Auto news on Youtube Feb 24 2018

- Hey welcome to Coffee, Coffee, Coffee.

Your place for Average Joe coffee reviews.

Today's coffee has a flower in it.

(upbeat music)

- Today we are reviewing New Orleans Famous French Market

Coffee and Chicory Dark Roast.

What are you doing (laughs)?

- My French mustache.

- Okay.

- That I could never grow.

- (laughs) So we've never tried chicory coffee before.

- No, first time, never. - Yeah, and it's

so it's coffee and then there's chicory.

Chicory is part of the dandelion family.

We had to look that up 'cause we didn't know.

It's been used as a coffee substitute before

and sometimes people just add it to their coffee.

- The civil war.

- Yeah. - Probably is when it

was most used.

- Also. - That's my guess.

- Yeah, (laughs) that's just a total guess.

It has some calories in it which is interesting.

Normally when you, I mean there's never the nutrition facts

but there is.

And so it's got one carb and 10 calories per two teaspoons.

- Interesting. - Yeah.

- That's surprising too to have that kind of thing

on the coffee.

All right so this coffee was

3.99 a bag on sale.

That was a pretty good sale, it was originally six bucks.

- Right, yeah. - So that's pretty good.

- Yeah, so it's a medium, I would call that a medium

priced coffee for us.

Whatever eight dollars a pound normal price.

- Yeah. - 8.80 a pound

yeah. - Yeah.

If you're in San Francisco paying $40 for a bag.

(laughs) I don't know.

That wouldn't be the same. - I don't think

that's a thing.

So this coffee to me is like totally different

then what you would expect in a cup of coffee.

To me it's very

cocoa flavory. - Right.

- Cocoay. - Like a cocoa powdery type.

- Right.

Yeah, like cocoa powder.

That's exactly what's it's like for me.

And there's a sweetness

to it. - A little bit, yeah.

- To me. - We were talking about

that a little bit before.

I put sugar in mine so I didn't taste that as much

as she does.

- Yeah.

- But there's also a hint of a nuttiness.

- Yeah, a little bit of nuttiness.

But when I tasted this

I only put half and half in it

so I never have any sweetness normally but this is

really got a sweetness and then also, the bag does say

it has one carb. - Right.

- So that is some sweetness.

So yeah interesting. - Yeah.

But overall I would say yes, we'd buy it again.

I think probably our rating might be a little higher

than what I'm thinking if it were less expensive

all the time.

- Yeah, if it were less expensive

all the time. - But it's not necessarily.

- Yeah. - So I was thinking

three and 1/2 donuts,

out of five. - Right, yeah.

I think for, yeah three and 1/2 is fine.

If it were cheaper I'd probably be at a four.

- Yeah. - And also just a other

quick note is the, when I tasted this just now

I kind of almost have a, it's like a soapy taste (laughs)

at the very (laughs) beginning for me.

I don't know, but that being said

I really do enjoy this coffee.

The first sip, just kind of, I think it's just so different.

Then what I'm expecting. - Yeah.

- Then it's like oh, okay.

And then I adjust it, but I do like it overall.

- Well let us know if you've ever tried a chicory coffee

before or if you've just had straight out chicory.

- Yeah. - Like your gangster

like that. (laughs)

I don't think you're supposed to say the R.

- (laughs) Gangsta. - Gangsta.

(laughs) Like that and you have

(rap music)

Straight out chicory coffee.

- Right. - Let us know in the comments

below and thanks for joining us for this review.

And until next time.

- Keep grinding.

Intel Making Graphics Cards, Budget Coffee Lake CPUs, uTorrent Hacked! -- Weekly Download #82 - Duration: 4:50.

Hey welcome to Zach's Tech Turf.

Before jumping into weekly download #82 I wanted to let you guys know, for those of

you that don't already know and aren't already listening, I actually upload Weekly

Download on the iTunes podcast platform and I would really appreciate if you could go

give that a rating and review.

Anyways, today I'm playing some Albion Online, I got myself a coffee right here, make sure

you guys let me know in the comment section what you're sippin on, let's get into

it.

Alright so a fair warning about this episode, there is a ton of Intel related news but they're

all actually pretty legit.

First up, Intel unveiled a discrete GPU prototype that is in development.

Intel making graphics cards, what in the world is going on.

They actually provided a slideshow of real in depth technical stuff about how the boards

are being designed, none of which I understand, but what I do get is that it's really only

a proof of concept right now, so we probably won't see them any time soon.

Either way, adding a 3rd player to the GPU game would be absolutely huge and us PC gamers

could definitely benefit from it.

Next up the more budget friendly Intel chipset options were leaked by Asian companies this

week, and they revealed that H370, B360, and H310 will all be available in June.

As or right now if you want a Coffee Lake processor you can only buy a very expensive

Z370 motherboard, so these will definitely pair well with Intel's cheaper processors.

Speaking of which, 3 budget friendly Intel Coffee Lake processors were leaked this weak,

which I'm sure a lot of people are happy about.

The 3 leaked CPUs are the i5-8600, i5-8500, and the i3-8300.

These are all locked non-k chips mind you, but this will definitely make it easier and

cheaper for budget gamers out there to put a solid build together.

They aren't out just yet but hopefully they are coming very soon, probably around April

with those budget chipsets would be my guess.

And for the last piece of news in this week's episode of Weekly Intel Download, Intel also

announced that they are working with industry partners to bring 5G connectivity in Windows

laptops by next year.

Imagine being able to play games online while you're in the back seat of a road trip,

or being able to download a huge file from anywhere in the world.

I don't necessarily think that data prices will be consumer friendly but either way it's

a cool concept in my opinion.

