Auto news on Youtube Jun 27 2018

So welcome back now we want to go ahead and start with the second part of the

process as we help you to get started and better understanding exactly how you

can get started in being a successful multifamily real estate investor I love

to call this the L portion and that really is all about location talked

about so many different times that real estate is always about location location

location and I guess it really is and what it makes me think of and you

probably have when you're thinking about your house that you live in today you

probably have a part of the house that is your favorite place whether it's

being in the living room in front of your big-screen television or you're in

the basement because you have place all to yourself you may love being in the

backyard because you like listening to nature you may love being in the kitchen

whatever the case may be there is a part of the house where you love to be and

you feel more comfortable because it provides you the type of experience that

you are looking for or the type of experience that you'd like to be able to

provide for others if you think about being on the patio with friends things

like that now it's really not much different as it relates to real estate

when you think about the location you want to be able to think about the

location in the in a very similar way number one you are already starting to

get clear on what type of investor you are we talked about that in the last

video whether you like to be more passive or you like to be more active if

you're looking for cash flow which means you know very consistent streams of

income over time or capital gains which is you'd like to be able to buy low and

sell high but once you figure that out now you're looking at the location and

really the location is very similar to what we talked about in the beginning

which is where would you like to be in my case for instance I love living or

love living in Europe and investing in the United States because the United

States provides the type of market that is interesting for me as a person and in

my philosophy in terms of investing also you may think about different

locations it may be in your backyard because you're more comfortable with

investing in your backyard it may be a different part of the of the United

States or in Europe because you it's a place that you'd also like to be have a

part of your lifestyle so you have rental properties in those areas where

you're also going to where you're going to visit so it really is about at the

location is about making sure that you are in places that make sense for you

where you feel most comfortable and at the same time are very much linked to

what your personal goals are that we talked about before so like I said I

want to make this video series very simple because we tend to overcomplicate

things as it relates to real estate and so now that you're clear on where you

want to be from a personal philosophy standpoint now you are getting to the

location that it makes the most sense for you and your context in the next

video I'm going to talk to you about the third part in the process so and then as

I mentioned before it once you get to the last video I'm going to talk to you

about a way that we actually go a lot more in detail where you can start to

look more in detail and help you take very actionable steps and like I said a

four-step process to helping you get started or accelerate as a real estate

investor so do me a favor make sure you leave your your comments

in the link below to my question of the day and what is the question of the day

help me understand from a location standpoint where do you believe you feel

more comfortable or the most comfortable in terms of investing so this is Billy

Keels that's my two cents for today and as always Hasta la Próxima!

Sarah Hyland Excited to Get Back to the Gym After Hospitalization: 'Strong Skinny' - Duration: 3:51.

Sarah Hyland is ready to get her strength back after dealing with a health scare that landed her in the hospital

The Modern Family star, 27, was hospitalized on June 18 for an unknown health issue, but one week later, she shared that she was cleared to get back in the gym

"Workout before work," Hyland wrote on her Instagram Story, telling the camera, "I'm normally shaky, but I'm even shakier from working out

"  Hyland posted in another slide that she plans to build up her muscles.  "Finally have clearance to workout," she wrote

"Abs here I come. It's been a while. Strong > skinny."  Hyland revealed on Friday, for National Selfie Day, that she was forced to leave work on Monday for her hospital visit

"Sometimes a selfie is more than just a good angle and feelin cute. This time for #nationalselfieday I've decided to share my truth

As painful as it is," she wrote, alongside a picture of herself.  "So here is my face that was torn from work against my will

But I'm very grateful it was. Health should always come first," she said, with the hashtag, "#stayhealthymyfriends

"  The actress, who was in the middle of shooting the upcoming film The Wedding Year, was able to return home on Saturday, a source told PEOPLE

Hyland has a history of health issues, including kidney dysplasia, which required a kidney transplant in 2012

Her condition also affects her body composition, and in May 2017 she addressed the frequent skinny-shaming she hears from people on social media

" 'Eat a burger,' 'your head is bigger than your body and that's disgusting,' " she quoted on Twitter

"And you're right! … No one's head should be bigger than their body but considering I've basically been on bed rest for the past few months, I've lost a lot of muscle mass

My circumstances have put me in a place where I'm not in control of what my body looks like

So I strive to be as healthy as possible, as everyone should."  "I have been told that I can't work out

Which, for me, is very upsetting," she said. "I love to be STRONG. (I'll be using that word a lot) Strength is everything

Being strong has gotten me where I am. Both mentally and physically. I am not a fan of 'being skinny

Guatemalan mom sues to get back child government took from her at 3am - Duration: 20:05.

