7 Psychological Tricks To Get Respect IMMEDIATELY - Duration: 10:55.

Earning respect takes time.

This is something that you build over years of being honest, having integrity, and showing your character

But that said, there's a couple things that you can do that really do create respect immediately.

And that's why in this video, I want to give you seven things that you can do today

to create respect right now.

Now, don't think of these as replacements for actually developing stalwart character.

But think of these as guidelines to help get you there.

The first one is defending your time

because when people don't respect your time enough to give you a heads-up

when they're going to be late beforehand and this is a first interaction

it means that they likely don't think very much of you

and it's not gonna go well regardless so just get out of there.

And this is very important in dating; defend your time —

don't always be available, don't sit around waiting for someone to call...

Now in friendships and work or any area where you have an ongoing relationship, of course

you'll be late, people will be late and sometimes they might forget to text; it happens.

But if it becomes a habitual thing, the right thing to do — even if it's someone that

maybe, as a position, a little bit higher than you — is to firmly but kindly say,

"Hey, listen. I noticed that you oftentimes are running late and I totally get that life comes up.

But if it happens in the future, please let me know a little bit in advance so that we can postpone

or that we can cancel and that way I don't wind up sitting here wasting my time."

And when you do that, you're firmly saying to this person, "Look, I value my time.

I want you to as well," and that creates respect.

The second thing that we're talking about has to do with time as well, though seconds

instead of minutes in this case, and it's when you give a presentation —

when you're at work, you walk up, you're on a stage, whatever it is

and this is something that I wish I knew the first time I did this —

you get up there and you pause. You survey the audience.

Take a deep breath and then you begin.

Now, this is something that when you're jittery — and I certainly felt this so this is my big regret —

that you just want to get going and just get into that speech that you have to give.

But when you stand up there and you make people operate just for a few seconds

on your time while they pay rapt attention waiting for you to say something,

it creates an air of anticipation and it makes them respect the fact that you

are commanding the room.

So the third thing — also able to be used in presentations in group, interactions, or anything — is going to be

gesticulating away from your body and taking up space.

If you're on stage, that means you can walk back and forth.

You don't have to paste the whole time but you walk to one end, you stay there

for a little bit, you communicate and you walk to another you do the same thing.

When you're in interaction, allow your gesticulations to open up.

There is a way to exist that basically says with your body language that,

"I'm not sure I have the right to be here. And I want to be as small as I can

so that you don't notice me and that I'm not invading on your precious space."

This isn't even anybody's space right here.

There's another way to exist that says, "I have a right to be seen.

I have a right to be heard. When I'm on this stage, I command it."

You don't need to invade other people's space but take up the space around you;

that is an instantaneous way to create this feeling of I-should-be-listening-to-this-person.

So the fourth thing is going to be finishing your sentences strongly.

Now, one way to mess this up is while you're speaking to someone to feel like,

"Oh, shoot. I don't think what I'm saying is really good so I'm just gonna let it trail and do nothing."

Don't do that.

The other way that is much more common is in a group interaction.

And in a group interaction, understandably, people are really excited.

They start interjecting, interrupting, cracking jokes, and that's totally cool.

But the wrong thing to do there is, when you are interrupted, to stop speaking immediately to just let that person run over you.

And you can see it in the video, we demonstrate this, that it's a difference between

Jaden Smith and Will Smith when they're both in the same interview, actually; it's really interesting to watch.

And what happens is that when other guests interrupt Jaden, he just immediately shuts off.

But when the same thing happens to Will, he allows it to happen and he allows the

conversation to evolve spontaneously but first, he finishes the sentence that he is saying.

And this is so important because with almost all things, respect... what is going on

is that he is signalling, "I value what I have to say and so should you

so I'm gonna get to the end of my sentence before you jump in and cut me off.

It's totally cool that you're doing that but I'm going to finish what I have to say."

And it's a subtle thing but it creates this air of, "Maybe I really should listen to what this person has to say,"

whereas allowing them to just interrupt you signals, "You know what? They don't even care what they think why should I?"

So the next thing is to be number five and this is displaying social courage —

basically doing something that other people want to do but are afraid to do.

And this is how our business got started; this is what we talk about in a lot of our videos

but concretely, it's what really made us break through after two years of kind of

trying to figure this business thing out — what happened is Ben and I were living

with a couple friends and we were kind of invited to this mastermind event.

