Auto news on Youtube Feb 2 2019

Hey guys, this is Taylor with KC HiLiTES and today I am going to be showing you how to

install the KC m-rack onto your jeep wrangler jk or jl.

Now specifically, we're going to be installing it on this 2018 wrangler jl unlimited but

the process is the exact same whether it's a JK or a JL Unlimited.

Before we get started, I'd love for you guys to comment below and let us know what types

of videos you'd like to see from us in the future whether it's other how to installation

videos, lifestyle videos, or event coverage or anything in between. So please comment and

let us know.

While you're at it, please subscribe to our channel so that you don't miss any content

from us in the future. Now with that said, let's get started on the install.

Okay so as you can see, the first step after we unbox the m-rack is to get everything laid out on the table upside down.

This is simply going to help us attach the side rails to the cross bars.

The first step is to connect the five cross bars to the two side rails.

The side rails are the pieces that have the light cutouts in them.

And we're going to start with one side rail at a time and there's simply two fasteners that hold each crossbar to the side rail.

To install the side light brackets, all you have to do is put in two of the carriage bolts into the extruded crossbars section from the side.

And then you place your side light bracket over the bolts and then you thread the nut on after that.

Now as you can see, I started from one side so that I could slide all of the side light brackets all the way over to the other side.

And then continue with the side that I was working on. But you can do it from wherever you prefer.

Just keep that in mind as you attach the side rails.

Once you have all the side light brackets attached to the cross bars where they go, then you can continue with connecting the second side rail support.

Once you have both of the side rails securely attached to the cross bars, then you can go ahead and mount up your front lighting solution.

Before you transfer the assembled M-Rack onto the top of your Jeep, you're gonna want to mask of the top of your Jeep where the M-Rack is going to be laying.

Just so we don't scratch anything up while we place the M-Rack on top of the roof.

Now that we have the roof all taped off, we can go ahead and transfer the assembled M-Rack on top of the roof.

We want to make sure that we align and center the rack into place on the vehicle properly.

Now when you do this, you want to measure from multiple locations to make sure that both sides are equally as far forward as one another.

And you want to make sure the rack is centered. So we like to say to measure twice and cute once.

You don't want to be drilling multiple holes in your roof. So make sure you take your time and make sure you measure exactly where you want the rack to be.

before you continue with marking your hole locations using a sharpie.

Remove the M-Rack, and then we went ahead and marked all of our pilot hole locations using a center punch and a hammer.

And then we went ahead and started drilling pilot holes into the center of each tab marking.

While we had the M-Rack off of the vehicle and onto a table, we took this opportunity to install the side lights onto the M-Rack.

Simply because it's a little easier to do it while it's on a table rather than on top of the roof of the vehicle.

Our next step is to transfer the M-Rack on top of the vehicle again, aligning the mounting tabs up with the holes that we just drilled.

And before we bolt everything down, we want to make sure that we put about a hershey's kiss sized dollop of silicone on top of the roof,

just to make sure that no water gets in through those holes where the bolts are going through.

And then after we put a hershey's kiss sized dollop of silicone on every hole that we drilled,

then we go ahead and put the sealing washers on top of that as well.

Once we had the silicone and the washer in place, then we simply drop the bolts through the M-Rack and then the roof of the vehicle.

Once we had the bolts through, then we went inside of the Jeep and we went ahead and put another sealing washer on and then the nut.

And then after you have that done for everything, the start cranking things down one bolt at a time.

AS you're tightening all of these bolts, it's really helpful to have a buddy who can hold the bolts at the top,

While somebody underneath is tightening from below inside of the Jeep.

One thing that I forgot to film here is simply the installation of the logo.

All you have to do is install it using the supplied rivets and use a rivet tool to attach the logo to the side rail of the M-Rack itself.

And then once you finish that up, everything is bolted on and secured tightly.

All you have to do is run your wiring for any of your lights if you purchased an M-Rack that had the lights with it.

If you have any questions at all about this install process, please just comment below

and ask away and I'd be happy to help you guys out. While you're at it, please let me know what other types of content you'd like to see from KC into the future.

I'd be happy to provide you guys with whatever you'd like to see.

So thank you guys for watching and remember to adventure further!

Payday 2 Starter Guide Episode 6: Common Loud Heists - Duration: 15:41.

[music]

Hello and welcome to the Payday 2 Starter Guide! For more information on the Starter Guide,

check out the first episode linked in the video description.

A while back we talked playing your first couple heists, but I only talked about loud in very general terms.

In this episode we'll be taking an in-depth look at some of the more common heists for low-to-medium

level players and we're doing this back on the alternate account. It feels good to be ba--oh, okay, actually--

Bank Heist is probably the most iconic mission in Payday 2. I'd call it the most played, but by now Rats has

probably taken the lead and maybe Hoxton Breakout.

