- There's a reason you feel so sleepy

on your international trips.

And no, it has nothing to do with

how annoying it is to travel with your partner.

Sorry, they suck.

Hello internet, I'm Wil Fulton,

and this is "Thrillist Travel Guide,"

where we not only tell you about the best places

to visit around the world,

we try to make you a better traveler.

For example, if you use your iPad to take pictures

in crowded public spaces,

you're gonna look stupid.

Even with a filter applied.

Boy howdy, the Eiffel Tower sure is prettier in person.

But let's put tablet faux pas aside for now,

and focus on my least favorite thing about traveling:

jet lag.

If you travel to another time zone,

you may find it a little difficult to adjust.

This will lead to feelings of grogginess, malaise,

fatigue, and, you know, wanting to take a nap

every day at noon.

- Move (beep)!

- It can even lead to gastrointestinal problems,

and affect your mood.

It's kind of a big deal, actually.

It can mess you up for days,

and even weeks after your trip ends.

- Are you awake?

- Yeah.

- So, is there really any way to nip jet lag

in its circadian rhythm-altering bud?

First up, let's look at some of the more out-there

methods that apparently work.

Some quote unquote wellness experts

believe that taking your shoes off

and walking around on a natural surface

like grass, or soil, or sand, will help

reset your circadian rhythm

and set your sleep cycle straight again.

I've actually tried this after a transatlantic flight

to London, and all I got were funny looks from strangers,

but to be fair it was their lawn.

Other experts say measured exposure to light,

fasting, or taking melatonin might be helpful

in diffusing your jet lag.

And I've tried all of these things to little success.

Honestly, in this traveler's opinion,

a little bit of planning might be all you really need.

First off, red-eye flights to different time zones

can really throw you off.

Unless you have one of those first class seats

that fold into a bed.

In that case, I hate you anyway, so it doesn't matter.

But for the rest of us,

when you can, avoid those late-night flights.

But really, the most important battle

to fight en route to jet-lag dominance

might be staying awake till it's bedtime

in your new time zone.

No matter what, you must stay conscious

in an effort to set your sleep cycle right again.

When I went to Thailand,

I stayed up for almost 30 hours straight,

and yes, I was a little tired in the process

and maybe zoned out touring a few wats,

but I went to bed at a new normal time,

and I experienced zero jet lag for the rest of my trip.

But I realize everyone is not as strong or as wired as me,

so if you must nap, sleep experts recommend

it be no longer than a quick 20- to 30-minute snooze,

lest you risk getting even more tired

than you were in the first place.

So, really, the only two ways to combat jet lag

are planning trips that won't (beep) with your sleep cycle,

and if you can't do that,

forcing yourself to stay awake till it's nighttime

in your new time zone.

And if you pass out for nine hours at 3pm the first day,

your entire trip might be ruined.

- We slept in!

- And why let sleeping ruin your trip

when there's plenty of tourists walking around

taking pictures on their iPads to do that for you.

Rottweiler Dog Breed Guide - Duration: 3:25.

The Rottweiler is a dog that's perhaps suffered as a result of media pressure

more than most dogs but they can make an ideal family dog in the right homes.

They were originally bred to drive cattle so they've got that chasing instinct in there.

And they also were bred to guard the cattle.

Recently breeders have done an awful lot to improve the temperament of the breed and they do tend

to be less guarding now and perhaps they were once and can make ideal family pets

A Rottweiler is a very sensitive breed and as puppies they're very sensitive so

they need a lot of kind handling. But you also need a firm hand with a Rottweiler.

If he feels you're too weak with him - give him an inch he'll take a mile.

What you've got is a very powerful animal. As an adult it's a big dog so you've got a responsibility to do lots

of early socialization lots of habituation to life itself and lots of of training.

You have to be assertive they're not the breed for the faint-hearted.

He's a thinker he will get bored with situations so you have to

keep his mind active at all times. He is a working breed by nature he needs to be

directed into some positive training and lots of activity. He's a very high-energy dog.

It's going to be powerful you need to make sure that you have got that power under your control.

I would advise people that live in small spaces - flats, apartments - that this not the breed for you.

Anywhere with stairs, where you have to walk up and down apartments - steps - that is not the

place for him either. We need somewhere with space, we need somewhere with a garden.

They can be family-orientated but sometimes can be slightly aloof with strangers. When we get them in

we would look to maybe place them with an experienced family and certainly

somebody who wants to do positive training with them.

A Rottweiler's a wash-and-wear breed . You know he doesn't take a lot of grooming. So every time

that he's moulting I would always recommend that you give him a good bath

or send into a groomers for a hydro bath which stimulates his skin.

To be perfectly honest the more you bath a Rottweiler the better they are.

True Rottweilers should be a calm and confident animal so if you want to buy a Rottweiler you need

to go to a reputable breeder and make sure that you're getting a calm

confident puppy from calm confident adults.