A Central American woman who sued the Trump administration on Tuesday for the safe return of her 12-year-old daughter told DailyMail

com that she let the girl go with border agents because she had seen officers physically abuse small children who resisted

'When they came to get my daughter at 3am, she was sleeping. I told her to go with them,' Perla Karlili Alemengor Miranda De Velasquez said through a Spanish translator

'I didn't want her to go, but I had seen officers grab little children who were three or four years old by their hair and throw them into cells when they tried to get back to their mothers

I didn't want them to hurt my daughter.' Miranda's attorney confirmed the English translation and said his client would stand by that statement

The Department of Homeland Security did not respond to a request for comment about the stunning claim of violence directed at children, including a question about whether personnel in any sub-agency has been disciplined this year for physically harming a child

The White House also did not respond to a request for comment.A U.S. Customs and Border Patrol spokesman said Tuesday asked for confirmation of Miranda's name and said the agency would 'look into this

'In her lawsuit Miranda claims her daughter told her in a phone call that she was kept in a small room, fed cold food and slept in cold conditions – with no pillow and only an aluminum blanket for warmth

Miranda and her daughter are asylum-seekers who crossed the border on May 19 with government-issued IDs and the girl's birth certificate, according to the lawsuit filed in Washington, D

C. federal court. After two days in a holding cell, she says, immigration officers came for her daughter at 3:30 in the morning

SCROLL DOWN TO READ THE LAWSUIT  'She witnessed other officers take children away from their mothers and when those mothers asked why, the officers said, "because the government says we can",' the lawsuit alleges

Ten days later she filed a form with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent at Eloy Detention Center Arizona, asking: 'I would like to know where my daughter is

''She was with me and I don't know where she is. Thank you very much for your attention,' Miranda wrote

DailyMail.com is withholding the tween girl's name at her mother's request. The legal action, her attorney Mario Williams told DailyMail

com, is intended to make a case that the administration's 'zero tolerance' prosecution policy is 'racist' – and that treating Central American illegal immigrants differently from those of other nationalities is 'patently unconstitutional

'  When they came to get my daughter at 3am, she was sleeping. I told her to go with them

I didn't want her to go, but I had seen officers grab little children who were three or four years old by their hair and throw them into cells when they tried to get back to their mothers

I didn't want them to hurt my daughter. – Perla Karlili Alemengor Miranda De Velasquez'The Trump Administration just doesn't want people from Central America in this country,' he insisted in a phone interview

Mike Donovan, CEO of Libre by Nexus, a Virginia firm that posts bonds for immigrants in federal detention, said his firm's charitable arm is funding the Miranda lawsuit because the administration is trying to discourage all Central American immigrants – including those with legitimate asylum claims – from making the trip to the U

S.'The administration is deterring legitimate asylum seekers,' Donovan said Tuesday

'We believe Central Americans are being targeted.'Nexus Services, the charitable division, announced Tuesday that it has set up a legal hotline for eparated families

Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, he alleged, 'want to freeze all immigration as much as possible

The problem is that then you deter legal immigration and asylum-seekers.' Sessions in particular has talked openly about wanting Central Americans to 'get the message,' but he has also encouraged asylum-seekers to 'come through the border at the port of entry and not break across the border unlawfully

' In May 2015 the Obama administration agreed to drop a border policy, part of its 'aggressive deterrence strategy,' that used deterrence as a factor in deciding whether to release asylum-seekers into the U

S. or keep them in custody.A federal judge in Washington, D.C. had ruled that the practice was unconstitutional

Even without Donovan's broader aims, Miranda's case appears harrowing enough on its own

She has made a claim of 'credible fear' that she will be harmed if she returns to Guatemala, and the U

S. government released her on June 19 pending an asylum hearing. But she still doesn't know where her daughter is, despite being permitted two phone calls with her

During one call, the lawsuit alleges, a staff member of the facility holding the girl – known in court papers only as 'D' – 'remained on the line and would not let D

give Ms. V. too much information. D. was crying on the phone and wanted to be reunited with her mom

