Welcome

This is Pirzada Rashid here

This video is about for loop in C#.

Before you start

I want you to open up this URL

Whatever code examples, I use in this video are written step by step here

Code examples have a link to quickly test it

and see the results in an online editor without writing a single word

I will also leave all the links at the end and in the description of this video

Let's get started

for loop executes a block of code repeatedly until the condition is false

Actually, this type of loop is useful when the number of loop iterations is fixed

or you can say predetermined

and the counter variable that determines the iterations is needed in the loop

like how many times the loop executed

Now, this is the basic structure of a loop

Please pay attention

for loop starts with the for keyword

followed by 3 expressions

separated by semicolons ";"

within these parentheses

The first parameter declares and initializes a counter variable before the loop executes

and is always evaluated once at the start

It's called initializer

The second parameter is a condition

(a Boolean expression) that returns true or false

and is evaluated before each new iteration of the loop

This must be true in order for the next iteration to be performed

The iterations end when the condition is false

The third parameter is an iterator

which prepares the loop for next iteration

This is incremented after each iteration at the bottom of the loop

Statements are the block of code that you want to execute multiple times in a loop

Let me show you the execution order of a Loop

First of all

variable declared and assigned initial value at this stage

then the condition is checked

If it's true

the body will execute

Here, variable value is incremented

This whole process repeats again except number 1

because variable is initialized only once at the beginning

Loop ends when number 2 returns false

This is the structure of a nested for loop.

A loop within another loop is a nested loop

The innermost loop executes more times than the outermost

There is no limitation on the number of loops into each other

That means you can combine different types of loops in your program

I am using this online editor for the demo.

Let me quickly code for loop than I explain it to you

This loop writes out all the integers from 0 to 4

Well, this loop consists of 3 expressions

One

Two

and three

This is the initialization part

When the loop begins

C# initializes the counter variable i with the int type

and assigns an initial value of 1

A Boolean condition

i less then equal to 4

which returns true or false

will repeatedly execute until the counter, which is this

is less than or equal to 4

This is expression for updating the counter

which adds 1 at the end of each repetition of the loop

This increases the counter variable by 1

Click RUN

See the output here

If you have more than one statement within the loop

you must enclose the statements in opening and closing braces like this

break keyword exit a loop prematurely, before it has completed the execution

The loop's body is skipped

and the control is passed to the first expression immediately following the loop

Let me show you

Click RUN

Notice that the loop ends prematurely at break statement when the counter reaches 3

and this condition becomes 3 equal to 3, which evaluates to true

Without the break keyword, the loop should run from 1 to 4

This break keyword then causes the loop to exit

and resumes execution immediately after the loop

You can see the result here

Skipped the value 3 and 4

Another commonly used jump statement is the continue keyword

When the loop hits continue

the rest of the current iteration is skipped

and immediately initiates the execution of the next iteration

Let's change this with continue keyword

Click RUN

First, we initialized the counter variable to run from 1 to 4

When the counter reaches 3

this condition evaluates to true because 3 equal to 3

This causes for loop to skip rest of the current iteration and initiates the execution of the next iteration

You can see the result here

Number 3 skipped

Let's see

how nested loops look like

Let me explain it to you

After initialization of the first for loop

the execution of its body will start

which contains the second for loop

Here, initialization of first for loop means

i variable is initialized with the value 1

and then i less then equal to 4 condition is checked, meaning 1 less then equal to 4

This expression is true

as you can see 1 is less than 4

Now, the inner loop variable will be initialized meaning j is initialized to 1

condition will be checked which is j less then equal to 2 meaning 1 less than equal to 2

and then the code within its body will be executed

then the j variable will be updated

and execution will continue until the condition returns false

That means, when j is equal to 3

After that

the second iteration of the first for loop will continue

its variable will be updated

now i will be 2

and the whole second loop will be performed once again

This inner loop will fully execute as many times as the body of the outer loop

Meaning with each iteration of outer loop

the inner loop iterates 2 times

Because of this value

If I change it to 3

then the inner loop iterates 3 times

This statement

will print out the value of i and j

i is the variable of outer loop

and j is the variable of inner loop

Click RUN

This is the value of i

and this one is j

Whenever you don't provide a condition to the loop

it automatically becomes an infinite loop

meaning the loop block executes endlessly

Use the double semicolon (;;) in the for loop

to make it run infinite times

Let me show you how

This loop will run infinite times

Unfortunately

this editor don't allow infinite looping

so try to use Visual Studio Code

or another editor.