When you buy your puppy you don't just buy a puppy you buy the breeder's experience so the breeder can help you

with training with rearing with feeding so therefore you have a support group.

You should never buy from anyone that just breeds purely for financial gain

you should buy from people that have a passion about their breed that want to

either work the breed or show the breed. Those are the breeders that are

passionate Rottweiler breeders.

Do buy very carefully and do make sure that you are prepared to take on a strong,

dominant dog because they do require a firm hand.

A King Hassan Farming Guide - Duration: 4:30.

Greetings, fellow masters!

It is I, The Bell Tolls.

I hope you had a good time farming Solomon, I know I sure did.

That's also why I haven't had a proper video in the past week…

Originally this was supposed to be about farming for Musashi, but I realized I was a bit late

for that.

So instead, let's get onto the next 5 star servant coming out.

None other than the one and only King Hassan.

His banner is predicted to launch on January 8th

Oh god I'm not ready, oh god

So you have a little under a week to farm what you need for him.

Better get cracking!

We're starting with our core components for the best Assassin the game,

being experience cards.

Like any other five star, King Hassan will need 375 assassin cards to get him to 90.

That assumes no super or great successes, so you might need less if you're lucky.

If you don't have assassin experience, it's 450 of any other class.

If you want to grail him, as you should, you'll need 627 assassin cards to get those triple

digits.

Alternatively, 753 non-assassin cards.

Obviously you need five grails too.

Pretty standard stuff so far.

For ascending the old man of the mountain, you'll need the following: 17 assassin pieces,

22 evil bones, 17 assassin monuments, 29 chains, 6 cursed beast… gallstones…

I swear that's what it's called and I hate it.

And lastly, 24 void dust.

Now let's get into the skills.

I won't trick you like with Merlin here, I'll just say the total amount for all 3

skills.

Ready?

51 blue assassin gems, 51 red assassin gems, 51 gold assassin gems, 132 chains, 132 evil

bones, 177 deadly poisonous needles, 72 lanterns, and 3 lores for a 10/10/10.

As you can see, King Hassan requires many sacrifices to unleash his true power.

But worry not, because I'll break down where you need to be.

Starting with the pieces, monuments, and gems, you can head over the Assassin Daily Quests.

These are available each Saturday.

10 AP is best for blue gems, 20 AP for red gems and pieces, and 40 AP for gold gems and

monuments.

Keep in mind 20 AP also drops blue gems at a high rate, so you can simultaneously get

your blue and red gems.

If you're short on Chains, Wastelands of Death in Camelot will be your new best friend.

It's a three wave map with assassins and berserkers, so big AOEs will come in handy.

Evil bones are a bit of a descent into madness.

The most AP efficient map is Fuyuki X-C, requiring only 4 AP per run, but at an 18% drop rate.

X-G on the other hand is 15 AP but has a 63% drop rate.

It depends on whether you want to be as AP efficient as possible or see drops show up

more often.

Either way, that's hell you're walking into.

Both of these maps are extremely easy and can be bustered down with no trouble.

Stingers, I've actually already talked about on this channel!

The best spot is Field of Reeds, and you can check out my farming guide for that by clicking

the little card thing.

Whatever YouTube calls it these days.

Hopefully you farmed Forneus a little while the Solomon raid was active, because you need

a lot of these.

Wrapping up the bronze mats, Void Dust can be found in America at Charlotte.

It's a bit of a messy node in terms of composition, so look out for a future video covering the

best way to tackle it.

Lanterns are once again something I hoped you farmed a little during Solomon, because

the alternative is depressing.

For these, you'll want to check out Kutha in Babylon.

The node is three waves of purely assassin ghosts, so bust out your Casters and go to

town.

Onto the final and only gold mat (besides lores) that King Hassan needs, we have…

ugh, the gallstones.

Anyway, it's a good thing you only need 6 of these, because it's a very low drop

rate material from Mt. Ebih in Babylon.

Fortunately it's an all berserker node, so it's not the most difficult to clear.

Again, I'll get a video on this soon.

So there you have it!

All of the farming locations you'll need to max out The Old Man of the Mountain.

Your struggle will be worth it, I promise

Hopefully your rolls are good, and for my sake I hope they're good for me as well.

Be on the lookout for videos of some of the maps in question coming out this week.

As always, thank you for watching.

I know it was a short one, but if I explained all the maps one of these videos would take

like… an hour.

So, let's just keep it simple.

Let me know if this video helped you out by commenting, liking, or subscribing.

Or any combination, I'm not picky.

May your farming be bountiful, and may the bell never toll for you.

Farewell, fellow Masters.

Until next time!

An Expert's Guide to Getting Along - Duration: 3:56.

Conflict is a part of life.

But when it turns violent and divides families and communities, it makes us wonder:

How did we get here? What should we do now? And what can we do better in the future?