It's "kind of' because we we weren't invited to the mastermind event.

[Sad music playing]

One of our roommates was invited to this business mastermind

and Ben was able to tag along; I didn't even go and in fact, Ben had to

pay his way whereas all of the other attendees were just invited to share their knowledge.

And the reason is that we didn't have a lot of knowledge — our business was fresh and we didn't know a ton.

So Ben went there, by far the smallest business amongst this group of people

that were internet entrepreneurs, and they were friendly and kind but

they weren't really interested in Ben and I wouldn't say that they respected him;

he was allowed to kind of sit in on conversations and listen

but nobody was going straight to him saying, "Hey, man. What do you think about this?"

That all changed in the evening and what happened was they went out to a bar and at

the bar, Ben did what we have been doing; he did the Charisma on Command thing —

he turned it on, he made friends with guys, he walked up to the most attractive

group of women, made friends with them, brought them over to the other guys,

introduced people and immediately — not just that night but the next day —

every guy in that event was so much more interested in Ben.

They started helping him directly with his business rather than him just having to listen

in on conversations and one of the big breakthroughs for us is one of the guys there

offered business coaching in exchange for been doing charisma coaching with him.

And that's what put us on the map; we learned a ton from him.

We started our course, Charisma University, which is the engine of our business today.

If you're interested in that, it is our online course, I'm gonna put a link in the description

where you can check out one of the videos that makes that course up

on the 4 emotions that create an amazing first impression anytime and anywhere

whether you're in the bar or the networking event or wherever you're at

so if that interests you, go ahead click the link below; you can check out that video

and see if the course is something that you might be interested in.

But moving along now, let's go to number six and number six is

sharing your values.

Now this is something that I really got a visceral realization.

This flips disrespect into respect

And I realized it because when I quit my job and when I stopped drinking,

I got a lot of criticism.

People thought that I was crazy or that I was lazy for leaving my job

and they thought that I was a buzzkill when I stopped drinking.

This went on for a little while and I just kind of dealt with it

and one day, I stumbled upon sort of explaining myself when people would bring stuff up.

So they say, "Oh, you're quitting your job. I'm sorry to hear that."

And I said, "You know? I'm actually kind of excited; in fact, I'm very excited because

I realized that I was going to spend probably the next 60 years of my life

doing work that paid well but I wasn't that passionate about. And I figured,

while I'm young, I might as well take a swing at the dream and try to do something

that I really, really care about so that's what I'm doing and I'm figuring it out."

And people go, "Oh, wow. That's awesome."

Or when it came to drinking, I'd say, "No thanks, I don't want to drink."

"Oh come on, it's my birthday, man. You have to," and I go, "No, thank you."

Really, what happened for me is that I realized I'd come to bar like this

or a party like this and I want to be fun and social but the first thing I would do

is go to the bar and drink and I realized that I was using alcohol

as a social crutch — to be more fun, more outgoing, and more confident.

So rather than drink and do that, I wanted to learn how to do it myself and that's why I really don't drink anymore.

And I swear, the words that people used after that would be, "Wow, man. I really respect that. That's awesome."

And not only would they not pester me to drink anymore, I felt like and I saw

that they genuinely respected that decision more.

So if you're not sharing your values especially in the areas where you are doing something different,

you're leaving a really golden opportunity to shine and to garner respect on the table.

share your values; talk about why you do the things you do.

Again, this is something that we discuss inside of Charisma University —

how to work this into conversation but it's a hugely, hugely helpful thing

for starting to get more respect in the moment.

Now, the 7th and the last thing is probably the most counterintuitive

and that is calling people out on their bad behavior.

And I learned this, I remember very vividly, in 12th grade.

And what had happened in 12th grade was there was a girl who was queen bee

and she was very pretty; she was socially of higher status than most people,

and in class that I wasn't in — I just remember the story — she started being rude to another girl.

And because of her status, even the teacher didn't really interrupt.

Everyone kind of got out of her way and the class fell silent

while she was just mean to this one girl.

And out of the silence, my buddy said, "Wait, you can't say that to her.

That's rude and she's my friend. Stop." And that was it.

He really didn't have a good argument and he didn't say much more than that

but now everyone was stunned; not just this side of the class but also this queen bee girl.

And I remember he walked around the rest of the day feeling really nervous,

"Oh my god, what's gonna happen?" but we later learned

is that from that moment on, she had a huge crush on him.