If you're looking to commandeer the camera room for some recon, a free convert, or what will most likely be a

botched attempt at stealth, drilling the door is not the best option.

A keycard will spawn on this mission more often than not. If it's not on the manager's desk, it's actually with the

He's a balding guy in a cheap, kinda plastic-y looking vest.

Tie him down or take him out if you're a MONSTER, and then you can get into the security room no problem.

Also worth noting that the teller's room is a great place to store hostages as unless both doors are open,

enemies generally don't wander in there too much if there's only one way out.

If you're looking to speed up getting into the vault, under pre-planning you can pick up the keychain for a

couple favors and some pocket money in case there's a gate in the way that'd you'd also need to drill.

This will speed up the game considerably!

After about five minutes or so, you might hear Bain call for a chopper arriving.

You're probably going to want to head to the roof. Enemies will be dropped off by the chopper and

and head towards the air conditioner units where they'll be pumping tear gas through the vents, which can

block off the back room, the copier room, or half the offices closest to the copier room. (Also the teller room, too!)

If you take these enemies out before they can finish this animation,

You will not have any tear gas to deal with during the mission.

That said, tear gas does make a great place to secure hostages, kind of sadistically enough.

They won't take damage from it but the cops will be less inclined to walk through this area.

The last major thing to note here are boards scattered around the roof and along the sides of the buildings.

which you can use to cover up broken windows to prevent enemies from jumping through or sentry trucks from targetting you or your crew.

Just be careful with them, as boards can break, and explosives will destroy them rather quickly.

You can't repair broken boards and you can't remove them & place new ones. Once they're broken, they're broken.

One last final note is that if you play Bank Heist: Deposit, the escape becomes available once

you have secured at least $25,000 in loot after the thermal drill is done drilling.

The easiest way to get this money is to saw open an ATM and take its contents.

There isn't too much to say about Four Stores, honestly, secure $15,000 in loot,

and the easiest way to do it is again, hack open an ATM.

On higher difficulties there usually won't be an ATM, so you need to drill open the safes in the back rooms of the stores.

And on higher difficulties these will usually all be Titan Safes, you can't lockpick or blow these up, you must drill these.

Drill skills are your best friend on this mission in higher difficulties.

Four Stores isn't a big map but it can be pretty open, especially for very low level players.

In that case, you might want to consider pairing off.

So you'd hit the shops in pairs, you'd hit the China Shop and Café and then head across the street

and hit the Pear Store and convenience store.

On Normal, Mallcrasher has three bags of loot.

Wondering where to drop it off? Carry it with you, any bags on your person are typically counted towards your loot at the end of a mission,

and on Hard or above there is a 4th bag in one of the safes, and not much more.

With Mallcrasher, what I like to do is purchase a gas can, pick it up, head upstairs, weave through the windows breaking them with a quick melee

like the Switchblade, the Kunai or the Weapon Butt, you burn down the gym, smash and grab the jewelry store,

and once both the Car Shop and Pear Store are empty, you toss a frag grenade, dynamite, or any other explosive throwable

about halfway between the car and the counter. This will not only destroy the car, but also damage the headphones on the other side of the wall!

Past that, breaking the roof should yield enough destruction to warrant heading home.

This mission can be done very quickly, and it's a lot of fun.

It's actually my most-played mission, even still.

Playing Jewelry Store, Diamond Store, Nightclub, and Bank Heist loud can be a bit of a problem due to escapes.

There is a roughly 25% chance of an escape, and that increases by about 5% with each civilian killed.

If you're worried about the prospect of having to reclaim all your lost loot in a second surprise day of this

mission, you might want to invest in Sixth Sense aced, which lets you hire the Expert Driver who prevents escapes altogether.

Beyond that, there's not a lot more to say other than Jewelry Store is a great heist to play on Normal

as with a couple ECMs you can complete it in under 30 seconds, which lets you continually grind for loot drop cards

if you haven't unlocked Continental Coins yet or are having a hard time earning them.

You can only get one safe a week from the Payday drop rotation, but if you need extra gun parts and don't have

money for Offshore Paydays, this can be one of your better options for a short while.

Ukranian Job is an alternative version of this mission where you reclaim one single piece of loot and the rest is optional.

Don't listen to Bain in that mission, the tiara for the arranged wedding will ALWAYS be in the back rooms.

Drill open both safes. It'll be in one of them.

When playing Nightclub, your first priority should be securing keycards.

If the club's manager Dimitri isn't in his office, he's the guy with the yellow striped tie, then he'll have a keycard with him somewhere in the club.