That's where I come in.

I'm Dr. Govinda Clayton. I'm a senior researcher in peace processes at ETH Zurich,

which is a university in Switzerland.

I've basically spent most of my life trying to understand how violent conflict can be

resolved through communication.

I work with everyone, from governments and UN officials to NGOs and community leaders,

helping them to communicate more effectively.

So whether you plan to have a tough conversation with a politician, your boss or even your

family, here are some key steps to pull you through.

The first step to having any successful discussion is to figure out what you want

and why it's important to you.

Start by setting some specific and measurable goals for yourself. What outcome would be

a win for everybody?

Next, do a little self-check-in.

Are you feeling really angry? Sad? Anxious or maybe tired?

If there's a chance that any of those negative emotions will get the better of you, this

might not be the best time to engage in a hard conversation.

So keeping calm and present really is key.

Otherwise conversations can end up like this:

So, channel your inner guru and start by taking a few deep and conscious breaths.

Then you can start listening.

But not just any kind of listening. Active listening.

Which, by the way, does not look like this:

The point here is to figure out each other's perspectives,

not come up with a winning comeback.

This means you need to be genuinely curious and ask questions.

Pro tip: It helps to talk less and listen more.

But active listening is not just about understanding the content of what is said.

It also means acknowledging the underlying feelings

and the emotion that's behind the message.

It's about making sure that the other party just really feels heard.

So pay attention to the nonverbal cues,

like a person's pitch, their tone or their body language.

And the best part is, you can be an active listener without even having to agree.

OK, now you're in a conversation.

You're gonna need to try and look past people's positions.

Focus instead on their interests.

Imagine an iceberg.

The positions are on the surface. That's what people say they want.

The interests are what's hidden below. That's why people want something.

This is about their underlying reasons or motivations.

And once you figure out those interests, congratulations!

You are well on your way to finding that common ground.

And finally, no matter how difficult the conversation might be,

just acknowledge the other person's

point of view and show gratitude for what they brought to the conversation.

We often only remember the peak and final moments of any experience. So if you don't

want the dialogue to hit a deadend, it's important to end it on a positive note.

These days, it's really easy to live in an echo chamber,

where we just talk to those who agree with us.

It's way more challenging to talk to those whose positions offend

or maybe even repulse us.

But if you take the time to set goals, actively listen, ask questions

and focus on those common interests,

you can be a powerful force for positive change.

Defense Guide for Skyscraper, all sites included - Duration: 14:00.

Ranked guide, Skyscraper

There are English subtitles in the bottom!

Skyscraper is a map that is very similarly played as Kanal, mostly outside and roam clears

are very easy to do as well as cutting the rotation between the two buildings.

That is why, this map is not balanced for a competitive play,

it is very hard to roam unlike on the previous map, Bank.

We will start with hands down, best site to defend if you're in a soloQ or duoQ

which is Tea and Karaoke.

Kitchen/BBQ could probably take that throne of being the best in the competitive.

Back to Karaoke.

Recommended operator for every site is definitely Valkyrie for the runouts - just like on the Kanal

The map is based on the aggressiveness.

Place some Valk cams depending on what attackers want to play, its Geisha, most of the time.

You could go additionally with Pulse for the underneath play.

For the reinforcements, you'll need 1, 2, 3

(so you can play a bit more dynamic in the Geisha,

especially if they have Maverick, to have more safe spots),

4 (another angle to contest Geisha), 5

(To remove the Karaoke's window LOS onto the Geisha),

6 (in order to deny their LOS from the same window to the tea)

7, 8,

9 and 10 (both walls gives you one and nearly the only one anchor spot in the Karaoke).

You may need following rotations, here (so you nullify their N stairs push)

here for a rotation from Geisha to Hallways, a safer route to escape.

You'll need a leg-level LOS in the Karaoke, to see their push in it from the window.

You can open small LOS here for a cheeky peek onto the Geisha windows.

You will need [7] barbs, Lesion's Gu mines can replace them, on the following positions,

here, here, here,

here,

here,

here and here.

You may want to play, especially a good place for Smoke, is in the Karaoke.

This is the most important spot to be, as you can see N stairs, N entrance and Karaoke.

With this spot, there is one closeby for a pixel peek towards the window.

For other anchor spot, you may play in Tea behind any these 2

You'll definitely want to have one person in Geisha in any of these spots

and you can play behind the reinforcement, to contest Geisha as already mentioned.

For an advanced hold, you can actually hold Geisha by opening most of the Geisha walls

and having a mira window in the Tea + a standard reinforcement here.

That way, attackers will be forced to go vertical to deny the mira

in case they want to play from Geisha.

Oh and, a nice angle onto the Toilet entrance can be found here.

I've said that BBQ and Kitchen are theoretically the best site to defend, but in soloQ or duoQ

- you would be relying too much on other people.

