Auto news on Youtube Jun 26 2018

Hey guys, my name is Drew and I'm here today with Your Best Digs to give you

a quick take review of the best manual coffee grinder.

We obviously tested this with you, the home brewer, in mind – looking to make

pour over, French press, AeroPress and drip coffee.

A grinder must be able to make different grind sizes like coarse and fine

and some of these in our test weren't able to do that.

After hours of coffee grinding and blind taste testing with our coffee expert, we've found

that the Javapresse or Javapressé if you're a hipster is the best manual coffee grinder.

It's small and powerful with 15 settings and stepless micro-adjustment capability.

So, you can select any grind size.

It stood out in our blind taste test

where it took first place for French Press style coffee.

We also love that it's easy to travel with; it has a compact stainless steel

body and a removable crank arm.

The grinding process is super user-friendly with the Javapresse.

The body and bean hopper are tightly connected while the beans are grinding

and there's a small window that allows you to see it happening.

If we had to come up with one downside to the Javapresse grinder, we'd say that the serious

caffeine-addicts may dislike its small bean capacity.

It only holds enough to brew a 12-ounce cup of coffee.

It also came in second in our blind pour over test.

Bested by our runner-up, the Porlex - JP-30.

The Porlex is another great choice.

While it looks nearly identical to the Javapresse

the Porlex grinder has the same stainless steel body as our #1 pick.

Though the fit between its top and grind-catcher aren't quite as tight.

We liked that this grinder had a longer crank arm, which gave us leverage

to speed up the grinder.

However, we noticed that the parts in the Porlex felt a bit cheaper

and the grind size is less consistent.

But, still gets the job done.

Ultimately, either of these grinders is a great choice for brewing a cafe-quality

cup of coffee at home.

If you think manual grinding is too much work –

check out our review on electric coffee grinders as well.

So, thanks you guys for watching this super quick take of the best manual coffee grinder.

We really appreciate it!

The best coffee in Rome | handpicked by a coffee expert ☕ 🇮🇹 - Duration: 2:30.

Romans like their coffee strong, fast, and burning hot.

And when it's done the traditional way

Italian coffee is really really good

So, this is where to drink

the best coffee in Rome

Although there are many great baristas in Rome,

there are a few places where they make next level coffee.

Buongiorno! I'm Giulio, your coffee expert.

Let me show you one of the best places where to get espresso

Come with me!

Bar San Calisto will show you the true roman way of life.

It's one of the only bars in Italy's capital city

where design doesn't matter.

For decades, it hasn't changed a thing!

It's famous for its chocolate

but they also serve some fine coffee.

Always remember

before sipping to have a proper stir of your coffee.

We want now to mix the crema, the essential oil, and the water

in order to express the proper taste of the blend itself.

Enjoy!

Moving on, just around the corner of the famous Pantheon,

you'll find Caffè Sant' Eustachio

Looking from the outside,

it doesn't seem anything great

but many people claim that Caffè Sant' Eustachio

serves the best coffee in the world.

It has a wide selection of coffee and

the thick crema that tops their espresso is top secret!

They also sell coffee beans and a variety of pastries.

It's located at an unusually quiet little square

in the middle of Rome,

so go here for a little break while sightseeing!

And our final place where to enjoy a great coffee is not far from here.

You only have to cross the square in front of the Pantheon.

Do take some time for this,

because this place can get crowded.

When you made it, enter

La Casa del Caffe Tazza d'Oro

which is founded in 1944.

This place is famous for their granita di caffe:

iced coffee which is perfect for a hot day.

But they also have an incredible espresso

and an even better cappuccino!

Oh yeah, and if you like to drink cappuccino,

do not miss Giulio's tip

on how to drink it the Italian way.

Making Turkish coffee and coffee cup reading - Duration: 7:47.

Hello

welcome to my channel

what do you t hink about Turkish coffee?

How about coffee cup reading?