One of the mobsters will also have a keycard, and there is a chance a third one will spawn either near the coat room,

close to the DJ's booth, on the patio on the second floor of the club, or in the washroom near one of the stalls.

At most, you'll have three doors to open and best-case scenario you'll end up with three keycards.

You're going to want drill skills on this mission to drill open the safes or any doors you didn't have cards for,

because without them this heist can take quite a while to complete.

As for any specific assets, there isn't much to discuss: the loot drop truck is awesome.

Definitely pick that one up but past that, like, the slow-burning gas cans

can close off certain routes for a considerable amount of time but also pose a threat to you getting out of the club depending on where the escape van shows up,

and the bad music plays Dave's Classics '92, the ditty that plays in Mallcrasher.

Fewer civilians but a lot more guards. This is good for stealth, but not really for loud.

One last thing, and this is more for stealth players but I'll be talking stealth later is that the guards don't

have pagers and nobody bothers with a broken camera, so you can kind of brute-force this mission with enough cable ties.

Also fun fact I didn't know about until I wrote this video,

you get a little bit more experience if you complete the mission without using shaped charges on the safes.

It's not a lot more, but it's worth mentioning.

Essentially Jewelry store's bigger, meaner brother, Diamond Store has you pilfering jewelry not just from the sales floor,

but also from safes in the offices upstairs and even a possible moneybag in the car shop next door.

The keycard in this heist is to disable the alarms in the cases, which if you're playing loud that's not a problem,

the alarm's already been activated, so don't worry about it.

One thing to note is that the security room can be accessed from outside,

And as long as the door into the Diamond store hasn't been opened, this is a great place to store hostages and lootbags,

just to make sure they don't get stolen.

It's a little bit out of the way, but... still... it's--it's a little bit of cover.

Again, Expert Driver might be worth the investment so you don't risk losing all the gems you pilfered.

Sixth Sense is a very good skill for this specific reason

if you play a lot of smaller missions; the escapes really only happen on smaller missions.

The Expert Driver is a great asset.

Most of the newer missions, most of the bigger missions do not have escapes.

I also thought this was worth mentioning, worth mentioning enough that I recorded this bit while I was editing the video,

You can destroy the grates in the upstairs part of the Diamond store to throw bags straight into the car shop.

If you're trying to move bags quickly, you could have one or two people stay in the car shop

'Cause there's decent cover behind the desk, and throw bags to them through the grate and they could rush them out to the van.

I don't know if that'd be more practical or not, it... it's an option!

It's there... for some reason!

Huh, this map feels familiar! Uh, ooh, anyways,

GO Bank is a bit of a strange case in that is not in the console versions of the game, only Payday 2 on PC.

It features a lot of random elements. You typically need to drill the vault open, but

very, very rarely the vault's already open!

Once the drill's just about done, you need to assemble a cage, you'll fill it with loot for Alex the Pilot to take,

usually on the roof but also sometimes in the street.

With the Ace Pilot asset he'll be more likely to take that cage,

but without the Ace Pilot, it'll take longer and there is a rare chance that he will be shot down and you'll have to secure all your loot by foot anyways.

If you attempt to stealth the mission, there is a rare chance that a blackmailer will demand a moneybag tossed to him otherwise he'll call the cops.

It's kind of a wild mission!

No matter what, in loud be aware of your DISTANT surroundings!

Snipers love to set up all around the edges of the map and will attempt to shoot you down.

If you're going on the roof, be quick and be careful but most of all protect your loot.

Enemies can take it right out of the cage.

And if you do need to move any of the loot through the sewers, toss it all down there first before

anybody heads into the sewers.

The moment one player steps down there, a "point of no return" timer starts up.

Everybody has to be at the escape van before time expires, otherwise you fail the heist.

GO Bank can be quick and fun! It can also be long and unforgiving, but ether way...

Yeah, that's a bank heist, alright.

The Armored Transports are tough missions, and it's mostly because of a lack of cover.

Play smart and possibly consider running an armor or regen build if you have more than one Perk Deck completed.

Be sure to bring drill skills and maybe a saw as there are plenty of locks to drill that lead to plenty of locks to pick.

As with most other missions, the extra loot you secure is worth more than the cut for doing the bare minimum.

Beyond that, I don't consider the Transport missions all that worth it if your goal is a good payday.

Firestarter, Rats, Framing Frame, they're the three most popular three-day missions,

that means you're getting three different maps that tell a story.

Firestarter is about crippling the resources of the Mendoza cartel, and you start by taking their guns from their hangar.

You can burn them nearby, but it's most worth it to hike them back up to the van as this doubles the experience you gain from the first day if you steal every weapon

on top of each one being worth a small fortune.