Ok, let me try VSCode

Remember, to stop the infinite loop

press CTRL + C on the keyboard

Guide to Keto Baking - Duration: 9:12.

when you first hear that a ketogenic diet is low in carbs and sugar you might

think well I'll never get to have cookies again we're happy to report that

this is not at all true while it does take some rewiring of your go-to recipes

with the right substitutions you can make and enjoy baked goods on keto the

first thing to know is that the traditional flour and sweeteners in

your cupboard have got to go while it can be hard to visualize how you're

supposed to bake without all-purpose flour or white sugar stick with us and

we'll give you all the keto secrets for how to rebuild your baking pantry let's

start with flour all-purpose flour often bleached and stripped of most of

its nutritional value has become the standard in most conventional baked

goods but just one cup of all-purpose flour contains a whopping 100 grams of

carbs it's a true no-go for anyone following a keto diet you may see

gluten-free flour alternatives like corn and rice flour in the health food store

but those are also too high-carb to use here are the low carb flours we use

instead almond flour made from almonds that are blanched and then pulverized

into a fine powder is one of our favorite keto friendly flours 1/4 cup

of almond flour contains 12 grams of fat 5 grams of protein and only 2 grams of

net carbs it's high fat content and lack of gluten means that you may need

additional eggs or baking powder to provide more structure in your baked

goods almond flour has a great lightly sweet flavour and helps to create a

tender crumb and baked goods it can be expensive in grocery stores but you can

find some good deals online for the best texture in your baked goods purchase

finely ground almond flour coarser ground almond meal is less

expensive and the rougher texture is less noticeable in baked goods like

muffins always store almond flour and meal in

the fridge to prevent it from spoiling one thing to keep in mind when using

keto friendly flours is that you can't substitute it for all-purpose flour

using a 1 for 1 ratio each type of keto flour will require

some adjustments and additions depending on the recipe to get the most enjoyable

results with almond flour that might mean using a little less oil because of

the flours high fat content and an extra half or whole leg additional rising

agents like baking soda and baking powder can be helpful to always bake

with almond flour and 25 degrees Fahrenheit lower than the recipe calls

for and let the dish bake for a bit longer

also because almond flour tends to Brown faster than all-purpose flour

we suggest covering your baking pans with aluminum foil and just remember

eating too many almonds can flood your body with inflammatory fats and phytates

so try not to overdo it with the almond flour next we'll look at coconut flour

which is made from dehydrated coconut meat that the fat has been extracted

from 1/4 cup of coconut flour contains 60 calories 2 and a half grams of fat 6

grams of protein 19 grams of carbohydrates 12 grams of fiber and 7

grams of net carbs it has a mild neutral sometimes slightly nutty flavor that

lends itself well to lots of baked goods if the brand you buy has a light coconut