'In a second call, 'her daughter was crying again, asking to be with her mother, and [said] that for most of the day she was kept in a small room, with terrible, cold food, that she needed more clothes, that the facility was extremely cold, and that she had to sleep with only an aluminum blanket and no pillow

'Her lawyers believe the girl is at a Corpus Christi, Texas shelter operated by Upbring/LSS, a nonprofit whose shelter in McAllen, Texas first lady Melania Trump visited last week

Miranda, the mother, says she was not fed properly during her weeks in adult detention, lost weight, and 'was not sleeping due to worry and nightmares

'She was ultimately released without criminal charges, but also given no help locating her child

'Don't be sad. Don't sign anything,' she urged other parents on Tuesday during a short press availability

'Let them fight for their children.'Her case is similar to that of Beata Mejia-Mejia, whose 7-year-old son Darwin the government flew last week to reunite with her after she sued using the same legal team as Miranda

Mejia-Mejia may have put the first dent in a legal floodgate destined to swing open

The Justice Department declined comment on Tuesday, citing a policy of not publicly addressing ongoing litigation

DO ASYLUM-SEEKERS GET 'DUE PROCESS'?  The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution provides 'due process of law,' meaning that a person has certain rights when it comes to being prosecuted for a crime

And the 14th Amendment says no state can 'deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws

'The courts have generally interpreted that to mean that once a person has crossed the U

S. border, that person has the right to present his or her case, including any claim of political asylum

Conservative commentators often criticize these rulings, or ignore them. But access to the U

S. court system by non-citizens was in part why President George W. Bush opted to detain terror suspects at Guantanamo Bay, an area leased to the U

S. military by Cuba. Keeping terror suspects off U.S. soil kept them outside the reach of civilian judges who might object to their treatment or lengthy detentions

(Trump during the 2016 campaign suggested he liked this approach of a U.S. prison outside the scope of America's legal system, promising to 'load it up with some bad dudes

')Due process can look different for each case. Rules for refugees, for example, differ from those seeking political asylum

A person's criminal record can play a role too, as can the location of entry, such as a designated port of arrival versus other parts of the border

Under current rules, a person detained within 100 miles of the border and who has been in the country for less than 14 days can be deported immediately, without being processed through immigration courts

But the person can also claim asylum, triggering a series of screenings by the federal government to determine if they are eligible

To qualify, they must demonstrate that they fear persecution as a result of their race, religion, political opinion or other factors

According to the nonpartisan Migration Policy Institute, about 76 percent of people receiving this 'credible fear' interview are approved and their case is referred to an immigration judge

Some people are released during the process, while others are required to wait in detention, depending upon the details of their case

     – The Associated Press The Miranda lawsuit, unlike the one that preceded it a week ago, is brutal in its characterization of how the U

S. Office of Refugee Resettlement, a subagency of the Health and Human Services Department, is housing about 2,300 children separated from the adults who brought them across the border

The facility where Miranda's daughter is living, her lawyers argue is 'ORR's concentration camp of children

''The Administration's concentration of children in camp facilities, separate from their parents, has been seen before: in Nazi Germany, and in slavery times,' the lawsuit claims in some of its more strident language

'The Administration's doubled-down stance on this horrific policy, and attempts to silence bi-partisan opposition, has also been seen before, for example: Francoist Spain

' Current federal law allows U.S. immigration authorities to immediately return Mexican nationals to their home country when they cross illegally into the U

S. without legitimate claims for asylum. Not so with immigrants from countries that don't border the United States

The Trump administration has asked Congress to change that, a quirk in the law that it regards as a 'loophole' benefiting primarily Central Americans

Williams, the attorney behind both the Miranda and Mejia-Mejia lawsuits, sees it differently

'There is no law saying you can target Central America and say, "I'm going to give you a no-tolerance plan,' he said

How to Get Out of Voicemail Jail! - Duration: 2:58.

Good afternoon, I'm Ryan Cybulski with Sandler training, and welcome to your

weekly head trash pickup! It's a mini video series, where I'll be sharing some

of the mindset obstacles I hear from my clients, and also experience myself..

and how we might overcome them. My purpose is to give open-minded sales pros like you

some simple tools that might offer a fresh perspective, help you up your game

and even help yourself out of your own way..if you're willing.. so let's begin with

one of the most common things that I've been hearing recently. It's about what do

we do when we get ourselves in the infamous "Voicemail Jail"...