You will also need to empty the small safe in the building in the middle of the map to get that boost.

On Day 2, you're mostly going for the server, but also investigate the evidence lockup on the first floor!

You can steal a ton of confiscated loot like cocaine and gold.

Lastly, the third day takes place back at Havest and Trustee, but before you drill that--no, wait...

Ah, yeah, you messed up. Yeah, see, there's a power box on the roof of the bank that you need to cut the wires to before you can mount the drill.

Once you're burning the money inside, I recommend opening up the safe deposit boxes.

Again, like the regular bank heist, a saw speeds this up considerably.

You can take nearly ten more bags of loot on the third day this way, which in short makes Firestarter a horrendously profitable heist if you can put up with the longer running time.

Rats is THE Meth Job. You might have heard of many meth jobs, but this is THE Meth Job.

It's also surprisingly one of the more complex missions in Payday 2 even though I think it's perfect for a level 40-60 player.

On day 1, seven bags of meth can be made, sometimes six, but check for ingredients in this order:

check the pickup behind the house first so you don't need to make a trek out there during an assault,

then the shed in the backyard, then the basement, then the shed by the front door, then lastly the washroom.

Once you've exhausted in one area, move onto the next one, don't take from each of them individually.

You want to clear out the spaces that are the hardest to get out to and back in first.

There's going to be a bunch of enemies surrounding the building later in the mission, and that can get... worrying.

When it comes time to actually cook, listen to Bain. When Bain says an ingredient, wait just a moment.

In incorrect ingredient will get a line like this:

Generally, if he says something like "Wait up!", "Hold a second" (Wait a second, hold up, I spoke wrong), whatever,

he was incorrect. The second ingredient he lists will always be the correct one,

he will not have to correct himself again immediately after that.

If he plays a brand new line, he might have to correct himself if he says the wrong ingredient again,

but it will be the same correct ingredient until you put it into the batch.

If he doesn't correct himself at all and instead says something like...

[SICK GUITAR RIFF]

Even if it ends with "These Internet descriptions are iffy" or "I think so...", you can bet on him being correct.

If you're still unsure or if you feel uneasy about it, then Bain will repeat himself in about fifteen to thirty seconds

or you can ask your teammates. Everyone will get a bit of a different line, but the ingredient is the same for every player.

Take your time with meth cooking as one screw-up will blow up which means little to no pay on Day 2.

On Day 2, you hand over the meth you made to the Cobra Gangsters,

you them follow them to the intel you need as well as a possible bonus for extra meth...

And then steal it all back from them! Yeah, this stuff's expensive, there's no way we're giving it up for real.

The gangsters hit like a bus, but don't have a lot of health and have a rather considerable headshot multiplier.

Quickly take out the ones around the street and work as fast as possible to get your loot out of there.

If you lack the prerequisite three bags of meth, attack them, or steal your payment back before receiving your intel,

you'll have to search the whole apartment for the intel, which requires waiting on drills in safes, which is just not fun.

I don't think I need to tell you it's not fun, it coul--it's just--it's not fun.

This could also just happen if the cops show up for an ambush or if the gangsters attempt to betray you.

I recommend cooking four bags of meth, one more than you need, because if you are betrayed or the deal goes south either way,

then you just need to find the apartment with the money bag ready to go. That apartment will also have your intel.

Yeah, they still prepare payment even though they intended to kill you.

Also, I can't stress this enough, but steal back your meth once you have the intel. That's where the bulk of this heist's payout comes from

even if you just cook three bags.

Day three is pretty straight-forward: board the bus, smoke the Mendozas, and leave.

There's another opportunity for money in this mission by opening the briefcases, though most of it will have C4

that you need to defuse. If the intel was burned in Day 2, you can't defuse these bombs.

Work fast, but not sloppy, open a briefcase, grab the money, and toss it away from the bus and then quickly defuse the C4.

The Bot Skill Quick helps here a lot, as that lets you complete the interaction much, much faster.

Be careful, though, as letting a single C4 detonate will blow up the entire bus, destroying any moneybags nearby and sending you on the ground.

Money bags can also be, just, thrown into the water, which... don't let that happen.

Alex's chopper will be the first to arrive, but if you took more moneybags than you have players,

you're going to want to wait for Bile to arrive near the side of the bridge.

Toss the cash into his chopper, quickly before he's scared off by gunfire but make sure not to toss of the money into the water,

and then once everything is secured you can head home.

Rats is a massive mission, one of the game's most popular and still one of the best-developed,

and it pays out extraordinarily well.