flavor remember that other ingredients like chocolate and vanilla will easily

mask that taste just like with almond flour you can't simply substitute equal

parts coconut flour to all-purpose the general rule of thumb is to use 1/4 to

1/3 cup of coconut flour for every 1 cup of regular all-purpose

flour we know that doesn't seem like enough flower for a recipe but coconut

flour soaks up liquids like a sponge so for every one cup of coconut flour use 6

eggs and 1 cup of liquid the flour will absorb all of that moisture and create

enough bulk for the recipe always be sure to let the batter stand for a few

minutes to allow this process to happen and the batter to thicken this will

result in sturdier less crumbly baked goods

unlike almond flour you don't need to adjust the baking temperature when using

coconut flour keep it stored in an airtight bag or container in a dark dry

spot in your pantry one thing we love to do is to combine almond and coconut

flours we found that the best ratio is 3 to 1 almond flour to coconut flour

together they more closely resemble all-purpose flour and eliminate the need

for all those extra eggs however you will still need to keep the liquid

ingredients at the same ratio suggested for coconut flour flax meal which is

just ground-up flax seeds is another important addition to your keto friendly

baking toolkit when flax meal is mixed with water it absorbs the liquid and

creates a gelatinous texture which can be used as a replacement for eggs flax

eggs can't be used in a recipe in which many eggs are called for it works best

to just replace one or two eggs to replace one egg mix 1 tablespoon of

ground flax meal with 3 tablespoons of water and allow it to swell we recommend

making your own flax meal at home by buying whole golden flax seeds and

grinding them up in a food processor right before you use them to prevent

spoilage store flax meal and flax seed an airtight bag or container in the

fridge before and after opening walnuts and other nuts like hazelnuts pecans

macadamia nuts and pistachios can also be finely ground to create flours

they're low in carbs but present challenges for baking their flavors can

be powerful and not proprietary recipes out there featuring

these sorts of nut flours learning to use them can take a lot of trial and

error on your part simply buy raw nuts and use a food processor or blender to

grind them into the finest texture you can for those allergic to nuts or

coconuts there are some other flours to consider sunflower seed and pumpkin seed

flour are relatively low in carbs and can replace almond flour with a one to

one ratio organic soy flour has a similar texture in moisture absorption

to coconut flour though it is very high in protein so keep that in mind when

tracking your macros for the most successful outcomes in keto baking

there are a few other things you'll need to have on hand because low carb flours

don't chemically work the same way as all-purpose flour there are a few

helpful ingredients that can make your baked goods more light and fluffy

psyllium husk powder is a big favorite of low carb bakers it's a thickener that

helps the recipes bind together and gives baked goods especially low carb

bread a great crumb like texture protein powder whether whey casein or egg white

can also be a useful tool in baking it has a binding effect that's similar to

the gluten in wheat flour and just a small amount added to recipes can help

to achieve that familiar consistency you're looking for in baked goods

xanthan gum is a natural thickening agent that is both flavorless and carb

free it's helpful in different kinds of keto cooking like making soups or

homemade ice cream and in keto baking it helps to provide a wonderful cakiness

to baked goods replacing traditional white and brown sugar is also essential

in keto baking for more info on keto friendly sweeteners check out our video

titled best and worst sweeteners on a keto

a few more general keto baking tips to keep in mind our resist the urge to thin

out low-carb batters too much as this often results in a soggy mess low-carb

batter should be a bit thicker allow your keto friendly baked goods to

completely cool before digging in we know this is tough when there's a

delicious treat right in front of you but allowing your treats to cool for a

few hours will result in better texture low-carb crackers and pie crusts will be

crispier and muffins and cakes will develop a better texture it's worth the

wait finally as the keto diet becomes more mainstream you might see commercial

low-carb baking mixes on market shelves while some of these are okay in a pinch

we suggest sticking to keto friendly recipes and using the simplest

ingredients possible you might also come across premade products like cookies or

brownies that claim to be keto friendly while this sounds exciting many of these

items have been found to contain more net carbs and have a bigger impact on

insulin secretion than the packaging indicates remember to read the label and

diligently track those carbs also before buying pre-made keto friendly baked

goods do some research on the company to make sure it's trustworthy after all one

cookie isn't worth getting kicked out of ketosis ultimately doing your own baking

at home gives you the greatest amount of control over what you're putting in your

body with the little planning and a well-stocked pantry you'll have all the

tools you need to replicate your favorite baked goods at home be sure to

explore the recipe section on ruled me for plenty of creative delicious ideas

Wailing Caverns Classic WoW Horde Guide - Duration: 8:31.

Hello everyone, and welcome back to another installment of my dungeon quest guide series.

My name is Icosiol, and today we find ourselves in the Barrens where we will see what quests

motivate the Horde to explore the caves near the Lushwater Oasis; better known to you as,

The Wailing Caverns.

The Wailing Caverns is a dungeon grand in scale when considering the lower level requirements

needed to run through it.

It comes with many twists and turns that many players (including myself) can easily get

turned around in.

Located in the heart of the Barrens, the Wailing Caverns is a 5-Man Dungeon appropriate for

the levels of 18-24.

There are a lot of tricky pulls that await you, so having a party that can CC effectively

will greatly help.

Now let's get started.

In order to unlock all the quests available for the Wailing Caverns there are several

pre-quests that must be done first.

