!

So we got here a chocolate tart,

and a banana pie,

from Dona Manis!

First off we're going to start off with the banana pie.

Cheers!

X: Wah, it's very nice hor! S: Ya.

The reason why I like it so much is because the banana is very sweet,

and it's very soft.

So it blends very well with the pastry itself.

The little roasted peanuts on the top give it a nice crunch.

And I think it's not just the taste,

it's also the aunty who makes it very homely.

It's like you're buying from your own aunt.

Have you tried something like this before in Australia?

Not a banana pie.

I guess the closest thing is like an apple pie.

But that's common everywhere.

So this is unique!

I like it.

And next, we have chocolate tarts,

which I'm a little more familiar with.

They remind me of my childhood days.

Where like primary school, when you go to a bakery shop,

and then I always beg my mum to buy me this.

Wah!

It's like ice-cream!

I can imagine the aunty crushing the biscuit herself,

and moulding it.

It doesn't look very perfect.

And it's in bite-size pieces.

Then you can just pop them in, one at a time.

I'm sure I can finish in one bite lo!

Voilà!

So how do you find this place?

Your first stop!

It's pretty good!

The chocolate tarts were amazing.

The banana pie was on point as well.

The location is not something I would find in Australia.

You wouldn't expect a nice pastry place to be hidden like this.

Ya, when you think of good pastries right,

you would think of like cafes.

I always like this kind of unassuming places though,

cause they always surprise you somehow.

I think it's a definite visit.

If I saw it just walking by, I don't think I would stop.

But it's okay, now we try it for you already!

So you can come down and try it yourself!

Next stop, we are going to try one of my all time favourite Singaporean food,

and that is laksa!

Katong laksa!

Very good! Katong laksa.

So actually we're here at The Original Katong Laksa shop,

that is located at Roxy Square.

And their trademark is,

as you can see there is no chopsticks given to you.

Because they cut their noodles,

so you can just eat it with a scoop!

It's very complex, because this one has coconut milk.

The broth itself has a lot of sediments.

It's milky.

I guess the coconut milk makes it taste milky and the flavour is rounded.

And it's spicy at the same time.

But because of the coconut milk right,

it neutralises the heat.

So you wouldn't be like

all the time.

You can still enjoy spicy food!

I just had one of the cockles.

X: Nice right? S: It's like a mouthful of the ocean.

Ya, I love the cockles eh.

I always like add extra hum (cockles).

What's hum?

Oh, cockles!

Okay, Xenia English!

No Hokkien!

Let me test your knowledge of Singapore.

Ouch, okay.

From Australia!

Go!

Winner!

Next, we ordered,

Liang pan yun tun mian (2 plates of wanton noodles).

Yes, from Bei-ing Wanton Noodles which is also at Roxy Square.

And I must say that,

I'm actually someone who don't order wanton noodles.

And now we're going to try his wanton noodles,

which has been around for 40 years.

Wah, shiok!

Wah, they have this special ingredient in the sauce right,

I can't decipher what is it but,

it tastes very different from other wanton noodles outside eh.

I would order this eh!

I feel like the noodles are cooked to perfection.

I like to call it QQ.

The noodles are QQ.

I've had the boiled dumplings.

but I've never tried this kind of dumplings.

I thought it was like tortilla chips.

Tortilla chips!

So different and like unique.

What's this called?

Char siew!

It's sweet, and there's some parts that is fatter.

S: For some reason the one I had was kind of crunchy. X: Crunchy!

X: At the side lo. S: But still tender.

This costs about $5,

which initially I thought was a bit pricey.

But then, the portion is quite huge eh!

And there's so many elements to it.

Ya, and you get an uncle who calls you by number and country!

Australia, winner!

It's always good to take a walk after a meal,

Or in our case, a lot of meals!

We are super full!

and that's why we're taking a break,

just walking down Katong.

And we realised there are a lot of Instagrammable spots,

like this one!