Attackers should not be able to plant in the BBQ whatsoever,

but it can happen with randoms.

That is why, I'd go with Exhibition and Work Office for the second objective.

For an advanced hold, will be a similar advanced hold as defending Master Bedroom, is to open

the most left wall and have Clash in there, preferrably with an ADS of Jager behind Clash.

That way, they won't be able to get on the balcony as Clash cannot be crossfired at all.

The only worrisome thing is Garden push, which can be deniable by the roamers

This is advanced, lets go back to the basics.

For the Valk spots, feel free to use even two outside.

Also, a go-to operator is always considered Castle here,

by barricading this window,

this double door,

making a rotation here

and you can barricade this door with opening a rotation on the left side.

CBs are there to make harder the play on the N window

and a N window play is very important for attackers to attack this site

a rotation is definitely needed here once you block the only double door.

A CB that is blocking Garden is there for another anchor spot, and you can always contest

attackers in the Garden due to this rotation, but usually

the rotation is used mostly to be aware of this long outside balcony.

You may need following reinforcements: 1, 2, 3, 4,

5,

6, 7 (these two are for an anchor spot, all 3 CBs are aiding it),

8, 9 and 10.

We have already done most of the rotations, one more is left between sites.

For the barbs, you will need 6 of them, which are located, two by the stairs,

by the windows,

two pair on the balcony,

the further one allows you to prefire upcoming attackers or/and

wastes their explosives, the one near you is there so you do not get pushed that easily from the rotation

As for the anchor spots, there aren't many in the objective,

this spot could work just once, but it is known in higher tier games.

You may want to play behind the bar

or close to the Exhibit window.

Other than that, you'll have more roamers that will try to runout for early picks.

Bedroom is hands down the worst site to defend, so let's get going to BBQ.

Your main mission with holding BBQ and Kitchen is actually holding Geisha and Restaurant.

From Geisha's hatch, you can deny most of Kitchen, so as long as it is in your control

- you should be good to go.

Defending restaurant means a no-no plant in BBQ and that is the part of relying on your teammates.

For a bit more advanced hold, put a double mira strat in the Geisha,

not exactly double mira strat, but two miras in the Geisha.

That way, only maverick will be a hard counter to this strat.

For the basic strat, Mira is again a recommended pick with having one mira as crouch one

on the BBQs wall, from the Bar side

whereas the other one is in the Geisha, helping you holding it.

You'll definitely need to reinforce following walls, 1,

2, 3

(on the left side as the bomb blocks you to peek on the left, that is why leaving soft part

on the right is a better idea,

4 so they do not have a direct LOS towards the BBQ from the Toilet window,

6

to tunnel them through one door if pushing from the E side and 4 in the Geisha,

here, here, here (mira window) and here.

For the rotations, you will need two of them,

one by the mira window in the 1F and the

second one between sites.

Rotations in the Geisha can be used against you, so keep that in mind

obviously open the Geisha hatch.

You may need barbs on the following places, 1,

2,

3,

4,

5 The last one is mostly to hold Restaurant as much as possible.

For the anchor spots, there are none - you can play behind the mira window in the Bar

or in the corner of bar,

it's recommended to pick shield if wanting to play on the spot.

Definitely worst objective is Bedroom and Toilet because Bedroom is very easy to attack

and defenders cannot contest them but from above - which can be easily captured by attackers.

You need to be extra aggressive here, fight for the Work Office

and spawnpeek, that is why, the advanced play from the 2nd defend would also do wonders (with the Clash).

However, I'll try to give you some basic information.

Pick as much intel operators as possible, Echo included.

You want to be able to deny the plant for afar of the Bedroom, Echo will do that the most.

Intel operators will give you an edge over aggressiveness.

For the reinforcements, you will need to reinforce, starting with the top:

1, 2, 3,

4, 5, 6, 7,

8,

9

and 10.

You could go with Castle and block the following 2 double doors

and the Toilet window.

You've put basement reinforcements in a way so you can play in the Delivery and

the top floor reinforcement is there to keep the top floor control as much as possible.

An additional problem with this site is that, attackers do not need to

be in the Work Office, all what they have to make sure is that no defender is playing

in the Work Office so their plant cannot be stopped.

For the rotations, there arent any must needed, you can, however,

make a little melee/bullet peek over here to deny the Toilet window, which is barricaded by the Castle.

Additionally, you may want to open the wall between sites, so you can deny their plant

from the Toilet - though it can be used against you as well.