Rats is definitely one of the most complex heists because even though there's more intense missions like Boiling Point

and the White House Heist,

[I accidentally repeated myself on this part. Oops. I just saw this, please don't leave me a comment about it]

they don't have things like trades with gangsters or careful meth cooking or worrying about your loot getting destroyed.

Seeing as this heist alone took up like three paragraphs and took triple the time of any of the other ones,

I would consider beating this heist on Overkill a sign that you're ready to take your game to the next level.

But not so fast!

Next time on the Payday 2 Starter Guide, we're talking the Basics of Stealth and a few missions that you can train on to hone your ninja skills.

Thanks for watching and until then, I will see you around.

If you like this video and you'd like to see more, I recommend subscribing! Patreon and social media links are in the description.

What interviewers Want + Printable Guide - Duration: 11:35.

so you know last time we said interviewing is a lot like dating hmm

what if you've been on a lot of first dates and that's it and you haven't got

a callback and you would love to know what's going on and maybe you would love

to know what exactly does this interviewer want I'm going to show you

what they want so stick around hey everyone welcome to supercharged my name

is sonal and this channel is all about giving you practical tips on how

supercharge your career Who am I I'm an HR director with over 15 years of

experience and I have a pretty good idea of what it's like to interview someone

and I've done it thousands of times so let's get started now what exactly is an

interviewer looking for I've made an acronym which is sort of easy to

remember and let's get into it so are you ready

the acronym what the interviewer is exactly looking for is beautiful

eyelashes yes you heard me correctly and you're probably thinking is this woman

absolutely nuts I am a little bit but that's not what it's talking that's not

what this is about I stand by what I said

Hep lash that's the framework I'd like you to remember and that's what we're

gonna be talking about today now the H in help is hungry they are looking for

someone who really wants this job who's hungry for it even if you're shopping

and that's okay you know when you're gonna call and

you're not exactly looking but you're curious go ahead that's not a problem

it's okay to go shop it now how exactly can you show someone that you're hungry

hmm other than obviously state the obvious I'd love to work here if you

could give me a chance etc etc you could also basically show

that you're always learning because when you're learning you grow

and you could show that you've made an effort to upgrade your skills you are

volunteering because when you're volunteering you also learning when you

give you learn right so that's H and that's hungry so that e in help stands

for energy you know sometimes when you meet someone and you leave the room and

you think oh wow there was this energy in the room I was really worn down yeah

it was in the room it was the person and you don't want to be that person who

comes across as worn down etc so how do you do that

very easy ways first of all you have to make sure you get a good night's sleep

oh yeah it shows in your body language and how you speak so that's important

and once you are sitting down it's important that you're not slouching

makes a huge difference and how you come across

and the third easy way to do it is smile you know when you're listening to

someone and they're telling you something and you're focusing and in

terms of what they're saying you don't realize sometimes it can happen

involuntary that you're involuntarily frowning so I got to do that if you can

you know I'm not six Maggie smiled like a monkey and you look ridiculous but

smiling has a huge impact on how you are perceived as a person it comes across as

someone positive and lastly the intonation so yes I would like to speak

with you about my time in the banking sector I was there

no intonation what if you have an inflection in your voice yeah I'd love

to speak to you about the time I was in the banking sector that was really

interesting you see what I did there it was a huge difference in energy as

well now the P in help is potential what is that potential for what

potential to do more in this person take on more than what they will be hired in

terms of the job could they take on more senior roles more general management

roles could they take on roles that haven't even been created yet potential

is basically a combination of two things so excellent performance someone who's

constantly delivering and someone who's constantly learning as well learning

agility you hear that a lot learning agility and you do need a

combination of both because that means the organization can trust you with

stretch assignments what is the stretch assignment something that's completely

out of your comfort zone that you can do because you not only asked for it but

you also show that you can do it in terms of capability so you do need both

and potential is a lot rarer than you might realize there's only three of

three to five percent of the entire organization that's classified as

extremely high potential and that's why you can understand that talent good

talent is really hard to find so that's help for you now then let's go

to the beautiful eyelashes the Ellen lash is long term so what that means is

are you going to stick around or will you be leaving at the drop of a hat

hmm that's the question to ask and think about it the company will invest

anything from two to eight months training you you know making sure you're

ready and by the time you're completely independently working and you can make

fantastic important decisions autonomously is anything from eight

months to one and a half years within the company and if you leave around that

time that you're there that's a waste of time an investment that the company put

in you so obviously they want someone who's gonna stick around and how will

this how will they check actually that is the hardest thing for interviewers to

a past experience in your CV is one indicator of it it's not the only

indicator so if someone if you let's say had um a lot of changes in your CV and

the person wants to judge you for it and say yeah so you've been shuffling around

