What Unai Emery is doing with his treatment of Mesut Ozil is old school management

And I like it.  By leaving him out against Bournemouth Emery is saying to the whole dressing room 'by taking on one of the big characters you see day in, day out, and respect I'm letting you know who is boss

'  What you want in a football club is the boss to be the boss.  You want to have a lot of respect for your manager and dare I say a little bit of fear

I don't think there has ever been a manager who has won trophies consistently that the players haven't had a little bit of fear of

There are several ways you can do that in a dressing room. You can come in and tear into everybody which is a bad political move because everybody responds to different things

Or you come in and say I'm going to identify one or two players who if I have a stand off with them or if I put my arm around them and get the best out of them that will trickle through the rest of the squad

A classic example might be Pep Guardiola. He had the situation with Sergio Aguero

When Pep first went in to Manchester City we thought after the first few months that Aguero was going to go

It was almost as if he was saying to the rest of the dressing room 'I don't care if he is the top man here, but Gabriel Jesus is my preference to play up front

'  Now, Aguero played so well that he had to stick with him and Pep had to do a bit of a u-turn

Sir Alex Ferguson did it notoriously with a number of players. Challenging the big hitters, players like David Beckham, Dwight Yorke, Andy Cole, Roy Keane

Now it is Emery's turn. He has looked at Ozil and thought 'can we get more out of him?' The answer is yes

But by saying to the rest of the dressing room, this is arguably the biggest name at the club, a World Cup winner, someone from Real Madrid, by leaving him out, none of you are safe

And if none of them are safe they all have to scrap for their job. And if they all have to scrap for their jobs then Arsenal Football Club are going to benefit

Of course we shouldn't forget that they have got two North London derbies coming up, Manchester United and then Liverpool just after Christmas

So it is not too much of a stretch to think he will be playing Ozil in most if not all of those games

It could be part lets leave him out, give him a break and freshen him up for those big games

Part letting the dressing room know nobodies place is safe.  From next year Arsenal are going to be expected to compete

No excuses.  Emery is finding out who he can rely on and there is nobody bigger to test that with than Ozil

He wants him to step up more, visibly stand up to be counted when Arsenal need him in the biggest of games

That is a very, very fair request for the manager to make.  All world class players that have been asked questions usually step up to the plate

Will Mesut Ozil? It remains to be seen. Sarri has got it wrong with Kante  N'Golo Kante can play but his best position is sitting in front of the back four, contact zone when an attacking midfielder runs up against you, he nicks the ball and gives it to someone else that then plays the ball onto the next phase

Sometimes you can try and look at a player and think 'N'Golo can play a little bit

We can get him forward and joining in.'  And he can do that. But it is better to be a master of one than a jack of all trades

Kante has proven in a Leicester, Chelsea and France shirt.  It is tempting to want him to do other stuff but I would just rather he do the one thing really well

We are not talking about Leicester anymore where they might want more out of him because perhaps they haven't got the embarrassment of midfield riches that Chelsea have

But Chelsea have very good players in lots of different positions.  So get it, win it, give it to somebody else

That's the only thing Kante should be doing for Chelsea football club. Mourinho won't last beyond this season whatever happens  Manchester United fans are at the stage now where if I guaranteed them top four by playing the way they are playing they would take it

They would shake hands with Jose Mourinho at the end of the season and get in a more proactive manager like Mauricio Pochettino, Zinedine Zidane

The crescendo of noise around Old Trafford around Mourinho abated after the good result against Juventus and one or two other sparks

But Mourinho is not staying beyond this season whatever happens.  What amazes me is how many people, after one good result, start saying he has learnt now, it's changed

It's rubbish. He is what he is as a manager. He isn't compatible with Manchester United, though I thought he would be as I thought he would change

But he hasn't. And this is what you're going to get 85 to 95 per cent of the time with Mourinho