You'll need following barbs 1

and 2 on the top,

3

and 4 or the 1F

For the anchor spots, there is just one, let's say viable - in the showers cub

You might want to play in the Delivery as well as on the top.

the quizzes section that outlines this information. Basically, there are four

approaches to searching the style guide. First, you can use the standard search

box at the top right corner of the website. This is most helpful if you know

what you're looking for. If you have a two-part phrase for example, such as side

effect, p-value or confidence interval, then you can just go ahead and put

quotations around the phrase and the search will retrieve exact mentions of

that phrase. If you want to narrow your search down further, then go to the left

reviewing the options in "Narrow Your Choices", you can identify more precisely

what part of the style book to review. For example, if you wanted to know more

about study design and statistics involving confidence intervals, you would

access that section in the "Refine By Sections" box. By hitting the plus sign

under this heading, you'll access the sections in this chapter. You can also

use the "Refine Terms" function in the "Narrow Your Choices" box. This link allows

you to more specifically delineate your search parameters and you can search for

your word or phrase in Full Text, Headings, Bibliography, Tables, Figure

Captions, Abstracts, DOI/ISBN, you could search one term or

multiple terms. And, if you click "Add Row", you can add a boolean operator, such as

and, or, or not. You can also use the "Contents" tab, at the top left of the main page, and

by clicking on the "Contents" tab your're taken to an expandable list of the contents

of the style guide. Finally, you can access the Index under the "End Matter"

heading, and this will bring up the same list of index entries that appears in

the hard copy version of the style book. Each entry is followed by a link. For

example, if you want information on book edition numbers, you just click on the

word "link" by that entry and you'll be taken directly to the information on

book edition numbers. All right, well that's it for now. Thank you so much for

Introduction to "A Mystics Guide to a Better Body" by Christopher Michael - Duration: 10:08.

Hi, I'm Christopher and I'd like to tell you about a writing project I've been working

on as I've traveled the world these past ten years.

I'm speaking to you now from a bamboo hut in a mountain village in Thailand.

The subject is one we can all relate to, the BODY.

Specifically learning to make peace with the body and accept it exactly the way it is NOW.

Can you imagine feeling completely satisfied with your body with no need for any improvement

in health or appearance?

Can you imagine the peace and joy you would feel in such a state?

I'm here to say this is not only possible, but your natural, default state of being.

As a lifelong spiritual philosopher, my learning curriculum always seems to come back to this

subject.

In my own life experience insecurities about the body have been a significant source of

suffering, in both mind and health.

Now, however, through the concepts and techniques I present in the book, I've finally come to

peace with my body and in doing so reached a state of true joy and balanced health.

My life long back pain has disappeared, my body proportions have changed, and I've not

been ill or fatigued since completing the training presented in the book.

I no longer have those moments where I recoil in disgust after catching my reflection unexpectedly,

or seeing myself in a photo.

I only see a body perfectly reflecting my state of mind.

Even signs of aging have diminished.

The book will thoroughly explore the spiritual nature of body image and how the image you

hold of the body makes the body.

This includes both your appearance and health.

This concept is backed by scientific evidence, philosophical logic, and thousands of years

of spiritual knowledge.

Most people don't associate spirituality with the body, which makes sense given spirit is

widely understood to be non-physical.

Many spiritual teachers tend to avoid or circumvent the subject.

However, in order reach true happiness, we must bridge the gap between the physical and

the non-physical.

The two experiences need not be held separate any longer.

Something interesting happens when this realization fully sinks into our consciousness.

As we begin to accept our body as it is, the body becomes healthier and more attractive

to others.

The truth is we are more attracted to another person's state of mind than their body.

This may seem contrary to your own experience, but as we dig deeper I'm confident you'll

find the truth of this idea.

You see, when your self-worth is no longer determined by the judgment of others, you

become free to share your true loving nature without defense mechanisms.

Everyone is attracted to Love, in whatever form it appears.

The book starts with some basic questions.

What is the body?

Am I the body?

When the body dies do I die?

Must aging involve suffering and sickness?

Most people think of the body as solid matter.

Even our thinking mind, which is clearly not physical, is believed to be the product of

the brain and therefore of the body.

But if you really look at this assumption you'll see it makes no sense whatsoever.

If you are a body then where's the body you had when you were born?

Where is the body you had ten years ago?

You clearly do not exist as a single version of a body.

Medical science has shown that every cell in the body is replaced many times in one's

lifetime.

On a deeper level every atom is replaced on an even shorter timeframe.

And deeper still, on the quantum level, science has found no fixed particles at all.

Therefore simple logic tells us the body cannot be a thing of solid matter.

What are we then, if not a body of solid matter?

A logical conclusion is that we are the animating force beneath the matter.

This force gathers the atoms into molecules to create and animate trillions of cells into

complex systems, all working in harmony to make a functioning body.

It is the same force that sparked the very first life form and continues to expand and

evolve life today.

Life is a symphony and the Life Force the conductor.

So how does this relate to how you feel about your body?

First off, learning not to see the body as solid matter, but as an expression of the

Life Force, provides an entirely new frame of reference about yourself.

When you fully come to understand and accept what you truly are, it's impossible to hold

attack thoughts against the body.

Your true essence is the Life Force itself; the same Force that created the unimaginably

complex and incredibly beautiful web of life on Earth.