We've all been there. You've had the meeting - it was a good meeting and you've even got good

feedback from the prospect, so you sent over a proposal.. A couple weeks goes by

you've called twice left a voicemail that may sound something like..

Hi Mr. or Mrs. Prospect, it's Ryan over here at XYZ company and I

was just checking in to see how you liked that proposal I sent over last

week I know that you're busy so this message might fall through the cracks

but I'll call back again.. thanks! Again this is Ryan five five five five five

five four bye bye - who's been there? We all have So how do we get our prospects

to call us back at this point? ..and better yet, how might we avoid experiencing our

prospects attempt at maybe going into the witness protection program!!

We can talk about that in a video maybe next week or next time. So if this is your

third or fourth time reaching out after sending over a proposal.

It may make sense to try and flip the script on your voice mail neck time err (ha!) next time..

it may sound counterintuitive at first but just try it, see what happens.

It might go something like this.

Hey Mr. or Mrs. Prospect, it's Ryan Cybulski over at Sandler Training. It's been about a week since we

agreed upon getting back together about the proposal you asked that I send over

not sure what your feelings are on that but based on your silence, I'm getting

the sense that something may have changed on your end so I'm curious if it

makes sense to close the file and part as friends. Which is okay! My number is

five five five five five five four.. Chat soon, thank you! So what happened there?

I gave them the out.. I told them that we're gonna close the file and help them make

a decision, so most salespeople don't do this. We're afraid to maybe to stand

out or to be a little different or to give them the option of saying no but if

you try this they will call you back nine times out of ten... those numbers

aren't fact checked, but it's close! And you'll either know you're a good fit for

business together or you'll know the file is closed and your chase mode is over!

It's a win-win, so thank you for tuning into Head Trash Pickup today!

I appreciate the chance to take what we think is common sense ...

and bring it into common practice.

Cheers!

The Bible Unfolds 06 - Where to Get Strength - Duration: 35:17.

Today I want to talk about where you can find strenght when your power runs out.

Where do you find power and strenght to follow Lord and to contend,

when you feel that you have no more power.

We can walk victoriously and joyfully for many years.

We can be inspired by many tasks and visions.

But human being is built up in a way that whatever we do and experience,

we become blunt of it all.

And we lose our power and we get tired and even spiritually exhausted

of all spiritual work and aspiration.

Where do we get strenght in those situations?

In the Second World War many people survived in concentration camps,

and many of those survivors were even in relatively good mental health.

Studies have been conducted of this subject: what helped them?

It has been noticed that many of them had something to hold on.

They could hold on something in their lives.

Someone had a fiancee who waited for him at home.

Someone had a family.

Someone had a vocation and he hoped to be able to start it someday.

Someone had an escape plan and he clung to it even though he was never able to carry it out.

But he had a plan to cling to.

Even today many people have similar difficulties in their lives.

Future can be more difficult than this day for us.

How do we cope this day? How do we cope tomorrow?

We Christians need also something to hold on.

Jesus says in Luke 8, 13: "Those are the ones who receive the word with a joy when they hear it but they have no root.

They believe for a while, but in the time of testing, they fall away."

Now we can ask why there is a group who falls of.

Jesus says that some people can not keep on believing. They fall of instead.

I think one reason is that they are tired of contention.

Because they have nothing to hold on.

In psalm 119: 49 - 50 it is written:

"Remember your word to your servant, for you have given me hope.

My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life."

There is something you can always lean on in all your life crisis.

They are God's promises.

Even today they are real and trustworthy.

And we can hold on them when we have nothing else to hold on.

And by those promises you can participate in heavenly blessings and heavenly help,

that you seem to lack right now.

In Heb. 11: 25 - 26: it is said about Moses that

"He chose to be ill-treated along with the people of God rather than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a short time.

He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt,

because he was looking ahead to his reward."

Bearing the disgrace of Christ is not easy.

Sometimes it is really heavy.

Aspirations of a Christian in the midst of a sinful world takes it's toll.

But what Moses did?

He looked ahead to his reward.

He looked to God's promises.

An so he endured and he won his own battle.

God's promise is like a hand which is streched out from the Kigdom of Heaven to a wanderer in darkness.

And you can grab that hand.

It brings feeling of safety and hope. It guides and takes you to your destination.

It is something that you can hold on.

I became a believer amidst all struggles of my youth.

I suffered a lot of depression and I lacked power.