In order to get the pinnacle quest of the instance called, "Leaders of the Fang" you

will first need to speak to, Tonga Runetotem who is found at the Crossroads.

He will give you the quest called, "The Forgotten Pools", and this begins a string of quests

that will have you traveling to three different oases in the zone and completing different

tasks.

Once you complete these quests you will be asked to speak with, Hamuul Runetotem who

is found on the, Elder Rise in Thunderbluff.

After speaking with him you will have unlocked the, "Leaders of the Fang" quest which is

given to you by Nara Wildmane who is found in the same tent; and she will reward you

with one of two rare quality items called the, Crescent Staff, or Wingblade.

The second quest you need to unlock is called, "Smart Drinks", and to unlock it you must

first speak to, Mebok Mizzyrix who is found in Ratchet.

The quest you want to complete is called, "Raptor Horns" and you will be rewarded a

stack of five Raptor Punch, and a Barkeeper's Cloak.

To complete it you will need to collect 5 Intact Raptor Horns from Sunscale Scytheclaws,

and those mobs can be found in abundance at either of these two locations.

Collect what you need and head back to Mebok who will now give you the quest for the instance

called, "Smart Drinks."

You will need to collect 6 portions of Wailing Essence from the Devouring Ectoplasms found

both outside and inside the instance.

On the Spirit Rise in Thunderbluff there is a place called the, Pools of Vision and inside

you will find, Apothecary Zamah who will offer you the quest, "Serpentbloom."

Zamah wants you to bring her 10 Serpentblooms which can be collected both outside and inside

the instance, and she will reward you with the cloth uncommon quality, Apothecary Gloves.

You will now head on over to Ratchet to pick up one more quest.

The quest is called, "Trouble at the Docks", and it is offered to you by Crane Operator,

Bigglefuzz who wants you to collect a bottle of 99-year old Port held by a goblin named,

Mad Magglish who can be found outside the instance.

The final two quests you need are actually found above the Wailing Caverns entrance.

To get there just follow around the south-eastern side of the hill until you find a path that

leads to the top as I do here.

Jump down carefully and inside you will find two quest givers named, Ebru and Nalpak.

Ebru will give you the quest called, "Deviate Eradication" and you are tasked to kill seven

each of Deviate Ravagers, Vipers, Shamblers, and Dreadfangs.

You will be rewarded either a green quality Leather Pattern, Wand, or mail Gauntlets.

Now speak with Nalpak who will give you the quest, Deviate Hides, and he wants you to

collect 20 Deviate Hides from the creatures who dwell in the caverns.

You will be rewarded with either uncommon leather leggings, or a 10-Slot Bag.

Being the bag collector I am I always suggest taking that bag.

Your quest log should now look like this, and if so it is now time to gather your party

and head inside.

Before you enter the instance there are a few quests you can complete outside.

The first is to find Mad Magglish and collect the 99-Year Old Port.

Magglish is stealthed and can be hard to find, but he will be found in either of these three

areas marked here.

Kill him, and loot the 99-Year Old Port to complete the quest.

For the quest, "Serpentbloom" you are looking for these purple and green colored roses found

throughout the caverns both outside and inside the instance.

They are few and far between, but there are more than enough to complete the quest.

Keep in mind that the Serpentbloom found outside the instance respawn at a quicker rate than

the ones found inside.

The next quest that can be completed before going inside is, Deviate Hides where you must

collect the hides that drop off of any of the lizard and serpent creatures found in

the cave.

Plenty of these mobs can be found inside the dungeon, so I would suggest doing one lap

around the pond before going inside just to get you started.

Also found in the same area are the Devouring Ectoplasms you need to collect the Wailing

Essence for the quest, "Smart Drinks."

More of these ectoplasms can be found inside the instance, so again just do one lap around

the pond and you're ready to start the dungeon.

The moment you zone in you will want to speak with the Disciple of Naralex who will offer

you a buff before you begin.

This will not be the last time you speak to him.

Once you begin you will immediatley begin to kill some of the mobs you need to complete

the quest, "Deviate Eradication."

As long as you complete the entire dungeon you will easily complete the quest, because

each will be found in a different section of the dungeon.

The last quest for you to complete is the, "Leaders of the Fang" and you need to collect

the gem from each of the four Fanglords.