And it wasn't because she liked it in the moment; she was fuming in the moment.

But when he said that and he held her to a higher standard of stop-behaving-like-that-you-can't-treat-people-like-that,

he won her respect.

And that's the difference is sometimes what wins respect isn't always what people like in the moment

and that's why it can be hard but calling them out on genuinely bad behavior

and holding them to a higher standard, those are the moments when they go,

"You know what? This is someone who values me for my character

and therefore, I want to show them the quality of my character

and not just right off of my looks or my status or my wealth."

And that's why it's such a powerful mindset; call people out on their bad behavior.

So that is it for this video those are seven things that you can do

to generate respect immediately — not a substitute for character in the long run

but hopefully, a way to help you make smaller strides towards doing that —

being more honest and integrate this in your day-to-day life.

If you like this video, make sure to subscribe to the channel.

If you want that video that I mentioned, go ahead and click the link in the description,

drop your email and you'll see that preview of first impressions from Charisma University.

I hope that you guys have enjoyed this video and I will see you in the next one.

How to Get Rid of Fleas with Diatomaceous Earth - Duration: 7:06.

How to Get Rid of Fleas with Diatomaceous Earth

Everyone who has or has had pets at some point had to fight the presence of fleas.

These hated animals are external parasites that live off of warm-blooded animals.

It's very common to find them on dogs and cats.

And, getting rid of them can be difficult.

When there's a flea epidemic at home, and they are primarily attacking your pets, your job is to get rid of them.

There is an infinite amount of products that are very effective.

But, they rely on high levels of chemicals.

These can affect both your animals and you.

An alternative, but effective treatment is diatomaceous earth.

This is a rock that is made with the residues from the fossils of a very hard shell.

It's safe for humans and animals.

But, thanks to its sharp edges, it becomes lethal to insects and parasites.

This is because it dehydrates and dries them out.

Spreading fleas.

When a female flea finds her way into your pet's fur, she has the job of laying her eggs in its fur.

This isn't the only problem.

The eggs fall out easily.

They end up in your couches, furniture and other areas where the animal lies.

Where your pet goes, it's likely for eggs to end up there and for them to hatch.

As a result, we're faced with hidden larvae.

They're in the depths of pillows, cushions, easy chairs and even in the cracks of your floors.

You need to treat them constantly to get rid of them.

This is because they can reinfest both your pet and your house.

If you still haven't found a solution for getting rid of fleas, today we will give you a great treatment that uses diatomaceous earth.

Diatomaceous earth treatment.

This treatment should focus on the areas that your pet prefers to go.

This means their bed, a pillow, a cushion they sleep on or even the grass in your yard.

Diatomaceous earth is found in hardware stores, nurseries, and even in garden stores.

It's very important that you don't buy the kind for pools.

It has to be food grade diatomaceous earth.

These are the steps you need to take:.

Using gloves and a protective mask, grab a small amount of the dirt.

Then, sprinkle it on your pet.

Rub it into its fur.

Brush your pet with a comb to help it spread all over its fur.

Note: Be careful that you don't get the earth in your pet's ears.

Spread the diatomaceous earth on the pillow or on the bed that your pet sleeps on.

It's important that your animal is out of the house when you do this.

They should be gone until the dust settles.

The dirt needs to reach the corners and cracks of the wall and floor.

For pillows, it; s necessary o et them rest for a few hours, or, preferably all-night long.

Afterward, remove the dust.

You can remove the dust by shaking the pillows.

However, the best option is to use a vacuum cleaner to keep the dust from affecting your animal.

Don't forget any area!.

In the areas that you know fleas and ticks use to get in, make a barrier with diatomaceous earth.

Keep them from getting into your house.

Rub it in the cracks outside and especially in your yard.

The grass and plants, in general, are more likely to have fleas.

Because of this, it's important that you spread this dirt on your yard.

If you have trees in your yard, it's important that you sprinkle this dirt on their bark.

Also, sprinkle it on your bushes, fences, and any other area your animal can pick up these annoying parasites.

If your pet has been in your car, it's a good idea to sprinkle diatomaceous earth on your seats, floor and in the cushions.

This kills any fleas or ticks they may have left.

Do the same thing you did with the cushions in your house: let them rest for a few hours and then vacuum them.