And Stephen also told me he wants to be an Instagram boyfriend,

that's his dream!

So yay let's go!

Next, we're here at Old Bibik's Peranakan Kitchen!

Yes, to try some Peranakan food.

Did you know that I'm actually Peranakan?

Really?

Ya!

I did not know.

No la, just trolling you!

So this is Jiuhucha.

It looks like a dismantled popiah.

The lady boss was telling me right,

When they want to test whether a girl is good in the kitchen,

this is the ultimate test.

See whether her knife skills is good enough.

This is like Korean ssam.

So many different flavours.

Like a woody flavour?

I would think of it as a very concentrated popiah filling,

with the additional of very flavourful mushrooms.

I think this is great as an appetiser.

Let's move on to the one you're very excited about!

And that is the chinchalok omelette.

Chinchalok is fermented small shrimp.

People usually don't find it pleasant.

I really don't know whether you'll like this.

I'll let you know if I don't like it.

It's not as crunchy as I thought it was going to be.

Inside, it's very soft!

It's almost like a pillow.

So the usual omelette would have like bits of ham and capsicum.

But this is totally different to that,

especially the way it's cooked.

S: And it gets it's savoury side from the fermented prawns. X: Chinchalok!

Chinchalok!

I don't know how they cooked it in the way that they kill that fermented fishy taste.

Next, we're going to try out the buah keluak.

Tofu!

This is the fruit itself.

So it's actually poisonous.

You have to go through a lot of tedious process to make it edible.

And at the same time, the flavour is very complex.

I don't know if it's because of the colour,

but it reminds me of black bean sauce.

The tofu inside is really soft and silky.

It's really like a paste eh.

It's very chunky.

Got a lot of yi li (small bits) inside.

What's yi li?

This is the definition of yi li.

Next, we'll try the beef rendang!

This is something that I think a lot of Singaporeans are familiar with.

It's like curry,

but very different kind of curry.

The beef's really tender.

You can tell that there's heap of spices in it.

The texture of the sauce,

it's not completely smooth,

you can feel yi li bits in it.

I think it'll go perfectly with rice.

It hits every single flavour profile.

And that means savoury, tick!

Spicy, tick!

A little bit sweet, tick!

Peranakan food is so complex.

Like the best way to describe each flavour is

many layers of individual flavours all combine together.

And they all dance on your tongue.

Every single dish, they have their like unique flavour profile.

And even this drink itself,

it is guava citrus iced tea.

When he drank it, he told me it tastes like alcohol.

S: Ya. X: It has some fermented taste to it!

But just let him off la, his first time eh!

Let him enjoy okay!

There is no alcohol in there!

And, we're at our last stop!

At Udipi Ganesh Vilas.

This place is actually recommended by one of our Eatbook writers,

Katie!

So I'm pretty sure it's going to be good.

So first up we are going to try this.

I thought it was pumpkin, with a nice topping of fish roe.

He forgot that this is a vegeterian restaurant.

I can understand why you think it's fish roe.

They have little bumps.

I'm pretty sure you've never eaten this before.

But when I was young right,

You have prata looking bee hoon pancake.

And then they have the shredded coconut and orange sugar.

It tastes like that orange sugar.

I was going to guess that it's like a rice dessert that's been sweeten.

I think this is closer to a kueh than a cake.

So if you haven't try kueh, you should try kueh the next episode, okay?

We'll try this.

What's masala?

It's like a kind of spice.

That is a very common ingredient in their cuisine.

S: Tastes like a chinese herbal tea. X: Tea? With milk.

Like the more you drink it, the herbal flavour is not as apparent.

So you still have that teh tarik taste,

but the masala itself is like a side kick,

so it complements very well.

It's very well balanced.

I would say, this is one of the best I've tried.

So this is mango lassi.

Do you know what's mango lassi?

Mango yoghurt right?

Yes!

You thought I wouldn't get it!