Then I started to study God's Word and I found God's promises there.

God had promises to me, a little human being.

Those promises lifted me and carried me ahead.

And I could see that those promises were wonderful.

They had enormous power to give to inner being.

When younster my self-esteem was totally broken.

I felt very worthless.

Then Lord started to take me ahead and lead me.

And I remember that there were people who monitored me.

Some one even said about me: "Whom does Tapani think he is."

I didn't imagine anything, but I had a secret that others didn't know about.

I had a promise of God.

"Your promises revive me."

The promise began to carry me ahead.

In the 1990's we had depression in the work of One Way Mission.

And people said: "Perhaps you shoud shut down it all."

And many left off.

And there was a phase when even I thought that it would be wise.

I had no power or solution.

But one day God gave a promise.

And He said: "I will change everything."

That promise started to carry us.

It became to a new source of power.

And God fulfilled His promises.

And soon our work was expanded all over the world.

My friend, it is a powerful word in the bible:" Your promises revive me."

There are two kind of God's promises in the bible.

First there is this "logos" -word which is foundational word and revelation of the bible to all sincere children of God.

And you may hold on them.

Secondly there are "rhema" -words,

They are words of God to a person who is in a specific situation.

And we need them.

We can't take all promises to ourselves

if they are not really given by God.

In the bible there are promises that are for a certain person at a given moment.

Some people have owned a promise from the bible, for ex. the fall of the walls of Jericho.

And they have gone to circle aroud walls that they want to fall.

Once a congregation tried to conquer a theater in order to make it to their church. They went aroud it seven times.

But they did't get it.

Because not all word in the bible is such that what happened once will happen again.

Such a doctrine wears us out, if we dont understand the word of the bible correctly.

Bible says: "Wife, do you know how to safe your husband?

Husband, do you know how to safe your wife?"

Some people think that bible promises that our folks are saved automatically

when we have given our life to Christ.

But the bible does not clearly promise that.

And we can't hold on it, because it is not based on the bible.

I have nothing against that all your relatives are saved.

And if I am wrong about this, I thank God.

But I really think that

Bible does not automatically promise that.

But all our nearest and dearest are specially called by God.

When we are in a situation where promises of the bible will not mean what we wish,

we still have the opportunity to pray.

And there is the "rhema" -word from God.

It can change everything.

I know people to whom God himself has told what will happen to their folks.

One delirict whom many of you know, became a believer.

His mother had years and years before in a prayer received a promise from God:

"Your son will be saved and he will be a powerful weapon of God."

And for years she thanked and praised for what will happen.

God's promise bore the fruit and her son was saved.

And we saw enormous miracles.

One hopeless drug addict had a grandmother, to whom God had promised:

"Your grandson will preach gospel to kings."

This grandmother prayed and thanked God and, hold on that promise for years,

And so happened, that drug addict was saved,

and he was a blessing and preacher to many dignitaries, diplomats and even to a president.

My friends, "rhema" -word belongs to us.

And God can speak us of many things, addition to all great promises of the bible.

And they carry us.

As bible says: "I give you my peace. That I give to you."

God's peace has been a great blessing in my life, because in His peace God often gives His promises.

From time to time we encounter big issues in our work.

And we absolutely need to get understanding from God.

When God gives us peace concerning a certain issue,

that peace is God's promise.

God promises: "You go ahead and I will give all the help you need,

I provide all means and people you need, Go and do it."

When we walk with God's peace in our hearts, we are included in His undertakings.

Peace is a promise that we can hold on when the earth seems to be shaken.

When we seem to have difficulties ahead, we have His promise.

Once we were in China and we were suppposed to visit a congregation,

and our workers Jean and Paul were coming to fetch us

When they came, Jean said: "We have to change the plan because we lack peace.

God didn't give us peace and we can't go that meeting.

It is not safe."

We had to change the plan.

We di not have God's promise.

But next day we felt that we could go there.

We did not worry anymore because we had God's peace.

God is our refuge and he takes care of us.

Even though we sail in hazardous waters.

My friends, peace leads us in the middle of dangers. Peace is a promise.

It brings safety and ease in our lives.

Where do you find safety when you are amidst dangers?

There in one safe place even though we had great anguish.

Even if a great oppression of Christians swept over Europe,

there is allways a safe place and it is in God's will.