Coffee cup reading is almost interesting to everyone

Even those who don't believe in coffee cup reading they want to know

about past present and future of themselves

obviously most people prefer to hear good news

if you don't know how to make Turkish coffee

and read the shapes of it let me tell you

we need a Turkish coffee cup

some coffee ground

one cup of water

and some sugar

the difference between Turkish coffee ground and other coffee ground is:

Turkish coffee has to be roasted to medium-light level

Turkish coffee also has to be extra fine grinded

the softness of properly Turkish coffee grinded is look like soft cocoa powder

you can see also the difference in the color of espresso and Turkish coffee

the cup of Turkish coffee is the tiniest cups ever

it's the same size as a espresso coffee cup with one difference which is:

the espresso coffee cup is thicker

to make Turkish coffee we can use one of these Turkish coffee makers

or we can use one of these Turkish coffee pots which in Turkey it's called "jezve"

and also we can use one of these normal pots too

we have to pour one jam spoon of ground coffee in the pot

and add one cup of water in it too

after that if you want you can add some sugar

The standard amount of sugar in Turkey for Turkish coffee is this much:

you can use no sugar just in case you like a bitter taste

for mildly sweet you can put half of teaspoon of sugar but if you like sweet you can add one teaspoon of sugar

to make it very sweet which depends on your taste it can be about

one tablespoon of sugar too

for once we can stir it well and then, we don't stir it at all

Because keep stirring can destroy all of the foam which we are trying to make

if you are making coffee in a pot place it over medium-high heat

and if you are making coffee in Turkish coffee maker you just have to press the on bottom of that to start hitting

as soon as the foam appear on top of it turn off the

coffee maker or remove coffee pot from the heat and instantly pour the coffee into the cup

you have to consider that you shouldn't let the water boil

boiling can change the flavor of coffee and destroy the form that you want to build

enjoy your drink your coffee is ready

remember that you shouldn't drink the the last sip

This grounds which settled on the bottom

have to make shapes that we could read fortunes

so the only thing you should do is:

place the saucer over the top of the cup and make sure that you seal it very well

then hold the coffee cup set with your hand in front of your chest

and make some horizontal circles

your target is to move the sediment around

and evenly spread it around the entire inside surface of the cup

after that turn the coffee cup set upside down leave it somewhere to get cold

in case reading session is about money you must put a coin on the back of the cup

if you prefer to know about a relationship then you put a ring on the back of the cup

we need to wait for the cup to get cold but you don't need to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes

waiting too long can dry the cup and your cup shapes can get destroyed

okay our cup is cold now

you need to try to gently separate the cup from the saucer

if there is drops of water on the edge

of the cup you need to shake the cup to make it fall

or you can put the cup ona napkin for several second

if you don't remove that drop it can flow back inside the cup

and will destroy our shapes

Also to read the saucer shapes

we have to remove content of that and wait until the last drops fall down too

in coffee cup reading remember; coffee cup reading is not science

it is not like math; like: 2×2=4

it means that :

all the shapes in there can have different concepts to different people

It completely depends on coffee cup reader To recognize, understand and explain every shape

I mean it is possible that one person can see some shapes and

some connection between shapes which others can't accept that

if you want to play this game and know your fortune from your coffee cup shapes

it's so better that you give your cup to a coffee cup reader

whom you believe in the ability to read your fortune nice and satisfying

and out so they can describe you perfectly

Some times some coffee cup readers can see The true shapes and their true connections

So they can give us some news that completely comes true in the future

that's why we will come to this conclusion that every shapes in there always tells truth

in other hand some other coffee cup readers can't do that

I mean none of there news will come true in the future if you are questioning the possibility

of you or your friends having the ability to tell the fortune correctly

just tell yourself you can read each other's coffee cup shapes to know

which of you has a strong view of coffee cup reading

usually no one can interpret there own cup

are you asking why?

I don't know

maybe the reason is

everyone knows about their wishes and everyone wants to see in the cup: all their wishes comes true

or maybe there is another reason however you shouldn't do it

I want to talk about the concept of shapes in my other next videos

So..... thanks for watching

And

Be fascinated of your abilities and beauties

see you later