The best thing is to repeat this process every two weeks to get rid of any flea or tick that your animal might have brought into the house during this time.

How to get better at FIFA 18: Pro players give their top tips - Duration: 15:00.

It doesn't matter who you are, you can always get better at FIFA. Even the best players in the world, the ones making a living off playing their favourite game as professional athletes, are consistently finding ways to improve

One such player, , gave a FIFA 18 workshop at the recently. Fellow pro player was there too, so we sat down with both of them to get some private tips

How to defend in FIFA 18Defending properly is a problem a lot of people have in FIFA

It's part of the game that EA s fiddles with quite a lot, and even the pros have trouble keeping up sometimes

'I always struggle with defending,' said Shellzz. 'The attack is very similar each year, but defending's always a tough one

I kept trying different styles, like not touching any players except my back line

Then I tried maybe just using the midfield, you've got to find the right balance

'Hashtag Ryan's style is very simple: Just hold A.'I don't press B, because they changed it this year,' he said

'When you press B, it's like a grab, you have to hold B in order to make the tackle, but they do that stupid lunge

I don't risk it because you can give away penalties because it's too delayed.'When I defend I hold A

Let's say my opponent's on the wing and about to come inside, I hold A+LT because it'll help them shuffle

If they're good with skills you're in trouble though. It's pretty hard to defend this year

'Shellzz doesn't wholly agree, but says there are certainly merits to holding A: 'It's good in the box because they can't make any more passes, and it's kind of good when defending one on one, but not if they start passing

'One thing they can both agree on is that defending in FIFA is very difficult, particularly in this year's game

The best formations in FIFA 18Formations are another area where a lot of the pros have differing opinions

There are lots of different styles of play, and a fair few formations that can fit into it

You just have to find the one for you.One thing a lot of people don't realise, is that with custom tactics and instructions, you can change any formation to what you want it to be

'I used to use 4-4-1-1 because you have the centre forward who bridges the gap between your striker and midfield,' said Ryan, who then described what could be done with custom instructions

'I could have my wingers on Stay Forward, Get In Behind, and Stay Wide, which then imitates a 4-3-3 (attack)

It's just a bit more defensive when you're not on the ball.'If I want a defensive formation I it's 4-3-2-1 (wide) or 4-1-4-1 with my striker on Stay Forward, Get In Behind, and everyone else on defensive

It clogs up the midfield and you cover the wings.'If you want to keep a lead, it's always good to have a central defensive midfielder

I prefer two, because when I'm defending I like to control my CDM rather than defenders

'The only problem is, defensive formations aren't good for attacking. So you need to have a handful of formations that you're comfortable with in order to cover all areas of the game

And there are certain formations which counter others. If your opponent is parking the bus and frustrating you with a 4-3-2-1 (wide), then you can counter it with a 4-3-3 (attack)

You can have your attackers stay forward and have your midfielders on Aggressive Interceptions to try and get the ball back quickly

Just be wary of their stamina. FIFA 18 hidden tips and tricksWith FIFA, every game I play I learn something new,' said Ryan

'There's a lot of things people don't realise are in the game that aren't really pointed out to you by FIFA itself

You just have to learn it. A lot of people don't really know that you can move the goalkeeper

'Moving the goalkeeper 'Number one is the goalkeeper shuffle. It'll save like 50% of driven shots against you

If I see my opponent has got a chance on the edge of the box, just as they'e about to step into it, I'll hold down the right stick so my goalkeeper shuffles across the face of goal

Save assistance has to be set to semi in order to do this.'It's just built in for players when they're shooting to shoot across the face of goal as that's the most effective tactic against people who don't move their goalkeeper

Against casual players I'll do that and my goalkeeper will save it.'There are also sneaky ways of manipulating the AI in order to gain more space when on the attack

Supporting runs 'Everyone knows about supporting runs,' said Ryan. 'LB+A passing, where you trigger runs

But if you hold RB it makes them come close. So if you press LB initially, your player will run and the defender will follow the run

If you press RB quickly, your guy will come towards the ball and the defender is long gone, and you have a lot of room

'  Standing goal kicks Ryan discovered a new trick in January, when F2Tekkz used it against him to good effect

'Every time he had the ball in his keeper's hands, he'd kick it and was 1 on 1 every single time

I couldn't understand what was going on. So I watched the game over again and I saw that he would wait on one side of the box, run back to his goal, and then run to the other side, whilst holding RB, and he would just driven kick it straight down the pitch towards the corner flags