When we walk in the peace of God we have peace in our heart

and we are safe even though the world would be in total disorder.

Today many are afraid of the future.

But when you are close to the Lord, you don't have to be afraid.

Because He is a living God.

His heart is full of promises that bring refuge to His own.

That is why I think that future will be a challege to christians,

and it will also be much more difficult than ever before.

But I think that we have interesting time ahead.

We get to experience God's reality and power in a new way.

Where there is fight, hardness and challenge to be a christian,

there is also God powerfully present.

His promises carry us trough the darkest valley.

There are things that God never promised us.

God has not promised us earthly riches or succes.

Nor happiness in our lives.

Nor lack of illnesses or difficulties.

We can't automatically declare it, even though many do just that.

It is wishful thinking, that may function for a while.

But in reality those promises don't work.

They produce exhaustion, depression and apostacy.

It is topmoustly important that we understand what God has promised us and what He did not.

There are people to whom God has promised a lot.

To a certain man god promised wealth.

He saw gold bars in a revelation, and the Holy Spirit gave him great wealth.

Be careful how you use them.

He got a promise, a "rhema" -word from God.

And he became most rich.

One year he was most succesful businessman of Finland.

Everything he did flourished.

He gave a lot of money to God's work.

God can make some one rich. He can bless.

God can give such a promise.

But it does't mean that every one will find gold bars under their bed.

And that all of us would be loaded with money.

But we have great promises in the Word.

Powerful promises.

Bible says: "Everything is yours: Paul, Apollos and Kefas,

yours is the world, life and death, present and future. Everything is yours."

Think about these words of God!

We are not poor.

This is just a temporary defect.

We have been promised all the wealth. We are enormously rich in Christ.

We are His coheirs.

Promises are so great that we don't understand their value.

We can not measure them with gold and silver.

They are much greater than riches of this world.

God's Word is full of promises.

"The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and he delivers them."

"Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want."

Rich is not that who owns everything, but that who lacks nothing.

When Lord is your shepherd, you lack nothing.

Even though you have nothing in your purse today.

Because in Lord you have everything.

He takes care of His own.

He may take us to the valley of tribulation,

but we have a promise of God to carry us trough.

They carry us also through times of economical shortage.

My friends, God's promises are given us specially for times of difficulties, anxieties and afflictions.

We know something about our future.

And I want to say:

History is not some river of destiny,

where church drifts without any goal.

Did you know that history is already written.

It was written in advance.

And you will find it in the book of revelations.

You will find it in several pages of the bible.

The book of revelations was not ment to frighten people with the future incidents of the world.

But instead in has a powerful pledge to the congregation:

God has everything under His control.

Everything ends up well.

Whatever happens in the world, remember that God gave His promise.

And he has declared in advance what will happen.

Everything is under His jurisdiction. And everything ends well.

Bible is given to people who believe in God and His Word.

The authority and holiness of Bible is under an attack today.

If Bible could be negated, people would not have anything to hold on in afflictions.

This world needs badly the holy word of God to trust in.

But now it is called "a book which is written by people of less understanding".

In stead of keeping it Sacred Word,

given by God to us to hang on in the middle of all our difficulties.

Bible says : "All who want to live a godly life in Jesus Christ, will be persecuted.

It is also God's word. And it is our reality.

Not only in some veritable persecution, but also here in Finland.

We do experience all kinds of hate and antipathy as childen of God.

We are bullied and victimized in our work and at school.

Amid all that we have vow of God which keeps us from tireing.

I was once in a situation where I was quite beaten by an exprerience of injustice,

and I was mocked.

Then I was in prayer with a couple of friends

Then Lord gave me personally a promise,

which was a wonderful experience,

The holy Spirit said: "I will compell him to apologize."

And that same evening a man gets up

and offers an apology to me of all those wrong testimonies that he had spread around about me.

God keeps us well.

When we give all our burdens to him in prayer, He is a strong defender.

Sometimes in a similar situation, Lord gave me a word as an uplifting of the Holy Spirit:

"If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing; whoever attacks you will fall at your feet."

And this has happened to the letter.

Bible says: "When they drag you in to courtrooms,

don't worry about what you should say there.

And speak up what is given to at the moment, because you are not speaking but the Holy Spirit is."

Once again we have a powerful promise of God here.

We don't have to worry.

God will give you what you need.

If you face persecution and injustice.

Jesus said: "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations.