The yoghurt flavour hits first,

but then there's a fizziness to it.

Like a really light fizziness

First flavour was sour.

And then after that the fresh mango flavour came through.

Next we have the poori set.

When it was first served to us, I was telling him,

The only name I could think of is, it's called kaboom!

So this is actually a deep fried bread,

people usually eat it for breakfast or snack.

And you eat it like you would eat a prata.

Do you like chickpeas?

Not the biggest fan.

I love it!

But it makes me fart a lot so good luck to you later!

It reminds me of a Lebanese bread

that I have a lot in Australia.

The texture and the thickness is really similar to that.

I can imagine myself having a conversation with my friends and I just keep eating you know.

It doesn't fill you up as much as a prata.

Okay, moving on!

Dosai!

So this is one of my favourite.

You got to try, I'm not going to describe it.

So the texture of this dosai,

it reminds me of a French crepe.

So like the thickness, and,

towards the middle of it is a lot softer and around the edges is crispy.

When I order this right, I love the sauces.

Cause it's just so refreshing and so light.

This is like a summer dish.

Overall, the food is amazing.

When people think about vegeterian food right,

it's very healthy and it's very plain.

But no eh!

All the food here is very flavourful.

So we just spent the entire day exploring Katong,

And eating tons of food. I'm so full!

What is your favourite food?

My favourite is the chocolate tart from the morning!

It's just not what I was expecting.

The chocolate ice-cream in the pastry.

I thought it was just going to be normal chocolate but it was ice-cream.

Yes.

My favourite would be the Peranakan meal we just had.

The flavours are really complex.

And I think because of that, it is so unique and irreplaceable.

So after today right,

Trying more than just chicken rice and roast pork rice,

has your impression of Singaporean food changed?

It's changed massively!

There were so many different cuisines to have.

And especially the Peranakan.

Like how I learn about how that one dish tells whether a girl would make a good wife or not

X: Yes! The jiuhucha. S: was interesting!

For those of you who like this kind of vlog,

where we bring Stephen around to explore Singapore,

to try different uniquely Singaporean food.

Please comment "Yay!"

and suggest different hidden gems for us so we can bring him around again!

How To Unlock Infinite Ammo Handgun In Resident Evil 2 Remake | S Ranking Starting Guide - Duration: 4:15.

How do you get infinite handgun in Resident Evil 2 Remake?

The answer, is to finish the game with an S rank on any scenario.

And you only have to do it on 1 playthrough.

That will add an infinite ammo samurai edge handgun to your item box with both characters

in all their scenarios on any difficulty, even the ones you didn't beat.

So how do you obtain this magical S rank and what is the HUGE secret nobody is talking

about?

Let's find out!

In order to garner that S ranking, the only thing that matters is your final game time.

You can save the game 500 times, you can use every first aid spray in the game, you can

die a million deaths you CAN even use infinite knife or ammo.

I just tested it.

And It works.

The time requirements are stipulated in the results menu and it depends if you select

first run, 2nd run and the difficulty you choose.

But this video isn't about how to pwn noobs with hardcore S+ ranks, it is about the easiest

way to get infinite ammo, so here are the 3 main things you need to do before you start.

Number 1, select new game first run.

First run is easier than 2nd run.

Number 2, select the character who you are most comfortable with and who's path you know

best.

Many say Claire is easier.

And Number 3, select standard difficulty.

This gives you the max time, 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the game and tons of checkpoints

if you mess up.

Now that you've started it is a race against the clock.

You can check your current game time by pausing.

Just don't trust other online guides.

the INVENTORY SCREEN, ITEM BOXES AND MAP DO NOT STOP THE TIMER!

I just tested it.

If you need to take a break, take a phone call, use the new RPD bathorrom or follow

wheresbarryb on twitter hit PAUSE.

Don't let time waste away in a puzzle screen either while you're looking for the solution.

PAUSE, it is the only way to stop the clock.