Results with a certain type of football. United fans don't mind the results, they mind the type of football so that means a divorce at the end of the season

He cannot get his head around one of the biggest or best squads in the Premier League, how to coach them into being a streamlined attacking unit

Eventually the penny will have to drop with Ed Woodward and the Glazers that there will be better people out there on a fraction of what Mourinho earns that can get more attacking football out of the same group of players

And that will happen. Do not be surprised if next year they have got in a manager with an attacking philosophy and Manchester United are a significantly better team

The results might be similar. Mourinho still wins a lot of games and I still expect Manchester United to finish third or fourth this season

This isn't about not getting results. This is about getting results allied with the fundamental principles of MU which is to entertain their fan base

He will never do that.  He cannot change at this late stage. He is done. He is finished and gone in May or June

The end.

Dandruff | How To Get Rid Of Dandruff (2018) - Duration: 3:56.

Dandruff there's a 50% chance that you'll suffer from it sometime in your lifetime

but if you already do then fear not because there are ways to combat it

so I'm in London this week because I'm doing some work for Reckitt Benckiser but

before we begin this week's video I've received a lot of messages to make a

video on dandruff which is why I'm doing it but some of them have actually been quite upsetting to read

so I just want to say if you suffer from dandruff which a lot of people do

it's not contagious, it's not because you have poor hygiene and it's a natural process

so if anyone says anything to you please don't let it get to you remain positive and keep on being amazing

now that's better, so dandruff is surprisingly caused by a fungus which most of us have living

naturally on our skin and it causes problems for about half of us

the fungus is actually quite difficult to pronounce it's called Malassezia globo.. (Laughter)

Malassezia globos..

Malassezia globo.. it's the globosa the globosa

Malassezia globosa which feeds off the natural oils on our skin and hair and it produces something called

Oleic acid which always reminds me of that Nike advert I don't know if you remember it had Ronaldinho in it

he used to do some skills and he kept saying Ole!

yeah if you do remember that advert leave a comment below and make me feel better

now the Oleic acid can irritate our skin causing that itchiness and in some

people it can actually set off an immune response causing a rapid turnover of

skin cells dandruff usually appears as small round white to grey patches on the

scalp it's usually most severe in the winter when it's colder and mildest in the

summer background done now let's move on to treatments

so my first tip don't add oils to your scalp

it's not really gonna help and it's just a waste of your money

remember what I said earlier about the Malassezia globosa

it feeds on the natural oils on our skin and hair so washing out these natural

oils is far more likely to help there's also an antifungal shampoo that can help

kill those pesky fungus and it's effective for treating dandruff

it's called ketoconazole shampoo and it can be purchased from any pharmacy now my

top tip for anyone using this shampoo is don't use it

like a normal shampoo so normal shampoo you rub it in your hair smells great wash it off

but with this rub it into your scalp and leave it in there for five minutes

before you wash it off that'll give it the best chance of working and as always

make sure you read all the information that comes with it so you can learn how

to use it and also to make sure that you're suitable to use it now you may find that

after a while the effects of the antifungal shampoo begin to wear off

which is why it's important that you alternate it with different shampoos to

prevent this from happening here's a quick breakdown of the different

ingredients found in shampoos and what they do I think I'll be useful for you

to know as you can then tailor it to your needs coal tar shampoos can slow

down the skin turnover but it may discolour fair hair salicylic acid

shampoos can help get rid of flakes and shampoos containing zinc or selenium can

also target the fungus so there's a wide range of solutions that you can try but

before you do so always speak to your amazing pharmacist first so they can

give you more advice and tips and to also make sure that you're suitable to use

these shampoos so to summarise try these shampoos for a about a month to see if

there's any improvements you may need to try a few different types of shampoos to

see which one works best for you but if you still see no improvement then see your

doctor so they can exclude any other potential skin conditions

hey guys thanks for watching this week's video make sure to click that like

follow or subscribe button now to stay up to date with new weekly videos

background done now let's go to treatments

Malassezia globosa.. no?

other shampoos to prevent this from happening here's a

quick da.. AGHH! (Frustration)

Malassezia globo.. it's the globosa the globosa

Ex-Arsenal star gives new perspective on Emery's treatment of Ozil - Duration: 2:49.