How can you be unworthy?

To observe the body as ugly, unhealthy, or inadequate is only possible from the limited

perspective of the lower, animal mind.

When seen from the higher perspective of the Life Force, it becomes a thing of total Love

and beauty.

Yet a conceptual understanding of our true nature is just the first step.

The book goes on to provide a practical, easy to follow mind training program to help assimilate

these concepts into deeper levels of knowing.

This program is really a reprogramming.

It first de-programs the deep-seated, erroneous perceptions you currently hold, and then re-programs

your mind to only see yourself in loving light.

This training program will also be accompanied by a series guided meditations in audio format.

This will serve to accelerate the transformation process.

In addition to the mind training program, the book will include an action plan to guide

you in how to eat and how to move the body.

These topics are generally regarded with significant resistance.

This is not a diet and exercise program.

It is actually a complete reversal of conventional thinking on the subject.

After all, has conventional thinking solved the epidemic of poor health, including body

weight issues?

This action program does not seek to limit or judge what you eat, how much you eat, or

how much you choose to exercise.

Remember, the goal is to first change your mind about the body.

The premise is that it's not what you consume that matters but your state of mind while

consuming it.

If you consume with guilt, fear, or worry, the result will be negative.

If you consume with Love and take the time to savor every moment of the experience, the

result will be positive.

The same holds true for exercise.

If you perceive exercise as suffering then the results will be diminished and short lived.

However if you see body movement as a loving and joyful expression, the body will respond

accordingly.

And again, the goal is not to change the body through action, but to accept the body as

it is now.

Holding negative thoughts about eating and exercise will only hinder this goal.

The concept of no pain, no gain must be completely dispelled.

The action program includes no painful exercise and no food deprivation.

Life is meant to be joyful, not painful.

A joyful life produces a healthy, joyful body.

The action plan will also include guided movement videos for everyone, no matter their current

level of fitness.

These videos will also be recorded with a 360 camera for viewing in virtual reality.

If you'd like to support this project and help me complete and publish the book, I will

joyfully accept your donation and provide you the completed book and the guided meditation

and movement videos with gratitude.

With endless Love,

Christopher

And teach to be a successful trader. Please take a look at my website and welcome to a new world and a new beginning

Towards your financial freedom

There's a world out there waiting for you if you want to just grass

Hi folks, my name's Steve Madison author of the book on forex trading

now

it's

15th of March Thursday, and we got the pound dollar on the screen 15 minutes yard now. I want to show you a breakout trade

Using the FSS strategy but also the average daily range

Now

this candle

Here this bull candle is a 4 o'clock London time. That's an hour before

London close and the daily range has only been about 54 pips

That's from here

to here

54 pips

That is incredibly low for the pound dollar

You can see the weekly average daily rate. He's humping 17 pips. The monthly is 112 bits

Yesterday was 94 but today and now we follow on the close. We've only gone 50 for pips half his normal rate

So something's got to give

something has to break eyelets at the upside or

The tip the downside and I was watching to see which way it was going to go

So eventually it broke to the upside there was the high

156 87 but look

With the reversal candle here, which engulfs one two, three four

certainly three

Four candles before it a big engulfing candle heading towards the day as high

four o'clock 4:15

at that time you've got both Ichimoku clouds are blue and

You've got a good angle on the stochastic. It doesn't matter this overbought that is irrelevant

You've got the twelve to two angle so you could take the long as soon as that

High is broken

You know for sure

The pound is going to get a bigger deal arranged than 54. I've never known it

You can see you've got all the blues

The trend SMA is blue

You've got a blue engulfing candle as soon as that breaks the high go up and you would have got 50 pips now

It's a very very good credit. Let someone look at it on the

1-minute chart as part of the TAS strategy

At that time four o'clock 4:15 see there's four o'clock

Put it with the red line here

There's their seven minutes basketball now you can see we've got what I like a

new

15 minute tricks widening

Both 5-minute tricks is coming together and blue

The one minute tricks is blue all for taking it to your clouds are blue our price is above

The coral which is also blue

Now put a horizontal lining where the

56 88 is you can go along there

Everything is in place for the TAS trend look at it all blue ready to go and

On the 15 or blue working for the height of the broker. It was a great trade. Let's some look on the 5-minute

On the 5-minute at the same time here

You've got

The trend SMA above the coral which is correct you've got actual chiku clouds

Both blue your tricks is both blue

Excellent soon as it breaks there

You can go on

That is an example of using the Ovilus daily range with breakouts late in the day and you know

And this gives you the clue which way it's gonna break

Now this is the FSS dashboard which shows you the daily ranges the weekly the monthly

It tells you how much room you got up how much room you've got down before you didn't do anything wrong

Also when any any of these get to zero, you're gonna have to be careful. We've got the

the number of pips to the trend ma

And so on and so forth fix to the swing low swing long pips to this wing high

Very useful information if you get my book the book on forex trading

You can read all about that. You can see that was a good move

Okay thoughts. Thank you very much. And thanks for listening

League Ranked Changes Guide: Runes - Duration: 1:37.