That being said, feel free to chill out during cut scenes, they do not count.

Here's the big secret.

When you die and hit continue, the timer does NOT restart from your previous save.

So if you fought a boss for 7 minutes, then die and continue, you just lost 7 minutes.

To fix this, instead of hitting continue, just go down to load game, and load from your

previous save or auto-save.

But this poses a slight problem.

this will make the game harder or more accurately it will never get easier, as Resident Evil

games include adaptive difficulty that changes when you die.

If you always reload saves, it means you never died.

the game knows this and will rub it in your face with pain.

The final key lies within you!

You will need the skill, knowledge of key items, practice and experience, or a good

online guide, to get to the end in under 3 hours and 30 minutes.

But you can do it!

"You can do it all night long"

Once you've unlocked the infinite Samurai Edge once, it magically transports itself

into your item box, on new games and on previous saves for both characters and in all scenarios.

You can use it to collect most trophies and achievements quicker without penalty, but

you can't get S+ ranks using it.

So get the job done and in no time, you'll be running around Raccoon City bustin up zombies

with your infinite ammo Samurai Edge.

The game also lest you unlock infinite knife, machine gun, mini gun and rocket launcher,

so stay tuned for future videos.

Crimson Army, have you unlocked infinite ammo yet?

Are you having trouble?

Let me know in the comments and don't forget to like and subscriibbe!

The Koppen-Geiger Climate Classification System - A Quick Guide - Climate Casebook Prologue - Duration: 11:39.

In pretty much every area of interest, human beings love to put things into boxes.

They love to categorise and classify.

From artistic subjects such as music and literary genres, to science including stars, chemical

elements and animals.

Our planet's climate is no exception to this.

And one at first might ask why is it necessary to put a label on weather patterns from one

part of the globe to another.

Knowing the patterns of temperature and rainfall is important mostly for understanding how

the earth can support population in that area through farming.

But general knowledge of this also impacts on other areas such as tourism and migration.

Regardless, humans will be humans, and in the absence of any perceived application to

such knowledge will still classify, for the love of science, or to improve understanding.

The primary classification of earth climate is known as the Koppen-Geiger system.

It has evolved over the past 150 years to define precisely the nature of weather patterns

on every part of our planet.

Each of these climate zones has been covered in detail in my previous series – Secrets

of World Climate, in which I show real places in each climate zone and explain why the patterns

of rainfall and temperature are the way they are.

In this new series, I'll be picking up on aspects of global and local climate that transcend

these zones, case by case, in what will be known as the Climate Casebook.

The first in this series is intended as a quick reference work, summarising each of

the Koppen Zones, so that in the episodes that follow, anyone new to the subject can

get a quick grasp of what on earth I'm talking about.

If you want to find a specific section, I've provided video bookmarks in the accompanying text.

Overall, the Koppen-Geiger system has five broad categories, which describe a general

pattern and roughly start at the equator and end at the pole.

These are always the capital first letter of the shorthand codes that every climate

zone has, and are as follows.

A. TROPICAL – the zones around the equator, which are hot all year round and either have

heavy rain all year round or during some part of the year.

B. DRY – subtropical or continental areas with very little rain year round.

C. TEMPERATE – areas which have relatively mild temperature ranges year round, and occurring

at the mid-latitudes near coasts.

D. CONTINENTAL – areas of high temperature ranges occurring usually deep within the northern

continents, experiencing cold or very cold winters.

E. POLAR – areas which are cold all year around, occurring near or at the poles of our planet.

Each of these broad categories is further subdivided, to account for more precise differences

in temperatures or rainfall, and these give us the full two or three digit Koppen-Geiger codes.

These codes at first might seem like they're just hieroglyphics, but a quick look can reveal

the logic on 80% of them.

In all the temperate and continental codes, the second letter tells us when there is a dry season.

"s" means the dry season is in summer, "w" the dry season is winter,

and "f" for no dry season at all.