Those Fanglords are, Lord Cobrahn, Lady Anacondra, Lord Pythas, and Lord Serpentis, and they

can be found at these locations.

Each of them has there own little tricks, and additional mobs that like to protect them.

Killing these Fanglords not only completes this quest, but also opens up another; so

go back to the Disciple of Naralex and speak to him to start an event.

You will escort the Disciple to the Dreamer's Rock which is located here, and along the

way you will be attacked in a couple areas until you reach the Dreamer.

Once you get there, the Disciple when begin a process of awakening Naralex, and it is

your job to protect him until the process is complete.

Be careful with the AoE during the first two phases, and allow your tank to establish threat

on the multiple mobs that are attacking.

These phases are timed, so you will have to bring these mobs down quickly so you're not

overwhelmed.

The third and final phase will bring out, Mutanus the Devourer.

He has a few abilities to watch out for such as a knockback, and sleeping random party

members.

Once Mutanus is dead he will drop for you an item called, the "Glowing Shard" which

will begin your final quest.

To complete the "Glowing Shard" you will need to speak with, Sputtervalve who is found next

to the Flight Master in Ratchet.

He tells you to speak with a Druid named, Falla Sagewind who is located at the top of

the hill above the Wailing Caverns.

You will now be sent to Thunderbluff to speak with Hammul Runetotem to complete the series,

and collect your reward which is either cloth shoulders, or mail boots of uncommon quality.

With all your other quests complete your time in the Wailing Caverns is over.

How To Cook The Perfect Pan Seared Steak: A Beginner's Guide | Jono (Episode 7) - Duration: 5:32.

Wassup YouTube. Its Jono here.

When I first started out in the kitchen,

cooking steak was extremely daunting.

Its not the cheapest ingredient.

So I was always worried of screwing up a good piece of meat.

If you're a beginner learning how to cook steak,

the quickest & simplest method would be pan searing.

This was the method I learnt when I first started out in the kitchen.

So today, I'm going to show you step by step how to cook a

perfectly pan seared steak everytime.

Lets go.

For a perfect steak, make sure you get a quality cut of beef.

I've gone with a Scotch Fillet.

But other great steak cuts you can get include:

Eye Fillet, Sirloin, T-Bone & Rump.

Don't try buy the cheapest thing you can find.

First time I tried cooking steak, I went to the supermarket

and I bought the cheapest thing I could find

- a chuck steak for $12/per kg.

I'm not saying chuck steak is bad,

Its just not appropriate for pan searing.

What I ended up getting was a tough & chewy piece of steak.

Not pleasant.

So learn from my mistake.

Choose a cut of meat thats appropriate for pan searing.

Try get a piece of mean with a good thickness to it.

Preferably around 1-1.5 inches.

One last thing you want to look for in a good steak is the marbling.

These are the little streaks of fat which are interweaving through the meat.

The more marbling a steak has the more tender it will be.

Ok, so now that we've got our piece of meat sorted, time to season it up.

Rub both sides of the steak with olive oil.

Then generously season with salt & pepper.

When you're cooking steak, always remember to remove the steak

from the fridge 20-30 minutes before you actually cook it.

This bring the meat up to room temperature

which will allow it to cook evenly.

Thats what helps it develop that beautiful brown crust whilst

still staying nice & tender in the middle.

Wow that was a lot of steak info.

And now its finally time to cook the damn thing.

So get a pan with a heavy bottom & preheat it over a medium high heat.

A heavier pan means heat gets distributed more evenly

which gives the steak an amazing sear.

Let it get smoking hot.

To test, splash some water in the pan.

See that sizzle?

Its getting hot in here so its....

time to put on your steak....

Always lay the steak away from you.

You don't want oil stains on your lovely t-shirt do you?

Once your steak is on the pan, just let it sit there & sizzle away.

When I first started cooking, it was really tempting to play

around with the tongs & move it around.

But resist your urges!

Its really important to keep flipping to a minimum.

That allows the meat to get prolonged contact with the pan

which creates that beautiful brown crust.

Just flip the steak every 2 minutes so that it cooks evenly on both sides.

Don't forget to turn the steak on its side as well.

You want to cook the fat out of the steak & get a crust on all sides.

In cooking, we call this rendering down the fat.