'Because you're controlling your defender if you have player switching on air balls, you're automatically running forward when you're trying to press the ball

So you run forward, the opponent's running the other way and it's a long kick down the field and they're pretty much one on one

I've never seen it before. He scored so many goals through just that, and no one knew how to defend it

'Now, people have discovered the way to defend against this trick is to control your defender directly and block the run on either side

But it'll still probably work in most of your games. Better crossing'Crossing is a big one

If I do a normal cross with X, the goalkeeper's always going to get it. If you hold LB it goes back post and the goalie flaps at it, it doesn't matter how much power you put on it

Cross assistance has to be on semi.'Corners, Free Kicks, and Penalties in FIFA 18'From corners, if the ball goes out there's a bit of a cinematic,' said Ryan

'When that's happening, just wait like a second or two then spam LT, your player will come short, quickly press A to pass to him, do a quick turn and then play it to the person near post who's running

'If you're not under too much pressure you can take a quick touch and hold L1, and cross to the back post and it's usually a free header

Usually your CB drifts there. Or you can pass it back to the person who was short for the corner, and cross it the same way

'As for free kicks, it can be tempting to take the chance and go for the spectacular finish

But Ryan doesn't take direct shots anymore.'I always have a second man and a third runner

I fake shot by holding LT and RB, I'll fake shot again, then I'll press A and the player comes short and I take a touch and finesse shot

There's a barrier when you take free kicks that defenders can't run past. By the time they get past that I've laid it off and I have a second or two to shoot

'Ryan says he's not good at penalties, despite winning every shootout he's ever played at tournaments

'I usually just tap shoot. If I'm always aiming left, my player will look left, so your opponent knows where they're gonna go

So I move the stick left, right, left, right and then decide at the last second.'Of course, I had to try and put my new skills to the test against one of the pros, so I sat down with Ryan for a match

Manchester United vs Manchester United, which Ryan says is the most balanced team in the game

The last couple of times , we . This time I survived until around the 55th minute at 0-0, and even managed a shot or two on target

However Hashtag Ryan eventually scored a goal, which opened the floodgates for the match to end 3-0

I've still got a lot to learn, although I'm quite sure I'll never get up to their level

How to Get Started in Real Estate Investing - LOCATION - Duration: 4:10.

So welcome back now we want to go ahead and start with the second part of the

process as we help you to get started and better understanding exactly how you

can get started in being a successful multifamily real estate investor I love

to call this the L portion and that really is all about location talked

about so many different times that real estate is always about location location

location and I guess it really is and what it makes me think of and you

probably have when you're thinking about your house that you live in today you

probably have a part of the house that is your favorite place whether it's

being in the living room in front of your big-screen television or you're in

the basement because you have place all to yourself you may love being in the

backyard because you like listening to nature you may love being in the kitchen

whatever the case may be there is a part of the house where you love to be and

you feel more comfortable because it provides you the type of experience that

you are looking for or the type of experience that you'd like to be able to

provide for others if you think about being on the patio with friends things

like that now it's really not much different as it relates to real estate

when you think about the location you want to be able to think about the

location in the in a very similar way number one you are already starting to

get clear on what type of investor you are we talked about that in the last

video whether you like to be more passive or you like to be more active if

you're looking for cash flow which means you know very consistent streams of

income over time or capital gains which is you'd like to be able to buy low and

sell high but once you figure that out now you're looking at the location and

really the location is very similar to what we talked about in the beginning

which is where would you like to be in my case for instance I love living or

love living in Europe and investing in the United States because the United

States provides the type of market that is interesting for me as a person and in

my philosophy in terms of investing also you may think about different

locations it may be in your backyard because you're more comfortable with

investing in your backyard it may be a different part of the of the United

States or in Europe because you it's a place that you'd also like to be have a

part of your lifestyle so you have rental properties in those areas where

you're also going to where you're going to visit so it really is about at the

location is about making sure that you are in places that make sense for you

where you feel most comfortable and at the same time are very much linked to

what your personal goals are that we talked about before so like I said I

want to make this video series very simple because we tend to overcomplicate

things as it relates to real estate and so now that you're clear on where you

want to be from a personal philosophy standpoint now you are getting to the

location that it makes the most sense for you and your context in the next

video I'm going to talk to you about the third part in the process so and then as

I mentioned before it once you get to the last video I'm going to talk to you

about a way that we actually go a lot more in detail where you can start to

look more in detail and help you take very actionable steps and like I said a

four-step process to helping you get started or accelerate as a real estate

investor so do me a favor make sure you leave your your comments

in the link below to my question of the day and what is the question of the day

help me understand from a location standpoint where do you believe you feel

more comfortable or the most comfortable in terms of investing so this is Billy

Keels that's my two cents for today and as always Hasta la Próxima!