The third letter tells us how warm or hot it is, with "a" being the hottest and

"d" being the coldest.

So, armed with this knowledge, lets get straight into looking at each and every one of the

Koppen zones.

Af – The Tropical Rainforest, also known as the Equatorial Climate, or Selva (which

is Spanish for "jungle").

Occurring only within the tropics at low elevations, the key defining characteristic of this climate

is rain and hot temperatures all year round.

This produces the famous rainforest that the zone is named after and the largest biodiversity

on Earth.

Am – The Tropical Monsoon.

Found also exclusively within the tropics, this climate zone experiences heavy rain during

part or most of the year, but also has a relatively short dry, or longer drier season, due to

the shifting direction of trade winds from land to sea and vice versa.

Aw – Tropical Savannah.

A close sibling of the Tropical Monsoon, and covering much larger areas in the tropics,

here the dry season is either completely dry, or is dry over a longer period.

Both the Savannah and Monsoon have a mix of woodland and grassland depending upon the

amount of rain and local topography.

Both support enormous populations and many large cities due to the combination of heat

and rainfall without the human health issues of the rainforests.

BWh – Hot Desert.

Lying on the border of the tropics, these areas experience very little rain, and searing

summer temperatures which hold the records for the highest on Earth.

Little or no vegetation exists here, with only bare rock and sand as landscape.

BSh – Hot Semi Arid.

Lying next to Hot Deserts, these areas have a little more rain to support scrub-like vegetation

but are still marginal in terms of sustainable human settlement.

BWk – Cool Desert.

Lying deep within the continents far from the ocean, or on the leeward side of mountains

sheltering them from moist winds, these areas are as parched and desolate as the hot deserts,

but experience winter temperatures that often fall below freezing point.

BSk – Cool Semi Arid.

Like the Cool Deserts only with more rain, but not enough to be classified as temperate

or continental.

Like their Hot Semi-Arid counterparts, they support shrub-like vegetation or hardy grasses.

Cfa – Humid Subtropical.

Lying at a similar latitude to the Hot Deserts, these areas on the eastern fringes of the

continents, however, are next to warm oceans that bring in plenty of moisture.

They experience tropical summers, but cool winters, and rain all year round.

They are among the most important areas for human civilisation, housing enormous populations

and many great world cities.

Typical natural vegetation ranges from forest to swamp and grassland, but much of these

areas have been given over to farming.

Cwa – Subtropical Monsoon.

A sibling of the Humid Subtropical, and found mainly in Asia at the same latitudes, this

varies only in that it has a winter dry season instead of rain year round due to the presence

of the Asian Monsoon.

Csa – Hot Summer Mediterranean.

Lying just above the Hot Deserts in latitude, and always on the western fringes of continents,

these areas experience the hot and dry conditions of deserts in summer, but significant rain

from oceanic westerly winds in winter.

Natural vegetation is limited by the desert-like conditions of summer, and is typically shrub-like.

Csb – Warm Summer Mediterranean.

Always lying above their Csa siblings on the continental western coasts, these areas have

warm dry summers instead of hot, and usually even heavier rainfall in winter.

With less harsh winters, natural vegetation is usually in the form of coniferous forest,

including the Redwoods and Sequoias of California, the tallest in the world.

Cwb – Subtropical Highland.

Occurring in tropical latitudes, the heat of the rainforest and savannah is reduced

significantly through being at high altitude.

The result is year round mild temperatures, with a pronounced dry season.

Found mainly in Latin America, East Africa and the foothills of the Himalayas.

Natural vegetation is a mix of forest and grassland.

Cwc – Cool Subtropical Highland.

At even higher altitudes in the tropics, the mild temperatures of its sibling Cwb zone

gives way to noticeably chilly weather, year round.

It is not common.

Cfb – Oceanic and Subtropical Highland.

One of the more confusing Koppen codes, due to an accident of nature creating very similar

conditions for completely different reasons.

