Hi my name is a Yogini Rasa and I'm certified Open Yoga teacher. To tell the

truth this is the time of big possibilities. Every day I make sure that

small things bring to very wide and global changes. Just a simple word can

inspire. Just the fact that you give a hand to somebody who has fallen down can

make a very positive changes in the person's life and this is actually

the third principle of yoga when you are trying to make yourself happy by helping

other people to to become more positive, energized and happy. This is

also a matter of motivation and this is going to be the question we are going to

discuss today. because I get this question quite a lot on how to get

motivated to do something or to go somewhere. What motivates people?

I asked this question to the people in the classes in the presence. They say a

good book, good movie, the time with your loved one,

some traveling, adventure, adrenalin, extreme,

relationships with the other people and your partner - many different things like

creativity, art, music, painting, looking at these things, some

sports and fitness comes there along. great people around - so quite a lot

of motivators around you. Right? Where is the truth? Is it possible to find the

happiness, motivation and inspiration in all the things I mentioned just before?

like travelling, relationships and doing some yoga, fitness, creativity... hmm let's

take a look on on the people. Probably you can see that from some people

are inspired and whatever they do they are just shining and then there

could be the other part of the people, that is more than the previous one,

they are seemingly doing the same things, going to the very similar places,

traveling, trying to do some art, reading the books, sometimes browsing on

the internet, driving a car, getting some adrenaline and yes maybe for a short

moment of time they kind of get

inspired but in a day or so this feeling is gone. What does yoga say

about this? Is that the happiness is not something external it is something

internal and we should look for it inside and also they say what's inside

that's outside. their This means that this usually a smaller proportion of people

they have already found their inner happiness, their motivators, their

inspiration but for the rest of the other people

it is good to try these things ,like good books, hot baths,

with something very aromatic, going hiking, meeting with wonderful people,

making new connections, drawing and working with themselves, doing a lot of

yoga probably - or any other self exploration practices and little by

little they are going forwards. If for the first group of the people everything

is shining whatever they do it inspires them, they see the cause why they are

doing this, then for the the other group this is like a dark basement and they

have the small light trying to kind of see the light somewhere and try trying

to get the picture where they are and where they are supposed to meet. Maybe

this is a very large tunnel and there's somewhere the light and they are trying

to kind of avoid the obstacles or remove them on their way to this light

Whenever you have the sparkle of motivation, Happiness & inspiration

you kind of try to see where this is coming from and some people find it in

helping other people, some people find this in yoga,

some people try to find it in in some other activities and somebody tried to

combine it all. So it just means that you have to study yourself and this is kind

of a routine and this is some where you have to find that discipline. I know it

doesn't seem so exciting at the first thing. "Oh not the discipline

and routine - it's boring."

I think that routine happiness is not that boring and

it's a very good go to strive for so. Let me know how you find your

useful for other people browsing and as many things people are really looking

for the answer what makes me happy and why so and we will keep on working to

find some more inspirations, finding some more answers to your questions. Just make