Riot has opted to just fine-tune the rune system for season 9

after last winter's overhaul they called the reforge

here's what you need to know

The Keystone's and most capabilities are mostly unchanged

what's added is an area where you can

customize offensive defensive and utility stats to adapt your champion to

the play style you want to achieve

this is a lot like the old rune system

but you don't have to earn them like the early days

all players get access to them right away and they're faster to set up

this replaces the adaptive champ stats from runes

where League presumes what you want

now you get back some of that customizability

For offense you can choose from additional damage, attack speed, or cooldown reduction

for defense health, armor, or magic resists or your options

a third flex section offers even more of either damaged, armor, or magic resist

the new runes focus mostly on flat effects rather than scaling effects

so they'll have more impact early game than late

of course, some individual ability runes were adjusted

most notably dark harvest and overgrowth were reworked and

chrysalis was removed

See links below for the details

Langkawi Island Hopping tour: Eagle Feeding (Guide & Review) - Duration: 5:37.

Hello guys, welcome to Love Live Discover Channel.

Right now I'm in Langkawi island and

This is the full guide and review of Langkawi island hopping tour.

Although there are many boat tours in the Langkawi island.

The Langkawi island hopping tour is the cheapest one.

we paid on the torturing it and it's also included to transfer from hotel to

the harbor as well at 9 o'clock in the morning they come and pick us up until 1

o'clock - boat tour continues we were around 10 people in the boat but there

might be a bigger boat depend under what time of the season you make also I want

to mention that there is one other company which do Island tours with

jetski which is really unique I think but I was way more expensive compared to

this one that's why we didn't choose to do that one this tour will take you to

free different location first location will be plow pollen booting and I think

I say wrong but it's like one of the first island there is a freshwater lake

in the middle of it and you have to pay six ringgit for the entrance once you

enter the island you have like 10 15 minutes hiking to reach to the lake and

10-15 minutes back to the jetty and unfortunately they didn't girls too much

time it was only 50 minutes and within that 15 minutes its included to hiking

there and back so it's like you have 15 20 minutes in the lake maximum but

Island was pretty nice there was a monkeys in the island and

facilities were in pretty good shape there were toilets there were shops and

around the lake there was paddle boats kayaks life jackets that everything was

available even if you need the toilet there was a toilet available so the

island was prepared I guess that's why they were charging six ringgit for

entrance

after this island you come back to the boat and they drive you for another

10-15 minutes where you come to the eagle feeding section in this section

you don't get off the boat you just stay in the boat and the captain throws the

chicken to the sea when you can watch the Eagles coming down and taking the

children

after the Eagle feeding you go to the top location which is right behind it

it's called plumb Baris Baja you have another 15 minutes here to chill out and

it's a really nice pitch is really white Sun you stop here to swim there's also

water sports there is some places that you can get drink but I'm fortunate that

wasn't toilet just to let you know if there's something you're interested and

if you want a snorkel if there was a jetty section beneath the jetty we see

some fish but general around the beach it was too crowded and there was too

many boats so I don't think there is a good for snorkeling now after the

information I wanna share my personal opinion about it for me the highlights

of this trip was definitely the boat ride because the boats was going pretty

fast so and it was a little bit wavy so I felt like it was not a speed boat and

because I was thinking the front cut like it was jetski it was so nice to

boat was jumping it might not be too safe if you are like overage or here

with the baby but because we I was with my girlfriend we were both young so we

had the energy and it was so fun for me that was definitely the highlight of the

boat trip but there are things that I also didn't like about this trip one of

the things that I hated is like rushing anywhere we go we didn't have enough

time we go to the first island we had 50 minutes where we have to hide for 10

minutes and hide back for 10 minutes so we didn't have enough time and then when

we come to Eagle section I believe we had to stay around 20 minutes there but

we end up just throwing the chicken within two minutes the boat left I don't

understand why I try disability driver but he couldn't speak proper English and

he wasn't that friendly either so I definitely didn't like that fuck and

then when we come to the last island they give us another 15 minutes but it

was just a regular bitch I would much prefer to spend longer than 5 minutes in

the Eagle feeding place because that was the main reason why I've got to disturb

but unfortunately that was the thing that I didn't like also it's not

something that I didn't like but I also want to let you know that there is no

jetting on the last island so if you are over age or if you are too young then it

might be hard for you to get off the boat because you have to jump like 1

meter but for us it wasn't a problem but it's just something to let you know the

last thing I want to share with you the tip that helped me there will be some

food and drink sections I will be much more expensive so what we did is we

bring our food and the drink with us and we save lots of money so I will advise

you to do the same but than that I think the tour is really suited for families

or young and for both of them it's a really party

tour it's more like exploring and having fun and discovering the new places is it