And to wrap up the tech news for the week, there's currently a critical flaw in both

the uTorrent and uTorrent web software that can seriously compromise your security.

A Google Project Zero researcher found that malicious hackers can inject your PC with

files that allow them to download malicious code and grab some data.

As of writing this episode the beta version of uTorrent patches this vulnerability, but

a real release is still being developed.

To start off the PC gaming news for the week, Blizzard is now rewarding Overwatch League

viewers with tokens to buy in game loot.

After you link your Battle.net and Twitch, MLG, or Overwatch League account, you'll

be granted a token that you can use to buy skins in game which will cost 100 tokens.

There's also some lucky viewers that will earn 100 tokens at the end of every single

match, pretty cool.

Next up Rocket League is currently testing their Tournaments mode, and you can join the

beta right now and jump into some tournaments.

I'll have the link in the description, where I link everything I talk about, and that'll

include instructions on how to join if you're interested.

Codemasters released a new trailer for their fourth arcade racer called Onrush.

These are the guys that make the Grid racing series, which I definitely enjoyed, and Onrush

kind of looks like The Crew 2 in my opinion.

There will be 8 different vehicle classes, from the trailer it looked like planes, cars,

off road vehicles, etc, and it looks like some pretty action packed face paced racing.

Now that I said that outloud I guess I realize that all racing is face paced… whatever.

Moving on yet another arcade racer was announced this week, Burnout Paradise Remastered, which

is expected to come to PC later this year.

EA released an official trailer which shows the game being played in 4k 60 FPS which looks

awesome.

And to warp up the PC gaming news for the week, Call of Duty World War 2 is the next

free game of the weekend, so you can hop on Steam right now and play as much as you want

for free until Sunday.

I've featured this game before and I actually really enjoy it, especially if you're like

me and you've been sick of all the future space shooters lately.

This call of duty is all boots on the ground, no jetpacking BS and I definitely think you

should try it if you haven't already.

Well that wraps up Weekly Download episode number 82.

Thank you guys again for going over to rate the podcast app if you did while watching

or whatever, also don't forget to join the ZTT discord channel, links down below because

that's a really great way to connect with me these days.

Like seriously I'm on there all the time now.

Kettlebells & Coffee | Session 37 - Duration: 4:05.

So as we're ready to say goodbye to another month of 2018 you might have noticed in Instagram

and on Facebook, maybe on YouTube and some blogs that our DVRT community, especially

our Master Instructors, have been putting together this thing called February Flow,

Flow February - there's a little hashtag to it, pretty unique.

And the reason we wanted to do this - well because it started with an "F" ... flow, February

it just only makes sense, right?!

But there are so many unique things that The Ultimate Sandbag offers in training and to

use those flow movements - and to step back a little bit, those flows - what are "flows"

by the way?

Flows are when you combine movements - you can do as little as two movements and as many

as whatever you can do to make it logical - that's going to be the key sense of these

flows.

So moving from one movement to the other, fluidly using The Ultimate Sandbag.

You can also use other implements, you can definitely use kettlebells, you can use your

own bodyweight.

Probably not going to be very successful with a barbell especially in a large group setting

- think about it, logistics, it's not going to work.

But the uniqueness that The Ultimate Sandbag offers you when we're transitioning from one

position to the other, the instability of The Ultimate Sandbag moving in one direction,

but our Ultimate Sandbag is pulling us in another so it's creating force, but then it's

also resisting force at the same time and it's such a smart way to train because that's

how life is.

Being able to move and resist the manipulation of The Ultimate Sandbag as we go through it's

so pretty!

That's what it is, especially when you do it right, and when you do it smart!

It's not a circus act, we want to create these flows so everybody can do them!

I do get a lot of questions at Fitness Lying Down and other places that these people that

see these flows I post, 'How do you fit this in your programming and how do you come up

with the flows, what are you looking for when you make these flow movements happen?'

Number one, programming.

You can make this the absolute first movement of your program, making sure you have the

neurological components all ready to go so you're not zapped out, but then that's the

opportunity to increase your weight with The Ultimate Sandbag - not to use it light - but

to spend some good quality movement lifting heavy things.

You can also put it on in the tail end of your program.

You can use it as one of those finishers, like we like to call it, where we combine

a few things and give you a little more bang for your buck!

Of course, you're going to have to watch out though when you do put it in at the end of

your workout program because most of your clients, or yourself, you've been pretty zapped

- neurologically your system is almost drained - you just don't have what you had in the

beginning of the session, you can't offer that quality - so that's the opportunity where

you go just a little bit lighter and you get just a little bit more kick in the pants,

let's just call it that!

What am I personally looking for when I designing one of my flows?

I like to think of the many movements we have our disposal.

What do we have?

We have pushing, we have pulling, we have hip hinging, we have knee-dominant, like a

squat or a lunge, we have rotation, we have anti-rotation, we have locomotion so we're

moving - a lot of things to think about.

Put together those movements and you think about how they flow together.

But the first thing you have to do is to master those movements.

So if you're really good at the power clean and you're good at the squat, well why not?

Just get us an Ultimate Sandbag, power clean into the front loaded position, bang out a

couple of squats.

That's a flow movement; and that's a tough one, too!

Making those subtle changes to so if instead of increasing your load on your Ultimate Sandbag,

you can do something as subtle as taking it into an offset grip or maybe even a staggered

stance - that's going to increase your intensity just that much.

It's pretty amazing how you can make these flow movements happen.

So if you know peanut butter and if you know jelly, what's the problem with putting them

together and making a little bit of a sandwich for a little extra flavor in your session?

I'm really excited for March - until next time!