See how the fat's turned from transparent to a golden brown colour?

Thats what we wanna see.

Ok now we've come to the hardest part of cooking steak.

Trying to figure out how long to cook the damn thing.

Now have you ever gone to a restaurant & ordered steak?

If you have you'll remember cos your wallet probably got

10x lighter.

But when you order, the waiter will ask you

"how would you like your steak done sir/madam?"

What they're referring to is how thoroughly you want your steak cooked.

Most people including myself like it medium rare

where its still slightly pink in the middle.

But it's up to you. I'm not your advisor.

This steak is around 300g so I'll probably cook this for 7-8min

for medium rare.

If you like it medium, go for 8-9 min.

I'm just going to do our final flip.

Oooo la la look at that sear.

Thats the golden brown crust we're looking for guys.

Just to finish off our steak, I'm going to add a tbsp of butter at the end.

This will just take your steak up to another level

and give you that rich buttery finish.

Omg this looks so good.

A little trick to test how well your steak is cooked is to

join your finger with your thumb.

So that's rare.

Thats medium rare.

So just poke your palm & compare the softness with the meat.

Once your steak is cooked, allow the steak to rest for 3 min.

I know it looks so damn mouth watering.

Its just sitting there going "EAT ME NOW".

Talk about temptations.

This is probably the hardest step to do but its also an important one.

Letting the steak rest will allow the juices inside to soak

back into the meat.

If you cut it now all those beautiful steak juices will come leaking out.

You don't want that.

When you're slicing steak, you always want to be cutting against the grain.

The grains are generally going to be running horizontally across the meat.

So you want to slice the meat vertically into lovely thin strips.

Ok here we go.

Fingers crossed.

Wooohooo turned out well.

Thats what you're aiming for in a perfect steak guys.

A lovely brown crust on the outside, but slightly red

juicy and tender on the inside.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Thanks you for watching.

An audio guide to the 2019 Brussels Motor Show: Kawasaki W800, MV Agusta Superveloce, Suzuki Katana - Duration: 5:39.

Hello. My name is Percy.

Allow me to introduce you to the finest motorcycles

on display at the 2019 Brussels Motor Show.

Let's kick this right off.

This is Benelli.

Benelli is about as Italian as Kung Pao Chicken.

This is a Ducati.

People buy Ducatis to celebrate their promotion to middle management.

It is a little-known fact that all Ducati mechanics hold a doctorate degree from MIT.

Harley-Davidson is a company that sells Zippo lighters and bandanas.

Harley-Davidson. For the man who likes shiny things.

Can-Am.

No can do.

I have absolutely no idea what this is.

Or this.

This is a man in a Harley-Davidson jacket on a Royal Enfield.

Aprilia is an Italian company that makes very SMALL and very LARGE bikes.

The best thing about Moto Guzzi is its name.

Moto ... Guzzi.

Moto ... Guzzi.

Moto ... Guzzi.

This is a Triumph Street Triple RS.

It can SEE you.

Husqvarna. There are exactly 78 ways of pronouncing this name,

and NONE of them are correct.

Is Philippe Starck doing motorcycles again?

KTM. Still making the best out of ONE cylinder.

The BMW GS Adventure.

Because you have "The Long Way Round" on Blu-ray.

BMW S1000RR.

This is a Kawasaki Ninja.

The name "Ninja" appeals to you because - inside - you are still a child.

Rejoice, for the Super Sport 600 has returned!

This is what teenagers call a duck face.

This is the new W800.

Nothing says "retro" like twin shocks.

Scooters. Fun to ride...

Until your friends see you.

You can order any Yamaha with only a coat of primer.

The idea is that you paint it yourself with a rattle can.

Str*nzo.

Indian.

Making America great again.

A sidecar. Because she insists on coming along.

A Mutt Motorcycle is the ultimate fashion accessory for any bearded hipster.

This is a Cadillac convertible.

Statistics show that 98% of all motorcycle accidents involve a Suzuki Gixxer.

With the Katana, Suzuki is bringing back the 80s.

Cue the synthwave music.

And that concludes our little tour around the 2019 Brussels Motor Show.

I hope to see you next year.

In the meantime,

here are some more pictures of a fine Italian motorcycle.

Goodbye.