And surely I am with you allways, to the very end of age."

My friends, when we go and breach the Gospel,

when we are God's church, that has a burning love to this sinful world

and wants to tell the world about Christ,

Bible says: " I am with you."

That is a strong promise of God.

"But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him, on those whose hope is in His unfailing love,

to deliver them from all evil."

That is also a promise to you.

"The eyes of the Lord are on you when you yield yourself to Him wholeheartedly,

so that He can help you mightily in your need."

You can grasp that promise when you are in trouble.

It does not mean that you must fast every day,

and pray around the clock,

that you would have surrendered enough to God.

Some one tried that. He fasted to death.

God does not expect us overwhelming things.

He expect us to be close to Him with a sincere heart.

That we love Him.

And He helps us.

In psalm 54 David cries: "Save me O God, by your name; vindicate me by your might.

Hear my prayer, O God; listen to the words of my mouth."

David prays and calls for help.

He grasps on God's promises in his faith.

And hear how he continues:

"Surely God is my help; Lord is the one who sustains me."

When David prays and turns to God,

The Spirit of faith conquers him.

The Holy Spirit comes to his power.

And he doesn't anymore call for help, but instead

he declares that "God is my helper".

"Lord is my souls support":

When you grasp God's promise and give your burden to Him,

and in faith turn to Him, He will give you the Spirit of Faith.

And you can in faith take refugee in His Word.

And you can be above circumstances like David.

And you can shout: "See, God is my helper!"

We can rise from the darkness with the power of God's work.

And stand in the middle of storms with a steadfast heart.

Lord supports my soul.

Jesus doesn't only support you fysically, but He supports your soul in the battle of faith.

When we don't turn our back to Him but run to Him.

"Sacrifice thank-offering to God, fulfil your vows to the Most High,

and call upon me in the day of trouble, and I will deliver you, and you will honour me."

Prayer is a mighty weapon, because God has given a promise:

"Ask and you will receive."

He has promised to hear our prayer.

We don't pray for nothing, but because there is Allmighty God,

who has promised to hear us.

A prayer can change God's plans.

It is said about Hezekiah: In those days he became ill and was at the point of death.

Prophet Isaiah came to him and said:

This is what the Lord says:

Put your house in order, because you are going to die, you will not recover.

He turned his face to the wall and prayed:

Remember O Lord , how I have walked before you faithfully and with a wholehaerted devotion.

And have done what is good in your eyes. And Hezekiah wept bitterly.

Before Isaiah had left the middle court, the word of Lord came to Him:

Go back and tell Hezekiah, the leader of my people: This is what Lord says:

I have heard your prayer and seen your tears.

I will heal you. On the thrid day, you will go up to the temple of Lord.

Think! Hezekiah was given God's word.

Your journey will end.

But Hezekiah turned in prayer only to God.

And soon Isaiah had to turn back and bring a new word from God.

That promise of God ended: and I will add your age with 15 years.

Prayer brought Hezekiah a promise from God.

He grasped it and was healed.

Jabez cried to the God of Israel:

Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my territory!

Let your hand be with me and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.

And God granted his request.

My friends, we have great opportunity to influence.

We are influential people.

We can influence Allmighty God through prayer.

And the destiny of a person or a nation can change.

My friend, God has promised to hear your prayer.

"The righteous cry to Lord, and He will deliver them from all their troubles."

Bible is full of promises and it would take a day to go through them all.

And they are for you and me.

Maybe there is some one who thinks in the middle of trouble:

"If only I could offer something,

so that Lord would hear my voice."

As they did in the Old Testament.

Your broken, distressed heart is in the middle of your anguish,

it is that offer which brings about Father's attention to turn to you.

Bible says: "You are not pleased with slaughtered sacrifice, that I would offer.

Burnt offer does not please you.

The only valid sacrifice to God is a broken spirit."

"Broken and shattered heart You God don't forsake."

My friends, we don't need anything else.

That we come in front of His face with our needs, when we broken and without deceit.

He longs to meet such a heart.

He wants to help those who have surrendered with an undivided heart to Him.

It is God's promise even today.

My friends, as I said in the beginning, we need something to hold on.

God's Word is not just cliche that we need in our Cristian way of life.

Our life depends on that.

We have to grow and learn to draw from the Word.

We have to own God's promises and hold on them.

We must learn to hear His voice.

"Because it is my consolation in my misery."