general I think it's worth the money because this was the cheapest option and

if you come to Lanka you definitely want to watch an eagle feeding and if you

want to have better experience I would advise you to choose different companies

but you're looking for cheapest option then island hopping is definitely worth

it for the money that you pay with as I said we paid torturing it by bringing

the high season it might go up to 50 so it's depend on the time of the year that

you come I can check the prices available my personal rating for this

attraction is 5 I think it had a really good chance to become around 8 9 if they

will give me enough time because of the money but with the time I've been

rushing only giving them 5 if you've been to this store as well write down in

the comments so you can let the other people know what you think about it and

if you have another question you can also comment down below and I will try

to respond to it as soon as possible and also if you want to find out more

information I made a vlog from the day that I went to the book I will link it

up here they can check out to find out my day proud to powder I hope you

enjoyed this video if you are new to my channel make sure you subscribe I'm new

to YouTube and trying to reach 1000 people so if you subscribe and support

Jerome J605 Set Up, Sensor Regeneration & Daily Use Guide - Duration: 6:46.

Before you begin using your Jerome J605, let's make sure you've received everything on

your packing list.

Components of the accessory kit for the J605 depend on the instrument model.

For all models, you will receive a 3 foot line cord that meets the requirements of the

country in which the instrument will be used, an AC power adapter, 1 pack of 20 fritware

filters, a probe, a 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch tubing adapter and a zero air filter.

If you have purchased the J605 with the communications package,

you will also receive a 6 foot type A to B USB cable as well as a USB flashdrive.

If you are missing any of these items or have questions about these or any other parts and

accessories you may have received, please contact AMETEK Arizona Instrument or your

local representative for assistance.

After you have verified that you've received everything on your packing slip, simply turn

on the instrument by pressing the power button.

If any calibration reminders appear, simply press escape to return to the main screen.

The display should read 0.000 ppm.

On the main menu, you will see the date, time, battery life indicator, test result,

result units, sensor saturation meter and menu link.

Now that you are well acquainted with your Jerome J605, there are just two more steps

before you can begin sampling - performing sensor regeneration

and the clean air system check.

Now that the instrument is on, it is time to perform a sensor regeneration.

Sensor regeneration should be performed at the beginning and end of every day you are

using the instrument as well as whenever the sensor becomes saturated.

Regeneration helps to reset the sensor so that it can continue to provide accurate and

precise readings.

To perform a regeneration cycle on the J605, plug the instrument into the line cord and

AC adapter or the optional external battery pack.

Press the right arrow button to enter the main menu, then press the DOWN arrow

button to move the cursor to REGEN and press the RIGHT arrow key to enter the regeneration menu.

Press the right arrow to select REGEN NOW on the REGEN menu.

When prompted to confirm your choice, press ENTER/START to proceed, or ESCAPE to cancel.

Read the warning that appears, then press ENTER/START to proceed or ESCAPE to cancel.

A single regeneration cycle takes approximately 45 minutes, during which time you will not

be able to use the instrument.

Do not interrupt the cycle.

If any error messages appear, refer to the troubleshooting section of the manual or contact

AMETEK Arizona Instrument or your local representative for assistance.

Now that you have regenerated the sensor on your J605, it is time to perform the clean

air system check.

This test should be performed after every regeneration cycle.

Performing the clean air system check ensures better accuracy of readings

and helps equilibrate the internal electronics of the J605

to the temperature of the air that is coming into the instrument.

To perform the clean air system check, insert the zero air filter into the intake port located

on the front of your J605 so that the arrow on the label is pointing towards the instrument.

Once inserted, take 5 samples, waiting 15 seconds between each to maximize sample accuracy

and allow the sensor to restabilize.

To take a sample, press the ENTER/START button on the main screen or the silver SAMPLE button

located at the tip of the handle.

Readings should decrease and at least 3 of the 5 readings should be at 0.000 ppm.

If readings are not 0.000 ppm, contact AMETEK Arizona Instrument or your local representative

for assistance.

Now that you have successfully performed a sensor regeneration and the clean air system

check, it is time to take a sample.

Please note that for levels less than 10 ppb, it is necessary to run a warm-up routine with

the zero air filter before sampling.

To do so, install the zero air filter and select warmup from the regen menu.

This will initiate the 5 minute warm-up.

For levels of 10 ppb and above, the warm-up is not necessary.

To take a sample, you can either press the ENTER/START button on the keypad or the silver

SAMPLE button at the tip of the handle.

At the end of the sampling cycle, the reading will appear on the screen in ppm or ppb.

It is important that you do not obstruct the intake or exhaust ports (show both).

Do not allow the probe or the intake to draw in liquids.

At the end of a sampling day or if the sensor becomes saturated, perform a sensor regeneration

cycle.
