that are more calories than milkshakes. I've got the solution for you.
I have a coffee smoothie that not only tastes delicious but it's also super super healthy for you.
All you do is take your iced coffee
almond milk, hemp milk even traditional cow's milk if you want.
I prefer almond milk or hemp milk.
Banana
Chia seeds
chocolate protein powder. This is one scoop here and then I also have you put
in ice cubes or you can put in coffee ice cubes to make it even a little more
java friendly.
Here you go and definitely no whipped cream on top and not even necessary.
Mmm. Delish!