5 Ways to Get More Facebook Comments - Duration: 6:25.

- Hey everyone, Jason Case here with another video,

and today's video is on five ways

to get more Facebook comments.

So Facebook's algorithm really looks at how well your post

is doing based on the level of engagement

that your post is getting.

So how many comments,

how many likes, how many shares that your post is getting.

The more engagement that it gets,

the better that it's going to perform overall.

So this is why it's important

to get more comments on your posts.

Because the more comments your post has,

most likely this is going to create more

likes and create more shares as well,

because if a post is getting a lot of comments,

a lot of people, this is what people stop for,

and look at these comments,

and start reading through them and also,

like it or react to it in a way or share it.

So in today's video, I want to cover five tactics

that you can use to increase the number of comments

that you get on the post.

So number one, post pictures that strike engagement.

So I think we all know

that images do really well on Facebook's newsfeed,

but it's not any image.

You have to be selective on what type of image that you use.

So use pictures that strike emotion.

Emotional pictures can really do really well,

and use unique photos that stand out.

So if you can create or take

your own photos versus using stock photography,

this is going to help out as well.

But when you're looking at a photo,

pick something a little edgy.

This is what's going to stand out when somebody's scrolling

through the newsfeed.

So if your scrolling through the newsfeed,

fast, think about it before

you select the photo to use.

Is it going to stop you?

When you're scrolling through your newsfeed,

is it going to stop you?

Is it going to interrupt what you are doing to stop

and look at that post for a second?

If your answer is yes,

then I think this is a good photo to try out.

Number two, run photo contests.

So this could work well for restaurants.

So what you do is you create a contest with a post

that you encourage your customers to post on

and share photos on.

So have your customers take photos

of their favorite food at your restaurant.

And part of the contest rules

is they have to post these photos to this post.

So this will create more comments.

And what you can do is pin this post to the top

of your page, so it's always up top.

And you could create a link to this

or have a link to this post so you can share it

with your audience, your email subscribers and so forth.

Drive more people to it that way.

And then the best photo wins.

So what this does, it will get a lot of people liking,

commenting on photos that other people share in this post.

So this is a really great way to strike engagement

and it's also a good way to get some creative photos

that you could use for future marketing campaigns.

And you don't have to pay a dime for it,

because nowadays phones take really good photos,

so most likely these photos

are going to be high enough resolution.

Just put it in your terms and conditions or whatever

that any photo that people share,

you could use it in future marketing campaigns.

Number three.

Use fill-in-the-blank post.

So we'll just piggyback on the restaurant strategy.

So if you are a restaurant who serves organic locally

sourced food, you could use something like,

I like locally sourced food because, blank.

And leave it open for people to comment on it.

So your audience is most likely into this type of stuff,

so it's going to strike a lot of engagement

and people are going to comment on it.

Now, that's just an example for a restaurant,

but I think you could figure out

how to use it for your own business too.

Number four, ask questions.

So keep your questions short.

The longer it is, people's attention spans are very short,

so keeping your questions short will grab people's

attention much quicker.

Run experiments with open-ended questions versus questions

that can be answered in one to two words,

such as yes/no, true/false,

or maybe you give multiple-choice options for your answers.

Number five, strike engagement from your event.

So if you recently hosted an event,

this is a great way to create a post

that has great engagement as well.

So promote your recent event to your event attendees.

So you can do this by creating a custom audience.

I talked about that in previous videos

where you upload a list of these event attendees

and create a marketing

or a custom audience specific to them,

and then you can run ads to this list.

So then ask open-ended question.

What was your favorite part of the event?

And then also encourage them to share photos of the event

and this will strike more engagement as well,

because most likely people see photos that they were in,

or comment on these photos and so forth.

So this creates a lot of level of engagement,

and maybe you are running another event.

Maybe you run these events every month.

Well, you could have in the description saying,

hey, this event runs every month on this day,

so if you missed the last one, register here.

So it could be a great advertising tactic as well.

So either way, these are five strategies that you can use.

Obviously, Facebook is a pay to play game.

So in order to get traction,

you mostly likely are going to

have to run advertisements to really strike this engagement.

So either way, that's it for today's video everyone.

If you need help with any of this stuff,

feel free to reach out.

This is what we do.

That way, you can stay focused on running your business

and we can do what we do best

and that's help grow your business.

Take care, and we'll talk tomorrow.