a lot and they've already made a decision don't worry about it don't

waste your time they are not worth your time however when you do go in make sure

you have a important rationale as to why you made those changes the a in lash is

attitude and for me attitude is the glue that brings the entire have lashed

together what is attitude you we all know what it means for me it's basically

how does this person view the world and how do they view themselves so someone

who's positive and who's authentic and you know they have a can-do mentality

you hear this a lot you see this a lot in job descriptions when they have

vacancies can-do mentality and a winning attitude if you see that a lot right so

someone who's not gonna give up and and not make excuses and you know there's an

old expression winners never quit quitters never win that's it that that

really is it that's the attitude that they're looking for and now the S in

NASH is my favorite one I mean they're all really nice and they're all

important but s for me is is it s is soft skills and don't be fooled by the

word soft these are extremely difficult and in fact there's someone in

vaynermedia called clothes silver who's the HR head and she calls these life

skills I love that we're talking about extremely strong communication skills

we're talking about how do you get along with people in a team how do you

influence people how are you at problem-solving what about your level of

empathy articulation skills how do you articulate your thoughts into words you

see Wow so these are soft skills but they're

everything when it comes to interviewing you hear this a lot yeah my heart scales

but my soft skills coming speaking of which hard skills the funny

thing is hard skills are already there you don't really have to work towards

them unless you're currently a student and you're working towards your hard

skills what are hard skills it's your university degree so it's your education

it's your work experience the field that you've chosen to be in your business

acumen the level of what languages you have those are examples of hard skills

so hard skills are actually teachable soft skills are harder to teach so we

have an expression in HR the soft stuff is the hard stuff and the hard stuffs

already there so chances are that the person looked at your CV and screen the

hard skills before they called you in for an interview so that's it

so that's the head lash framework now long story short you do need all of

these I come across great candidates who have energy potential long term

orientation the right attitude excellent soft skills I hit that word life skills

and but I didn't I couldn't have lashed without the S so I kept it an H of

course the hard skills but this person every low on hunger I'm not really sure

they want the job you see that's a problem

same with they have let's say all of the skills but they don't have the energy

and they kind of just look a bit or they have everything but they don't have

potential so they may not grow so that's less interesting or they have everything

but they don't have long term you know you know you know you're not sure

they're gonna stick around or and it you need i say more it's pretty clear so if

if I had to choose that I can live without one guess which one it would be

the hard skills oh yeah I have come across great candidates and I've hired

them for roles for example in in finance or marketing and other

rules where you you see that they really want it they're hungry to learn they

have a fantastic attitude and they get by not only do they get by they actually

do really well so that is the one I am most inclined to slide here it is this

is the hip lash framework when you're someone who's starting out in your

career or you're someone you know either you're a new kid on the block but you've

been around the block it doesn't matter hopefully this is useful for you and

I've also made a free pdf that you can see in the description box below with

the hep lash framework and some questions on each of the letters of the

acronym that make you think a little bit about yourself and if you like this it

goes without saying I'd love your comments I'd love it if

you could share this with your friends if you haven't subscribed already please

do so and thank you so much for watching and I shall see you in the next video

ciao

GSA Fortnite PC: FIRST BEGINNERS Guide (Hub, Landing, Looting) - Duration: 10:11.

Welcome to Gankstars Academy. My name is Nikash, and in today's tutorial I'm going

to be going over the Fortnite hub, choosing landing spots, diving and

finally basic looting.

So the first part of the Fortnite hub is in fact the lobby

section now this is where you guys can find all your missions on the left side

you can see explosive weapon eliminations for XP and some of these

are also for battle pass stores this is where you can also choose your game mode

so right now my game was on Team Rumble but there's Ice Storm solos, duo's and

squads as well as a playground and a creative mode and normal squads so you

can choose your different game modes and whenever this like a Pop up Cup or you

know something for like some sort of event going on you can always choose

this as another game mode as well and just whatever game mode you feel like

playing just click on it and accept and that's the game modes. The next part is

the Battle Pass section this is where you have access to find the battle pass

which is basically the more you play the game the more you level up and the more

cosmetic items you receive which is something kind of cool to keep the

players motivated. The next tab is the challenges tab now this is where you

find all your missions from throughout the season to level up your battle pass

tiers and stars for like all the battle past tiers you just got to get a certain

amount and then you complete the challenge but right now in one challenge

completed because I really haven't had time to go out you know in just complete

all the challenges because I tend to just play the game for fun and

scrim a lot. So the next tab is the events tab, this tab is actually really cool because

there's a lot of events for players to participate in. For example today there's

an explorer pop-up Cup starting in 6 hours for solos.

Recently Epic's been taking high scores from these and letting

people into invite-only tournaments so if you're interested there's some really

cool stuff that you can check out in the events tab which can help you get

started in a professional career if you if you're into that kind of thing.