Mesut Ozil is feeling the force of Unai Emery's mind games according to former Arsenal forward Kevin Campbell, but he thinks the German will benefit from them in the end

The playmaker was an unused substitute during the 2-1 win over Bournemouth at the weekend, when fans noticed that he failed to get off the bench to warm up

Henrikh Mkhitaryan was turned to in Ozil's place, with Emery seeming to claim that the former Real Madrid man wasn't physical enough for the challenge imposed by Eddie Howe's side

"We thought how we can do better in the match, a very demanding match with physicality and intensity," said Emery after the game

"But every player is important. Also today we tried with three centre-backs. It's another opportunity to improve and find our best performance

"  And then on Ozil's failure to warm up, he added: "It depends on how the match is coming and how the result is coming during the 90 minutes

"I decided for another option."   And former Gunner Kevin Campbell - f ollowing on from Mirror Sport's Stan Collymore - feels that Emery is doing the right thing

"I think it's smart management [to drop Ozil]," he told Love Sport Radio .  "We know that sometimes when it gets really physical, people accuse Mesut Ozil of not even turning up for the game

"It's away, it was going to be tough so he's used his squad the best he can, he changed the system and Mesut Ozil is there on the bench if he needs him

This manager isn't afraid to make tough decisions."  However, Campbell backed Ozil to return for Sunday's visit of Tottenham

"The challenge is down right there for Mesut Ozil. I think he'll definitely play [in the north London derby]

He's a big-game player," he said.  "Sometimes the mindset is more difficult against the smaller teams because playing against the big teams, that's the one you're motivated for

"I think there's a bit of mind games going on with the manager and I think he's challenged Mesut Ozil, and I think Ozil will show up

"

Pill-Free Treatment - Duration: 2:32.

> So they're the different forms of the pill if that doesn't work then what do

we look at. > So we move on to the next group the second and third group which

are a different class of medication these are mixtures of medications that

are vasoactive, okay. Usually it's a combination of three prostaglandin,

papaver n,' and phentolamine, they'll come in two different forms one is a gel form

and the other one is a liquid form. These are local therapies so you're

not gonna have the side effect that you typically would see with some of the

pills. -- okay -- these are local therapies inject

right into the actual phallus. So this is a cross-section what the inside of a

penis looks like it's a little lopsided but if I move it this way you have right

up here the two corpora cavernosa oh you can put it up there you go that

this right here is where the actual blood flows in and here's your urethra

and so for the gel form you put it into the actual urethra. So a few minutes

before you have sexual intercourse you'll have a let's say a syringe that

has no needle and you'll put it right at the tip of the penis and push it in move

it in a few minutes -- you do it yourself -- the patient does it themselves a few

minutes before they have intercourse -- okay -- that's the gel form then you have

the probably oldest one of the oldest forms of therapy that we have which are

the injection forms. Typically you get a needle like this which is an insulin

your standard insulin needle holds about one milliliter worth of fluid and then

you'll get a medication that comes with a vial like this -- and you that yourself

as well -- The patient does it themselves. it's again a mixture of papaver and

phentolamine and prostaglandin three vasoactive medications you can have a

combination of two three you would take some fluid out and then you would take

this needle and you would take the actual phallus right here and you

literally just inject it right into the side of the penis at the base right

before you have intercourse. Everybody when they see the needle they they can

sort of they cringe yeah. Well nobody likes deep nobody likes needles period

and that let alone needles in that area. > but does it hurt. > It's most guys get used

to it most guys will come in worried about it and by the time that we're done

trying it out because I always do one test injection in the office they say

that's not that bad. This has been around to the 1980s you can imagine there's a

lot of men who still uses one of the most popular forms of therapy. Now this

therapy though you have to realize that this is a vasoactive substance and so

with the medications the pills you need stimulation with this

and purely is related to the to the concentration and the and the amount of

the volume that you're injecting > And it works instantaneously. > And within a few

minutes it should work and you want the erection to last less than an hour

that's the importance of starting with a low concentration and working your way up.