How To Get Clear On What You Want ~ A Simple Contrast Worksheet For Clarity - Duration: 5:36.

Hello my name is Carmen Payne. I am the owner and creator of SOAR

transformational life coaching and welcome to this episode of "Carmen's

Coaching Corner" and the topic of this episode is how to get clear on what you

want, and for those of you living in Phoenix as a special announcement at the

end of this video just for you. So how do you get clear on what you want? So you

may not find that your, you know, you're going about your daily lives and there's

a lot of contrast coming up for you and what I mean by that is there are things

in your life that you want to change. So it could be you're not happy with your

weight, you're not happy with your health, you want a better bank account, you're

not very happy with your career, you're not, you want some different friendships

in your life, all these areas of contrast are coming up for you. So this process

will really help you get clear on what t is you don't want, the contrast part

of it and clear on what you do want, and it's really good to have contrast

because it really makes you realize okay this is what I don't want so what is it

that I do actually want and this process will really help you with that.

Now there's nine steps to this and they're all listed in the comments (Description) that

come with this video so if you don't remember them all just read the comments

and you have the step-by-step process. So grab a sheet of paper and a pen and what

you want to do is at the subject line you want to create the the subject

header which is "I want to have my ideal career" or "I want my ideal bank account", or

"my ideal weight", or "my ideal body" or "my ideal partner", whatever it is that you

want to focus the process on, whatever it whatever topic that might be for you and

then draw a line down the middle of the paper and on the left hand column write

the word "contrast" and on the right hand side write the word "clarity" and under

the contrast column what you're going to do is you're going to list all the

things that you don't like about that particular situation. It could be "I don't

like how I feel in my clothes", "I don't like what I look like when I

look in the mirror", "I don't like the hours that I'm working with my job." " I am

you know I'm not happy with the amount of pay that I'm getting." "I'm not valued

by my friends or my co-workers", whatever those lists of contrasting thoughts

offer you, just write them down. And then on the clarity side for every single

thing you've listed here you're going to write a clarity statement and it's going

to sound something like, "I love my body, I'm good, I'm I I love my body, I love

what I look like in the mirror", whatever. Yhe opposite statement is to what you've

written here. Write it down. How do you really want to

feel? How, what do you actually want instead right? So you're focusing on what

you do want instead of what you don't want so when you've written down the

clarity statements you want to get it your pen and your pencil and you

just want to scrape, scrub out, cross out that right there. Everything that you've

written on the contrast side so that the only part that's easily visible to you

is everything that you've written on the clarity side, and then when you've done

that read through your clarity statements. Your clarity sentences and

get more specific, so if you you know you might say "I want to join a gym, I'm gonna

go walking every morning, I'm gonna start looking on monster.com for a new job"

whatever the more specific things are in relation to what you've written on the

clarity side and then reread it and make sure that it really resonates with you

that you're feeling it in your body that you're emotionally it's making you feel

excited right. And then from that write down two to three actions inspired

actions that you are gonna take and by when

based on this clarity statement. And then what you don't want to do,

you know there's no point creating this all this list of what you want to do if

you're not prepared to do any action, because remember thoughts create

emotions create action okay. Your thoughts make you feel emotions, and

those emotions make you do action. So you really want to make sure in your clarity

side that you're very crystal clear on what it is you do want. There's not

anything negative there about what you do want and from there write your three actions

down. Now for those of you in Phoenix if you want to deeper dive on a more

intimate setting plus a bonus process I actually have a workshop being run next

Wednesday with me in a very intimate setting spaces are limited and I'm not

just saying that, they really are limited and I've put two links to how you can

register for that workshop next week in the comments with this video. I really

hope to see you there it's a really valuable process and the bonus process

that we're going to cover will really add even more value

to this process so I hope to see you there and if you would like this

worksheet just let me know in the comments and I'll email it to you my