The next tab is the locker room this is where all of your cosmetics items belong

so you can just choose whichever outfit that you wanna use say I want to use

this Red Nose Ranger outfit, really cool skin and I just click on it and then

boom saved and now I can go into the game playing as the Red Nosed Reindeer.

Same thing works for all the pickaxes and the gliders all that sort

of stuff and you know it's a cool tab

if you have a lot of skins if you don't don't worry about it

but you know if you ever do buy skins now you know where to go to access them

The next step is the item shop, this tab is where you can buy skins or cosmetic

items: dances, pickaxes, gliders, whatever you choose that you want to buy and you

know these change daily so if you want to get something it might not come back

for a little bit but don't worry, it's gonna come back, so yeah this is a really

cool tab where you can buy all your cosmetic items to enjoy the game more.

The next section is the career tab. This is where you can access all of your

statistics wins-wise and for like all the game modes as well. Duo and squad

wins, like how much you place top three or top ten.

That, for all your different game modes and to see how many kills you have.

The next step and the final tab is the store this is where you can buy the V-bucks to

purchase cosmetic items and it's pretty cool. If you guys are interested in

buying skins. But yeah that's basically the Fortnite hub so next I'll be showing

you guys some cool in-game stuff.

So next we have the diving, how to dive as well as their choosing the best drop

spots so as you guys can see. The first thing I do is open up your map key bind

and this gives you the battle bus path. So right here we're going from The Block

to Frosty Flights, so if you want to drop somewhere we're gonna

fight a lot of people always choose Titled or Retail because as you can see,

these are like pretty big spots, sort of in the middle of the map. But if

you're trying to drop somewhere you know, sort of discreet where you don't have to

take many fights where you can get good loot, tend to choose some like off the

map locations without any names like this place I call "chair". I call these

factories, I call this West World, Gas Station, and even Lucky Landing.

Somewhere at the edge of the map like Lucky is a pretty good place to land as well if

you're not looking to take fights. So today I'm gonna drop Lucky. As you

guys can see it's not too far and I did have a late drop where I dropped around

right here, so this is generally a pretty good distance to drop from your location

because as you will see, basically what you wanna do you want to hit the maximum

glider re-deploy at that around this area right here, and then you'll be

able to just glide right into lucky landing pretty easily without you know,

staying up in the air for so long because a lot of people struggle to get

a really good glide into a drop zone to get the guns first, but once you get the

hang of it, it's pretty easy to know the distance then you have to drop for every

single location and just as I predicted there's nobody at Lucky Landing so just

have your fun time looted up and stuff.

So to loot it's pretty simple just organize your weapons in any sort of preference that

you would like to, so right now I have an AR, minis, and a grenade so as you guys

can see I just found the shotgun as well and right here boom this is my perfect

preferred way of holding an inventory. I like my SMG in my first slot,

my shotgun in my second slot my AR in my third slot, some sort of second meds or secondary

med kit or more minis or big shields in this fourth slot, and if I have some

sort of utility like a sniper, a rocket launcher, grenades, stinkers anything like

that this would also go on my fourth slot and my fifth slot is basically

always designated for meds cuz you'll never see me without some sort of med

unless I just can't find any so, it's pretty easy to loot what you do is you

don't wanna have your gun out when you see something you just want to have your

pick-axe out so that way if you actually press e on it it doesn't pick

up the gun and you can just basically roll through everything without picking

up anything so just make sure you have your pickaxe out because it just filters

out all the ammo for you and it's just easy to not pick up the guns that way.

Also if you like if you aim at the gun like this it's going to pick up the gun

but if you just want the ammo you can just run across with your gun and look

at the ammo and pick it up as well.

Let's go up here for a second, let's check out what this chest has for us.