Targeted Treatment for Lung Cancer (Michael Trendle, MD) - Duration: 1:48.

Kathy Bennett's support network includes her dog, Jack. She's had

to rely on him a little extra since learning her cough and lingering cold

were actually stage 4 lung cancer. "I've never smoked. I've never had any problem

with my lungs. I've never had asthma, and of all the things I thought, all the health

problems I thought I might have had, lung cancer never entered my mind." While

tobacco use is the number one risk factor, up to 20 percent of people who

die from lung cancer in the U.S. each year have never smoked.

Kathy tried radiation, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, but she was running out of

options when these treatments stopped working, until the multidisciplinary team

of specialists at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center found a genetic abnormality.

"Kathleen had this ALK mutated lung cancer, and when you have that, there are

these new, what are called tyrosine kinase inhibitors, drugs that specifically

target this genetic abnormality. Dr. Michael Trendle, a medical oncologist,

says this type of targeted medication is the future of cancer treatment. "As we get

more and more knowledge about cancers, more and more, almost everybody's tumor's

being tested for these genetic abnormalities, because if the cancer has

this particular genetic abnormality, there may be a medication that can target that

specifically. So far, it's worked, and Kathy has been able to cook, shop and

travel. The drug will likely only keep working for a couple of years, but Dr.

Trendle says there are others they can try, and Kathy isn't giving up hope. "We

had another friend who was diagnosed with cancer, and she gave her chickens

away immediately, and so the joke with with my circle is

we're not getting rid of the chickens yet."

Savoring the simple joys of everyday life.

Treating Erectile Dysfunction - Duration: 2:02.

> We have some some different props that you brought it and a lot of people I

imagine walk in your office and say give me the little blue pill. > That's right

everybody loves the blue pill and actually the blue pill now there's five

of theirs five total five medications -- okay -- that are that are available. When

somebody comes in and they're looking for treatment options I tell them first

and foremost don't worry they're gonna have sex until the day they die and of

course you can imagine most guys have a huge smile on their face once i say that -- and that's

true? -- That is true. -- Is always a way to fix it -- There's always something that can be

offered. It's just... I do... you should take a stepwise fashion and start probably with

the most minimally invasive and work your way up. > So number one would be? > So

there's four treatment groups we'll start off with the first treatment group.

I'm gonna just as a sample here here's one of the five different pills that are

available right now on the market, to give you an idea in order of how they

came out the first was viagra that's the famous blue pill, -- right -- the second was

levitra, then cialis came out, then stacks n', and the last one is stendra. What's

the big difference between these. The three big difference is how long they

last in your body, side-effect profile, and how when how well one person

responds versus the other. > So you might try different ones you might say try

this one, then this one, then this one, see what works better for you > And not only

that there's a couple different ways of taking this. The classic ways an hour

before you take a pill they also all have different high doses, the second way

would be a little bit every single day and the one that carries the indication

now is cialis five milligrams -- okay -- some people will also be on a baseline

status found five milligrams and take a little bit extra when they go to have

section of course that's called booster dosing. > So is it viagra the only blue one?

> Viagra is the only blue and interesting enough you want to know why it's blue

right because one of the side effects is a messes with your color schemes and so

some guys were seeing things in hues of blue and so that's where the blue came

the blue color from the pill came from. > But all the other ones are white. > No

actually cialis is yellow -- okay -- stacks in is an actual sublingual form

of the vitro -- okay -- and so they all have their little nuances to make them stand out