Small upland areas near the equator, such as in Colombia and Ecuador, have this mild

year round climate which also experiences rain year round.

But over much larger areas in mid-latitudes, this climate exists next to western coasts,

where prevailing westerlies moderate temperatures year round such that warm summers and cool

winters are the norm.

In both cases, limited seasonal temperature range and year round rain are its defining hallmark.

Natural vegetation is mixed woodland, but these areas are heavily farmed.

Cfc – Subpolar Oceanic.

lying in certain areas higher in latitude or elevation to the Oceanic, these areas still

have mild winters, but cooler summers.

Dfa/Dfb – The first of the six Continental climates, occurring only within the great

land masses of the Northern Continents.

All these climates experience high temperature ranges between summer and winter, and all

have cold winters, routinely falling below freezing.

These first two experience rain year round, with Dfa experiencing hot summers, and Dfb

experiencing somewhat cooler but still warm summers, and are the most prevalent, occurring

across wide continental areas.

Natural vegetation is usually in the form of grassland, but these areas are heavily farmed.

Dwa/Dwb – The same as Dfa/Dfb except that there is little to no rain during the winter.

These occur exclusively in Eastern Asia due to the influence of the Asian Monsoon.

Dsa/Dsb – The same as the other Continental climates, except that the summer is dry instead

of winter.

These areas are not common, and usually occur inward from Mediterranean climate areas.

Dfc/Dfd – The first of the six Subarctic climates.

These areas, lying to the north of and similar to the Continental climates, except winters

are much, much colder.

These two zones have rain or snow year round.

Like all the subarctic zones, the vegetation is dominated by coniferous forest, known by

the Russian word "Taiga", and farming is almost non-existent.

Dwc/Dwd – These Subarctic zones are identical to the first two except they have dry winters

– they occur only in Eastern Siberia.

Dsc/Dsd – These very rare Subarctic zones are like the others except that the dry season

occurs in summer.

ET – Tundra.

Even further North than the Subarctic, the true Arctic has the treeless waste of the

Tundra, where summer temperatures are just too cold to support tree growth, a situation

compounded by the presence of permanently frozen soil just below the surface, known as permafrost.

Only hardy grasses and shrubs survive here.

Tundra also occurs in comparatively small alpine areas, and around the Straights of

Magellan between South America and Antarctica.

EF – Icecap.

Below freezing point all year round, these areas produce ice sheets several kilometres

thick and are confined to Greenland and Antarctica.

Nothing can grow in these harshest of conditions.

So that was your rapid-fire summary of the Koppen Climate Zones of Earth.

I hope you found it useful in introduction to this system, or to link the various zones

together into a general pattern for understanding.

Gonzos Quest | Slot Game Feature Guide Video - Duration: 2:01.

Gonzo's Quest is at 5 reel, 20 pay line slot game powered by Netent software

the story follows Gonzalo Pizarro who travels to the Caribbean ruins to find

riches

the great thing about Gonzo's quest is that not only is it visually

eye-catching but the gameplay is also easy to understand all the betting

controls are at the bottom of the game with level and coin value buttons and

just below that is your balance and current bet value the main

characteristics of the slot game is its avalanche multiplier system simply

put the reels move in a cascading manner which resembles an avalanche so when you

win the winning symbols break and the above symbols drop into place and new

ones appear at the top with each new avalanche that you trigger you will win

a multiplier and this will continuously increase with every winning avalanche up

to a max of 5 times multiplier the bonus feature of Gonzo's quest is the free

fall feature the feature is triggered by landing 3 free fall symbols on reels 1, 2

& 3 the symbols must appear in succession and starting with the left

most reel

when you activate this feature you'll be awarded with essentially ten free spins

the Avalanche multiplier system that I mentioned before is still active in the

free fall bonus feature but they have been increased there is a chance of

receiving three times six times nine times or even a fifteen times multiplier

so why our head over to Gonzo's Quest and help him find his riches