Okay we got some stinkers so I do not want these grenades anymore because

stinkers are blue and a blue item is better than this common one so I'm gonna

drop this by just dragging it out of my inventory just like that and pressing

E. I pick up the stink bombs but down here real quick and so right now it

seems like I have a pretty good inventory but, wait a minute where are my

mats? Materials are one of the most important things in this game to help

you accomplish winning build fights and just get into the endgame of course and

without knowing how to build you're definitely not going to know how to win

the game and you're not going to feel that feeling in winning game as well, so

you have simple ways of maybe building in this game. There's different key binds

for each one as you guys can see my key binds are mouse 4 for my wall, Q for my

floor mouse 5 for my staircase and left-shift for my pyramid and what you

want to do to choose your key bindings is generally if you have a mouse with

buttons on it you use my buttons on your mouse to build or if you

don't you can just use your key buttons on your keyboard and so for me I use two

on the mouse two my keyboard so the two on my mouse once again are my wall and

my stairs and then the ones on my keyboard, on my left are my Q, my shift is

pyramid and for me these keybinds are really comfortable as I can build

pretty easily and I think it's really nice. So now that we have building now

another big thing is editing obviously so you want to have an edit key that's

really easily accessible to you for example right now mine's at F which is right

next to my D button so whenever I want to edit I can just hit F real quick and

then the way to edit stairs is obviously the track so you can do that easily and

just drag the way down right now I'm simply just editing myself

down to the ground. So that's about gonna wrap it up for this tutorial

guys if you did enjoy it make sure you guys drop a like and sub for more

Gankstars Academy videos and if you guys want to go ahead and check me on the

stream I'd really appreciate it my twitch is going to be in the description

as well as my support-a-creator code but that's all it is for me guys hope you

Langkawi Guide & Review: All you need to know about Langkawi island - Duration: 5:26.

Hello guys, welcome to Love Live Discover channel.

In this video I will summarize all the travel guide information you need to know about Langkawi Island.

So if you're planning to visit this beautiful Langkawi island make sure you check out this Travel Guide video.

Langkawi island locates on Malaysian West Coast and this is one of the most

popular destinations in Malaysia the main reason why it's so popular is you

can do eagle feeding

regional uncovered is pretty easy actually there is an airport in the

island so you can take a direct flight or you can take a ferry from call a

kettle or call a palace which is pretty easy to reach from anywhere in Malaysia

also if you are planning to come from Thailand you can take a ferry from

Sutton directly to Langkawi Island

that's time to visit this island is from January to March and the best location

to stay is Thanh Tai Chan I'm the idol itself is beautiful there's really nice

beaches and the locals there can speak really good English and they're pretty

friendly everywhere you go you will have a warm

welcome with a smiley face

main problem that I see on the island that there is no public transportation

so anywhere you want to go unless you rent a scooter you will have to pay for

taxi and that can be a bit costly there are tons of different options when it

comes to attractions in Langkawi Island on the top place its sky bridge in the

cable car

a person who didn't do that because it was a bit expensive for me by PRN

holiday I will advise you to check it out the second option would be island

hopping and eagle feeding I went to the store and I quite enjoyed it there is

more than one company by will at GM video here you're going to find out more

information you can check that out

other than these two main attractions there are many other things to do there

are beaches waterfalls snorkeling watersports and majority of them are

free so while you're in holiday I'm sure they will have plenty of things to do

without em game

let's talk about the price of the island when it comes to accommodation anywhere

you go there will be luxury accommodation and cheap accommodation

when we come to the island we always choose for the cheapest option and in

this island the cheapest option was actually quite a decent place we get a

full house with kitchen and living room for a pretty cheap price so I was really

happy with the price of the accommodation but I wasn't there in the

high season saw in the high season the price potentially will go a bit higher

when it comes to food there is plenty o option Malaysia is multicultural country

so there is Indian culture Chinese culture and Malay culture when it comes

to food as well so in the island you will feel the same

there is different options to eat and you can find really cheap and delicious

foods from Indian or Chinese cuisine the main attractions of the island

unfortunately are a bit expensive but these are not the only options so there

are beaches waterfalls and lots of other different activities that you can go

there and you can experience it for free or for a really small amount of money

some of the things that I really like about this item are locals because they

were really friendly most of them can speak English it helped

us enjoy our holiday even more also the food I love male culture when it comes

to food because there is lots of different cultures coming together and

you have lots of different options so the food in line cover wasn't anything

different it was exactly like what you would expect in the Malaysia so I'm sure

you will enjoy the food options as well one of the main reason why I wanted to

visit this item because I wanted to feed Eagles and that's why I want

island-hopping it wasn't that good experience but if you want to find out

more information you can find out from the other video that are published about

island hopping and the main thing that I didn't like about this island is that

there is no public transportation so I'm comfortable of driving a scooter so I

rented a scooter and it didn't affect me that much but if you're not comfortable

driving scooter it will cost you too much money to go around with the taxi

and that's why I think the local government should all put their public

transportation at least bus from a ferry to the main locations instead of

pressuring you to use taxi as a general I think it's worth to visit to this

island other than Philly minor problems the general white was good everybody was

friendly there are plenty of things to do nice weather so my rating for this

island would be four out of five and if I had a chance I would definitely visit

it again and if you have a chance to visit long Korea I would definitely

advise you to check this place out it is beautiful in the meantime if you are new

to my channel make sure you subscribe I'm new to YouTube and I'm trying to

reach 1,000 if you subscribe and show me some now I would really appreciate it

hope to see you next video take care
